Hmmm…. I don’t have any of those kinds of issues, but that part was really not easy on the eyes. A few bits of HoT (in particular adventures) feel a bit disorienting when most of the game doesn’t do that and I regularly participate in zerg content with crap flying everywhere.

Maybe they could look into it a little.

WvW Quality of Life Suggestions

ArchonWing.9480

  • Stop having NPCs contest everything
  • Different colors for squad party members— that different shade of blue does not help
  • Make unchecking “Show all commander tags” actually work
  • Mistforged weapons and do something about those obsolete tickets
  • Allow joining squad by clicking on the tag via the minimap
  • Change tag color
  • Disable interaction completely with dead allies while in combat.
  • Stop putting NPCs near depots so I talk to them instead of getting supply
  • Put tactivators further away from other things
  • Add whitelisting for tacticators
  • Tacticator pulls should have a log entry
  • Don’t make minis visible to enemy players.
  • Autoattack for flame rams. I mean, holy crap, you go ram a fortified door for god knows how long.
  • Do something about the unstackable boxes spam for reward tracks, or make it so it’s longer before jiggly chests force themselves into your inventory… (I think it’s 10 now?).

Hot adventures suck but Orr gathering? Really? There’s so many random nodes in there and a lot of them aren’t near enemies; not that it should really be a problem. HoT maps; just grab a friend or two or use LFG for a meta map or even just a map with any organization. Or just ask in chat for help. if it’s really that hard; but it really shouldn’t be.

For any quick daily Orr gathers, I usually start right outside Fort Trinity. Especially for herbs. I have to wander a bit for mining nodes, but it’s done in relative comfort. Lumber ends up being pretty quick if you find one of those circles of trees everyone parked at for Foxfire Clusters. So yeah, Orr gathering, not so difficult.

I’m ambivalent about the Adventure dailies. On the one hand, most of them suck. They suck even more when everyone is flailing around, blocking LoS or turning the entire field into a poison-laden death zone. But at least it reminds me that they’re there, and if I haven’t done it before, it provokes me to getting at least Silver so I can get the mastery point and never do it again.

I use that area near Fort Trinity too as well. There’s a giant collection of cheap plants. I forget which kind; think it’s lettuce or asparagus to the north and also very few enemies. Also, it has a good amount of wood. Mithril is a bit harder; I usually head towards south of Caer Shadowfain Waypoint which is a pretty open area if you choose not to engage anything; it also has good amounts of elder wood. In general I prefer Orr dailies because there’s a high chance you’re going to either run into a temple run or champ train run as well which means you can snag that along the way. It’s really as free as it gets when it comes to gold.

HoT event completer is easier than central tyria for the most part because events are denser, and scale better so you don’t have 50 people scrambling across the map to tag an enemy that dies in 2 seconds. I could understand why DS event completer would suck though, given the restrictive timer of the map.

Adventures have a number of problems indeed. A lot of them don’t even clearly show their boundaries so the race ones tend to be annoying. Shooting gallery, while not that hard to get bronze is disoriented and also happens to be very deep in the middle of nowhere where players aren’t going to go…. unless they’re going to shooting gallery. Finally VB adventures have the big issue of not being available half the time, but I guess it is better than before where you had to unlock it via a tedious event chain and then it’d close in 10 minutes anyways because it took so long and night is approaching.

Yea, it’d be nice if single use bank expresses helped people. Right now, if you just move a bit or accidentally close the window, it’s gone.

While you’re at it, please don’t spawn an NPC for the perma merchants, it’s annoying that it gets marked on the screen and tricks players into thinking it can be interacted with.

I will not buy either for that reason that using it is that selfish.

Min-Maxing in pve is not as interesting as encounters are basically fixed, thus easier to solve, and the grand majority of stat sets are not viable at all when it comes to min-maxing. In WvW you’re basically min-maxing to accommodate a variety of scenarios, and even putting things on swap to adjust as needed.

Camps are intended for small groups or solo people. This totally defeats the purpose and the game mode has plenty of blob friendly mechanics.

If you don’t want people flipping camps, then defend them. Or attack whoever’s attacking them instead of relying on NPCs.

ArchonWing.9480

Well to be fair, most of the game dispenses an overwhelming amount of junk so when we get a share of the spoils, it’s a share of the exact same thing. I suppose complaining about what’s wrong with the stuff coming in is actually a good sign since it means stuff is coming in especially when in the past defenders have told me they had less than 10g to their name and this is after selling materials.

It works for the most part because stuff gets broken into materials and those materials have value. And it is also hard to find the balance of good drops, since anything that drops too much probably won’t be valuable. But there are spots where it fails miserably like minor sigils and then we get a bit annoyed.

A good example are ascended rings. If you get a ascended ring with junk stats, it’s literally worse than a blue/green/yellow/orange ring because the later could be salvaged into something useful. Well, you can salvage ascended rings through more pricey and convoluted methods but that’s not nearly as reliable.

Finally, I am aware that things are made deliberately inconvenient so you will buy convenience items. I don’t blame them too much because they have to make money, but you don’t want it to a spot where it really feels like creating problems to sell the solution.

Poll to remove siege disablers?

in WvW

Posted by: ArchonWing.9480

ArchonWing.9480

Doesn’t removing siege disablers actually promote ktraining? I’m trying to understand both sides of the argument here, but I see no way which removing siege disablers promotes fights.

If you really wanted to fight, you’d just contest it, drop some fluff siege which you don’t really care about and park your fight group between bay and garri licking your lips. Who gives a kitten about what the 1 guy in the keep is doing because that’s not your objective if you actually care about fights.

That is very true, and considering kills give 2 points now, killing 4 people would yield as many points as capturing the keep for one tick, so attacking a structure with the intent of just killing people who try to defend it is a fairly good strategy.

I think the hate towards it is generally directed against tower/siege “h… mounting” because it is very annoying to play against and possibly harder to counter. It is true in many games such as RTS or fighting games, that bad players often use “turtling” or using defensive advantages as a crutch. This is because their lack of skill often leads to them quickly being rolled and thus they find ways to “not lose”, since prolonging defeat would yield result that are apparently better. It’s also why you see people bragging about brick builds that survived a zerg fight but did little else and laugh at people that do despite the fact that the lack of contribution might of resulted in a wipe.

The big thing is, that, they may run into equally as bad players that lose patience and die as a result, making angry posts on the forums afterwards. I mean sure, it’s really lame to only fight in cannon fire, but then again, what about the people that walk into such a blatantly obvious trap?

So there’s the hate against defense, because some players rely on it. But that doesn’t mean defense itself is bad.

In PvP, you have time between matches to sort everything else; the same is not true in WvW.

The point of the different types of boxes is because they all produce different kinds of rewards, but there should be an effort to at least compress the boxes. Maybe the generic wood boxes should be the same per track, and the more advanced rewards could be multiples of them instead of differently named.

Yep and if you open them on-the-go you’re more screwed than you were, lol.

But if they’re sorted by their specific track they’d have somewhat the same contents, no?

It’d be nice if some of the smaller reward boxes were simplified, so you’d get like 1x reward box of a certain, and further down the track you just get 2x reward box from the same track so they stack. The differences in naming only really signify they give better rewards. The bigger chests that give unique rewards can be special and crap, of course.

Right now, opening the boxes gives you more boxes which is….

k-trainers get mad when their siege is disabled by 1 defender.. how dare that 1 guy keep wasting supplies and disabling siege when he is going to lose the tower anyway. how dare he lower my karma per hour and slow down the train.. shame shame shame

1 person shouldnt be able to waste the time of 50. If you manage to use 2 siege disablers you wasted 50*2*35s = 3500s. So 70 seconds of your time wasted almost 1 hour of other peoples time. Its not like siege wars is already the most boring and tedious part of WvW, things like siege disablers and shield baubles make it even more boring.
All I am asking is a poll about this, then we can see what the majority thinks.

Last I heard, one was not entitled to an enemy objective.Having 50 people doesn’t make it more valid. It’s not anyone’s problem if people are too lazy to use skills which would save them time and would rather fold their arms while they wait for the walls to go down. If you really want it, put down 6-7 catapults and a shield generator which 50 people should have 0 problem building and rotate bubbles; everything will go down.

Ehh….

Considering someone with +50% boon duration and someone with none. The difference is 50%. 100% vs 150%

“Stand your ground”. 6 seconds vs 9 seconds

But with -50% boon duration, the difference between twice as big. 50% vs 100%

“Stand Your ground”: 3 seconds vs 6 seconds

That would make boon duration even more important.

Of course, you could have meant halved, but in that case the relative difference is the same, although in reality the boons for the unbooned duration players would become almost impossible to manage.

I think you meant halve the bonus.

BTW, base stats were increased when they redid traits.

Nah man. We want fights. That’s why we beat down the doors to an empty keep and kill the poor kitten trying to defend it because they are a coward for refusing to fight 1v30 and have an epic fight against the keep lord; bursting it down before the enemy zerg arrives to defend it which would lead to an actual fight, but screw that.

I like one person making a big impact though.

There’s really only two things I like involving siege. Getting a ballista up to snipe enemy siege (especially enemy ballistas) and disabling siege 4-5 times in a row. Stuff like sitting on a treb makes me ill and I don’t understand people that sit on cannons firing at passersby all dayYea, it’s not very skillful, but frustrating enemy attacks is always a good thing.

I suppose I could just not bother at all.

P.S. Disablers are pretty easy to counter. If your group is too lazy to bubble/toss reflects/use projectile destroying skills/mark the walls/yank people off the wall then maybe you don’t deserve the champ bag 30 seconds earlier.

Yea that is my main point. There’s too much junk that can’t even be classified as crappy loot , and these things are just an example.

A weapon takes 5 of each brick to make, as well as the chest piece.
All armor pieces besides the chest piece take 2.

6 weapons + 1 chest piece = 35
5 non-chest armor pieces = 10

45 bricks =4500 of each t7 mat

And that’s assuming you’re making ascended water weapons (lol). Such a endeavor will cost you 1000 gold if not more. It’s unlikely you could ever be bottlenecked by these things.

tl;dr Refining an excess amount of them (more than a stack) is way overkill. Save your bank space for, like, almost anything else.

Players had a couple months warning that this was going to happen. There’s no need for every player to have been able to summon the vendor one last time.

I’m sorry, what warning?
There was no warning in the game launcher, no warning in the news, forums, let alone an in-game mail…

“Also, once the reward tracks feature exits beta testing, the Gift of Battle legendary crafting component will no longer be available as a vendor purchase and will be earned via its own reward track.”

patch notes of spring’s quarterly update. they warned us that once the reward track leaves beta this would happen.

For the love of ………

Go and find for us this fabled place where ANet told us the date that WvW reward tracks would leave beta then. Quote it with a source. Because no one else on here ever saw an actual date for this. Until then stop bringing this up as if it was an “adequate warning”. It had zero mention of a date, not even a timescale on it. It didn’t even so much as say “When WvW reward tracks leave beta in the next few months” No! It just said when they leave beta, whenever the kitten that was, because we were never given a date on that. We just patched our game on April 19th and were surprised with the fact that they were no longer in beta.

Not disputing that burying things in the patch notes was bad, but the date is irrelevant.

It could have been one month after, a year, after. Fact was, things were going to change inevitably and it makes zero sense to not take action immediately.

Removed crafting stations and vendors.

in WvW

ArchonWing.9480

I think they really should fix up the cities too.

Lion’s Arch, as I’ve said before, is terrible. The crafting stations have no waypoint nearby and you have to run over. Then if you forgot something, you need to run to the trading post. It was actually better when it was “ruined” when crafting stations were near a waypoint. To make matters worse it’s easy to accidentally talk to NPCs.

Divinity’s Reach is good for everything except the crafting stations which are spread out a bit though not too awful given the elevator thing. The only reason I don’t frequent this place more is because the home instance placement is horrific.

Hoelbrak isn’t bad thanks to WP but it is still annoying to jump around. Incidentially, there’s a place in Wayfarer Foothills that seems to be a good crafting node. However, the home instance placement is atrocious as well.

Black Citadel actually isn’t that bad for crafting, depending on what you are crafting. Some stations are in weird places and there’s a bit of turning/wp’ing to get to the BL trader. Still better than LA. Home instance placement is okay. The main problem is the city itself is annoying to navigate, making it a pain for new toons.

Rata Sum is the best, because it’s the only city that wasn’t designed by bookahs. It’s a little walk over to the TP trader, but everything is fairly neat. It has the best home instance too. The vendor placement could be better though.

I agree with Cerby that refining them is a horrific waste of gold. It’s 14s to refine 100? I do something similar to what SpellofIniquity does; make a few dozen in reserve so I can craft w/e I want, but due to the absurd leather prices I have held off on that a bit. I generally funnel everything towards selling when it’s like it and craft when things are cheap.

It’s a bit hard for me to understand when I hear people just refine a ton of them that they’ll never use just to hoard those things. It makes little sense since it can be acquired easily anywhere and actually costs a lot of coin when it adds up. To me it’s like having those programs that install something unwanted on you and then try to hold you hostage for a fix. But the ascended implementation always had problems and we’re still feeling the effects. I actually wanted to ask people elsewhere, but I was afraid they’d get offended. Granted, people can play anyway they want— they can buy legendaries and delete them, buy packets of salt, w/e.

@joneirikb.7506 I did try to leave Dragonite as an exception since you only get a couple from capturing Keeps and SM which depending on what you usually do, it will not nearly be as common as camps and towers. In PvE, they come mostly from world bosses which relatively speaking compared to the others is fairly banal content since they’re restricted on a schedule and sitting around with your arms folded waiting for something to spawn isn’t particularly fun. If you do Teq every day, it’s not an issue with the ore. If you’re just going there just for the Ore, then it really sucks because you’re often just trying to go in and out as quickly as possible so you can get back to whatever you were doing.

Sometimes I let other people kill the camp supervisor because I don’t want the fragments, lol.

Or the other t7 mats? I was imagining that most WvW’ers should have a lot of that and fragments; with Dragonite Ore being a bit more rare.

I ask this because since a lot of the prizes at the end of reward tracks seem to advertise that yes, you will get t7 mats and that’s totally awesome. It sorta makes sense in pvp, but I am not sure here. All it really does for me is I get these things stuck in my inventory. You can delete them I guess. Refining them without making ascended gear is a huge waste of gold, and the eaters do help but I imagine delving into pve isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

The other thing that seems to spamming me is obsidian shards and I really don’t know what to do with that many. I already converted some of them to fulgurite and made a some gold from it but outside of legendaries and pve they’re very hard to make into something useful. I was assuming most WvW players would have an overabundance of karma too, but I could be wrong.

The problem is people being unable to complete the simple task of telling others what channel they’re in. I don’t think there’s any way to safeguard against that.

Right. I don’t understand why it is more common to be quick to blame the guest than the people who have trouble saying what channel they are in. Simple tasks. If you really want people to join you in TS, do the work.

Yea, it’s a bit silly. I remember back then people would say “Join TS” (What, when, where why?) with no other details. Sometimes it’s quite the guessing game, though there are other times that people think said group doesn’t want to be bothered if they don’t see the initial join message as people can pop up at any time.

People seem to fail to remember that TS or whatever is a third party program and thus people have to go out of their way to find programs and avoid landing on some unfamiliar scam impostor site.

Personally, I found using broadcast in addition to map chat with the address and channel to be fairly helpful, as well as the color of the tag.

Yes, it is effort. But 30 seconds of effort could make yield a huge benefit. It’s almost always worth it.

Oh and BTW, there really needs to be a quick way to change color tags. I’m sure everyone has seen the annoyance of map hopping only to find out you have 3 red tags or something.

Servers that are abysmally bad at WwW

in WvW

sbi has the worst pugmanders ive ever seen. Imagine commanding 40 pugs, 20 of which are druids and then solo bombing with self stab and raging for ppl not pushing.

A lot of SBI people have stopped playing lately. Myself included. We’ve consistently been matched up with Mag who have better and more players than us most of the time and SoS who don’t like to fight and prefer to run and play the PPT. It’s never an even fight on these match ups.

That kind of mentality you describe seems to fall into the group “of abysmally bad”. In fact, I would not lump you with that because you have tried to change the situation with great effort. It is not your fault when others refuse to help and you get tired and need a break as a result. Some people think it’s about running the newest shiny build and having MLG noscope reaction times but in reality it’s the mindset is one of someone that can never win.

Instead of tweaking their builds and learning to press the dodge button they’d rather complain about it. I mean you can see zerg fights when people complain about dying to imba “condis” (zerg fights mind you when Anet’s put nonsense like this) and there’s quite a problem. Sure, Mag has stacked NA, but it’s not Mag that put 15 rangers that stand there and shoot, guardians that don’t run SYG, ele that don’t switch attunements, and warriors that don’t run banner or cleanse in our squads. And people that have been here know I’m not exaggerating. It’s probably even worse. There’s a reason I could get away with the “Crystal Desert Import Frontline” joke because it was true when they were linked.

What else? Beg commanders to run, contribute nothing, and then cuss out said commander for trying. Or we have regulars that constantly call pugs trash when they are stubborn and really aren’t better, demanding things be done their way. People love to blame the pugs but in reality I find they’re pretty patient in putting up with the bullkitten veterans do to them. I haven’t counted the times when I see people on our forums talk about saving the server when I see the very same people mock newbies asking newbie questions and other nonsense.

People bash HoD for not coming on our TS, but refuse to go on theirs. Refusing to follow HoD tags because they won’t conform to our wishes or calling them bad when the karma train gets derailed. Linked servers are not some kind of vassal which are to wait on you hand and foot after all. Or yell at them for not defending some PPT crap. Oh btw, SBI is a PPT server. They’re just really bad at it. Breaking out of that delusion will help, trust me. I mean I really love getting yelled at for not defendng a camp with RI on it; gotta love it when people aren’t even good at PPT’ing when they obsess so much over it.

Or what about the talking big? People claim they’re sick of fighting Mag, but then Mag goes to t2 and brings us down JQ, and people leave even faster. It’s clear that Mag is not the problem here.

Now this isn’t everyone of course. There’s plenty of good folk and I stay for this reason plus moving in this current state of the game is silly. But I’m sticking around for the good folk and my guildies. You yourself and many others have tried to combat this kind of thing to keep things together and make stuff happen, and I recognize these efforts. But there’s a reason why we can’t recruit— most serious guilds that come end up dying here, and homegrown ones end up leaving. In the end, it is what it is, and I accept that our server is just going to stay the way it is until they shut us down.

Hmm, never really had that much trouble with reward tracks tbh, and my server has ended up 3rd for the longest while with the worst KDR NA…. and worst at everything else really. I imagine the lower tiers always have some degree of downtime where you can freely pvdoor though it would seem t4 has been a bit messed up atm?

Maybe they should have a GoB in the middle of the track as well for a total of two. This wouldn’t affect anyone that plays WvW regularly.

location of crafting stations?

in WvW

Posted by: ArchonWing.9480

ArchonWing.9480

Going to PvE to craft consists of about 3 load screens to go back and forth. You were already in spawn in WvW so it’s not like you lost positioning. It is easy to enter back… unless duh! There’s a queue. If you never queued for crafting, have you ever considered, you might be causing a queue after you went in because you can’t see that once you’re in?

It has nothing to do with WvW, nobody cares about that. It’s about being at a specific location on a PvE map, being able to access a crafting station, and then being able to return to that exact location on the map. That is far more than “three loading screens,” and a far larger concern than anything else that may take place on a WvW map.

Nobody cares about WvW? What about the people that play in it and the page of threads?

Why should anyone cater to you, when you’re clear on the fact that you don’t care about WvW and are just using it to keep your place in PvE?

Again, feel free to point out any spot in PvE besides jumping puzzle chests, Silverwastes, or nodes where losing your spot makes a difference beyond a few silver and a bit of running.

Or tell me what requires the need for a large time expenditure on spontaneous crafting. Are you farming thousands of silk daily? Because besides crafting, HoTM allows using the vendor and bank to manage your inventory as needed.

When people think of such self-vindictive things such as staging sitins, when was the last time you’ve thought of anyone besides your own needs?

I would say the same to anyone who thinks it’s a good idea to remove crafting stations because they believe it increased their queue times.

Say it to Anet then. Their reasoning was they observed that it was messing with their population calculations, not because people complained. Also, if you’re just pointing out the bad the others do to justify your own behavior, then you’re just proving my point.

location of crafting stations?

Yep, let’s prove their point that one is an obstruction by being one.

I bet it’d be the same group of people that join listed zerker dungeon runs without zerker gear or idle at the start of pvp games and wonder what’s wrong when people get angry. Then they find ways to “get back”

Example: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/gw2/To-all-you-SHOW-GEAR-TO-JOIN-people

FIGHT TEH MAN!

Being vindictive over what is basically virtual money…. wait no…Virtual change doesn’t seem to be a worthy cause. If you’re fussing over that; you probably can’t afford to craft anyways. Well, each to their own.

I think the real question is why it would take so long to add a bank NPC….

So let’s spell it out here.

  • Arenanet’s data suggested there was a problem. Individuals may not have seen a problem in their experience, but it is at best neutral if some people see no harm, and others have seen harm. Also, nobody said it was going to be a magical fix to anything, but I guess salt is always required.
  • Changes have to be uniform across the game. If it’s say, only a problem for Tier 1 and 2 , they can’t just remove crafting stations from Tier 1 and 2. That’d be even more unfair. So again, “I’ve never seen it affect queues” has no bearing.
  • Going to PvE to craft consists of about 3 load screens to go back and forth. You were already in spawn in WvW so it’s not like you lost positioning. It is easy to enter back… unless duh! There’s a queue. If you never queued for crafting, have you ever considered, you might be causing a queue after you went in because you can’t see that once you’re in?
  • There might be a chance you’ll miss callouts, however this is a somewhat dubious claim because crafting isn’t usually a slow process. Note that every time this gets tossed out, and the question “What exactly are you crafting in bulk that could consume that much time?” never really gets answered. We’ve even got some incredible posts about crafting weapons and armor, because apparently their gear breaks every day or somehow exotic gear magically breaks if you craft ascended. Not to mention ascended gear is time gated so it’s not a single bolt of damask or whatever takes ages to craft. So I’m really not sure how you’d fool anyone with that.
  • Various disingenuous things like new players coming to WvW because they’ll be lured by the crafting stations are largely irrelevant and seems to be a matter of projection on this invisible crowd and is a pure Appeal to Emotion. Crafting is cumbersome, expensive, and not even cost effective unless you do research. Luring a new player to crafting at all I think is actually pretty irresponsible especially when they could just buy most things off the TP at a similar cost. Unless of course you think new players are crafting tons of kitten mussels gnashblade….
  • Keeping your spot in PvE? There aren’t really that many locations where you have to run far from any nearby WP besides Silverwastes. Or maybe if you’ve set a character to only craft and farm JP chests, of then I am sorry for your loss of a daily green and 3 Empyreal fragments. I suppose there’s also parking characters at nodes.

In the end, there are actually a few reasons to have kept them, but it seemed to me that they were at best neutral and were causing a problem somewhere. I never saw it to be a problem so I have no emotional investment in this and yes, I’ve even used the crafting stations before. But the facts speak for themselves, and I will simply craft elsewhere.

When people think of such self-vindictive things such as staging sitins, when was the last time you’ve thought of anyone besides your own needs?

There was this once I was crafting in Rata Sum, and I noticed tags. Apparently they were doing some kind of roleplay parade and were trying to get as many people in. At this point, I found somewhere else to craft to accommodate this because I think my crafting, a activity I could do in a lot of places in this game, was not as important as a group of people who wanted to make a asura parade happen even though I don’t need to move at all. So yes, if I think it’s courtesy to move for an Asura Parade, WvW should be no different.

It’s nothing big, and certainly nothing to be self righteous about, but it’s more legit than anything I see here in all these threads because I bet a lot of people in these parts would throw a fit even if they were politely asked to move. I’m not disputing it isn’t inconvenient but I find it pretty sad that people are willing to make others suffer just so everyone can feel their pain. If there was any doubt one was being selfish, it’s gone now.

Anyhow, there might be a argument for putting the crafting stations in danger’s way (Say Garrison or Stonemist), but then it might actually get in the way.

But Suprisingly not many pvers realized that, most that used that trick were wvwers who would pop in from let’s say VB read map chat and see orange and then get sucked in to an hour long fight.

If anything, the crafting stations helped more than hurt. Taking them away has denied defense the possibility of getting a few extra bodies and their supply. The true trolls, que takers, spies etc. are probably hanging out in some obscure location like the JP.

What’s your evidence that crafting stations “helped more than hurt”? ANet (presumably) looked at their copious amounts of data to determine that there were enough people spending enough time at crafting station to add to queue times — people who left to fight afterward wouldn’t be included, since they WvW’d as well.

Or are you suggesting that ANet went out of its way to make a controversial change that cost them dev time that could be spent elsewhere all because there were just a few people?

Nah man, my anecdotes are much more valid than any of Anet’s silly statistics or access to data that players don’t have on the account that I don’t like it, therefore it is wrong.
