About spvp no comment but the wvw requirement is really easy.
Like if you are dedicated enough you can do it in 1 or 2 days.

Class balance is good in wvw. Except for mesmers. Depressing when you see you’re hardest hitting abilities do less than 3k damage to a moron just spamming 1.

The culprit here. Everytime a new armor is released. Arenanet have to
make 30 different versions of that armor. As well as make them look good.
If they did add another race that would be 36 versions.
Thats why some of the armors look the same. Thats why we have outifts.
Thats also why some armor clips because they didnt bother redoing it properly.

if they never made more than human and asura to begin with.
With that in mind we should be happy to see new sets in game.

Ever since I read one of the GW2 novels I’ve thought it would be quite cool to have a way to get around the coast of Tyria by boat. There are unused docks at Rata Sum – perhaps you could get boats from there to the Fire Islands and L.A. Perhaps you could get a boat from L.A. to, uhh, Cantha. Each boat ride could feature small scale fights, a little more in depth than the one on the Airship in Arah Story Mode.
The technology should be there for it, right? I’m not sure how fun that content would end up being though.
It will be fun if there is lot of action and sea monsters,
If its like a train simulator nobody will do it.
There is so much water in guild halls already. Not much need to be done to them.
Here is illustration of how you could implement the construction yard.
Now that would be an intriguing idea for an expansion… especially revolving around some water dragon shenanigans.
…except for the repair costs… no thanks on that.

You could also steal cargo from other guilds which you could turn in on islesI don’t have a guild, nor a guild hall. But, there would likely be a few ways such a situation could be circumvented so that a guildhall wouldn’t necessarily be needed… like a personal instance set up in LA.
Plus, my gaming philosophy is that players should always feel challenged, but they should never feel punished. Defeat isn’t punishment, but repair costs do feel like punishment to me.

In archeage you have to mess up reallyyy badly to destroy the ship.
Usually you get raided and ship survive .
It could also work without repair costs i suppose.
In archeage there are no guild halls.
Every player can have their own ship (If they can afford it )
However. Since there are guild halls here. Its better for collaborative effort.
Sea expeditions should be done in a team regardless.
So for a small guild you could get a small boat like the one in picture below.
Else you could be that poor guy in a rowboat if have you’re own 1 man guild.

Where you can upgrade to shipyard then start building small rowboats.
More upgrades can be added later on and quantities of boats.
Damaged boats would be expensive to repair later on.
If you make this the game is complete it would the best AAA title of all time !
They could reduce player cap for every tier. So t1 gets 2500 players on all servers
t2 gets 2000 , t3 gets 1800 and so on. This ofcourse fluctuate.
Could go to a maximum of 2500 if all 3 servers from same tier is full.
To a minimum of 200 on all 3 servers. Would also have to be considered in glicko.
Just an idea to make the game more balanced in general.
Dosent matter where players move because the pop cap will adjust itself.
I wish Anet would invest into some servers with Intel Xeon-8890 v3 CPUs for tier 1 WvW bracket instead of wasting 200k on their pvp esport dream for price money. It feels like WvW is running on an Intel Atom CPU at the moment ;(

Everyone will get 2 free transfers after the kaboom to get with their family/friends/guilds and etc and after transfers should only open when they introduce 3 new servers or raise the pop cap for the server thats doing poorly in a matchup

At this I honestly feel like anet knows they can save WvW so they are just doing whatever updates they can to show “they care” and make as much money as possible from us WvWers

Can we reevaluate having arrow cart damaged nerfed? For the cost and the amount of supply it takes to build they should do more damage than an ele can do with their call down fire trick. A single elementalist is more effective spamming one button than 3 ac’s now.
One of the main reasons for arrow carts is the fact that it can hit up to 50 targets with its attack. Whether or not an ele does more damage than an arrow cart is entirely dependent on the amount of targets being hit.
Meteor shower can hit 72 targets.
Its a myth that nordics are tall.
Problem is everybody have aegis and 10 blocks.
How is that anymore skillful than stealth attacks?
Just making it not worth using theif at all. Even top teams dont use it.
They should make it “If attack is blocked no recharge”.

If we have a big enough zerg to kill them they just run away all of them.
its BOOORING. atleast if there was no walls we could do something.
They win the point game good for them but i dont care about it.Did you want them to just stand there eating popcorn while you and four friends bashed down the gate?
If you don’t like ACs, don’t try to flip objectives. Go find your fights out in the field.

Also id like to add that you have to play like a total kitten to even kill anyone with mesmer. Kite and teleport a dozen times while everyone else just 1,1,1 condi death.
