It returns the original item before it was transmuted.

From the wiki “Will return the original appearance item and stats item from an existing transmuted item. All items will remain soulbound.”

Only problem is that the splitter does not return skins. It returns the original item they were transmuted on.
You could try your luck with support but as it is a player mistake (it sucks, I know) there is little chance of getting the item back unless it is available again in the future.

Well, you can log in here. And that is the same password as you use for the game.
Check your internet tools, it might be stored there.

Also, please remove your email address! It can be used in ways to steal your account among other things.

Best thing you could do is to file a ticket with support and hope for the best.
Even though it sucks, it is a player mistake. There is a good chance you won’t be getting it back.

Not fun, but waiting is the only option right now. As for automated or not, I’m sure they do their best to try and keep it a fair as possible.

Well, you will have to wait till you get an answer from support.
Posting here before that is frowned upon.
If it takes longer then 3 days, post your ticket number in the sticky for tickets 3 days and older.

Also, if you want support to be kind, this kind of post is not going to work in your favor. Support does their best but mistakes do happen. Please, have some patience.

It’s not downloading, it’s checking the file. Looks the same but should have a higher speed.

The report says nothing about a nvidia card though. It states it using an integrated intel card.

If that is your actual card, you might be in trouble cause they are not meant for gaming.

As said before, submit a ticket with support, they will be able to tell you why and if it might have been a mistake. The forum can’t fix it for you.

I have my accounts linked too but still log into GW1 using the password I created then. I couldn’t log in using my GW2 info if I tried.
So try your original info for GW1.

It’s really important to have one of a good brand and with enough power.

The email you received to start with was probably the Phishing email that has been going around since the beginning.

Anet will never ask you for login info via email nor will they contact you in such a way (unless the email is from an IP address trying to gain access, you will then have to verify access for that IP)

Your best bet would be to change all your login info and you email addres (the last will have to be done through support.

But as we don’t know what emails you got, we can’t be sure if this is actually what happened.

I just set up my PC. I have an A10 6800K APU so I know the minimum specs are met. I’m currently not running a discrete graphics card. Could that be what is keeping me from installing the game?

It has happened before, laptops and PC’s that don’t meet the requirements might not even download the game.
So yes, it could be the reason why.

The download wasn’t restarted, it will check files you had already downloaded first and will then continue with downloading.

Only problem is that you can’t see the difference, it looks as if it restarted but if you look closely you should see that the speed is a lot higher when checking files then actually downloading files.

Depends on the reason for it.

If you got hacked then yes there is an option.

But if it is just so you can “start over” then no. You’d have to delete all your chars (keep whatever you want that isn’t tied to a char, if you want it, in the bank)
Then you can “start over” and choose a new server.

Other then that, if it’s not because of an outside reason or mistake very very early on, there will be no rollback.

The last one is not from Anet.
If you were botting or such you would have gotten a suspension without warning. Anet doesn’t warn through email.

There is a lot more to find about this on the forum. Just in case, might be smart to change your password for the game and your email account.
