I would expect news about specs coming out next Tuesday, be patient. They will reveal most of the information before close beta which is coming up soon after PAX east.
These features are on bottom of the pile, the devs have more important tasks to work on right now, some of them takes a lot of work but have little impact.

We haven’t get a content patch for quite a while, I understand you guys are working on HoT stuff, but we need content to play now. I am excited for HoT new but we can not PLAY HoT news. This is a great time to bring back old content like, oh I don’t know(cough,cough SAB). Also bring back season one would be great.
Today is tuseday but no news about HoT.
We need meaningful updates in between now and HoT. Festival and gem store updates are not enough. Feb is a perfect time to implement a feature patch since it’s been five month since the last one.
1. Increase condition cap, instead of 25 stacks of bleed, confusion, etc. 30 stacks makes more sense, of course inhufe zergs they are still not viable, but in dungeons they are a lot better.
2. Further Nerf crit damage ,needless to say every single person are running zerker right now, so more Nerf pls.
3. Add more self heal mechanic to mobs, poison in PVE are as worthless as it can gets right now, this would encourage more use of poison.
4. Butt toughness and boss damage, this is to encourage tanky builds ans punish pure DPS, this way it is takes more skill to be pure DPs.
These are all I can think of right now. What you guys think?

I think you get decrease reward if you are over level. Try to farm mobs near your level.
I disagree, that just encourage zergs farming, what Anet really need to do is add more content that reward us with better quality instead of quantity. That would solve everything.
To be honest, I don’t think it’s the visibility of the titles – but rather the content required to get the title.
In gw1 titles meant a lot to me, as some were incredible hard to earn or very time consuming. Titles don’t have the same status in gw1, maybe cause a lot of titles aren’t hard (maybe except Liadri title)
Agree with you, also gw1 s titles all sounds awesome, but in gw2 there are only a few titles sounds good.
Well, then there are 15% of skins for you to work on. Anet are not god, you can not expect them to make everything beautiful.
I can barely see the titles right now, if they are not even visible, then what is the point. Simply just make them white/other bright colors instead of gray. This gives us reasons to progress forward to those titles, I don’t think anyone care about them right now.

OP is OP. They done nothing wrong, they said you could vote to decide which mode to play on, so if u want play stronghold just vote for stronghold. Also this is pre early beta, so things could change depending on feedback.
We still don’t know much about mastery, you might want wait for more information before judging it.
Stop complain about everything, these days I have seen the forum complain about EVERY THING possible about expansion while the legit thread been buried.

Come on forum, I thought we are better than Twitch chat and Reddit, make some good suggestions instead of these pointless complains.
This sounds like it could be fun. Maybe add a bit of challenge. How about we take it further and add some more rulesets people could try?
-To further increase immersion (since the UI is already off) if you decide to go for a vista, you must sit through the entire cinematic (small, but…still)
-You are only allowed to buy items (this includes weapons, armor and trinkets) from heart merchants after you have completed said hearts. This is to give the feeling that, “I helped this person, and now they’re helping me!” since karma is technically just a “I help people” currency.
-Give your character a name that fits that race’s lore. Something like a first and last name for humans, a sort of out-there name for asura, and so on.
-If you’re a ranger, use Nuzlocke rules. If your pet dies, it’s ‘dead’ forever, and you have to use a new one, and you MUST name it. Again, immersion.
-And since I said the one above, how about Fire Emblem rules? Once you die, you’re dead forever? Or, to make it a bit easier, how about give yourself a set number of lives, and once you run out of lives, you have to re-start the run?
I could go on with more rules, but it’s already too complicated as it is x.x Nice idea, though! I’m definitely going to try it sometime.
Nice ideas, but I think one live is too harsh, I probably will try 10 lives.

The idea is to level a toon from 1 to 80 without UI on most of the time. You only allowed to turn on UI when changing gear or leveling skills/traits and upon death. Other times, UI have to be completely turned off, inculding combat.
I already got a thief to lv30, and it is extremely fun. You guys should try it out.

We need a feature patch to Polish/fix/balance some of the things before HoT drop for more enjoyable experience, here are my expectations .
1. PVP in-game leaderboard: this one should be in game long time ago, what is the point of play ranked matches if you can’t even see the rank in game.
2. Selectable overflow server, let us choose which overflow to go to, so it is possible to set up guild events and organize mega boss raid group.
3.Buff world Bosses (Jormag,Shatterer,Fire elemental,etc.). These are not boss fights, they are just farming tools, buff them all to at least Teq level, we need more challenge. Maybe buff the rewards?
4.Make builds other than zerker viable in PVE, I want to play condition or support build , but they are just not viable in PVE, no one need them and no one wants them. I’m fine with zerker, but it being the only build that people run is just so boring and unacceptable.
That’s all I can think of, leave yours below.

There are NO clipping issues to begin with, capes exist way back in the Beta and they work perfectly fine for even Charr.
Capes worked perfect in gw1. I think if wow and Runescape can handle capes it’s a joke if anet really can’t issue due to clipping issues. Capes just make any armor look so much better in games I think. Actually feels like it really completes a set of armor

I don’t understand why Anet just don’t want give us capes, for people that don’t know , capes was already in the game way back in early beta, some NPC Charrs use to have capes and they work perfectly, it had no cliping issues what so ever, no idea why Anet removed it.
Make new friends and don’t randomly invite strangers to your guild.

It takes a lot of time and effort to (re-) build a guild to the point where you have a critical mass of active members that keeps the guild alive and kicking. You will need to find people who fit into the guild and have similar goals and interests to the active members you already (or still) have.
Try building a friendlist of likeminded players, and eventually one or the other of them will enjoy your company and playstyle enough to become part of your guild. Be active in forums and all over the community to find more like-minded players.
Don’t be discouraged if many of the people you find, that you think would do great in your guild, already have another guild or simply don’t want to join yours for some reason or another. There are a ton of people out there, playing the game, and only a very few of them actually will fit into your guild.
Some people may look like a great fit, will join you, and sooner or later find that it’s not their ideal of a guild after all and leave again. Don’t be discouraged by that, either, it’s just the natural course of things. I have good friends in this game that I used to be in a guild with that eventually moved on to other guilds, because “our” guild just wasn’t exactly what they were looking for, despite finding a bunch of good friends there.
Other people will just play less, or stop playing at all, over time. This is, after all, a game, and all of us spend our free time in here, and it’s just natural that the interest will fluctuate. If you want to keep a guild alive, you’ll have to make new contacts all the time, meet new people, and constantly keep an eye out for who might fit in with you, to have a steady stream of new members that naturally are opposed by a steady stream of people turning less active.
If you are determined to “save” your guild, be prepared to put in a lot of time trying to promote a healthy, active community within your guild. It’s not easy, but it’s totally worth it when you one day find yourself surrounded by the people you most enjoy playing with. But you have to bring a lot of patience to find the people that mesh with each other. Just inviting every random stranger will bring big numbers short-term, but won’t keep the guild together long-term.
Thanks for the advise, I know the feeling of being of be surrounded by bunch of friends, and I want it back. That is way I’m doing this.
do you personally know all 300 members?
Or do you only know and play with your friends that are the “core members” of your guild?if so start inviting new players into the guild,when out of space kick the ones that are the most inactive to make room for more new active players.
Another thing would be how to keep the players inside your guild.
Having regular guild missions is nice, but other self started events are even better.
Try making a schedule with various things such as full dungeon runs, Teaching dungeon runs, tequatl runs, guild parties, scavenger hunts, lottery , prizes ,rewards, pvp guild tournaments, wvw guild runs ect.
Create a cool guild rank system and make some sort of conditions for people to do in order to progress further up the ranks (even tho they only give a fancy name and no real power in the guild)
Tell the members they MUST represent the guild at all times, in return reward them with plenty of guild wide buffs. Players just love to mouse over the guild button and see a looooong list of benefits coming from the guild they are inside

My guild have around 300 members, but only around 20 active players , this guild holds a lot of memories for me and my friends, so I can not watch it die like this. Please give me some suggestions on how to revive this dying guild.
Obviously one man can’t take on an Elder Dragon single-handedly and hope to defeat it. Detsiny’s Edge couldn’t defeat the Shatterer with the help of Glint. And that was just a general of Kralkatorrik.

Player will be rewarded(For example. endless tonic and special minis) for reaching certain rank just like pvp, it encourages players to play them. Right now, no one ever play them except for daily. So much wasted potential right there.
Just simply Nerf crit damage and raise max condition stacks. Also one way to Nerf zerker is damage reflection, boss reflect 10% direct damage back to player. Wait, that idea is great. Anet pls hire me, I’m a genius.
The game have been launched for almost 3 years, yet we still get random frame drops for no reason. I hope they improve optimization in HoT.

There are golemancers in game, so why not let us play as one.
Add a new action bar for the consumables, as well make consumables viable in combat, combat going to be so much more interesting with this.
I’d love this! It would be a nice bit of extra content- It’d be fun to run around and try to complete the book. I enjoyed reading the GW1 story/dungeon books- they added some nice flavour and depth.
I think it would be pretty neat for it to be very detailed, e.g. a few pages for each enemy. It would become more complete depending on how many of that particular enemy you have killed, or how many kinds of that enemy race you have killed (depending on their profession/skill set etc. E.g. Bandits have Bandit Cutpurse, Bandit Brawler, Bandit Cannoneer)
It would be nice for it to appear like a hand-written research journal- a leatherbound book with blotchy tea-stained pages. It would be lovely if it contained interesting lore, concept art, perhaps even sound clips from interesting/funny conversations.
If it is successful, explain why TERA dropped its subscription based format for a completely free to play model?
Tera s combat is the best, but everything else about that game sucks kitten.
