have you tried it without the small interface size? there have been issues with that setting before.

have you tried guesting? I know it sounds silly because everywhere is megaserver, but it sometimes works for characters stuck like that (I’ve had the issue before).

and what exactly are the bots going to do? pool infinite amounts of gold that they can’t do anything with (no mailing of items/gold for f2p accounts, or guild bank access, and limited TP access)? I can see how this would be appealing /s

in all seriousness, I doubt we’ll see as many bots as people seem to think, there are plenty of safeguards in place (as Zalladi said), and I’m fairly sure that if those aren’t enough something will be done about it.

it is based on the age of your character (as each character gets a gift when they hit year1, 2, etc), not your account.

I did the event, got the cores, and I hope the memories of Scarlet DOES contain them. the fun I had doing the event is in no way negated by new players getting access to them.

make sure you are in the Equipment tab in the hero panel, and not the Wardrobe tab. you can’t do anything with trinkets or gem stones in the Wardrobe tab.

if you still can’t select anything in the Equipment tab, I’d try repairing the client

when you use (double-click) recipes, they are only activated only on the character that used it. this is why your guardian knows the recipe and your artifactor doesn’t.

there isn’t much you can do, apart from either learn artifacting on your guardian, or re-buying the recipe for 25 laurels and 15g and using the recipe on your artifactor.

once you have registered your account (which you obviously have, since you have played), you can play the game from anywhere in the world. you will have to authorise the new network IP address via email (or mobile authentication if you have that), but you don’t have to purchase a new copy of the game, or a new serial.

you just have to download the game, log in as you do now, authorise, and play.

this makes me think of the game Overlord… difference being that the minions in that actually do stuff when you tell them to. necros should take some notes.

additionally to what Satenia.9025 said, the pieces unlocked by personal story do not count towards the title despite them unlocking the skins in the wardrobe.

you only face krait if you go and confront the priestess instead of doing the competition in the hylek line, but I’m fairly sure that isn’t underwater even and they are risen krait (I ALWAYS choose to help the hylek now, because it means I don’t have to trek half way across everywhere to do the others, although I haven’t chosen to confront the priestess for a while.)

I think ending up underwater fighting krait is something totally different, perhaps your greatest fear choice, the Apatia line (making another suffer) has a lot of underwater missions and a lot of krait.

no, Tombs of Knowledge no longer give level 80 characters a level, they only give a spirit shard, so they can’t be used to level masteries.

CTRL + Right-click on a different skill (#1 skill is a good choice) while your secondary weapon set is active. it will change what is set to auto attack.

nope, no one has them, they haven’t been released. iirc they were datamined last month. btw NA and EU client is the same. the only client that is different is China’s, so China might have them (like the mini dragon we just got), but EU doesn’t.

Are you sure you can’t select them, did you load the game to check? The new boosters being sold in the gem store aren’t the “Enchanted Reward Boosts”, they’re new unstackable types.

Now, if they did go back and remove the ability to select karma from the old ones, then I’m sorry for doubting you.

You can now change the stats on Ascended weapons and armor by combining an Anthology of Heroes, the equipment you want to change, five globs of ectoplasm, and an exotic insignia or inscription. This process destroys all upgrades.

you have to play an entire episode before you can replay for achievements. achievements don’t even unlock until you have. after that though, you can replay and only do the quests with achievements in that episode in whatever order, and even multiple times.

this happened when equipping the embroidered armor headpiece (I’m pretty sure this doesn’t matter) on my new ele yesterday, the water headpiece still showed over it, but it doesn’t appear there anymore. the only things I can remember doing is hiding (while I ran across the Grove to the cultural armor vendor)/unhiding the headpiece, then changed the skin.

it might do nothing for you, but thought I’d post.

if it doesn’t, you can create it, and place playlists (not mp3s) into the folder

are you clicking ‘create beta’, and not just ‘create’ (if you have char slots empty)?

you only got 3? my gf got it 10 times on 1 character. it was mind boggling.

the event does bug out quite often, however, try to report it in game (it gives the devs more information about what’s going on at the time I believe).

in the meantime you can buy the item from the trading post for 4 silver. while this is not a fix, and you shouldn’t have to complete the collection this way, it is an option.

there are no hero points in Lion’s Arch, or any of the other cities (The Black Citadel, The Grove, Rata Sum, etc), so that could be why there are none on the loading screen.

looks like coherent (trading post dlls) that are crashing. try deleting the bin folder from your install location eg: C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\ this contains the dlls for the trading post UI.

the game will re-download the folder and its contents when you start it again.

so, they didn’t really die out/change (due to the curse inflicted by the Hylden), they just shrank, moved underground and turned into asura… it all makes sense now

it was unavailable for a time, but it is now enabled, so you shouldn’t have a problem unlocking

have you been to the hall of monuments and spoken to Kimmes the Historian to collect/unlock your other skins? have you been to hall of monuments to tame the Black Moa?

edit: if you haven’t got one, you will need a portal stone to get to Hall of Monuments (just in case you deleted yours, I know I have many times before). it’s explained how to get one here:

do you have a character in a beta slot? if you do, delete the character in the beta slot, then try deleting the one you want to delete.
