Sounds like you were either hacked or someone where you lived deleted them.
If it was from someone where you live, such as a younger brother or a roommate doing it, you are put of luck. There is nothing ANet will for you.
If you were hacked, first run a security check of your computer. Check for keyloggers. Once your computer is clean, change your email password and your Guild Wars 2 password then contact support. Go to the to top of the page to the support button then go to ‘ask a question’. Make out a ticket and ask for an account restoration. Like I said, they will only do this if the account was hacked from a site outside your home.
There does seem to be a ‘game forgets password’ bug. If you have ‘remember password’ ticked, try unticking it and typing the password in manually. Make sure it’s email and password you are using not account name and password and that you are not making typos when typing. Try changing the password again, sometimes that works.
If everything you try fails you will need to contact support.
If you think it’s this bug, it wouldn’t hurt to make a thread on the Games Bugs forum to bring it to general attention.
(edited by Astral Projections.7320)
There have been a couple of threads a few days ago about the game forgetting passwords. One person was able to get around it by unticking the remember password box. The threads ended there without a clear resolution of the problem but if you can’t fix it you will need to contact support.
Hmmm. Try changing your password on the site on the forum. Maybe a computer key is sticking or something.
Eh, I just consider it as part of an ongoing effort by ANet to save me from frivolous purchases.
Make as costume I can wear in combat: buy
Make as town clothes that I will never use: don’t buy
My pocketbook thanks you ANet.
No, if they change it you don’t have option to change it to something else. There isn’t a way for a hacker to change it, only ANet can do so.
And yes, trouser snake or any variation of that is against TOS. If you don’t know what that is slang for you can google it.

Not haveing a kit right now, it’s hard for me to check. ^^
One thing you might try is guesting to a high population server, go to LA and ask in map chat if anyone has one and if they are willing to check and look for this option. See if it’s actually gone or if you are overlooking it.
iirc, in Guild Wars 1 the costumes were $10, with no option to buy using ingame money.
Of course they weren’t quite the same, you could use them in combat, one purchase was good for any number of alts to wear simultaneously, there was a storage system (an NPC who held all of them for you. You ask him for one and get it. Wear it till you tired of it then destroyed it. Rinse and repeat). So the Guild Wars 2 town clothes are less value for their money which is why I haven’t even bought one and probably never will.
iirc the reason they said they didn’t go the costume route is because of immersion considerations. But if this is so, why the wings, cutsie backpacks of Quaggan, Tybolt etc, and the unicorns with the ANet logo on them, as well as other items? All these items destroy their immersion argument.
So, ANet, please bring back Guild Wars 1 costume system.
If you are down loading at 100kbs, it will probably take you a 2 to 3 days of continuous downloading. So, 48 to 72 hours worth of downloading. If you only have 10G, you are either going to gave to pay extra or do up to 10G this month and the remainder next month (and maybe the following month if it you use the internet for other stuff).
Use the lists from this site: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/User:Bluestone/Explorer
Go to each map and verify you have every one of the places on that map.
Give your roommate a dollar and tell him to buy some business for himself so he doesn’t have to be getting into yours.

They don’t tell people the details of why they were banned because people who do it on purpose can use that information to avoid detection and tell other people these details so they can avoid detection.
If you’re ticket is 3 days or more old post your ticket number in this thread for Gaile to look at for a final judgement.
No, the one I’m thinking of is black with red highlights. It was on there the last time I used one. It’s the one I changed my Necro’s hair color to.

You will need to contact support about your banned account. Go to the support tab at the top of the page and then go to ‘ask a question’ and make out a ticket. If there is something you don’t know, put unknown in that space. You should get an initial email back within 24 hours. Update that email to ask more questions and to answer theirs.

You’ve already sent a ticket to support. Those are the people who can help. Gaile Gray mostly gives specialized help and the other forum posters can only give advice. What she does usually say is, give them time to work on it before seeking extra help on the forum.
At any rate, it’s night time. She probably won’t be back on the forum till tomorrow.
It was there the last one I got. I changed my Norn necro’s hair to that color. iirc it was at towards the far right of the options, but can’t swear to it, it’s been a couple of months.
Maybe because for accounts, they don’t spawn gold. They take ‘snapshots’ of accounts periodically and then restore them to to an earlier snapshot from before a hack. Guild banks are separate from accounts. They can be abandoned or traded between people by switching guild leaders, so there is no true owner of a guild bank. If they can’t be reset to a previous time like an account, and if ANet can or will not spawn money, and they don’t, then there may not be anything they can do for a guild bank.
I hit the meta events most days (Shadow Behemoth, Maw, etc) and that’s where I have gotten almost every one of my exotics, about 90% of them. From the meta events my drop rate is about 1 every 82 hours played. From just killing random mobs, it’s about 1 every thousand hours played.
So really, exotics drop more commonly from some thing than others. Doing hearts and dynamic events won’t get you exotics. It’s doing dungeons, fractals, and the meta events that seem to be the best ways to get them as drops.

You will need to but a completely new copy to play. It’s against TOS to buy or sell used copies.
Not sure what you are asking about the log in details. They can be the same or different. If you link them I think they will be made the same, mine are.
When you say roaming, do you mean roaming in PvE or WvW? Because that makes a big difference to the answer.

yes good thats fine i just want a full refund im out, its been a struggle to evan get on the game in the first place by having to make a new account since the first email had my old game on… they ask for my old password and character name ?? wtf how will i remeber that .. and theres no phone support i just dont think its for me .
To contact support, go to the support tab at the top of the page then go to ‘ask a question’ and fill out a ticket. Anything you don’t know, put unknown or N/A in that slot. Old passwords and character names are not required, as people forget them or they were hacked and characters deleted and passwords changed.
I’ve seen threads about this sort of thing before. People go below the map and ‘here there be dragons’. I guess that’s the dragon storage closet.

You said refund and didn’t say full or partial. Just to warn you, if you get a full refund that method of payment (credit card, debit card, paypal) is banned and you can never use it again.
From Gaile Gray, another thread:
“Be aware that if one gets a refund, the account is permanently closed AND the credit card associated with it is disabled and may not be used in the future in any purchases related to Guild Wars or Guild Wars 2 (or any other NCsoft game). This means that it may not be possible to simply get a refund and start a new account”.
Only get a refund if you are not planning to play again. Otherwise, contact support and ask them if they will give you the reduced price.
The bad news is, I’m afraid the serial code is lost now. They don’t hand it out again because if they were giving out serial codes and they give one to the wrong person, say someone trying to steal the account by contacting support and saying they lost it, then they’ve muddied the waters as to who owns the account.
The good news is, you don’t really need it. While support will ask for it when you contact them it’s not required. They will establish ownership by other means. I think it’s main value is if 2 people are disputing ownership of an account with support, the one who has the serial code shows ownership.

You gave to have deleted all characters to get the option to change servers.

Transferring
The transfer fee is only charged if you have characters on your account; in other words, if your account has no characters or you delete all existing characters first, you will be prompted to select a new home world after creating a new character, free of charge.
To transfer to a different world, go to the character selection screen (using F12 or when you first logon) and select the desired world; you will be logged out while the game makes these changes, which might take 5-30 minutes. You can transfer once every seven days at a cost determined by the destination server population and whether or not you have characters.
http://dulfy.net/2013/10/15/gw2-blood-and-madness-halloween-weapon-skins/
You get one from getting a ticket or 10 ticket scraps from Black Lion chests.
There are others that are from the mystic forge but the requirements are insane, the skins are the same as last Halloween and I doubt anyone had made one yet.
http://dulfy.net/2013/10/18/gw2-blood-and-madness-halloween-recipes/
Funny you should mention that, I just got two or three dyes from icebrood mobs in the last half hour, and my mf was at almost 200%
Do we need to define RNG for you? ^^
Hmmmm. Well OP, offhand I don’t see anything wrong with either name. Maybe one of the other forum readers can see what the problems with them are. Was that their full and complete names?
As to likelihood. This is what I found.

Q: What are your plans for future professions/races.
A: Races, no promises of which race to do first. New profession is a lot harder, a lot of the core archtype is covered. We might do additional weapons/skills for current professions before putting in new professions. We have 8 now so if we want to do a new profession is it is probably a 3rd heavy armor to balance it out. New profession is probably the furthest thing out.

Were you doing the transactions from your house? I’ve heard of at least one case where the person was doing it from an Internet Cafe and the bank was refusing it from that location.
I thought I was just having a lot of lag but yeah, it cycles after an editing for a long time.
It’s RNG.
I’ve been playing since launch with 8 level 80s and never gotten better than the occasional exotic from a world boss. The vast majority of people haven’t gotten a precursor from drops. Most people either get them from the mystic toilet or they buy them, not from drops.
Your drop rate sounds about average to me.
Should be automatic. I assume your accounts are already linked?
Check your Hero panel for recent achievements and make sure it shows you have 50/50 done in your achieves also.
I haven’t received these essences at all, and they are not on any of my characters. I also emptied my mailbox and combed through my bank for clarification. Apparently, support wont help me. Great…. Now I’m at a disadvantage…
Because the amount of luck essences needed to increase by 1% increases for each level, if you found it now and you have been getting essences all this time! you wont go up by 20%. If your level is very high at all, you won’t go up by even 1%.
20 levels on this chart is 2460 luck. You can look at what level you are now to see how much further it would get you. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Luck
The only way I know of to do it for free is to delete all your characters. This will allow you to pick another server at the character selection screen.

From an old forum post that said “I spent more than 30 minutes designing my character and this is the first male NPC I see”
Surprisingly enough, they do seem to have been karma at one point. I thought they were always gold.
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Cultural_armorsmith
Cultural armorsmith
Cultural armorsmith icon.
Cultural armorsmiths are NPCs that sell racially restricted cultural armors to your character in exchange for gold (changed from karma, see below).
Armorsmiths have “[Cultural Armorsmith Tier #]” as a suffix to their names, where # is 1, 2, or 3.
Each armor set sold by cultural armorsmiths features a unique skin and increases in attribute bonuses, defense levels, and cost as the tier increases.
Doesn’t say there when it changed.

If it’s been 3 days or more since you last heard from them and you want to appeal to Gaile for a last review you can post your ticket number in the stickied, ‘Tickets for review: 3 days and older’.
Maybe they should have a ‘lore library’ in one of the cities. Shelves with interactable books where ANet could put lore. Maybe interacting with a book could start a cut scene that shows old lore from past living story events, like the scrying pool in Guild Wars 1.
Just because there is a train going all the time doesn’t mean it’s the same people all the time. People join up, do it for a while, drop out and someone else starts. I do it occasionally when I want events or champions or group events for the daily and I want to do get it done fast, and then stop when I get them. The rewards aren’t that great.
Saw someone setting off fireworks that I assumed was them so some must be buying them. I think it would make more sense to sell for New Years though.
They were holding some sort of barrel looking item and setting off fireworks so it wasn’t the ones from the dragon coffers.
Possibly because the game doesn’t have a way to know if you are retrieving something because it was deleted, from someone doing that to get duplicate free items. To know, support would have to get involved.
The difference from the achieve items is, they weren’t bought with gems and ANet giving you an infinite amount doesn’t cost them additional sales of those items.
