Yeah no. These little fight clubs are great. I have met some really great people and have had a ton of fun in them. It’s a refreshing change from the camp>tower>camp>tryforSM routine. Sandbox activities should be encouraged, especially when there is so little of it to begin with.

Other MMOs have classes that have stealth and copies of them self…they seem to have no issues with it.

Uh what? If you mean come out of stealth, that already happens when the thief does any kind of direct damage, spike or not.

My steal is on cd 90% of the time when enemies are near. It’s just such a great gap closer/escape tool.

I wish mystic toilet was deleted and instead all those rare and good looking skins dropped in one mega dungeon. Yes, its still RNG but you know all those skins are in one dungeon and even if you don’t get what you want you could always sell it and make a lot of money or buy the one you wanted/. Making items in mystic toilet decrease the reason to do dungeons.

Btw, none of the skins this whole topic are about are acquired by RNG. They are specific recipes so I don’t even know why you would bring that up.

Enjoy it man, it’s a great game for sure. Just keep in mind that it won’t be like that other game you played so always keep an open mind. Also, if you feel like you’re getting burnt out, don’t be afraid to take a few days or a week off, I’ve done it many times and its always a refreshing experience the next time I pick up the game.

More tinfoil hat theories. The devs have confirmed that there is no fishiness going on in multiple threads across multiple topics. Whether you choose to believe that or not is up to you, but the fact is that no matter what side your are on, it is impossible to prove or disprove.

I would love this idea. Reminds me of the night mods I used to use in Skyrim. Made the world so much more immersive.

The only reason you need 100% completion is for a legendary. A legendary should prove that you have gone everywhere and done everything, including PvP activities.

I would be all for new buffs and de-buffs (I think that’s what he was talking about) and I’m sure we’ll see new skills in the future, but there’s a fundamental problem I feel must be worked out first; I don’t want to have to rely completely on my 789 skill slots to be competitive in stuff like WvW. (In sPvP I’m definitely not opposed to dedicated players having a greater edge, provided a ladder or elo system is introduced to filter these dedicated players from the rest of the flock.)

Sometimes I just want to have fun and not be completely shut down by a dude who Macro’d perma block buffs.

Honestly, did you read the post? Because the author argues that the holy trinity is an insipid bore. It made recommendations on how to implement interesting depth through another system that is true to the ethos of Guild Wars.

Tank, healer, DPS. That is the holy trinity. That is what I read in the OP and that is not what this game needs.

The exchange rate is fine. As other people have said, the fact that Anet even allows gold>gem trading is well worth however much it costs.

This has been talked about way too much, almost as much as mounts.

This game was not built for those mechanics and implementing that would require way too much work. It’s just not going to happen, but I’m sure there are plenty of MMO’s coming soon with the mechanics you want.

Life is complicated enough without being bound to an arbitrary server clock. Why deny other players an opportunity to participate as much as possible when it causes no harm.

That is not what this thread is about. The OP wants to pay a fee for them to stack, letting him skip a week of playing, but still be able to complete the dailys for those seven days on the day that he plays.

If you’re actually a newbie then you shouldn’t really mind deleting your characters and starting over on a new server for free. Otherwise, pay up.

To answer your question OP, this has been in since launch, it’s just certain drinks that allow you to have the drunk affect. I know for a fact that the blood whiskey and other drink sold by the charr in LA by the bank give the effect.

While it will be soulbound to the character you use it on, you can use the transmute to white workaround to make it account bound.

Be happy that you got three, that’s three more than I got from more chests than that.

Also, look at it this way, all that useless stuff is the things you bought the chest for, the fusion weapons were just extra..

I do not regret buying the gems, I love this game, have been playing since beta, and will throw money to Anet whenever I can because in all my years of playing MMO’s, this one takes the cake. The team behind this game deserve every penny I have given them.

It’s just frustrating that a new, cool looking weapon set is released, but I can’t have it just because I’m unlucky. That’s how it feels right now. Well as the topic states, I currently have all 3 of the new minis, and unfortunately while buying keys from my recently bought tab, the mini pack went up a slot and I accidentally bought it again.

It’s still in the unopened package, and I’m just wondering, is there any way for me to get the 500 gems refunded and the minis taken away? I would greatly appreciate some help on the matter.
