I actually wasn’t going to go for ascended gear or anything, except with my laurels- I hate grinding, I don’t play games to grind- I play them to have fun like most people; grinding is not what I entail as fun. I actually would though go for celestial like gear but again, you have to grind for it & it takes days to get it through the crystals or whatnot, it was recently explained to me.
Maybe I’m just spoiled & used to instant gratification because I’ve never enjoyed grinding for materials on any game & would rather just outright buy the armor/gear. Hopefully ascended weapons & armor & gear (I dont care how insane the price) will be released on the TP. Maybe it’s just me who feels like there is a pressure to get these things or else be left in the dust. That’s not the kind of game I look forward to playing.
I got in in the Mystic Toilet today, so it’s still in the game.
It came account bound and with stats to select so I guess so it’s no longer on the TP because it had MF%

What ever happened to this staff? I was looking for it to buy & typed the name ‘Delusion’ in the MP Search bar & nada, I don’t remember reading where this staff would be taken away.
We all know Logan is a love-sick idiot who doesn’t have a single chance with the Human nappy-haired Queen Jennah (yes, her hair doesn’t match her as a queen, it’s way to plain to be in that dress. Almost says ‘Yes! I took alot of time to put this dress on but my hair? No I’ll just leave it the way it was when I woke up")
All I’m saying is, if MY BFF died because I chose someone whom I loved, (they didn’t love me back) over my BFF who has been with me through thick & thin…. – then I don’t deserve any personal story gain.
It would be unfair to just change it for the people who spent their time to make it; they chose it for what it looked like; not for what it’s ‘going’ to look like if that is the case.
Blue is certainly a much better color than purple. If this did take place, I’m sure there will be many complaints.
Maybe it’s just the lighting in the picture, there are times when my sisters bifrost looks gold & other times it looks grey & the aurora glow looks more white & other times very vivid aurora…..
I’d like to think that the halloween skins were an experiment & that they will be purchasable with gems; We will just have to see… just save up your gold just in case
They’re both so cute & would be lovely additions to the Human & Sylvari make-over kits to have the face & hair of Scarlet the sylvari from Clockwork Chaos & the same with Lady Kasmeer; she’s the prettiest human NPC.
It just is bothersome when NPCs are made with hair & faces player’s do not have; Rox’s Charr horns were added so this can also be added as well.
3 things to remember about lupi so you won’t have to worry about a thing again other than a closer WP due to convenience:
Only allow 1 person to res a downed player, everyone else must kite – the resurrecting must call out they are helping the downed player (helps with confusion but not matter
Always have stability with you & spread out
Target grubs & unleash all AoE without pushing them towards lupi
Never had a problem with him after learning this on my own & thru random pugging
I have yet to see a pretty/beautiful great sword but maybe my tastes are to high, I don’t feel there are feminine enough GS skins, only one I know of looks like an elaborate cheese butter knife called the Beaded Claymore, But I would like more/better skins for the other weapons especially scepters & stakitten
I’m in devona’s rest & am having a hard time finding a good guild in WvW that doesn’t require you to have teamspeak or all zerker gear – I see the importance of it but I have no headset – I am getting into WvW & would like to join a semi-large/very large friendly, active guild in devonas rest that WvW alot but also Dungeons.

Instead of having black lion claims tickets that only ppl who have alot of Gems or even more gold to get those pretty weapons, just have them on the TP for people to purchase. Atleast then I wouldn’t feel like a total loser with my 801 gems that took me a week to earn thru gold tranfers :/

Hi everyone, I got a new laptop & am downloading the client which takes ages; Well my internet & power both were turned off for a moment & when I went to finish downloading the client, the actual percentage started at 0% but the files were around 188k which was what it was when the internet shut off; Does that mean the % itself is just being silly but the actual files thus far have downloaded? Will the percentage catch up with itself? Or is it a complete reset
EDIT Hopefully I’ll get an answer soon, Any sort of helpful answer to this would be super – it happened again when it shutdown to download updates, Percentage & everything reset starting at 0%- but files remaining are now at 119k where it left off. If the files reach down to 0 remaining, but the percentage bar, MB & KB aren’t finished due to the resets, will I still be able to play when the ‘Files Remaining’ reaches 0?
CoF P1 was only needed for me when I needed gold because it was a quick run with fast rewards. I actually do other dungeons for the fun aspect but I’m all for more reward – longer paths do need better rewards, I’d hate to find out that it still isn’t compared to doing X amount of CoF P1 runs vs. X amount of TA/CoE/Arah what have you – hopefully this new update will help dungeons…. but with every addition there is always a negative
There’s more to GW2 life than being a zerker in CoF path 1. Although, zerkers can make any path easier in any dungeon- unless they are dead practically the entire dungeon, screaming at everyone else since it’s clearly the other players fault that the zerker is dead. If only the best players wore zerker gear; seems to be mostly the opposite – but those ppl live in CoF P1
I live in Twilight Arbor, simply my fav dungeon- if you’re having a hard time in anything TA related, change your entire approach, build maybe, weapons, runes, all that jazz. The spiders can be tough, but can be bested & owned- just like Lupi in Arah. You should not ever be fully wiped in TA exception it being your 1st time with a new group.
The rewards are given when you reach the AP thresholds. But it will only give 1 chest a day retroactively. So if you have 5000 points (like I do) it will take a bunch of days to get all my chests. And then I won’t get any more until I get to 5500.

I put it under this forum because the AP reward system appeared same time the Bazaar update — anyways my question is Will the boxes disappear if we don’t get them?
When you dont have enough AP will the boxes go away & you just dont get the rewards or does the reward ‘wait’ until you get X amount of AP
It’s meant to be a challenge – that’s why half of the completion is in WvW – it wouldn’t be a legendary weapon if there wasn’t a challenge & I’m sure if map completion wasn’t half based in WvW – everyone would have the map completion title, which heaven forbid that happen
To add to your arguement; I don’t even use gems for anything RNG because I’m not guaranteed the item I’m after – of course if more people did the same as me, then I’m sure something will be changed
But people still feel RNG gem items works for them so nothing will be done anytime soon
To the OP: I’ve thought about this too, and I have mixed feelings about it. Neverwinter allows it and it’s kind of cool, and town clothes currently are pretty pointless, so something needs to be done with them. I’d bet the reason they don’t allow them outside of towns is because they’ve intended for your class archetype to be visually recognizable.
I think probably a better solution would be to add more townclothes and create some new interesting minigames using them, or enhance the costume brawls in some way.
I understand about the identification – but there is also a class icon like a skull for Necros, a flame for ele’s~ I think it’d be pretty obvious to recognize the mesmer from the warrior even if we all wore town clothes—-
I love the idea of the mini games/ some sort of enhancement for costume brawls
Towncloths have the purpose to be independend on armor type. a warrior wearing a cook uniform isnt right. Besides that they are here to please the roleplaying community. If you dont like the function then dont buy them.
So we shouldn’t have the option?

Female Charr don’t have breasts or visible nipples.
Some armour sets, like Gladiator and Barbarian, allow us to see their chest.
Yet they wear a piece of cloth to cover their chest when they take off their armour.
The same goes for Asura women, except they wear bathing suits.
Male armor isn’t revealing enough, also they are breastless women bc of the flat-ness in their nether regions. I’d say it’s time to exploit the male body GW2- not just the females

And the asura are all supposed to be brain savvy so looking ‘sexy’ to them is if you can invent something that has yet to be done

I’ve always felt that town clothes are somewhat pointless unless all someone does is linger in towns, I understand that they are pretty much a purely cosmetic choice -
I think we should be able to transmute the town skins into armor
