Nah they would just see it as no one wants to play a ranger so we wont bother fixing anything and concentrate on Warriors seeing they are so popular

1: How many levels of gear beyond Ascended are being planned.

2: Are there plans for an increase of max level beyong 80, if there is to what?

3: When will a one time event be sceduled for the greatest concurrency of Australian and New Zealand players.

4: why when introducing a new tier of gear did you require a ton of materials used to make exotic gear, not only leaving the people trying to get the old gear one step behind but making it even harder to make exoitcs.

Warriors already have too many weapons giving them more will just confuse them
Guardians can already do every thing with the weapons they have, they dont need more
Engineers get hammers when everyone else gets shotguns and flame throwers
Thieves cant use a greatsword because it gets stuck trying to climb through windows
Necromancers would gust end up killing one of their zerg of pets if you gave them any thing bigger than a dagger to swing
Elementalists already have a big flappy torch with wings they dont need one on a handle
Mesmers are scary enough as it is they dont need more firepower

Rangers on the other hand do need a rifle, a big one that makes it abundanly clear that you are on the wrong end of it.

They got rid of the harvesting bots now they need to get rid of the shopping bots apart from vanilla which we realise there are only 5 pods in the game most things on the TP are available in thousands. The only thing keeping the price high is people/programs buying and reposting items at a higher price.

Ill stick with GW2 vanilla, my game time is to fractured with interruptions to run many dungeons, exotics are fine for me and it means im not going to one of the unhappy folks who run the flavor of the month time and time again for no drops.

It is soo much faster and easier to level up when ur in team instead of going at it alone. Also much more fun imo. Why so many lone-players?

Main reason i dont accept random group invites is it always seems to be some one too low for the zone. A nice tender level 70 in orr has zombies crossing half the zone for a bite joining up with one wont get me any thing but a repair bill. I stick to guild groups mostly.

Rangers from my point of view should be able to scout efficiently, the profession itself fits the description of a fast moving hunter/tracker that can scout. Stealth is thieves’ thing but speed is another issue, speed can be implemented to signet of the hunt and make a huge change on our play-style.

I love our profession, I love my pets but as many of you would agree there is still something missing…

Adding speed would be the first step in my opinion.

30% in any MMO Thieves get stealth back stab your dead.
Warriors get so many hitpoints you have to log off to go to work before you have kitted them down
rangers have the best run speed because we get niether of the above and run away a lot.

Champion troll, guy got there a little before me and started kitting it arround the small island, jumped in with lynx pet and bow then switched to sword torch tossed in the torch aoe the lynx bleeds and bounced along auto attacking as we ran in circles now maybe my bleeds and burns wernt enough to out damage the guy in the lead but even with rampage as one the troll just ignored me

There may not be a class that can stand and tank but some thing this guy was doing had the troll chasing him like he was a sophomore cheer leader

They kicked you when the boss was at 2% then there cant have been any thing seriously wrong with your gear you got there and got him down

I have to wonder what level you are charming your pets at? Stroll through a zone at 80 to pick up a pet sure that as exciting as going to the shop to buy milk.

Dodging running hiding dying to sneak into a 40 area at 15 to get a shark was awesome

Remove a chunk of our dps and give us a buff of a few stats? Roll a warrior and carry a banner you would be better off.
A petless ranger is efectivly pointless its just a SB thief with out the dps or cool death blossom animation.

New zone mobs may hit hard but atlest thay are spaced far enough appart that you get one not him and three friends that have started respawning by the time you kill them.

communication is key lets face it it was the biggest disater in the short history of the game and we get one short half comment. That implies two things either despite the feed back Anet dont think they dropped the ball last weekend or they think if they ignore the complaining customers they will go away, well sad thing for the game they will.

Seriously dude, I don’t mean to be rude but you should at least try to follow some common sense. People know when the event is going to be for weeks prior. It’s you that has to adjust to the their schedule not ANet to every single one of our schedules.

I agree though they should have a way of identifying who participated in the last phase and didn’t get the chest due to server problems.

The sorry some people didnt get to loot doesnt cut it, Anet needs to realise it dropped the ball big time and make sure the comunity knows they realise it.
Its not just dc’s during the event.
Its the idea of having a free play during a major event then not having the hardware to handle it.
Its the idea of having an event aimed at a percentage of the player base and telling the rest of the comunity “you dont live in the US we dont care”
Its the idea of haveing an event with huge disparity from normal loot and allowing some people to run it multiple times.
Its about pulling the plug on people who with help from kind guildies managed to get an invite to the event then wer not allowed to complete it.

Yes i would love the bag and the amulet i would certainly love a chest with a few gold items or a chance at Dusk but what i really would love is for Anet to state
“yes we stuffed up on multiple levels with this event, we offer a whole harted and abject appology to our loyal community, we will learn from our mistakes this time and will not repeat them”

I sympathise with you mate. If you were unable to attend, that is unfortunate. Hopefully you will be able to make the next one-time event.

However, even your argument is why I am saying what I am. No one cared to do the event, and people are less bothered about missing it, than missing on the loot. Why should ‘you’ get something if you didn’t earn it. 4 exotics isn’t even that big a deal. — On a side note. If you’ve been playing since beta and only have 4 exotics, you are doing something wrong.

Fine then move the events each time so it means one group arent the people being kittened each time. At the moment thay are all held at a time to suit one group of players and kitten another group.

Actually Charr are the second brightest race, the brightest on Tyria are of course the Dolphins, Asurans are actually third.
Humans have shown the ability to run away when facing a Charr so i suppose you can count them as intelligent.
Sylvari, celery that wants to live life as a centaur more confused than intelligent.
Norn have been know to starve to death while desciding what to eat for breakfast.

Problem is your treating thieves as the problem the QQ seems to be half from trolls that get their kicks posting garbage and then baiting the people that reply. Thats not a thief problem its just we seem to be the fotm for whines so they come here.

The second group are people with the situational awareness of a rock that dont see a thief coming dont react for a bit after the thief starts attacking then come here with kitten examples of how they got back stabbed for 5,000,000 points by a perma stealthed theif and point out that they are so awesome that the only way a thief could kill them is we are totally over powered.

A thief could be reduce to a single weapon, the wet teabag that they are only allowed to attack with after presenting the opposing player with a 5 page appology and waiting 30 minutes and people would still come here and complain.

Played eq eq2 Aion Rift even a bit of the game that shall not be named hey i know how things work.

I didnt, a lot of how i used to play just wasnt of any use i couldnt as a mage root and nuke i couldnt as a warrior tank and spank, things hit me hard, trash had cc. I had to learn if im not moving im dead. Some classes make this even tougher than others..

Try a few classes they play very differently ele wasnt for me but im having a blast as a thief once you do get the hang of it, it is a beautiful system.

I try to get fur-exposing armor for my charr characters. When I put in the effort to get their fur coat/pattern just right, I want to be able to see it while I play. Especially from the back, like so. It’s not very sensible though XD

We need a give Charr knees campaign every thing is a trench coat or a skirt the thought of human thieves getting to go round looking like cat woman while my kitty looks like inspector Clouseau drves me batty.
Kitty armor needs a revamp even this would be an improvment on the selection of sleeping bags we have to chose from at the moment.
