I’m not quite sure I follow. Because after linking your accounts, you should be able to log into gw1 using your email and password that you use for gw2.
What emails go to your ncsoft account? Or is that the address you used for gw2?

It’s a phising email. Anet will never send you one if you do do something against the rules.

Your account however can’t be removed. But you might want to change the email associated with the game and for that you will need support (support works fine btw.)
The suspension does tell you what you did, however it doesn’t have to have been the instance you mentioned.
If you get reported, it will get looked at but might take some time. If you however know you did break the rules, you’ll just have to deal with the suspension and do better after. If it happens again, it will be 2 weeks.
If you think the suspension was unfair, submit a ticket with support for review.
Is the quaggan back pack a one time use item? I doubled clicked on it to equip it and it acted like it was a skin and could only be used once. I was hoping it was like the zenith skins and you could use it over and over.
No, it is indeed a “normal” skin. You can still transmute it to another backpiece though.

Well, to begin, it’s not a good idea to have the same password for everything. If hackers get it once they can get to everything.

It will happen automatically once you link both accounts.
First you will need to get GW1 (and if you also want the hall of monuments, you will have to get EOTN too) and make an account. You can use any email address of the same on as GW2.
After you set up that account, come back here and go to your account (top right “my account”). There you can link both accounts. And it also links both games to 1 email.

But what exactly are you asking? Do you want to buy GW1? So you can’t connect your email to a game you don’t have.

You’ll be okay, the serial is an important thing but not as important as you might think. Like I said there are other way’s to prove it is your account.
There are many players that didn’t even save their serial and have successfully claimed their account back.
But I would change my email password. Thinking something is safe is just not enough.
Remember, ultimately account security is our own responsibility even if support is awesome.

Please be patient with support, they do their best to sort all problems as best and fast as they can. Provide any info you can if asked for it.

Secure your email too, change the password.
After that scan your pc for keyloggers.
The serial can be used to fight for ownership of the account, but the serial is not all that. You do not really need it to prove you own the account if you can provide proof.
But indeed, change the password for the game and your email account. And if you feel really insecure, you might want to consider asking support for an email change.
For the future, anet/guildwars will never ever send an email asking for this info, if you do do something against the rules there will be no warning through email.

I understand you are frustrated, but the forum cant help with this.
But your reasoning isn’t completely fair either. Support does work hard and at all hours. This is just the way it is.
You’re not missing anything. They are being sent right now but they come in waves. So yours will arrive too.
Just make sure you have room to receive the email.
Are you using the right info to log in? Your email and password, not your user name?
You can check your browser tools, the info should be saved there as well.
As for the ticket, can you submit one if you leave the serial blank? (there is a bug going around at the moment)

Then there are the problems with some email providers not accepting email from Anet.
All in all it comes down to patience.
Unless your username has personal info or violates the naming policy, it will not be changed.
In this case it could fall under the “Reference names of copyrighted or trademarked characters, materials, or products” rule. You might want to take this up with support by submitting a ticket.
The forum can’t help you to remove a ban. You will need to talk to support, top of every page.
It’s the present you get for having bought gems in December, no mistakes were made.

Never send in more then one ticket, that is a sure way of slowing down the process.
Also, you don’t actually explain what the problem is. Is she using the right info to log in, as in email and password, not username and password. Can she log into the forum?
If your ticket is older then 3 days, post the number in the sticky on the front page of this forum to have it looked at.

Mew, your computer is not good enough to play the game at all. That is why you can’t download.
Uhm, if the system specs in your test are correct and you have up to date drivers, you have a different problem.
Your pc doesn’t meet system requirements to even run the game. That might also be why you can’t download it.

I’m just being honest and hurricanes suck. But that still doesn’t mean the fault is all on the support side of things either.
The way support works has changed a few months back.
However, I do not understand why you would wait a year before doing something.
Your ticket number could have been posted in the sticky for tickets 3 days and older way back then. You were also able to add to your ticket back then, so you could have asked why you were not getting an answer.
Support is always willing to help and yes it sometimes takes longer then one would want.
But to be honest, you could have done a lot more then wait a year, buying a new game just to post and then call support atrocious. You could have gotten loads of tips on how to get help right here on the forum, just by giving it a little effort.
Also, you do not need access to the forum to be able to contact support.

Just to be on the safe side, you do know that you were at no time allowed to actually share an account? It’s good you didn’t because that, if found out, would void all your rights to support.
Also, when your girlfriend gets her own serial, she must make her own account with her own email address. So don’t use the serial yourself as it would make you the owner of that account, she has to do it herself.

You might be encountering the restrictions that is put on new account.
If that is the case, keep playing and indeed try again later.
Try visiting Kimmes in your HoM in GW1, there switch your hall display from character wide to account display, then return to Kimmes in GW2
I don’t know, I can’t tell you how hackers think and act.
But I would change your log in info for your email just to be sure.
Changing your email is possible, but you will have to talk to support about that.
