Culling has been moved to the client side with options, so if you don’t set your options correctly you’ll still have problems.

Just a little cautious about the idea of a “fix” that moves the problem from their computer to mine, sounds a little like an “admin fix”

Unless your and ele it seems you wont get any loot any way. Did the daily ported over to Orr the event was bugged a group of eles doing a lap, run to point A: drop 5 aoes mobs spawn, melt, eles run to next spawn point repeat. no idea how long its been bugged but they had the timing down so well it wasnt worth even trying.

We will probably never get it and i would probably get the naughty stick for linking it but for that moment when you come round the corner in WvW and find a 40 toon zerg coming the other way i would like to be able to emote one last act of defiance

Isnt a Boquet of Roses always ment to be a one use item, being seen giving them to more than one person is not good for your meal prospects, sleeping arangment or health

Try the mystic toilet if throwing away 500g for no result will not worry you.

There are people who post oh wow put in four swords and got dusk on my first try but a lot more that post they poured their entire wealth in and got nothing.

The chances by any current method are miniscule, best advice is do your map completion, do your clovers, do the WvW and dungeons your gifts of and then think about a precourser.
It might drop along the way and by the time your done there might be another way to get it.

Going out to “farm” your precourser means weeks of not getting it and that sense of dissapointment is probably not good for your enjoyment of the game.

Then rangers are totally realistic, i havent spent years training my pet. As a result it mauls random strangers, runs off, gets lost following me and when it does seem to obey takes a week to do so.

So the fix for rangers would be pets slightly brighter than a bush.

The fix for engineers a turret with twin chain guns and a missile launcher rather than a spit ball gun.

The fix for warriors an alt so they realise how “insane” their Pve specs are so they are prepared when the axe falls.

Doing clovers got sick of clicking for the single recipes tried the x10 30 clovers 3 attempts

Do a jumping puzzle on a large Norn then do the same puzzle on an asura it was an OMG moment for me. That ledge i shimmied along to get just right because the camera was half way through the back of my head was a freaking highway for the stunty

People like me?

When ectos were 40+ and rising my thoughts were kitten ever getting enough for a legendary when OMG i got a rare i sold the ecto. When the changes hit i got interested again followed the price and put in orders for a couple of hundred in the 26’s where the price seemed to be stabilising.

I guess there are people who like me who might not like paying 26 for an ecto but prefer it to 42 thats a lot of demand that needs to work though the system.

Add in we have seen drop rates increased then the change reversed so many times i wanted to get my gift of fortune done before drop rates were nerfed and the price headed back into the 30s

LOL i like that BoH are esentially worthless some armor a few siege pieces and a pile in the bank it means people that go into WvW are there for the game not to farm

Would you want a system where the best way to get ascended gear was a zerg, no interest ing supply/forts/tatics.

People farm what they feel is the easiest/quickest to get their “stuff” you make other players the easiest thing to farm and its going to get messy.

and it would probably give me the WvW survival time of a snow flake in Mount Maelstrom where under the current system i have risen to the dizzy heights of speed bump

Had a similar problem got 100% got the been there done that but no world completion items. Bug reported it the suggestion was revisit all the cities and the whispers hideout.

went to LA and bonced through the portals to each city got a completion reward for the Char citadel and then ta ding world completion

I have an 80 ranger i know what its like fighting mesmers they are like kittenroaches, killed him pop, killed him again pop will you just stand still so i know which one of you to kill and so my pet can catch up and actually get in the fight.

I leaped in at 26.7 last night, following the charts the price seems to have at least stabilised. I would have liked it lower i think 20 would be nice but i dont think its going to happen. Chest have a guarrenteed rare IF you can get to a mob with out spending 30 minutes on an over flow plus i have noticed the number of porusbones creeping up and the amount rares falling farming Orr.

JS has by word and from what we have seen of the market quite hands off. Relying on the market to adjust its self rather than trying to micromanage the huge volume of transactions that occour daily to try and please the vocal members of the forums.

Gem prices will rise from simple economics, when the game started it was OMG i made my first gold, it seemed like a fortune now dumping 30g on ectos while they were cheep to knock off my clovers was by comparrison a small amout.

More people have more gold so when some thing like a cute back pack comes along they can buy more gems and are willing to pay more for them. When the sale ends gems drop. I would think it was actually in the interst of Anet to have the gem market totally hands off to encourage free trade back and forth.

I am sure there is a quote from the Devs some where that the price is totally player driven sadly i cant find it at the moment to back my opinion.

I have one toon my guardian that i want equiped in the “best” because he is the one i do group/guild things with and people will be relying on me.

The 80 ranger is in exotics and will probably stay that way.

The 80 thief is in almost full exotics and will get round to it

the others arent 80 but 8 slots 7 alts all can play the game all i can have fun on if this was any other game would people expect to be able to raid gear all their alts?

Play alts for fun and a bit of a break in play style dont try to have 8 mains you just make a game into work

I do wonder why people conect the problem with guesting, there are only so many toons going after a chest if 50 people find the timing on TC is better than SOR im sure there would be 50 people on TC rather than wait head for SOR

The same number of people are doing the event they just time shift when and where they do it to add convienience.

All that means is people arent waiting, what seems to be the rub is people after so long of “bad” loot think the only way/ easiest way to get items is event chests so while 50 people would turn up for a Jormag that droped blues and greens 500 people want to be there for a Jormag that drops 1-3 rares.
