Because yes, some of the stuff you get is bound and with deleting the char, they won’t show up again like the mistfire wolf, that you get for every char.

As for the video card thing, doubt that is an issue with the game Jorge.

But Sanira, your info is very limited. Do you have a crash report? Do you get an error message? All we really know now is that you get black screens, other then that, we really know nothing.

There is an option to get those items from the gem store.

But as with other games, a newly brought out edition doesn’t mean you, or anyone else for that matter, are entitled to it.
It’s a marketing strategy to get more buyers. But they at least made sure all other players can get them too.

And as you are able to log into the forum, you should be able to log into the game.
The info is the same.

Use you email address and look up your password in your browser tools and you should be fine.

That is assuming you mean your GW2 account, for GW1 you do need a char name.

I lost my game to hackers and havent heard anything from arena net after that, was away from game for few months and got new graphics card and stuff so thought to play again, id need to buy new gw2 if i wanted to play so… that’s not going to happen, some of the mails that said " you have been hacked log here, or you will lose the game completely " was real i guess.

ps have made ticket or something like that, not really clear stuff that.

If you have made a ticket and it’s older then 3 days, go post the number in the sticky for tickets 72 hours and older (front page of the account issues sub forum).
It will get looked at there, also if you have new info update your existing ticket.

Are you using you email as username?

It seems kinda strange that an Alienware gaming laptop has a Intel graphics card.

So I checked their website, and model 14 doesn’t seem to be sold with just an Intel card.
Yet that Intel card is being shown as the one being used.

On the Dell website in the drivers section there are 2 drivers available, one for the Intel card and one for the Nvidia card you should also have.

Try installing that driver.

Well, if you purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition, you will get the banker, etc. But if you only purchased the Heroic Edition, you get the game, Legacy Armor (once), Mithril box (once) and 10 boosters (once). As far as I understand. =)

I’m guessing the first (I can’t read….), cause op does state “so they can play together”.

Still unsure about the reclaim though.

Please post your crash log or ArenaNet.log. Because it’s to hard to say anything useful if we can’t see what’s going on.

Also, tried every solution is a bit unclear. What have your tried? Did you check your GPU temps?

Are you sure it wasn’t due to the "taxes"on the TP?
You pay to put an item online and then again when it’s sold. That might clear up the missing gold.

Are you sure it’s downloading and not checking the files you had already downloaded?

If you’ve never finished the download before turning it off, it will check the files you did download first (usually at a higher speed then your internet connection really is).
After it’s done that it will start actually downloading the missing files.

You are speaking about separate accounts, and not characters, yes? Each of you has a different account name (email address) and password?

Exactly what I was thinking.
If each of you have their own account with unique email and password, there should not be a shared list. If not, it’s a tech issue.

However sharing an account will have that and sharing is not allowed.
