It is null if you have Soulbeast active. The Elite takes the last slot.

To be honest, I did it first with Thief (my main class) and died once at the end vs the two vets.

I did go down a couple times during the village fight.

I tried it again on a Reaper(dont have one yet) and I never went down to half health. It was like night and day lol

EDIT: Just did on Thief again with my actual build and had no problems. Didn’t go down once or go down to half health.

Dunno what to tell you. Maybe you focused on the Herald too much? I think I made that mistake the first time during the village part.

They answered most of those questions in her secret lair and in the investigation instance a couple patches ago. The only question left unanswered is what she saw in her vision that drove her to her plan. That was answered at the end of the cut scene.

I actually knew very little about the dragon until recently. Also, people have wanted a link to the elder dragons and existing lore, and now that it’s confirmed it was connected all along, people still complain?

I’m not most people, they have been teasing the dragon for awhile now. We knew it was coming at some point. I wanted a huge showdown with a character that has been “tormenting” us for the past few months.

A dragon to explode from the hole and destroy the drill, landing on a hill, looking down on us and glaring. Boom. Anything but playing Frogger with grenades and hitting F to win.

i’ve wanted a pink commander tag since day one.. just on the map though, i’d pay gems for it z_z and other colors obviously

I would like a green one and a shield looking icon one so people know that I like to actually HOLD objectives in WvW. If they gave us different looking tags for different uses it could really help things, a few examples:

Shield – lets players know you like to build up towers/keeps and defend them so others may come and help do that.

Question mark – could be a good one for PvE for players who like to “mentor” others or who don’t mind answering questions from new players etc.

I’m sure there’s many they could come up with, in fact this was all discussed last year and I’m sure they had promised it was coming “soon” in one of their replies way back then and never came. :s

Keg Brawl shouldn’t be just PVP. It should have been it’s own game mode, with teams, Leaderboards, People should be able to walk up and watch, Team emblems, Game championships, AI Teams.

I have to create all my parties to set three simple rules: no glitching, no stacking, no skipping. It weeds out a certain kind of players with whom I do not want to have any contact whatsoever. Pretty much the very same players who kick anyone just because of their class and weapon choice.

I would wait for EQN for your roleplay fix. They seem to be building their game very very sandbox like.

The argument would be that you can only mine from the node once a day. With the pick you still have a chance with every node to get sprockets . Oh and here Flame Shield Godspeed.

Wv3 players want Wv3 on their maps. I think that concept is easy enough to be understood.
Scarlet and LS sound horribly PvE to me, and PvE crowd does not necessarily mix well with Wv3 PvPers.

PvEers will feel ganked and PvPers will feel like the update is not focused on them, even though they waited forever for it to happen. Sounds about right to make everyone unhappy. Good…

Maybe the real problem is in the players themselves. Perhaps they shouldn’t pigeon hole themselves into one play style and just enjoy the game from every aspect. It’s a crazy thought… but it’s one I personally explore myself. It’s lead to thousands of hours of game play fun.

People can not like things for various reasons. Folks play how they want.

+ 100000 This is only reason I’m considering switching to elder scrolls on release. I love the immersion of 1st person. Seeing other characters faces and armor, noticing what creatures I am actually killing, and of course the scenery. Looking up at the sky, entering a huge building. You don’t see anything in 3rd person but the ground.

Elder Scolls Online is third person only. Which is why I am skipping it.

Seriously why must MMORPG makers always opt for third person? It’s kittened.

I don’t like having to beg others to carry me through content. If I can’t do it alone, then I just won’t do it.

At first your post set off “Then why the heck are you playing an MMORPG to play alone?” Then I remembered I used to be the same way. I would keep to myself, PUG for dungeons every so often and solo for the most part.

Then I met a group of people that kind of made me want play with others a little more. We don’t play together as much anymore (a lot of them are on and off with the game, as am I) but it made me realize that there is nothing wrong with grouping up for a shared experience. It gets things done so much faster.

I still solo things when I want to but I’m not above gathering some people and face rolling that champion who punched me in the face.

I thought it was odd my male Sylvari had a gigantic backside. But I doubt they will ever fix this. The Charr still have stretched textures and a lack of tail holes.

I just felt like we need more to set the two races apart besides looks and a very random English accent.

What is epic about an enemy that stays in one spot and pokes you with attacks every so often? None of those dragon fights were epic at all, just whack a lizard.

How come we share so many animations with humans? The other races all have unique movesets. We just run around differently.

(The centuar and human theory from GW1 doesn’t apply. We meet another Sylvari not from the grove.)

I did some world PVP back in vanilla Wow and that was a fantastic experience, but I could never get into GW2 PVP. I’m odd I know.

16 characters, three at lvl 80 and the rest are all over the place.

I agree on this, I just met a person who just started the game and he was met with hostility in the Queensdale train for asking a simple question. No need to be hostile, I’m happy to see new blood!

I so want this. I have a lot of alts and being able to summon like two of them to fight by my side would be cool. Just like SWTOR, but since there are only so many skills they can have it would be easier. Plus, I could do a group event without having to hope people are around to do them. Bring back the HEROES!
