Train staff then DnD as dnd requires knowledge of the staff ele if u really want to be good.

Burn eles need nerfing. It is just stupid that i can place a bunch of stacks on someone and out DPS a dps ele with little risk.

4000 times per 40 mins = 400 clicks per minute = 400/60 = ~7 clicks per second

Skill lag = Server side lag. Nothing to do with you, your connection or your pc.

Latency/Ping = millisecond delay between your PC and the server. Has to do with both client and server.

Anet has been trying to fix the server side issues for over 3+ years. They did remove culling. But thats about it.

If you are living in the US and have 150ms, something is wrong.

If you are talking about being bursted down from one thief with 3.3k Armour with Prot. , I just dont see it happening that easily.

If you are talking about a bunch of thieves, yeah, you mostly kittened if they focus fire on you.

last I checked U2 were not trapped by Apple or anyone else.

Put on full nomad, run -condi food and bunker down and you will never fear red rings again. You will be an immortal god. 20 arrows just hit you? Just shrug it off.

Its a video game that focuses on RPG MMO elements. If u wanted action every second, go play team fortress 2 or CS

I think I’m re-confused. What determines population for a server is going to be WvW data ONLY now (which may cause some servers to change population tiers.). The price to move to each population tier is unchanged. Right?

  The new method isn’t based on players currently playing or logged in. It looks at the active WvW population over a period of time.

  Some servers will get their population level increased, some will have it decrease. I don’t want to get into too many details before the change is release, because I don’t want to trigger mass-migrations now. People can be weird.
  No, EotM won’t be counted towards WvW. I don’t think it’s the same experience, and you can always enter it since it can have as many instances as needed, so there’s really not that same population problem as in “core” WvW.

YB has 0.01% of going to T1 !

There are exploits, players leaving wvw to do others things, problems in spvp, and countless other problems.

Make an emergency patch to stop this. Now.

It was fun at first but now its killing the roaming community as well. Maps are getting quiet in t1.

You could probably make a Fire/Air/Earth spec work, by using ER for heal and cleanse and getting slotting Arcane Shield, Earth Armor and the stab on earth attune, all to ensure a full ER when you need (even more with so many roamers going interrupt mes or s/d thief) but I guess that setup would suit more a S/F ele with more burst to finish fights fast before all those safeguards are in CD…

33300 works for signets as well. And yes SnF could utilise all the benefits it brings with er .

I believe that SnF/DnF could run without Arc but would require earth.

My own testing.

the fire/water/arc is a decent street fighter with good gear

the air/water/arc can be run as a balanced fighter or out right burst kitten.

condi signets was fun but slow. Still good. Can be done without arc but requires Fire/water/earth

Not sure about staff.

So 30033 / 03033 /00333 for classic dnd ele

Imo, in soloq and when not facing good organized teams you can get away with playing a lot of things. However, I believe that Arcana and Water will still remain mandatory in high level pvp.

Yeah given how broken some the classes are and how strong condi became, arc and water seem relevant still.

Yeah i think you would need water. 33030 is possible. But the meta 03033 is my own favourite with dnd in wvw. Though hoelbraks are much more important now in wvw.

A few eles i know i ditching Arcane.

After a few days of fighting revs, they seem to die fast

Played with it for a bit. Capable of doing a lot of hurt IMO and has good potential in group roaming and ZvZ.

They were bad as well during SEA/OCX time zone recently. I am unsure if it is a result of the an upcoming patch or because of the upcoming stress test. We know they are server side because most are skill lag related.

Knights armor with Celestial trinkets. Zerker weapons. That’s my personal budget setup. Usual earth water arcana or fire over earth. Utilities are cantrips and rotations can be found on phantarm’s youtube channel. Good luck.

What ever you do, the easiest path to an ele is to start with trinkets. Laurels do take time but are worth using to get celestial set so u can do what you use exotics for the rest.

Its just a week and is honestly just for sheit ‘n’ giggles

hey ozii. If you add 200 power and take 20% crit damage from your build you do more damage in the long run.

I know power is the superior stat, but I kind of feel 180 crit damage is low. I’ll mess around with it more. Probably throw on 2 zerk rings to see how that damage damage looks.

180% crit damage is pretty normal with the stat changes. usually full zerker builds have around 200%

There is a build out there with 2.4k power/ 500 healing / 2.6k AF / high crit(not stating) with over 210 ferocity / over 20k vit and decent condi. All offcourse with stacks. Just google it.

Cleansing water trait works well with SoR dnd cele builds.

If you are complaining about signets while running a signet build with condi, u r doing something wrong.

I would wait for HoT patch balance notes before cementing yes or no to “are we balanced”.

zerkers rely heavily on ER for heals and Cantrips. Speaking for wvw. Not sure what pve will be like.

03033 is good. But not easy for first timers. also there is no need for an ICD given how sad our class is when compared to the other classes that dont need to master 29 spells and have 12 fingers

About 70ms difference between NA and EU servers while connecting from a SEA source. NA was better overall. Never tested with wtfast

Yes I have to agree. Changes did not increase build diversity. Reversed it instead.

Nade exploit is stupid

Official Duel Zone in BL is at the windmill behind southcamp.

GvGs now happen at the south island , including duels where the 3 bridges are.

Anywhere else and its fair game. But also use a little common sense.

Because Anet is planning to give the fuzz a nice gw2 t-shirt Comeon collin, I will even pose in it!

• Ele -As for eles, theres less sustain, but greater spike damage. Not much as changed for the dnd ele. See more condi builds.

• Rangers – Seem to be about the same

• Mesmers – Insane OP class now

• Engies – greater burst

• Necros – 1v1 are still decent

• Guards – FOTM

• Warrs – not sure

• Thief – guaranteed to get the nerf stick

Overall, they are much better using them to cover 50% for your gear.

My warhon can slash and thrust and do incredible damage to cotton candy!
