ild recommend warrior easiest class to play and even if you just auto-attack

Warriors need to rely on fast movement and evading in end game,something the op is unable to be doing,and you wont be going far with just aut-attacking…My best guess is that he should go with the strongest range class so he doesnt have to move around alot and can rely on kiting mobs without taking dmg.

I just took your posts during current matchup + some days (9 days)… you’re mainly posting about how others are the forbidden word and you are just with “X” numbers.

I do like your video’s, but your reply’s are very boring and just simply anoying.
Yes, it’s annoying like hell if a huge group is heading your way.. deal with it, or walk around it. Don’t spend time complaining about it, playing against servers who rely mainly on PUG’s you can’t blaim them?

Even commanders who don’t put up tags and run with guildies only, attract PUG’s as they know our tags. They stick to the group.. and guess what… you’re back to square one with the drama you’re posting time after time.

Be more positive for once.. Like last monday, we hit eachother on hills…
You GoT smacked down and GoT whiped… tried a seconde time and didn’t succeed that time as well.

This was vs. [Kale] and [GoT] (for your own record, 20 ppl. tops).
AoA was furhter on the outer wall, busy with CNKL, so no bother there with our fight..

Did you post anything positive about that, hell no… you lost that fight, no ‘gz’ .. no nothing. Everything you post about your own group, needs to be positive (incl. movies), if you loose your not posting it.. or it are blobs.

On FSP u have many guild who can run with 20member but sems no one want do it,and the only one who do that always is only FSV.

Every “Organized” guild moves as a blob.. why you complain about being killed by 2x 3x more numbers when you are the one tailing and trying to flank a zerg wich is bigger then yours,wich gets you killed afterwards goes beyond me.That alone would give you a good indication that it would be better to stop doing that.So i don’t see the point of your comment about being killed by 3x more numbers or the reason behind it.I just think that xxx isn’t as good a guild as people think it is,once you figure out their movement and see how they only rely on pushing in fully buffed and back up,run out of combat mode to let the buff’s cd wear off to rinse and repeat the same thing.

I just used the BLC to trade in 26g for 800 gems.My gold has been taken but i did not receive any gems at all.The section where it should say how may gems i currently should have has turned blank.I have relogged but the problem persists and i still didn’t get my gems.

Edit: Few minutes later and a few relogs/quits..my gems are finally showing up.Seems to be a bit of a delay with big transactions ?

You’re lying, aren’t you? No one in that thread says that it’s “impossible” for Warriors to fight and win duels against other classes – what most are saying is that they struggle badly. The problems that the majority of Warriors are having are normally more to do with the relatively poor design limitations of the class against the comparatively superior design of other classes. Lack of skill on the part of the player isn’t the definitive factor simply for the reason that your opponent (in any given scenario) can be either far better or far worse than yourself, and all the areas in between. Undoubtedly, in many cases poor playing-skills are the problem, but don’t try and b*llsh*t us that’s the real issue with the class.

These videos posted-up which show Warriors killing other classes with ease – are we to believe that these opponents are all highly skilled, talented players? Or could they be absolutely terrible players? Who knows, and that’s why most of these videos are largely irrelevant. Cherry-picking a video of a Warrior beating a couple of opponents in WvWvW doesn’t prove that the Warrior class is fine as it is. I play amateur football – if you video’d me through the course of the season and edited together a highlights package of my best bits I’d almost look world-class. But I am not.

So are Warriors bad? Generally speaking, no. Warriors excel in PvE and are a capable class in WvWvW. The problem (and where most of the complaints justifiably originate from) is that Warriors are unarguably the worst class in PvP. This is not solely my opinion, but the consensus opinion of the Warrior community, of the game’s community as a whole and most importantly, the opinion of the Developers. They acknowledge that Warriors are in dire need of help in this area and hence this is why, (along with Necromancers,) we are due to further receive a number of changes in the upcoming balance patch.

But still… we’re all wrong, yeah? Well, no we’re not. Thankfully ArenaNet recognise that you cannot base class balance around the abilities of a few big-headed braggarts who may or may not be able play just that bit better than most. If they did think this we wouldn’t be the focus of these upcoming changes now, would we? So no, we all don’t need to just “l2p”, what we need (and what ArenaNet will hopefully, eventually deliver) is a class which is equal in capability in PvP to the other classes.

I never said there isn’t anything wrong with warrior,the class can use lots of fixes.I’m just saying,that i myself have no problem soloing most classes,except mesmers as our skill system currently is..that alot of people “struggle” to do 1vs1,is simply a matter of learning your class .Warriors are also Far from being the worst class as you say.It’s all a matter of Learning Your class and knowing wich weapons to pick vs what classes and build,despite being the underdog of pvp.That you are better with one class then playing the warrior class,doesn’t mean that everyone is facing that same problem.But whats up with these laughable responses like “Being talented and so awesome” for saying someone is able to do 1vs1 ? Its possible,they have teleport hacks,fly hacks you name it..If you see something suspicious rightclick his name,report and select Exploit or botter ( since we DO NOT have a proper way of reporting a HACKER….After almost a year)

Just look at this and see the matchup system was a mistake. 4 matchup’s are going fine,the rest looks terrible.Also Rof must be having a lot of fun playing vs all those deers and evil rabbits they meet on the battlefield..

And since i’m from Argentina, the prices are a lot higher for all electronics , plus I have to pay 80% more for the import taxes. I prefer that because country made electronics sucks.
My rig cost my 6k pesos (1,2k dollars more or less) and that money is very hard to get.

I’ll keep testing with the voltage to have optimal temps, since I noticed not much improvement with 4ghz (comming from 3.1) with only multiplier overclocked.

Don’t just test it out on Guild wars though,try some other games aswell to see your OC difference,Guild wars can be a bit weird when it comes to that..

Well, kinda hard to have fun for us (Arborstone).
Last evening, on our prime time, we were outmanned on every map. This morning we had nothing left.
That’s not a big deal for the dedicated wvw players, we’re still going to fight as hard as we can
But i’m afraid we’ll loose a lot of “casual/occasionnal” players who are easily bored when they get stomped time after time.

It isnt…they keep losing every tower + their keep ( right now again ) in EB.and Gandara…you already have a kittenload of people…tone it down on that nightzerg,it’s not needed going around capping empty towers with no resistance at all.How is this fun ? Rather stop playing at night and come back when theres some people to face atleast…As of now in EB,Arborstone side totally red again..Gandara,no offense but,you see Arbor being outmanned like this..Why not back off a bit and hit us FSP now instead ? They dont have to be taken out the game completely.Damage needs to be reduced vs players ,sieges..Arrowcarts should not be the main factor of winning or losing,and wiping a zerg while youre at it.Arrowcarts should be reduced to being a supportsiege,supporting the zerg and holding the attackers off for a Bit ( not completely wiping them or making sure they wont even try to siege at all with just 2 people inside the tower on arrowarts. ).Guardians and warriors can sustain a bit of dmg from arrowcarts,but i see people with light/medium gear that will drop like fly’s,its fun collecting the bags..its sad that such a thing even exists in wvwvw.

I do like the idea of ac’s being limited per map/server,limit the amount being able to be placed in towers from a gazillion to about 3 – 4 ? Upping this number for Keeps/Garrisons.

You need a proper cooler for that cpu,the stock one doesn’t cut it.I have the same cpu as you have overclocked at 4.8ghz volt at 1.38. with a corsair h100 cooler.Cpu temps barely reaching 45c – 48c when playing guild wars 2.Also try looking in your bios to manually change your cpu fan speed,and up that speed a bit ( stock coolers are loud though ),so instead of Automatic set it to manual with the speed you want it to go.Also try looking for LLC in your bios,make sure its not set to Extreme or Ultra high,wich can give your voltages a boost,making your pc a nice little hot oven.

If you have win 32bit…? ( you should actually post all system spec Right away,so no one has to ask for it first… ) You will crash when your quality settings are set to high ingame.Try to lower your quality settings,especially the wvwvwv limits.Why do you cut yourself off in the middle of a sentence ? “I wanted to post it But…..what ?”

I shouldn’t call programmers amateurs,not unless you know what you’re talking about.You realize a game using 1.2 gig is nothing ? Gw2 can take up to about 2.8 on my system..without a crash.

Commander waypoint will be Awefull,and Heavily abused.Remember there are multiple people on the map who own a commander tag.Now if a siege is happening somewhere and the current commander get killed somehow along with his most people,there is still one guy left ho has a commander tag,wich he only puts up so everyone can port back to him.Remember also one guy with a commander tag hiding inside a tower,tags up for a sec so the entire zerg can port over to him…You see what’s wrong with this yet ?

Also i dont think commanders should get any priviliges over sieges,some can tag up just to steal a golem for instance.And making sieges last for 5h will also work out for the worst ( siege limit…)|

I do think comms should be able to change their comm tag colour in order to show the map if they comm for the server or for the guild.

The Aoe circles should all have their own Symbol i think.As of now every AOE type displays the same red circle. How about they give different type of AOE’s their own individual circle,or even a symbol inside.So you can actually learn to identify the types of AOE’s being places on the floor.

A wrong matchup can have people drop out of wvwvw,taking a break from the game..noticing there are other games ( yes there are,really ! )..And continue taking an even longer break..They cannot just switch things around based on their awesome calculations.They have to be realistic,a wrong matchup can screw things up bigtime,things are already kinda tense in wvwvw.

For changing the Ecto rate back ? If they mess up a rate that hard by accident,it’s only natural to assume it will be fixed right away.I can think of some other reasons he can show off he is the Boss..This is not one of those reasons..

I think you have other issues to worry about then a repair bill…if you like to damage and destroy your own hardware/windows with no second thought to it.

Zooming in makes them all green,Zooming out shows your partymembers to be blue..THe issue is,that the commander icon gets overlapped with blue/green icons making it difficult to see,the commander icon should be Ontop of the green/blue icons,overlapping them.

He (Angry Joe) didn’t say that GW2 in its entirety is a fail. He just doesn’t like lack of Guild options and unless you run your own Guild outside of a few friends you have in real life then you’d agree. If you watched more than 30 seconds of his videos you’d see how right he usually is with his reviews.

Also, what makes you think that the ONLY reason someone doesn’t like the Guild system is because a Youtuber said so? That’s absurd. With that kind of logic I can go and find a Youtuber who LOVES GW2 and tell you that you love GW2 solely because a Youtuber does.

It happend to me twice.It was a complete game freeze,no errors showing up and nothing special that i did.Was just running around in WvW not even fighting or near lots of people,it was very random.Had to ctrl alt delt my way out of the game.It happen twice so far.

Maybe it has something to do with the current WvWv optimizations that have been done in the latest update.

I did the story solo dungeon..It was just a bore,sorry to say.I just..didnt like a thing about it,simple mechanics,run around let some bombs explode.Way…Way to easy and simplified.Havent bothered with explore yet.Unless the reward is worth it ,not sure im gonna.

Razer naga Mmo..been using it for about 2 years now i think.It’s the Best mouse ive ever used,i can safely say i cannot go without it anymore when playing mmo’s.The 12 buttons on the side make for some ultra fast gameplay,having your left hand totally free for controlling your character.You do have to set the right DPI and Pollingrate,and you Got to have a proper mousepad. For guild wars i have the sensitivity on 2000 and the pollingrate at 1000hz.For Fps games ( unrelevant but still.. ) i switched this to around 1800 – 500hz pollingrate.

That should be the purpose…. Wipe zergs with AC’s. Prevent zergs from forming up. The AC’s in general should be fixed for overall. But if zergs are there, then AC damages should increase to bust them and break them. AC’s purpose should take into effect as to how many defenders vs how many attackers. If attackers has 10+ and more than double the defenders, the AC’s should scale up to break the zergs. Perhaps, all sieges should be bumped up to break zergs and detract from the overall mentality of zerging to win…

I think the people should be the main factor of wiping the enemy.Not just 2 campers manning arrowcarts ( who are fully specced in upgrades of the AC, and also using Superior siege on top of that ).Those 2 people on the arrowcarts should be there to hold them off,delay them,act as support for when the “main zerg” arrives,not to wipe them entirely so the zerg doesn’t even have to come in…Some servers just like to have about 5 people in every tower..Forcing you to clear it all out,treb it,place catas etc..its fun at “some” towers.But being forced to do it on All towers because ramming is nigh impossible when towers are being camped this way,is imo not alot of fun.And forcing everyone to go bunker class,or go full toughness vit,is also not an option.People should have the choise of going berserk,or bunker..not being forced to either of them.

Lets have some kind of event that prevents people from using heavy classes, warrior and guardian. Like some wizard put a mass sleep spell on all of them or something. Just for a week or so.
That way people will be forced to take other classes into dungeons and fractals.
And maybe, JUST MAYBE, by the end of that week everyone will see that you dont need to make your group entirely out of heavies (and the stray mesmer) to complete dungeons and fractals.

A more realistic approach would be Class Promotion week where the entire group will get a bonus for having that class in the group.

Tho I would prefer just locking the heavies for a week. =þ

Endurance regeneration decreased by 50%; 50% of Non Critical hits are glancing blows (50% damage); stacks duration.

Warrior,especially hammer needs fixing,but not this skill you just mentioned,its fine as it is.Rather make skill 4 on hammer a Non- self root,or make it swing faster.

I’ve been playing since beta, always looking, always searching, always trying to get my precursor. I refused to buy one, I wanted to earn it. Well, I found my precursor and now I’m working on making Kudzu. There’s a slight problem though, I’ve farmed to hard so quickly that I started losing motivation.

I have all the materials for my 2 specific gifts, I have gift of battle and exploration as well. I completed my clovers and have the 500 deadly blooms. I earned my 250 ancient bones and have most of the skill points for my bloodstone shard. I’ve done this all in about 2 weeks and burnt myself out. Ever since I got my precursor I’ve felt almost compelled to get the thing finished. I know people will say finish at your own pace but I’ve been chasing it for so long, wanting that icon filled that I can’t stop. Again, however, this has burnt me out a bit.

Help give me a little motivation to keep going. Something funny or cool or anything. I’m 347 gold out from finishing this and I want to keep pressing on.

Thanks for anything you do to lift my spirits.

@Caedmon Play for fights, if you like the fights and you’re having fun, that’s all you need the less you care about points the more this game became enjoyable, if some server play for points let them, i play more when there is more fights and i’m having fun.
Sometimes going down a tier is good it let’s your people that took a break come back and rebuild morale.
Last solution: Add drinking game at wvw.

Exactly,i dont care much about tiering up,i login to have fun and to play for the good fights ( wich wont be happening when constantly outmanned 3 – 1) ,and make other
s have fun.And being outmanned all the time,being blobbed all the time (a thing that happens alot when tiering up) isnt a good thing to be happening for fsp in our current state.Indeed,tiering down or fighting to stay for this tier would really be the best for fsp to motivate us again,and we honestly need some more nightcoverage.I just commaned eb this night and the most people we had was 10 – 14 ,across All borders.

Our numbers continue to get smaller week on week….not sure if its transfers, people quitting game or some other reason…currently have outnumber buff on 2 borders including our own and 1 commander across 4 zones….I guess FSP has given up on it

Not giving up at all,for me it started with the ac patch,i didn’t like where it was going and took a break.Started playing other games and also,i was getting pretty bored of wvwvw,and i think i’m not the only one ( it was during the matchup vs AM ) and in that time we got the ac patch aswell,so you got people dropping for 2 – 3 reasons.They will come back eventually.But about tiering up or down..i think it’s wise for FSP to stay around the tier we’re currently in.

We do not want to tier up right now,we do not have the night coverage for this and we will be outmanned alot.That will drive even more people away.I think staying around the tier we are in right now will be best for FSP.Let the germans tier up ( no offense,its just not alot of fun fighting you guys ) and enjoy fighting each other would be the best thing,…untill we have the people,more organized guilds,and some oceanics for the nightcoverage.
Maybe it’s about time we start making a thread to invite more players,guilds to our servers.
