Thats really funny considering the history of the 2 servers, you realise they basically hate each other.
At the end of last week BG and JQ were close in terms of the “score” and then they decided to focus the kitten outta you guys (for the 2nd place? lol) and ended up being successful. Please explain your point again.
Point is obvious, there is no overall 2v1 against YB, in fact the idea is laughable.
i think even if they adjusted stability it would still be a problem due to the massive aoe skill spamfest that happens in large fights. you may not get cc’ed but i doubt you’d be able to live with the awesome balance this game has to offer.
the thing is every server has players that all play differently.. when you call other servers out for not playing the way you play you are actually calling out a bunch of people on your own server. this is why i laugh at all this pvf stuff. every server has people that would rather take easy objectives when nobody is looking.. every server has people that sit on sm cannons or siege for hours. every server does the same thing just some do it better than others.

Or it may be that we went from fighting the #16 server (191 glicko ahead of us) to the #17 server (still 166 glicko ahead of us).
welcome to bronze.. i put thousands of hours down there and that is just something you either live with or move on when you get tired of it. most get tired of it and eventually move which only makes it worse. tiers are so out of wack that even dominating top of bronze you will most likely get rolled over in bottom of silver. sorry you are in crappy match-ups but really its been like that down there for a very very long time…
I’ll learn to counter it when it stops instant downing me in large fights.. If I had 1% health left I’d be happy because then I ould try to counter. Getting instant downed is the friggin problem. Stop saying learn to play or learn to counter. If this is a learn to play issue so is ever single complaint EVER
Should blame your zerg for that,reflect lines are normally being popped forcing gunflamers and heavy range to go to the sides..Also note we have 1200 range not 1500.Also there is no way you’re getting insta downed by it,if you do..that’s all on you.
no the blame goes to the balance team. any skill that goes from full health to instant downed is BROKEN and not healthy game play. You play the build so of course you don’t see it as a problem.
You’re missing how it is to play a warri at all atm,which is a pain in zergfights aswell,but you wouldn’t know that because you don’t play warri at all.Try it,and come back at me.
And as ive said before,I do not run gunflame often,it’s too gimmicky and we have to sacrifice ALOT to make it work with having null sustain left.

It does not insta down players,simple as that.If you get insta down that’s all on you and playing it wrong.Stop playing so much 50v50 and learn how to actually counter it you,noob.Honestly,you miss how much counter there is to this build while only kittening about a warri getting a lucky kittening shot in a 50v50 while having 15 – 25 might stacks from guards around him,please man.

Balance is all out of wack and tbh it is not much fun anymore. It used to take some sort of skills to kill players but now it takes 1 to 2 buttons instead and you don’t even need any skills whatsoever to pull it off..

I usually log close to about 20hours a day in WvW, specially when i started playing, but now, i dont even wanna spend 20seconds in it.

For being able to do such gunflames the guy needs to run full zerk and probably,most likely…very likely also is not running def line.Means he has no cleansin and propably only 1x endure pain maybe stabi considering if he has both sig of might and fury or either one of them.Besides there’s still the ability to lose his los,get out of range if you dont have invulns ready.

Who says you need a One shot button on your ele ? And if you go full bunker guardian you shouldnt expect to do any dmg besides hitting like a wet noodle.

It is hard to counter gun flame when in a large fight since you don’t even see it coming. I was getting instant downed in some SM lord room fights and found out what was doing it.. I never even seen the guy doing it to me either but it only took 1 shot. Hard to pick out 1 player in a sea of red.
Add in PvX guilds too. There’s also plenty of players who play WvW regularly or semi-regularly who are not members of <insert celebrity WvW guild here>. It shouldn’t be difficult to pull out of data which accounts spend time in WvW. And consider those accounts of the players who spend 8 hours a day or more scouting and putting up siege and defending? You know them, every server has them; the guys who you think are nuts for playing more than you. They were on before your raid started and they are still doing callouts when you are ending your raid. They probably have many more hours in WvW than the typical “real” WvW hardcore guild. Hehe.
But this is why it’s obvious Anet wants to make the game mode appeal to PvE players too.

It should be open beta for every wvw player to test. How can you actually test something when only a few chosen ones are testing it? There are so many types of play styles that just getting certain guilds, certain play styles or streamers won’t be enough. Unless the maps are full of players when tested, I’d expect the same results we got from the desert bl beta.

Look back at all the things that made players quit wvw according to these forums. siege disablers, stability, no white sword test event, golem week, and the new desert bl. Probably missing a few others as someone else recently uninstalled because rev CoR got changed again.
Its a game that many play to have fun. If you are not having fun move on as I doubt you will ever get that fun back.. For some of us we still have fun.. Yea hard to believe with the amount of QQ’ing that goes around in these forums but it is true.
CC is actually too weak now. Yesterday i did drop static field laika pro and whole zerg just run through it. If i drop cc every player should top there. That is point of cc. Frigging one warrior come and you need like 15 cc skill to stop him if you don’t have boon corrupt.

Why are the new HOT runes not available in wvw for badges or proof of heroics? It is sad that I have to farm a specific HOT map if i want to use a rune in a totally unrelated game mode.
These are HoT content and you can do WvW without buying HoT. So stuff that requires HoT will never appear in WvW merchants or every free account could start farming those.
1. calling a friendly target = red (exact same color as before) crosshair
2. calling a target on an enemy = really dark red crosshair
3. the little arrow facing downwards above the character you’re are currently targeting = same color as their team color (red faction = red triangle, green server = green arrow and so on)
The new enemy target marker is way to dark to be easy recognisable. Totally worthless change in my opinion.
I get dark on everything except a few NPCs at the spawn in WvW. In Pve however, it is the normal bright red one on everything. /shrug
I didn’t notice it in wvw yet but played a few pvp matches and saw the target icon there. I agree it is pretty bad color as its too dark. Also noticing a new green arrow on the target you are attacking..
DH Bow 5 is commonly called as “DH kitten ”. It freaking invisible wall. If you can not see it, you can not avoid it. Stupid, buggy, annoying, etc etc
yea this is main problem with that skill. more than half the time you don’t see the little fences and if you stun break out of one you run into the next invisible fence..
Anet won’t do anything, because one of us is going to implode in a month or two anyways.

You’ll just have to rebuild errrrr or who ever implodes first that is.. DB went through the same thing but they are moving back up it looks. I remember golem week fighting them down in Bronze or bottom of silver. They probably get more new players because they have Dragon in their name lol
Now I know it is a PvP build but it might help you tweak your build some. I haven’t messed with burn guardian that much but on most of my condi builds, its usually dire gear with rabid weapons/accessories, a stacking sigil of corruption and I usually toss a sigil of doom on one set of weapons. Other weapon sigils can be what ever you want. Energy is good for an extra dodge and sigil of earth has 60% on crit to apply bleeding so that is another condi that would have to be cleansed. Really up to you.. I usually just throw some gear together and see how it works lol I’m def not a pro at creating the best builds but they usually do the job. GL and just remember as long as you have fun playing it that is all that should matter.
Happens to me only in EBG in wvw.. Desert BL I don’t get the messages and I’m not getting them in PVE maps.. Soon as I go to eternal battle grounds I get the message a few times every minute or so. unrep/rerep did nothing for me as I tried that before posting here and happens on each one of my characters.
We told them in the beta weekends like over half a year ago.
Just give up they don’t have a WvW development team, or they’re just not listening. Either way nothing is being done. They can’t even make a WvW map background that doesn’t look like it’s been made in MSPaint and it takes months if not years to fix the tiniest of bugs (like Ice Spike not working with quickness since HoT).
They throw false rumors around, like the “Orb coming back”, “WvW overhaul” or “SAB coming back” just so that people don’t quit.
That’s the difference with a company really supporting their game and trying to make significant improvements. Now I’m not saying ESO is a better game, it’s about the same as GW2, but the support is light years ahead. DirectX update, Mac 64bit client and opengl update, changes in all game modes, complete rebalance, new content and the list goes on and on and it covers everything.

Those went into my bank and now clog my bank inventory.. I get way more ascended mats than those things can eat. I just right click delete about a stack of each every other day
This is happening a lot in wvw chats recently. I only started to notice it after the last patch that added a bunch of chat options but looks like its been happening for awhile now going by the thread.
Can we get some storage area for scribing mats? It kind of stinks having to have all the materials in my inventory and not be able to deposit them into a collection like all the other crafting materials.

Most base players will have already left for one of the new games coming out in 2016.
The longer I play the more I realize upgrades aren’t a good idea. Everything should be a T3 and nothing ever repairs even between flips. Someone mentioned this a while ago and the more I play the more I realize this would be a much better system.
I think they should do an event like this as it could be fun but could become another k-train event. Only thing I can see happening is more people will say it is pointless to defend. Some are saying it now with auto upgrades.
Btw, do you know dh lb aa is (was when i tested it) like 1650 range and 1 of the best range dps skills? JFYI.
Auto attack range has always been broken. Wish the red bar under the skill that indicates if the skill is in range was actually accurate. Can also jump and somehow that too gives you even more range lol
