You know how there’s a tab that you can check/uncheck to summon/dismiss a mini? what if at lvl 80 you get two tabs? One mini on your left side, and the other one on the right side! Maaaaaaayyyybe 4th birthday gift? you get an “extra miniature slot, ability to summon an extra mini” as a present
Anyone second this? Imagine someone with a mini kasmeer and mini marjory, an Asura with a mini Professor Mew and a mini PK 632Z or a charr with mini frostbite and mini devourer:)
What is your stat layout? It depends entirely on that. If you’re running Viper’s for instance I would suggest you stick with berserker. If you’re intentionally limiting yourself to poison for some reason then Rune of Thorns (but that probably is not BiS) and if you’re running a cheaper high crit (Rampager? Sinister?) build then Krait where you can’t sustain high amounts of burning then Krait simply because bleed applications with the rotation are pretty simple to get and stacking high is very easy.
But it really depends on your condition duration without those runes. Keep in mind that poison, unlike bleeding and burning, gets no trait help so while you get +33% to both bleeding and burning by just taking a trait and actually just choosing the Firearms trait line automatically gives you the bleeding. If you’re choosing Thorns AND Viper’s you’re gimping yourself.
I have mostly the Morbach armor set which uses the Dire prefix (Condition damage, precision and toughness)
I thought Dire was Condition / Toughness / Vitality. I believe you just described Rabid. Doesn’t matter, it’s just a name, so setting that aside because you are not running Viper’s (expertise) your best bet would definitely be to take Rune of Thorns off the table. For long engagements rune of the Krait, if you are going the bleed route, would do you well. 4 Nightmare + 2 Trapper would do fine too as it will boost all of your condition durations. If you were taking shorter engagements, say open world, you should stick to what you currently have which is rune of the Berserker.
So to sum up don’t bother with Thorns, you can play with Krait if you want, and Berserker will help end things the fastest versus Krait which is best for longer engagements. Because of the cost though it’s not really feasible to switch between Krait and Berserker so I’d recommend you stick with Berserker since the 7% increase in condition damage works for all of your conditions giving you a stronger base to work from if you want to incorporate all of them into your rotation.

I was actually gonna put in the extremely unlikely items an infinite revive orb "replica heal-o-tron that says “Dont-worry. I-am-a-certified-medic” or “replica-heal-o-tron-to-the-rescue!” buuuuuut if Anet were to do that then that item would essentially be pay2win, then that category is a joke (hence the name extremely unlikely…….would be surprise if we get something though XD)
And as silly as your idea is, I would love to have a regular golem assistant/o-tron model following me and aiding in battle
With the summer update coming in the future I thought that its the perfect time to talk about one of GW2 popular character Job-o-tron/hobo-tron/ho-ho-tron/heal-o-tron/hero-tron (hopefully this will be his last name).
Hero-tron was originally supposed to be a minor character but because of his popularity he gained an arc of its own throughout Season 1 of the living story, I would say he is as popular as Canach (now that I think about it their stories share many similarities).
Sadly Hobo-tron was not featured in Season 2 (though he had small scene in destroyed LA at the release of the last chapter) but was instead shown through merchandising (replica job-o-tron backpack and job-r-tron gathering tools). Who knows where we might see this golem end up in the future. Personally he is one of my fav characters (I genuinely could argue why he is one of the “best” characters) and really hope to see him return.
While talking to a friend about merchandising Heal-o-tron as a joke he told me “that would be a pretty neat idea”. Obviously Hero-tron’s uniqueness in his items is that they talk or make sounds (backpack and gathering tools talk and mini Ho-ho-tron has his bell sound) I personally dont mind the chatter, but I can see the annoyance.
So if Anet plans on merchandising job-tron….welp here some ideas/suggestions that I came up with:
items that are extremely likely to be sold
*Mini, mini job-o-tron/hero-tron (no quotes, I dont there is a single mini that utters actual dialogue…..and honestly dont want to, if anything let the mini o-tron do typing animation from time to time)
*Glider, Gilde-r-tron. (already suggested on other threads and people have a pretty good idea on quotes, post them if you want)
items that could be sold
*Helm skin, Hat-r-tron. (thought of this and “easy” route would be a fuzzy hat, but “my vision” saw the upper part of o-Tron’s body with his “arms” included OR just the body fully covering the players face XD)
*Mail Carrier, Mail-r-tron. (the one quote I can think is “Mail-delivered”)
finally unlikely items
*job-o-tron weapon set. (Yuri Lowenthai makes the weapon sound effect XD)
*Travel toy, ride-r-tron. (plz Anet?

I am frustrated, angry, disappointed. How in the blue blazes does PVP CONTENT interrupt PVE?! All of this was revealed a few minutes ago through french website. I was like “Dont worry ed, its probably a mis-translation or something” but noooooooooooe, I’m a dummy for believing that apparently. Anet you better prove me wrong that LW S3 wont be a disappointment. MMOinks kept saying that they will release episodes every 2-3 months I made a post about it, everyone was like “dont worry he is wrong or confusing it with something” well APPARENTLY he was right all along eh?! I want quality and QUANTITY. I’m sorry but you had what? more than 6 months to work on this and a team of 5 people deliver more content in LESS TIME that only 10% of the playerbase plays?! The cancellation of legendary weapons meant nothing. We still gonna have a content drought. I am very very very angry and dissapointed.

A lackluster story with lackluster choices, just like HoT.
The story is not lackluster at all, the problem of HoT story is not about quality, the problem of HoT story is that it lacks quantity leading to rushed plot on later parts. Quality wise HoT story exceed with flying colors with amazing mechanics, soundtrack and voice acting. All they need to do is increase quantity.
Maybe lackluster was a wrong choice of word (haha choice )
but in all seriousness Anet said there were going to be choices that had impact just like PS…….and we only got 2 that didnt affect the story in any way and let’s be honest: I am not the only one that despised the whole dream deus ex machina (the concept is fine…..but the execution? we go from “we need to find its weakness” to “let’s enter his mind” thing)
