But Sanira, your info is very limited. Do you have a crash report? Do you get an error message? All we really know now is that you get black screens, other then that, we really know nothing.
There is an option to get those items from the gem store.

It seems kinda strange that an Alienware gaming laptop has a Intel graphics card.
So I checked their website, and model 14 doesn’t seem to be sold with just an Intel card.
Yet that Intel card is being shown as the one being used.
On the Dell website in the drivers section there are 2 drivers available, one for the Intel card and one for the Nvidia card you should also have.

Try installing that driver.

Well, if you purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition, you will get the banker, etc. But if you only purchased the Heroic Edition, you get the game, Legacy Armor (once), Mithril box (once) and 10 boosters (once). As far as I understand. =)

Are you sure it’s downloading and not checking the files you had already downloaded?
If you’ve never finished the download before turning it off, it will check the files you did download first (usually at a higher speed then your internet connection really is).
After it’s done that it will start actually downloading the missing files.

Unfortunately this is considered a player mistake and they do not restore that.
The wings are a free item, no money or gems involved.
It all depends on the notation, MB or Mb. I believe Abomally is right.
Are you using your username instead of you email to log in? Cause it needs to be your email.
Unless really needed, like when using personal info, you can contact support and ask for a change.

You are speaking about separate accounts, and not characters, yes? Each of you has a different account name (email address) and password?
Exactly what I was thinking.
If each of you have their own account with unique email and password, there should not be a shared list. If not, it’s a tech issue.
However sharing an account will have that and sharing is not allowed.
Or did you already use them on a PvE item?
