I was doing Queensdale Champ Train with lots of people last night. The nerf certainly didn’t deter people on my server. I will be playing the same amount.

Nope. It might not appear, because they choose 12 from a list of many more. You might get Gatherer one day, and not get it the next.

And thanks for removing repair costs. I think we can all agree that was another good change.

They only nerf the money drops from bags. Spawn times have been altered in other maps i think. More information about this should come out in a week or two after people have experimented with zones.

Also, the spider champion in the train rotation is no longer a champion. it is now an elite, so it’s basically no longer part of the rotation.

Ahh thanks. That’s why we weren’t doing Spider last night. Just a longer wait on Boar now

People keep saying Queensdale Champion train is nerfed. I didn’t notice anything last night. Can someone please tell me, or point me to somewhere in the patch notes that detail what specifically got nerfed?

What got nerfed? I ran the Queensdale Champion train and got pretty much the same out of it as I used to.

Dungeons are a good source. Also Fractals. Demand on everything is up now, so selling materials is good money.

Material farms aren’t bad but very time consuming not exactly the most exciting thing to do. Although the exploration aspect of it could be cool I suppose.

Yes dungeons are a good source, it’s a constant rate per day of gold, if you can get a well coordinated group you can easily do Arah P1-P2 and AC P1 or P3 in around an hour, that is 7.5 gold just for an hour (plus any drops).

And in an additional hour you can do CoF P1-P2, CoE P1-P3, another 5 gold. It might not be the fastest, but it’s a good way to earn some gold in a short amount of time.

As a rule of thumb, I do 2 dungeon paths a day and then whatever I find the most fun. In other words, get my dungeons out of the way, then pvp or WvW which are also decent income.

Honestly, there’s a huge question that comes to my mind. What do you need gold for? Or I guess, what do you want gold for?

Well, personally, I want gold to buy gems and use those gems to improve my account? Also, I can get guild influence with gold, right, and will use it for that too.

For some players, the BLTC is still not performing consistently.. While we are tracking on this issue, unfortunately we are not able to provide a timeframe for when it will be resolved.

We have made this patch to GW2 Mac Live and have removed the workaround previously mentioned.

Why on earth would you disable the workaround?

1 now equals 5 old ones and unlocks one of the trait abilities. So, it’s pretty much the same as before but more bursty, and doesn’t start until level 30.

They didn’t do anything with Boar, Troll, Oak, Spider, did they?

It’s their 15th, not necessarily yours, depending on where you live.

You can’t expect them to say: Releases on the 15th (which could be the 16th depending on where in the world you reside).

We are on British Summer Time (BST) now. And the USA goes forward a few weeks before us, so both are on summer time. But I’m not 100% sure of the timings because I always get confused by time zones.

Point is they’d be asking their staff to work in the middle of the night just to get the patch out at a time that’s convenient for a different group of people.

Yep, fair point. They will always have patches in the middle of the day their time, not anyone elses.

Well, today’s patch isn’t live yet…..so……

Personally, I really like Rifle Warrior, but it’s not the best for grouping at high levels.

Nothing allowed by the game engine can be considered an exploit. Putting karma items into the Mystic Forge is fine.

All that I can suggest is turning off everything except World Completion in the little eye in the bottom left of the screen.

What zone are you missing a place to uncover, BTW? You have looked at the wiki to see what zones are included in the achievement, right?

I haven’t taken screen shots of any of my characters because I know all of their traits are rubbish. I’m looking forward to looking up good builds and assigning them all again.

BTW: I guess my level 24 Engineer and 27 Warrior will end up with no traits, right?

The workaround that works for me:

Windows in bootcamp.

Let’s just say there was a site where this was available, and you had to know the name of the character and server to access it. So, you could only see it if someone linked it. Like saying: Have a look at my gear and stats etc. Anything I can do to improve?

And, obviously, the reason I would like it is to view MY characters online, not other people’s.

The reason for the 64 character limit is simple:

64 bits and each bit indicates an active character slot.

GW1 had 32 limit. OSs when GW1 released were primarily 32bit.

This does not need to turn into a binary math class, but your OS or computer processor address line capability is NOT related to this issue in the least.

He could be right though, although it would more likely that it’s just an array or something with a flag on each slot saying whether it’s occupied or not.

Nah, I bought 2000 gems for other stuff mostly (bank stuff when it was on sale) and had 720 left over. I couldn’t afford a character slot. However, they went on sale at 640 last weekend, so I could afford one

Yes, it’s very good. The graphics and gameplay are both excellent. Exploring all the zones is really fun. The TP is amazing, and sharing a bank and gold on all your characters is great.

Only end-game is bothering me a bit, but what I’m doing is fun.

They’ve said you will. Whether it’s another 2 or another 4 needed, we don’t know. What’s strange is that my character says 2/4 for Monthly before I log in. I wonder if we’ll have to do 4, but ones we’ve done already will count?

BTW: I decided not to do it. I thought you could only have like 8 slots on one account, but when someone told me the max was 64, I decided just to keep adding to the one account. I bought another slot with some gems I already had over the weekend ankitten ow sitting at 8 slots. I need to get those to 80 before I get more

I completed the half monthly 2/2 and got a full monthly reward. That was really nice of Anet. Do you think we’ll get another 2/2 monthly after April 15th, and get a full monthly reward for that? That would be awesome!
