Remove downed state from PvP.

Downed state would be fine if it were tweaked a bit.

End stealth upon entering downed state
Pet skills can’t be used while in downed state
Ranger downed skill 3 changed to activate an effect based on their current pet
Downed state HP reduced by 10%

Just a few changes I think should be made to the downed state. It has far too much importance in fights and even if you manage to bring down one person in a 2v1, or even both of them it’s entirely possible for them to still take you down and rally due to downed state mechanics depending on the classes involved.

Also, the Ranger 3 skill seems to be a bit broken. The only other skill that heals is Guardian 3, and unlike that the Ranger’s skill can actually outheal the damage of at least one person. If you enter a downed fight with a Ranger and there’s nobody else around it’s pretty much certain that the Ranger will end up rallying due to the pet heal and will get the stomp. It seems as if this should be changed to an effect based on the current pet, or a pet of the Ranger’s choosing. Rather than a full heal they can get an immobilize, fear, knockback, bleed, or other types of effects based on the pet they have/choose. This would need more discussion though.

Simple Obersvation Pindown vs Dark Pact

I don’t believe Dark Pact and Pindown to be a valid observation. One is a ranged skill, the other is a medium range skill. One is on a longbow, the other on a dagger. The dagger is a weapon meant for close range combat, the role of Dark Pact isn’t necessarily to chase someone, but to keep them in place. You get close, immobilize your target, and launch your assault (knowing you, with minions). It allows you to get off a fair amount of attacks assuming they don’t break the immobilize.

Pindown, however, is a ranged skill meant to keep the person in place and allow the Warrior to catch up and continue their attacks. It’s meant to be used as a way of preventing escape, and it’s very successful at it when used correctly.

Both skills are on very different weapons with different niches, it doesn’t seem to me as if their niche should be virtually the same given the differences between both the classes and the weapons they’re available on.

So you’re telling me that Pin Down can’t be used from close range to keep someone in place and allow a Warrior to initiate more offense, and that Dark Pact can’t be used to prevent escape?

Lol.

Never said it can’t, just saying they have different usual niches. Ultimately how you use a skill is up to you, but a skill shouldn’t be changed based upon what one person or a group of people want to use a skill far or based on how another skill functions, even though they have similar effects.

There are more than just effects that go into determining the balance of a skill.

I had this thief repeatedly talk trash to my entire team when we were losing by 20 points, rather than devoting that time to the game. It astounds me that people can have such horrible attitudes, but what’s worse is it isn’t a rare occurrence. It happens fairly often, and often times it’s more than one person on either team.

There’s sportsmanship in Guild Wars 2, it’s just very poor. There’s nothing you can do but ignore it or kitten them off when they act like babies, I tend to go with the latter. Of course I do tell them to stop fighting each other and fight the enemy first, but that never seems to work.

I could do a whole rant on this subject but it’s probably best I stop seeing as I’m tired and would like to watch my show.

I got matched with lots of 4v5s over the last few days, as well as matches where my team mates would not listen as well as allow the enemy team to take home point, focusing all of their attention to mid. Despite my pleas for help retaking home, then going for mid and holding two points they’d simply keep going for mid.

Or you know. Let the enemy team take lord.
Or ignore the enemy treb.
Or ignore the Sky Hammer (God I hate that arena)
Or let the enemy cap the orb AND have two points majority of the game

I’ve gotta tell you, I’m starting to think it doesn’t matter what you play. There are just some matches you aren’t gonna carry. If you get 4v5, that’s basically game unless the other team is just horrible.

Currently, the leaderboards are severely flawed. 4v5s and bad teammates, and even bad comps can affect your rating pretty badly. It’s pretty easy to find yourself on a losing streak. Especially considering you can get half a team that has no idea what point control is. Over and over and over.

And over.

And over.

Try not to worry about your rank, even after the “changes” the leaderboard is still a joke. You’ve got people with under 100 total games in the top 10 and plenty of 4v5 matches to go around. Just try to get better at what you do and hopefully become good enough to, as much as I hate to say it, carry more teams.

Engineer PvP builds/tactics?

Hey guys, I’m starting my fourth day on Engineer in sPvP and I’ve found that I enjoy a condition build with bombs, grenades, and an elixer based on the enemy team, as well as a heal bomber build. So far the class is proving to be quite versatile and fun, even with the lack of stability.

What I’m wondering is, given the build diversity of the class, what various builds and tactics other Engineers have come up with for handling group PvP and various 1v1s against different classes using their build, or if they change builds depending on who they’re fighting.

I’ve been having a blast and would love to learn what I can.

There isn’t a “best for PvP” so much as there’s a “best for your situation”. Depending on the composition of your team and what everyone brings to the table your role in the fight may change. You may need to bunk DPS, apply condition pressure, support fights, roam, and all that good stuff. I’d suggest taking a look at the current popular builds running around (s/s+LB, GS+LB, Hammer+LB, Mace/Shield+s/Shield)

Each build has a unique niche to fill, and depending on your team can be exactly what they need.

I don’t have each build saved, though I’m sure someone does. I may go work out each build on a calc for you once I’ve woken up a bit more if nobody else posts them.

It’s interesting that you say I ignore drawbacks, while you and the OP ignore the drawbacks of Healing Signet. It has a large weakness to sustained and burst damage, and coincidentally MM Necromancers are able to dish that out.

Blood Fiend is viable, just not against condition spam. Its drawback is that in larger team fights it dies easily, but its pro is that it allows the Necromancer to get a pretty substantial heal while it’s around. For smaller fights that’s a pretty good thing to have.

It’s up to the user to decide which skill to bring. There are plenty of times I don’t run Healing Signet in favor of Adrenal healing. Just saying.

The “Unlisted” Bugs or Ninja Nerfs to Warrior

These are traits I believe should be looked at, I don’t understand why they were changed without warning or reason, a lot of these traits were underused.

Empowered:
Was 2% Damage Per boon, now 1%. We don’t have even half many boons as guardians and this isn’t a 5/15/25 Trait, I don’t understand why this was changed/nerfed. I honestly think if this trait stays the same it should be our new tactics “Minor Trait”.

When Bountiful Power was nerfed, it also nerfed Empowered. It should be changed back immediately. We lost so much damage due to moving our traits to grandmaster.

Ninja nerf of Warrior traits
June 25th patch notes

Desperate Power:
This was changed from 25% Threshold to 50% to counter the Berserker’s Power, Heightened Focus was moved from adept to grandmaster traits. In the 15 Oct 2013 patch however, this went back from 50% to 25% with no warning.

Furious:
As you can see in the notes above: June 25th, it was changed from 1 strike to three strikes because it was an underused trait, much like Desperate Power. I don’t understand why this trait is a Grandmaster, it honestly sucks pretty badly. I would like it changed back from 1 to 3.

Burning Arrows:
Still doesn’t increase bow damage when combined with stronger bowstrings, please just merge these traits into one and add a new one, perhaps even move this to the precision line where it belongs.

Earthshaker:
This ability is getting nerfed by .. well way too much, I hope these nerfs are PvP only, however the problem remains that this ability has a terrain problem and some times doesn’t even connect and just slams the ground under you. If your going to nerf an ability please fix it.

^ You’re missing the part where it can die easily from cleave, especially in team fights. A dead heal doesn’t always mean they didn’t hit you most. Its just a drawback. Also its hps is much lower than signet due to the evades/ccs and death time. Yes, you get some HPS from minions, but that requires a very specific build (minion master build specifically) and warriors have a higher hps signet and adrenal health. So if you want to factor in Traits, often warrior still has better survivability. Also, this heal should be suitable for non-mm. It’s a heal…

If you’re running a Minion Master build that’s the risk you take. The minion is pretty sustainable in smaller fights such as 1v1 or 1v2, regardless if the Necromancer is or not. I don’t see why ANYTHING should be able to sustain damage from an entire team from very long. If it dies, tough. The Necromancer in question chose to run that specific build with that specific minion.

It was stated in the OP that we’re talking about a MM build. People don’t use that minion outside of MM builds because Consume Conditions has the benefit of, well, consuming conditions. It’s superior because of that and requiring no investment in any trait line to use. That doesn’t make the Blood Fiend useless, it just has a special niche suited more towards smaller fights and fights without large amounts of conditions coming at you.

Even if the Warrior has better survivability than the Necromancer that’s no excuse to increase the effectiveness of a skill that, overall, seems to be around where it should be anyway.

1) If the minions die instead of you I’d call that a good thing. I’d rather have my minions go down first than be dead. Them taking conditions off of you is a good thing, you’re getting up to six conditions removed in 10 second intervals. That’s not bad by any means. If your minions die you bide your time and re-summon them to start the cycle all over again. Minions are meat shields, and them taking conditions is definitely a great function.

2) The Bleed DPS is roughly 4 times what you stated, assuming you only get Mark of Blood off without stacking any other bleeds. MMs have Vulnerability, Poison, Weakness, Bleed, Cripple, Immobilize, Knock Down, Fear, and Torment. I recognize the fact that these are far weaker than the Condimancer’s, however they aren’t the main source of damage. They add on to the raw power of the Necromancer and the damage his minions do to put even more pressure on the target. A few hundred condition damage doesn’t seem like a lot until it’s negating that “overpowered” Signet Warriors have or causing the final amount of damage needed to secure a kill.

3) Two fears is still better than any other class realistically, considering that a Warrior’s is on a 60 second (48 when traited) cooldown, a Ranger’s is on a 45 second cooldown, and a Thief has to steal theirs from the Necromancer in the first place. Let’s not forget that Doom’s fear is on a 20 second cooldown and Reaper’s Mark is on a 40 second cooldown. Both of which are far shorter than the other Fears mentioned. Oh, and aside from a weaponset the Necromancer gives up nothing to obtain these Fears. Oh, and they could still sacrifice one of their minions to get yet another Fear while retaining near all of their MM build’s usefulness. Yeah dude.. I have to agree, Necromancers really don’t have good access to Fear.

4) I already covered this, MM Necros have a mini army of pets to take some of the hits for them as well as take their conditions. Even though they have better passive healing the other heals aren’t necessarily that much better than Blood Fiend.

The other classes aside from Warrior have barely over half the HP of a Necromancer, without taking Death Shroud into account. Warriors are tied, however they lack Death Shroud and rely on CC or Blocks to negate damage and their CC is easily countered by blind. That’s assuming they run a build that utilizes their CC, there are plenty out there that only run with Bull’s Charge. In order to Block they have to use a Shield which is more of a defensive weapon than anything. I already covered this though.. so I don’t know why I’m repeating myself.

I really didn’t want to involve myself in this whole argument but my hand was forced. Thanks person that knows who you are.

I think no.

You have less effective healing, however, what you do have makes up for it.

You have: Up to six minions, all of which can remove a condition.
Death Shroud
Great access to Fear
Condition pressure

Warriors have: Well. uh. To be honest you only mentioned the Signet, you didn’t attach any actual build. We know you’re running a Minion Master build, though it must be a very poor one if you aren’t taking the trait that allows your minions to get rid of conditions.

You can’t only take into account the Signet, you have to compare the overall builds. You can’t simply compare one heal to the other and say one is broken because it performs better on paper. Each heal for each class has different functions and in the same way each class has different strengths and weaknesses, so do the heals.

Why exactly is it bad that Healing Signet slightly outperforms your Minion’s heal (do note we aren’t talking about your minions siphoning health for you) when you have access to Death Shroud, which by itself is better than our ability to block damage? If a Warrior wants to block they have to run certain weapon sets by the way, which means he’s gonna have to sacrifice some kind of damage potential. The only exception being a sword/sword+longbow Warrior, but even that build is sacrificing the ability to deal raw damage in favor of condition damage. What exactly do you sacrifice for Death Shroud again?

Also, the main reason I don’t use Blood Fiend on my MM Necro when I play is due to the massive condition spam in the current meta. Without that the Blood Fiend does pretty well in my experience, at least in combination with a proper build.

Lots of classes have invulnerability/stability stomps.

I don’t know where you got your idea that skills should be offensive or defensive.
Mist form is a utility skill made to be utilized.

The difference between those skills and Mist Form is that while invulnerable they are unable to do anything due to casting or being locked out of movement and skills, the exception being Engineer’s Elixer S, which functions like Mist Form in that they have mobility and are locked out of skills but can still stomp. I’d say that should be changed as well.

EDIT: I forgot to mention Mesmer’s Distortion, however that one actually takes a degree of timing like using a short Stability or dodgerolling mid-stomp to stop the downed person from knocking you down/pulling you/dazing you/fearing you.

There are a few things that bother me with how certain things interact with downed state, and I’m sure others have things that bother them as well. This thread is here so you can post and discuss what you feel should be changed and how it should be changed.

1. Stealth: Currently, if you kill someone while in stealth they remain in stealth and have a free chance to heal or get a res without you even knowing if you killed them. I believe stealth should end on down. It doesn’t make any sense that it remains up when you enter downed state, it seems like it would be difficult to maintain something like that if you’re fighting for your life. Note that I’m not talking about entering stealth from outside sources of it or from the Thief’s downed state skill.

2. Mist Form stomps: Mist form locks you out of all skills, it’s meant to be a defensive option. I think it shouldn’t allow you to stomp someone while in this form, as that’s an offensive action and mist form is supposed to grant invulnerability at the cost of being able to cause damage in any way aside from the Soothing Wave trait.

If you agree or disagree let me know, and post things you dislike or would like to change about current downed state or how certain things interact with it.

Centers around snaring with leg specialist and then DPSing opponents down with the two highest coeficient burst skills in rifle and axe. Completely glass so you’ll eat it frequently if you get caught out of position, but man it’s a blast when it works and you’re sniping people for half their health bar!

Personally I prefer having 10 points in Arms so you can have Crack Shot, piercing shots and a cooldown reduction are really good. Especially when you’re hitting multiple people with Killshot and Volley.

Crack shot requires 20 pts. You have to give up either berserker’s power and 100 power or burst mastery and 10% crit dmg. Piercing shots are pretty useful but enough to justify that?

I meant 10 more in Arms, as he already has 10 there. Honestly I’d have to say yes, at least in my opinion. Killshot and volley are already going to wipe the floor with whatever they hit. You can have an extra 15% damage on one target at max Adrenaline and be a bit more conservative with it, or you can have the option of hitting multiple targets and doing more damage overall. Personally I’d rather be able to pressure more than one person or even kill more than one person at a time than have an extra bit of damage added in.

Nobody uses it, it’s basically worthless. All it does is grant you fury, but you have Signet or Rage for that. I’m going to assume you do PvE seeing as you’re a newbie, so I’d suggest running the 30/10/0/0/30 build and keeping your adrenaline for the increased damage and crit rate, as you shouldn’t be using burst skills in PvE anyway. Not under normal circumstances anyway.

The damage is mediocre and the buff is more available elsewhere, if you’re going to use burst skills use the skill on your secondary weapon set as it’s likely to perform far better.

Got to say, it doesn’t really seem like the kind of thing that needed changing.

Vengeance is one of the most obvious buffs in the game and it’s not like surviving until it is over is that hard.

Heck, Vengeance is so bad that it’s only really useful when there are large groups fighting or when there’s a mob nearby.

I had a pretty clutch moment earlier today where I was in downed state but their team was focusing mine, I used Vengeance and managed to get off a War Banner before I died to revive my teammates.

I’d prefer if we had three seconds of invuln or possibly Stability. As it stands Vengeance is extremely easy to survive and doesn’t contribute to capturing a point. Simply run from the Warrior in question and you’ve rendered the skill worthless.

You are either ignorant or plain stupid. Thieves already have more evades than most other classes and, NEWSFLASH, when you’re in evade frames you’re contesting.

You can actually keep a dodging thief targeted. You aren’t wasting things HOPING they hit, you can let them finish their dodge and go for the attack or bait their dodges. When in stealth you can’t bait anything.

There’s a massive difference between stealth and dodge. Oh, and every class has access to dodges. Granted they don’t have access to dodge skills, but they can all dodge.

Any other class can completely contest a point, why can’t thieves? Slowing down a cap isn’t stopping it from happening, it just lets a profession use a function and whole traitline that it was designed around.

Since when can thieves not contest points?

Anyone who plays pvp longer than a week could dodge that.
Is that soloq? Why are you playing a trollspecc in solo queue?
He isn’t completely wrong in saying that that specc doesn’t help your team at all.
On the other hand: who plays a class in arena if it’s his first day :/
Questions above questions…

edit: you forgot to take his name out in one line of the combat log

Hmm, seems the image didn’t save again. I’ll correct this.

It’s solo queue, it contributes to the team under certain conditions. I’ve landed a few nice kills running this, I’m not saying it’s a good build or viable in an actual team but it’s pretty fun and has its moments. 9k on a half HP target or dropping a Light Armor target from full HP while they’re distracted with F1>3 is pretty funny.

I’m playing a troll build in solo queue because after having used meta builds I wanted to try something new, and I’ve been having a pretty good time with it so why not use it? It has large weaknesses but I have to admit it’s been a bit refreshing. There’s been a few times I’ve been in a 4v5 where I didn’t even notice because I was having too much fun Killshotting people to notice we only had 4.

" Dude it’s a troll build"

But that dude must be terrible … how his not dodging killshot? What a noob

It has pretty massive damage potential, but it’s extremely easy to both counter and kill. It lacks good defensive utility and can’t cleanse conditions. It’s not a build I’d ever use seriously unless my team just needed something to fill the niche of a long range DPS that can put out that much damage that quickly, but it would have to be a team that can hold its own for at least a decent while when outnumbered.

The Killshot build I run can’t defend very well from 1v1, can’t survive 2v1 at all unless it manages to escape with GS gap closers, and goes down hard if focused by the other team without any kind of support. It’s extremely vulnerable to CC as it lacks Stability as well. But good lord is it hilarious to play with when you blast someone for 9k and they never see it coming.

So yeah, I’d call it a troll build. It’s a bit gimmicky, but I’ve been having fun with it the last two days. I’ll probably swap back to Conditions soon though.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, he actually could have dodged my Kill Shot but rather than do so he went for Earthshaker. My Killshot went off as he got about halfway to me and he died. I laughed for a good minute at that.

Not going to lie. I can’t stand when “commanders” go into Spvp thinking they are hot “s***” and that they own the place. In my opinion that is just as bad as the people who flop professions because it is the perceived op class of the month. Those were usually the first people I killed in Spvp when I played.

To the actual topic…

There will always be bad eggs when you have a profession that is popular. Warrior is/was the most popular class in this game since launch if the surveys I read were true.

As to why I still stalk the forums if I don’t’ play….

I am waiting to see how long it takes Anet to kill the game.

I’m unsure what commanders have to do with anything, however I have to assume that’s a reference to my Commander status in the screenshot. I don’t tag up during PvP and the tag wasn’t up in that match, whenever you log out with your tag up it glitches sometimes and will display the buff even though you aren’t actually commanding.

Back on subject, of course there will always be bad eggs, but it’s still a tad annoying at times. My build wasn’t even superior to his but he made excuses and insulted me with no real reason behind it other than having lost. People like that have flooded solo queue and even though I’ve noticed it in abundance from other Warriors, people of other classes display this attitude and it’s a shame.

We attract the wrong type of player.

This was originally supposed to be a troll thread.. but as I thought about it I decided I’d actually make a serious post.

I’m looking forward to the change to the Warrior class coming, because as it is now the rep we have attracts people with horrible attitudes who believe the class is something they can go around and absolutely destroy with. This kind of reputation tends to attract people who have bad attitudes and treat others with a major lack of respect and I can’t be the only Warrior who’s happy that the flock of people playing it from the fotm aspect will likely ditch the class once the patch hits, right?

I had a fight today with a Hambow Warrior while running a Killshot build, which I started playing only yesterday. (I didn’t start Warrior yesterday, just that particular build). I’ve found that while it lacks any real defensive power and goes down fast, it has hilarious results when I can sneak in and snipe people. Alright, back on topic, I fought this Warrior who said I sucked and more or less couldn’t even damage him very well. As it turns out, it was apparently his first day as a Warrior and I had to ask myself “How could a first day Warrior know whether or not my gameplay is good, and an even better question… how could I be the bad one if I was the one left standing? Twice?”.

So I’m here to ask you guys, do you think we attract the wrong kind of player? Do you feel as if the patches will actually help the Warrior class be cleansed of people like that? I’m aware that every class has its jerks, but c’mon guys. How do you feel about the rep we get and about the people this class tends to attract?

Stealth should partially contest points

no, there is permastealth thieves there and such a thing would be very overpowered. i think it is fine as it is and should not be changed.

I challenge you to actually say WHY my suggestion would be overpowered.

Because being able to contest a point while being unable to effectively take damage for a prolonged period of time while everyone else who contests a point is susceptible to damage unless using certain, extremely short skills with fairly long cooldowns is just a tad unbalanced.

Honestly if I were you I’d go with a Zerker weapon that way you’ll have the best in slot weapon for your zerker set and be able to do a bit more damage when using your Knight’s. If you want that type of setup I’d suggest running with just the armor rather than committing to a Knight’s weapon as well, especially if it’s ascended.

I run with zerker and PVT gear with zerker trinkets, and with just the armor alone my ability to survive goes way up.

Are all Warrior builds OP?

When I ran the Hammer/Longbow build I noticed people would would insult me from time to time in matches, I noticed the complaints on the forums as well. I didn’t see very much complaints about the condition build, however now that I’m running it I’ve had a handful of people complain that this build is OP as well.

So I’m curious, what are you thoughts on the Warrior builds that are currently being run? OP? UP? Balanced?

Hambow

You name it, I want know if there’s any builds the forum believes are not OP.

Also, hope you’re all enjoying the double rewards we’ve been getting

I wouldn’t say the system is that great, you still run into one sided matches fairly often. Or rather that seems to be my experience anyway, I think the issue with solo queue is how rarely you can get a decent team comp. Sometimes you get stuck in matches where the enemy team is full of classes that your team would have a hard time with or vice versa.

It’s good that the rankings and matchmaking systems are getting attention, but even with the changes it doesn’t seem as if you can get truly “fair” teams. There’s still plenty of teams with multiple of the same class whereas the other team would have one or none.

It’s definitely not you. I got a lot of insults for playing a Hambow Warrior, being told I suck, have no skill, all that good stuff. I started playing S/S+LB and I had an Engineer say that I was stupid.

I’ve also whose name asked if I lift, and I messaged him that I do indeed lift after I killed him and he got really angry with me.

People tend to insult when things don’t go their way, don’t let it get to you. The community is toxic so bring some Antitoxin Spray.

I’d have to go with Human.

I guess the just seem as if they’d have a strong sense of honor and pride, as well as be strong, agile, and sturdy on the battlefield. I’d say a Charr fits Engineer and Norn fits Guardian more than either fits Warrior. Asura’s also a good Engineer, or even Necromancer.

Engineers huh?
Better take a look at the human in vid.. ; ) “dont bite me plz”

True warriors are Charr and Norn, rest go home.

Given their belief in technology and cold, hard steel rather than religion I’d have to say they’d make good engineers. They rely on machines, have you seen the war tanks in the game? Those are Charr design. Someone’s gotta keep those things up and running.

In the same way I believe Humans have the look and attitude fitting of a Warrior it seems to me Charr would fit Engineer. That’s how I see it anyway, you’re welcome to disagree as I’m sure some people will disagree with others in a thread like this.

Asura Necromancer masterrace huehuehuehuaehuaehuaehua

U talking about iron legion, but u forgot that charrs has 3 legions

Iron – engineers
Ash – spies
Blood – warriors.

Also even in creation of new toon we dont see a engineer, but a charr with axe/shield

I’m just stating what race I think best fits a certain class. To me Charrs are Engineers, sure there’s different legions, but Engineer seems fitting. Just like I believe Humans would make good Warriors and Asura good Necromancers. The way the race is overall and how they’d likely act, and in the Asura’s case perhaps a case of madness or curiosity. You know, breaking away from the science and applying their intelligence to necromancry, or better yet applying science TO their necromancry.

Also, since when is the creation a guide for what you should make your character? On the last game I played we had one class using the weapons of two different classes but we didn’t see people trying to do the same thing.

War Pvp Suggestion : Fast Hands

in PvP

Zanryu.3417

Its already too good though, everyone wants a lower CD on swapping, people were already envious of that trait as it is, I don’t think buffing warriors as a whole would help that. Maybe if you let everyone have an 8 second CD swap, then maybe we’ll talk. But warrior-exclusive, no thanks. :S

Can I get immunity to incoming conditions like Elementalists too? No? Didn’t think so. Doesn’t make sense to give all classes the same of certain things.

Well, fundamental core mechanics should stay pretty well streamline, I’m a necromancer and I’d LOVE to even have a shot at a 5 second GCD. Just take the trait if you love it so much, it truly is an amazing trait, at least your minors mean something… Try playing a Necro (Other than Condi) and then look at how silly our minor traits are. >_>:

Oh boy 3% more damage without full endurance.
Oh boy a 1 in 3 chance to cause 1 stack of bleed on crit for 3 seconds.
Oh boy extra toughness while reviving.
Oh boy 1 stack of might on swap.

Boy oh boy those sure are beastly!

I’m gonna be honest, even without conditions Necromancers have some ballin’ traits.

Double my chance on crit to cause bleeding.
Extra Power while over 90% HP.
Gain Regeneration when HP drops below 90%.
Siphon health from enemies when you hit them.
Extra Power based on toughness.

These are traits in comparable lines, and even without being condition focused the Necromancer traits are pretty nice.
