Warrior, Guardian, or Mesmer get my vote for sure.
No. Just like your helmet rune doesn’t do anything underwater
Is there some issue with the aquabreather?
Mesmer > Necro > Ranger = Engineer = Elementalist > Thief > Warrior > Guardian
This is my opinion, of course
They won’t ever bring back free transfers. It caused a ton of problems and would be an absolutely stupid business decision since they can now get money for them
Upgrade your gear.
I kind of laugh at the people who gamble in the MF. For the few people it works out for, good for you. But for the vast majority where it doesn’t, if you had just saved the money/sold the rates, you would be much closer gold-wise, and in some cases, would have saved gold.
Kol and the guy who attacks that Charr town are the only giants that come to mind for me. Look on the wiki, it might list other giants that are easier.
Something that’s going to hurt when I delete this guy (after magically finding room to store all the tools) is losing a character with Black Dye unlocked. I checked the price of all the dyes I’d be losing, and all were less than a gold except for the Black, which was 10 gold. Replacing that whenever I get around to making a new Thief character (I’m looking at you, Tengu…make it happen) is going to hurt.
Wait, wait, wait. You’re going to pay 10 gold for a new black dye when you make a new thief? Why not just pay ~15 gold for 800 gems to buy an extra character slot and keep the current thief? Since you’re planning to eventually buy the slot anyway, why not do it now and just pay 15 gold, instead of in the future and pay 25 gold (15 for the slot, 10 for the black dye).
I’m curious…if he were to dye a chestpiece with the black dye and use the transmutation trick to get the skin to his new thief, would it stay dyed?
I haven’t done it but people in this forum are still saying it works. I would try on a cheap item to make sure and see what happens.
*Remember, the item will still say soulbound but should function as an account-bound item
MF effects loot from killing something. So yes, it effects WvW and the “new chests” aren’t anything new, only an aesthetic change, so it effects those too.
I wold probably go MF as well, that or gold. But not xp and not karma, imo.
Thank god. That is really not something they need to “kill” =/
You will get more then enough skill points on your character so don’t sweat it
It’s not as if getting fine transmutation stones for free is hard… I had at least 20 before I had enough money for 1 piece of 80 armor, let alone a full set.
Buy karma cooking ingredients and stock up on them is my best idea at such a low level
Only way to make SOME money off of it is at 80 and that takes 168,000 karma at least
pst pst… kitten could u use TWO time zones [im talking to u arena net] when announcing time? YES i can go google time zones. YES i can count that. but it is YOUR job, if making announcments, to tell 2 times scince u have both NA and EU players.
Actually they don’t have to at all.
I can answer that artificer potions 1-400 is probably the cheapest. Google a potions guide.
Also, 1-400 gives you 10 levels. A crafting booster makes it so you get 12 levels (on average). So, if you use enough crafting boosters you can go to 80 with 7 crafts, instead of 8. But you’d probably need quite a few boosters unless you have everything in your inventory and you’re going to speed-craft.
I have a necro friend who swears by the fact that he cannot get loot because his AoE’s don’t do enough damage to tag a mob before it dies.
I would say Guardian or Warrior is your best bet. I have farmed with 6 80’s and they were by far the easiest, both solo and in group.
Well, by upgrade I assume you mean switching to armor with a different stat set so you can just keep the old armor in the bank if you want to go back.
Or what you can do is just a transmutation stone to switch the upgrade to another piece of armor.
White + Blue = Salvage
Green = Vendor
Yellow = Check TP. If it sells for more then 1 ecto, sell it. If not, salvage with a master kit
Orange = Check TP. If it sells for more then the rune and 1 ecto, sell it. If not, salvage with a black lion kitThis is pretty much what I do. If I weren’t interested in crafting though, I’d probably just vendor the blues. I do sometimes check the tp for greens and see if they’re selling for more than the vendor price, most of the time I just vendor them though.
I salvage blues because lvl 80 blues vendor for like half that of greens but can still give you tier 6 crafting mats, which I get pretty often. And stuff like ori and gossamer sells a lot more then what you would get by vendoring blues, at least in my experience.

You could use frenzy yourself as a warrior to gain double attack speed for a short time.
It’s a bit dangerous for warrior, +50% incoming damage is hard
Which is why you combine it with the 5 second invulnerability skill at the same time
Basilisk venom bypasses a boss’s defiant stacks that would normally absorb crowd control. A thief on my dungeon team times it quite well to shut down bosses at appropriate times. I’m not saying it’s uber godly or anything, but if you’re proficient with it, it can be useful.
I have personally yet to encounter a boss where stunning them for 1.5 seconds instead of more damage would have made any kind of a difference. Although I always run with a strong team so that could be overwhelming the need for CC.
Except not really because Basilisk Venom is the worst elite thieves have and can arguably be the worst elite in the game, especially after the completely unnecessary nerf it got a while ago
Worst elite in the game. Have you used elixir X on an engineer?
I haven’t personally used it but reading the description on the wiki makes me say that it’s more useful then Basilisk Venom

I did GS for damage and scepter/focus for more survivability. The range, immobilize, blind, and extra shields are great for tough mobs
gw2armorgallery.com
I would just use scamming or botting
Not like you’ll get banned for using the wrong one.
I throw my rares in because I usually end up with an exotic worth maybe 4g. But i just have really good luck with it i guess.
Are you using the authenticator? My game DC’d every few hours when I had the authenticator connected but when I removed it I haven’t been DC’d since
i would like everyone to give their comments on these two great swords alone and not something irrelevant. Unless they don’t understand how to read. Thanks.
You’re asking for the impossible in a public forum
How something looks and how something is coded are very difference. Trust me, if one race had an advantage over another 95% of people would be that race
I farm CS with MF, being full armor, food, and a booster, and notice a huge rare increase over no MF.
I’m 100% sure that all races have the same speed, hitboxes, range, etc. They are all equal.
Reading this thread has simply confirmed my belief that the GW2 community is just as sad as every other MMO community.
I have no idea. My guild didn’t have this issue, so I’m not sure about anything related to it.
Try a forum search and maybe other threads will have a solution
Do you have it set to allow withdrawls? I don’t know if the leader can set it so no one can withdraw it but can definetely limit the ranks that can
I do that at vistas too. I’ll run through mobs, aggro them, get to the vista, log out, and then back in to get it. Easy peasy
Upgrades and influence are server-specific. If you switch back all your stuff (including stuff in the bank) will be there
HoD:
Ghost Town. Do not transfer there.
I resent that! I like Henge. Sure it’s not the top-ranking hardcore world it once was, but as a PvE-er I have liked almost everyone I’ve encountered and I see people around often enough, though not in all areas (like everywhere else, mid-range zones are emptier, but not actually empty).
If my guild wasn’t adamant about staying I would have been off that godforsaken rock months ago. I would go as far to say it is one of the lowest population servers, and the state of Orr is horrendous. I’m glad I have enough gold for exotic armor instead of using karma or I’d be screwed since temples are NEVER open.
Every now and then story quests bug. Leaving and restarting is usually enough to fix it
What class was doing this? Some classes have extremely quick ways of moving around the battlefield, like thieves.
Not sure what to use exactly. I’ve never opened up the report menu before.

Ghost Town. Do not transfer there.
It still works.
You don’t have to remake it, since everyone will transfer and still be in the guild, but you won’t have any upgrades on the new server.
Bloodtide and Iron Marches. And all alone. You don’t need other players for the majority of the PvE content so you should be fine just solo’ing until you get to more populated zones.
Probably WvW or FOTM.
What PvE do you mean? Dungeons or just open-world?
If you need dungeons, gw2lfg.com is really good.
EDIT: What server?
Oh! Is that the fractal backpiece? I should get one of those…
