i want new skills for existing weapons.
i.e. the 1 – 5 skills on our weapons have a ^ up arrow on them, clicking them allow us to change them.
perhaps they should buff shadow behemoth’s health a bit so the ones doing the 3 events can make it back in time.
either that. or buff the portals health a bit.
The downed state does not bother me all that much.
I just wish that it was equal across all of the classes. The amount of health should be the same and the skills should be same across the board in my opinion.

anyway, there are several traits involving the downed state, and consumables too (for WvW and PvE) so removing the downed state will not happen. at least this is what i think. and i prefer it to remain as it is.

if 1 vs 2 or 1 vs 3 is possible due to skill, then there is something very wrong with that profession who can 1 vs 2 or 1 vs 3 easily.

1 vs 2 or 1 vs 3, the larger team should always have a higher chance to prevail.
anyway, if the so called skill person is really that skilled, he should have no problem stomping or dps-ing the downed player and proceed to defeat the remaining player(s)

autobalancing teams by score
this would make high scorers not happy.
since a team win is required for the achievement.
if the achievement is based on personal kills or personal score then this may be all right.
but at the moment, the achievement requires a team win of 20.
and a random team !!!
some tips:
- there is strength in numbers! stick together!
- get the upgrades! learn to use them!
and this worked for me.
a few steps. just 2 steps actually.
step 1 is always the same though.
1. join a random (as if you have a choice) dragon ball game.
2a. if game is ending
- press b for score board
- note down higher scorer names. remember their names and scores.
- play game normally until game ends and a new round starts.
- see which team the previous higher scores are.
- if none are on your team, quit and repeat step 1.
2b. if game is just starting
- play normally until your team wins.
- check score board if you are dead.
- if opposing team is leading by 100 – 0 in the 1st 30 seconds, quit and repeat step 1.
2c. if there are away from keyboard players in your team
- u will see players not moving standing in the playing field
- try camp near them and kill the opposing team players trying to get a free kill
- use skill 5 on them and watch the opposing team players kill themselves
- if it feels like a lost cause, quit and repeat step 1
anyway, if you are keen in finishing the 20/20 dragon ball wins achievement as fast as possible, remembering the previous round high scorer’s names and scores is crucial.
if you follow, stick together and support previous high scorers in a new round, the chance of getting a win is much higher.
of course, the rounds would be more exciting and be more of a fair fight if there are previous round high scorers on both teams but that would mean more time might be needed to get 20/20 dragon ball wins.
the tournament begins as a 4 v 5. Teammates get discouraged and leave

what if, every day, we have 46 dailies to complete, but we only need to complete 5 for the daily reward. the rest just offer an 5% increase towards the experience bar for the character completing it.
with this, dailies PvE will be truly casual.
everyone can get their dailies doing what they really wanted.

I feel half the point of Krytan Killer and Dailies in general is to put a bit of a focus on an area of the game each day. When Krytan Killer is in the list alongside events for example you will get far more people running around Queensdale doing stuff rather than being spread across all the maps.
A lot of MMOs suffer from empty zone syndrome, and this along with some other things at least helps alleviate it a bit.
what if we made all 46 types of dailies available every single day?

the remaining 41 can be done to get 2 skill points, or increase 2 levels for a non level 80s

a daily shouldn’t be something you have to actively focus on. just randomly doing whatever you want ingame for 20 minutes should award you with it. otherwise it feels forced and will alienate players.
what I’m saying: you do a fractal, boom daily done. or a dungeon. or level up. or a story quest. or a jumping puzzle. etc etc etc

the 6th till 46th daily completed only gives an 5% increase on the exp bar
truly casual players who just want 5 / 46 for the daily rewards can just do 5 and ignore the rest.

I like to think of myself as a hard-core casual.
I’m not particularly looking for challenge in an MMO, I’m looking for fun. I just want to sort of roam around and enjoy myself. I don’t mind occasional challenges, but I’m not always up for them.
I do a lot of everything. I bounce around a lot. I’m not too focused on just getting a legendary or just getting dungeon master, or just finishing my personal story. I’ll get there. When I feel like doing something, I do it.
I’m also a big fan of helping other people. Particularly but not limited to people in my guild. Anyone needs help with a dungeon or WvW or just finding a vista, I’m there.
I guess you could say I’m a social player, who enjoys the world for what it is, without putting too much pressure on the game to entertain me, because over the years I’ve learned to entertain myself.
Guild Wars 2, so far, is the only MMO that actually fits my play style.

for this dragon bash month. i try to do some casual farming.
because the dragon coffers drop a lot, so i look for events that spawn lots of monsters, with high drop rate, and camp there. some events occur very often. as fast as 10 minutes for the next one.
the 10 minutes i just do something else while parking my character there.
I’m told alternately that not everyone plays like me, most people don’t play like me or no one plays like me, so I thought I’d test the waters just to see.
well, i think many people likes to believes that they are the center of the universe.
i.e. when they dun like something, they tend to assume that everyone else behaves the same like them.
Harder content is always welcomed by most people, sure a few people might have troubles but everything is pretty easy to learn. I mean at release Arah/Lupi were impossible unless you were the best players in the game, now look at it, most pug teams can do it with minimal trouble.
As the difficulty scales in fractals most people play their guardians because that’s really the only truly viable profession for pug teams. If you play with a structured guild team you have no problem with 40+ fractals (and they are pretty easy for being the “hard” content).
Also, I would love to see the new content bosses have lower health and higher toughness to make condition builds viable.
I think you’ll find harder content isn’t welcomed by most people. That’s what devs have been saying for years, and it’s why content gets nerfed in almost every game.

all the dungeons were much harder during launch, and got their difficulties toned down very soon.
and i think casual players are also more likely to spend real dollars on the games, unlike the so called hardcore players.

I don’t think entire guilds should be able to queue with other people, but I think allowing two people partied together should be allowed. It would allow you and a friend to play, but make it harder to grief the arena.
but … with the game browser, people can just leave the current room and join another one right? other wise, it would just 2 options:

Only thing that bothers me a bit is the extremely low drop rate of keys for Black Lion Chests, since I would really like to get some Transmutation stones.
dun expect them to drop normally in the game ever.
got some people reported never seen a single black lion key drop even after 2000 hours in the game. you will get them faster by creating a human commoner warrior and completing the level 10 personal story quest. at most you will take 50 minutes per run. if fast, maybe 30 – 40 minutes. including loading times, character creation etc.
during halloween event,
there is a small chance to get rare skin from black lion chests
during flame and frost event,
there is a small chance to get a ticket from black lion chests to redeem weapons
this changed, however, starting from the secrets of southsun cove. a new “box” is introduced instead. meet the southsun crates.
in dragon bash, we got dragon coffers.
do you know why? because nc soft anet knows the black lion keys can be farmed via creating the new characters method.

remove defiant from PvE !!!
1 hit kill not possible since the health of the holo mobs has been increased tremendously. plus they have 3 seconds of invulnerability.
top it off with your proposal and i think it will balance out.

A lot of guild-members got a mini pack that had 3 Holographic mini’s in them. The reason they got it because they both 500 gems somewhere between the release of the game and this was ArenaNet’s way to ’thank’them for the support.
Now I do not buy anything from in-game stores. Thats why I buy a B2P game and not a F2P game because of this sort of things. And F2P games that are doing there best to get people buying stuff from there. Hate that, so I go for a B2P game. (To bad GW2 is now also doing that more and more.. but that was expected as there is still no expansion announced. B2P games should run on the game and expansion).
Anyway, in stead of buying stuff in the gemstores I do want to support ArenaNet and so I buy the collectors edition. You know, the one that cost 105 Euro more then the normal game (how many gems can you buy for that?). But not you are smacking all those players in the face. What paying more for the game but not buying gems… You get nothing.
So my questions.. did you just forget about those people and will they still get it? Would be nice.

I was not able to finish the Mad King jp, but god I tried. And it was fun. And the best thing during Winter was the jp, this time I made it though :-)
I really hope there will be a dragon jp. It’s one of the most fun aspects of the events.
it will be halloween soon after a few more months.
