Did you already have a full digital deluxe account with an unique email?
Or did you want to upgrade? Because that code should have been added to your existing account through the “my account”tab.

If I understand correctly you want your new account to gain access to your bank on your first account?
Or do you mean your guild bank? (again on the first account)
You can still guest to their servers though.
ps, Inculpatus cedo is right, only within your region, not both.
Only other option would be to get a second account for the other region.

You arenanet log seems to be from your laptop.
Have you tried reparing the game on your pc using the ~repair command?
Are the drivers of your pc up to date?
The upgrade does have legacy armor and so the people with the normal DD edition don’t feel left out, that armor is also sold in the gem store.
But you’ll have to wait for support to answer you. It’s kinda frowned upon to create a ticket and post on the forum right after.
saalle is right, you will have to wait for support, answer their questions to establish ownership and after that they can restore your game to a point before it was hacked.
But if it takes longer then 3 days to reply, you can post your ticket number in the sticky for older tickets. The forum can’t help with this, support really is the way to go.

But the game rules clearly state that this is not normal in game.
I for one am not trying to attack you, we use words here too that would grant me a suspension if used in game. It really is just a matter of taking the suspension, as you are.

You guy’s are using your email as your usernames right?
It continues downloading on restarting it, after it’s been shut down. So it should just continue where it left of.
Try using the same log in info you use for GW2.
He said he doesn’t remember any of the Guild Wars 1 character names. You need one in order to log in. For that he will need to contact support.

Fixed, the online shop I get them only offers 2000 per card at 25 euro’s.
And I checked, before we could get 3 cards, 800, 2000 and 2500. Those same stores now only carry the 2000 one.

I usually buy mine online but you can get them at certain retailers too, in a box, lol.

The prices are for medium or high pop servers, 1800 is for very high and does not get the discount.
Do you get an error message or log? Because right now it could be anything.
Is gw2 the only program this happens with? Have you checked your temperatures?
Are your drivers up to date?
Hhmm, the loader is know for checking already installed files first but should do so at a much higher speed then when downloading (screen looks the same though).
If that’s not the case, I have no clue why it’s doing that.

not to beat a dead horse, but I have a quick question, my email that I have associated with my GW2 account is my work email, however in the last week I have changed companies and now I no longer have access to my old work email, I have submitted a ticket to support to have my account linked to my personal email, but wondering if I am just out of luck here, I have had the same account since beta, and have it linked to my GW1 account as well. How difficult is it to change to my personal email address, the game was also a digital download, so I am frantically searching for my serial number just in case. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
Well, you will need to go to support and create a ticket. It’s the only way to get it changed. But, a serial is not always needed! If you can prove it’s your account, there should be no problem.
Just answer what you can.

Might wanna check your browser tools too to make sure it’s indeed the right password.
The files are correct.
Did you buy a hard copy? if so it needs to download all updates. If it’s a digital copy, it will have to download the whole game. About 16 gb.
Well I could not tell if you had been able to play.
But the game has been know to not even download if the requirements aren’t met. That’s why I asked for specs.

You’ll ahve to either wait or risk logging in with the new char.
(As het account is new, I do believe you have a good chance with support to get the items if something did go wrong, but you’d have to contact support then)

And you have yet to log into the game with your new full account, right?

Having played a char before does not influence this as the mail is sent on logging in.
This hasn’t happened yet (after the upgrade to full game)

Yes, but if he deletes that char before login, he will get the stuff on the new one. The email is send to the first char that logs in.
It’s all depending on what char logs in first (to an actual area that is.)
But have you tried just upper of lower?

You should be safe, the mail is sent after you actually login, as in with a char loading an area.
Have you tried using only capital or lower case letters? Seems that is a problem for some people.
Also, if you buy a lot of gems, at some point you’ll get bottle-necked if that is the case, contact support.
Did the problems start after the new drivers?
If so, go back to the old ones. Not sure what you mean by windows driver though, drivers are for hardware.
