It would be in your benefit to salvage the items from the chests for luck.
The amount of luck you get from salvaging the crap is abysmal. An hour of PVE farming gives more luck than salvaging the contents of like 200 chests.
PvP items should have the same luck rate as masterwork items in PVE. It would still be much worse luck per hour than PVE.

I doubt any non smurf r5 is better than rank 50s (even if skyhammer farmer), unless they got a lot of pvp experience from WvW.

Yes, the skill needs to go. Its the most redicilous skill in this game and the animation is hard to read, because its a very generic one. If I manage to dodge it, its usually by mistake.

Silk is harder to get, too. At least I get way more Mithril from salvaging (and mining too), than silk
An invisible bag fixes that problem, but I would rather have a way to devote them as suggested for a new tab in heroe panel.
The Big Spender achievement is up today. What I love about this achievement is how it requires 25 badges of honor to be spent, but the cheapest items that you can buy all require 6 or 12 badges. So the end result is you either spend 30 badges, 5 more than you would need for the daily, or you buy WvW gear and ascended trinkets, which cost 6-10x the 25 badges for the daily. I would think that ANet would use logic when it picks the amounts for the daily achievements.
I alway buy 2 pieces of WvW armor for 10 badges + 15 badges (gloves or somesuch) and destroy them immediately after.
Just go through the WvW vendor menus, you will find items that total up to 25 badges.
Why not buy rams instead and sell them for some silver. Better than nothing.

Only if the same RNG boxes come back. Some people like me paid about 8000 gems to get a full set of those RNG Wintersday minis.
Offering them for a low fixed price would devalue them a lot. Better make them tradeable so I can sell my duplicates.

I saw 2 or 3 of them drop in ~20 runs, one of them to myself (Xanthium of Dreams, but only worth 100g at the time of drop). RNG is RNG.
Anet adds these stupid dailies whenever people dont play content enough. As soon as they add a daily their metrics will suddenly look twice as good. Eg. Story Dungeons, dailies for living stories (which otherwise would be dead after max. 3 days),

Please ban people who sync into SoloQ to farm people there. Some people make it really obvious by having the same guild…
Its no secret that the up and downscaling system of this game is terrible.
Sadly most updates are simply terrble. I would rather have a large update every 3 month and an expansion once a year.
Anet loves to manipulate their metrics with adding dailies. Noone doing story dungeons anymore? Add a daily. Noone doing events or veterans in unpopular areas? Add a daily. Noone doing JP because rewards are abysmal? Add JP daily and monthly. The list goes on and on.
Ultimately their metrics improve, but people go there for the wrong reasons. Not because they want to do the content or enjoy the content, but because it gives an AP.
Fractal runner daily takes 5-10min (swamp or ascalon), maybe 15min if you do it solo (underwater fractal). Really you can do any given combination of the 15 daily PvE/WvW dailies in the time it takes to get on average for the 5 SoloQ wins.
Worst of all: this ascended recipe stuff makes leveling crafting from 0 to 400 MUCH more expensive, too. Poor people who didnt have everything 400 before this nonsense

Unlikely to happen. I also prefer them spend the money on developing new stuff instead of giving it to charity. If people want to support charities they should do so with their own money in real life.

I hope removing pvp crafting doesnt mean people have to PVE to get PVP gear in future. Infinte Light for example costs 825g in PVE, but easier to get in PvP. I think its a horrible idea to unify PVE and PVP gear anyway.
Simple solution: Increase the points you get for holding points and make everything else like kills give zero points. So if people refuse to play the game as intended they loose.
Even better would be to remove cap points and make pvp about player vs player and not player vs point.

Anet earned 175 million so far with GW2, i doubt its not profitable enough
It should be changed to 8 tPvP wins at the very least, so you can decide if you want to do team or soloQ.
Its pretty stupid way to decide thought. It should either be a win for both or a loss for both.
I think the team with the higher amount of personal score will win in the case of a tie. Its like that in minigames like kegbrawl, too.

Noone will do fractals just for the achievement. If people want the achievement they do swamp only or make use of the current bug. If you enter ascalon fractal solo you get the achievement without finishing the fractal.
The perfect game doesnt have a meta game, because everything would be equally viable. Can I go do dungeons and make 10000 gold in a few days? Unlikely unless I get several high value precusor drops, which are so rare that I didnt find a precursor in 4500 hours of playtime.
