You received a phishing email.
Just to make sure nothing bad will happen, change your email and game password.
Your account name can’t be changed unless it uses personal info like your real name.
But for both, only support can help you.

Also, once an account belongs to someone, in this case your brother, you are not allowed to take over that account.
This means that if something happens to that account, you will not get help from support.

If your ticket is older then 3 day’s you can post the number in the sticky for those.
Other then that, the forum can’t fix this for you, you will have to talk to support.

It should arrive via ingame email.
If it’s not there, check that you have enough room to receive it, because your mailbox has a limit of 10 personal mails, after that emails go in a cue and you won’t get them until you remove old email to create room.
You do not need to provide the code if you haven’t got it. There are other ways to establish the account is yours. So leave blank what you can’t answer.
But, just for the heck of it, did you check your browser tools for your password (might be saved there)? And are you using your email address to log in? Cause your account name won’t work.
(my “hard copy” came without disks or manual, just a piece of cardboard with the serial)
Have you allowed the game to access the internet in your firewall?
I believe you only get the banker for each new char via ingame mail and the elite skill unlocks when a char reaches level 30.
The rest is a one time thing
I’m guessing that is why OP already stated “exotic non-craftable stats”.

Yes, by either applying a new skin or by finding a better skin/weapon or by using transmutations stones.

But to keep it a bit simpler, when you both play in the same starting zone, explore that zone together. Do the hearts, visit the vista’s and so on. Try an event when you run into one.
There is no real rush to level to be honest, unless you want to start doing specific dungeons (they unlock as you level) and such.
When you have an item you want to learn about, type /wiki (itemname) without the(). You’ll be taken to a wiki page about that item (works with almost anything in game)
I believe this game has a lot of types of players, I myself am a casual player, I don’t do pvp or wvw, I’ve only been in 2 dungeons and still I have spent many hours playing and learning while I play.
When I start a new character now, I find myself starting to clear all the starter zones first while I gain some levels. From your home instance, The Grove, you can travel to Lions Arch and from there to all other home instances and their starting zones.
No matter what level you are and it makes for a nice switch in pace if you are stuck about what to do.
It really doesn’t matter what you do, just make sure you have fun doing it.

The new items (I’m guessing you mean the heroic ones) were added to attract new players. Kinda like buying a car and then a few months later it comes with extra accessories for the same price.
You can buy the armor in the gem store though.
You need to travel to Heart of the Mists. The icon with 2 crossing swords is at the top left of your screen ingame.
He needs to visit this website, click the support link and submit a new ticket.
He needs to give them all the info he can and leave blank what he doesn’t know.
Support will help him as best they can.
Yeah well, we all are subject to this if we violate the rules.
You’ll just have to deal with it.
That’s because if a name gets changed, they make an anagram of the old name. As yours had no C in it, they couldn’t change it to that.

So even if you have been playing from the start, if you don’t have any of those chars anymore, they don’t get a present.
You can check your chars ages by typing /age ingame.

Only way to resolve this is through support. The forum can´t do anything.
Never submit more then 1 ticket as it will slow down the process.
But when the first ticket is 3 days or older, post the number in the sticky for those tickets to get it looked at again.

If so, that inlog onfo is the same as the info for the game.
No, your girlfriend herself should have talked to support! To late now though but even if she can’t get into the forum, she can still submit a ticket. I should have been clearer on that.

Then that might be why you can get stuff from the older bank, but not the newer one.
That’s weird. You are using the same char and are able to withdraw gold from the other bank?
Might have to do with the rights you gave your char in the other (further developed) bank.

Access to the vault is restricted in the begining. As you play your new char you will gain access to the bank. This is done to ensure goldsellers don’t have it to easy.
You might wanna start with updating your drivers. The ones you got with the laptop are not always the latest or best.

There aren’t any. There used to be but not for consumables anymore.
The boosts only count towards karma gained through playing (events and such). So you can just go ahead and use them all.

No, after you buy the game, you get sent the serial code (that will be sent to your email). After receiving the code, you can email that to your friend and they can use the serial to create their account with their email. (after they use the serial to create the account, they will be the owner of that account)
So in short, the serial code will only be linked to the account after it’s been used. Not when you buy it.
Also, you should have gotten an email before this one telling you about this email coming and what to do.

You will need to wait for support to answer. The forum can´t fix or speed this up unfortunately.
If it takes longer then 3 day´s post your ticket number in the sticky for tickets 3 day´s and older.
You might want to try the tech section then. This part of the forum is or issues with bans and stuff like that.
It’s hard to say anything about this because you didn’t post the exact problem you run into.
Does the game tell you your login info is incorrect? Or do you get another type of error?
You can login on the forum, so your browser should have the correct email and password saved. Only thing I can think of right now is that you might be trying to login using your player name, NataliaRibero instead of your email address.
Has your friend saved his IP in his security tab?
The best way to go about gifting GW2 is by buying the edition you want and then sending the serial you get via email to the receiver.
The receiver will need to create an account with the serial and as soon as that has been done, that person owns the copy.
So you don’t do anything with the serial except send it to the reciever, don’t make an account for them, they need to do that part themselfs.
The forum can’t help with this.
