The Class someone plays doesn’t really matter to me, I find all of them useful in some way, even Rangers. I actually love Rangers because of the blast heal I can spam with their healing spring. I’ve done plenty of dungeons and fractals with all types of combinations including full light/light+medium no heavy grps to know anything can work if they know what they’re doing. I generally would only kick someone if they’re extremely rude, trolling or just generally uncooperative and refusing to do things correctly or want to learn. Then there’s if they DC or Akitten forever…. A..F…K*
Abyss Dye was the very first Dye I found in beta. Then it was the first Dye I found in Headstart. The Abyss was stalking me. ;o
cool story bro, check out what i got
Yeah, but you didn’t get it from a low level story chest.
I know my server has some identical twin brother Mesmers with same name that run around nuking people ans confusing their own server as well XD They probably aren’t only ones to do that.
It’s too useless to be an exploit.
Last Refuge and Shadow Protector?
Yes, I want my underwear to drop.
Kinky…
Would just be nice to have town clothes part of the actual game in general.
But yeah, this is a big want for me. Remember when it was said that all the clothes NPCs were wearing would be available to us?
Yeah and I wish it was true. I was expecting a JC Pennys store in Lion’s Arch and etc.
Not only are town clothes gem store only but none of them have anything to do with what the NPCs are wearing.
D/D still does the most damage possible as Thief, it’s just harder to play when people are too dodgie of CnD.
Yes, I want my underwear to drop.

Avatar of Collin Johanson decending upon you tapping you on back and giving you a T-shirt that says " I crafted it"?
I want a tight T-Shirt from the Hot Topic in Divinity’s Reach that has a pic of him holding the Incinerator and giving a thumbs up.
You’ll get Sunrise soon enough, TreeSis, because I believe in you.
So does Mother Tree.
I am going to make it my mission to now go around in game and let me character be racist to plants and humans by calling them salad bowls and meat and bookah and I can’t get banned because its only game racism.
Oh noooooes. My Sylvari Mesmer will be sobbing in the corner if she was insulted in such a vile manner. How dare you talk to her like that you…. you…..BOOKAH.
Please don’t use that offensive word. I ask that from now on you call it “The B word”.
I don’t like when people use “The S Word” on me, even though ranch dressing is delicious and all. I’m a tree, not a vegetable. But it’s all in good fun.
You stuck four items in to a magic toilet and expected an achievement.
Really now?
You do get an achievement, there’s no title tied to the weapon you made though unfortunately.
Those 4 items are hard as **** to get, so why not expect it?
Really, I can’t count how many times I died from last refuge. I think it’s the only trait in the entire game that hinders you instead of being useful.
Working as intended, unfortunately. It’s called Last Refuge because it’s supposed to end in your death. Would be awesome to have it changed to something better though, but fixing our broken skills/traits seems to be on Anet’s low priority list.
Skirtless Armor
At LEAST 30-50% of the amount of skills and ability to change weapon skills.
Guild Halls
Cantha and Fort Aspenwood sPvP.
Longbows and Scythes for Assassin/Thief.
As much as I wish we could make Dancing Dagger builds and would like that being useful for dmg again, the main thing that needs buffed is Death Blossom. It needs something to make it useful on power builds. If they’ll gonna mash all our different builds into one weapon as once they need to make them more univeral.
It’s because Racism is funny when used the correct way.
IE; stand up comedy, the boondocks, and so on.
Well Thief has a lot of useless/broken utility skills that make this worst, as well as weapon skills that don’t fit your build but get stuck on your bar forever. I also find Ranger ones extremely boring and limited. Traps are cool but you need to be cond build.
I do miss having tons of skills to pick from in GW1. Also didn’t need to cover my bar in signets cuz nothng else works like with Ranger. ;/
bah, I don’t enjoy ponies.
I want a sack of nuts and a legendary zelda-based slingshot to fire them from. You want a what?!
I just wish they’d make armor like GW1 that had no skirts so we can stop dealing with it. ;/
I’m well familiar with our scaling problems, but it’s not quite the same issue—the skirt’s width is actually fine (as is the way most cultural sits on Sylvari) but my weapons are sitting too close to my body and don’t seem to be scaling out to the coat (mostly the sword and, though you can’t see it, pistol), hence the clipping. Female Sylvari had a big issue with this until it got fixed in Feb, so I’m not sure if this is possibly still an issue with some coats or if it’s just an error of the preview window and it’ll look mostly fine in the actual game.
No, it is the problem. Switch your armor back and forth with something like AC body armor (one of the few that doesn’t change our shape) and you’ll notice the weapons moving. My T2 Coat does it and I never even noticed the change till I did that when looking for something new to wear.
Armor just changes shape strangely on us, even invisibly and pushes our weapons away from our body and through our hands/arms. It’s not just skirt stretching, it’s like it stretches/changes our mesh in general er something. This is on male though, either way our armor is kittened so hard and needs fixed badly when theses issues apply to nearly every armor piece.

nope.
This is a much better suggestion, imo.
Too cliche.
No need for it. Lets just blow the trees down with unlimited sticks of Dynamite. /puppydogeyes
People port up there a lot on Fort Aspen.
I personally did it on my first try. /flex
I had already done it when it was released tho. Took me 15mins back then.
bah, I don’t enjoy ponies.

Well, the Molten Mining one still uses the normal mining animation and it was still awesome.
The Sickle may use hammer animation but it’s still something different than the normal Sickle animation.
Most Medium armor clips with weapons as a Sylvari, especially with males.
See this thread for details; https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/races/sylvari/Sylvari-skirts-bugged-need-fix-bad/first#post2108353
On the other hand I was briefly farming trash on Cursed Shore and one of them dropped Dusk.
Gratz, you won the Scavenger Hunt.
Mine was in a Boss Chest except it wasn’t one I wanted so I sold it and everything I owned to buy Spark before it skyrocketed in price.
Just remove Stealth and give us Shadow Form for the same 3s duration.
Problem solve.
Most of the complaints are only because they can’t see the Thief, so let them see us but they cannot harm us while in Shadow Form. The only way to harm us is through condition damage or when the Shadow Form ends.
Of course, Shadow Form ends when we attack and dealt damage.
lol, that would be awesome but actually be even stronger than stealth.
Also that additional revealed idea is awful and reveal should never be raised above 3 under any circumstance ever again. 4 was horrendous enough let alone having 5-8+
I also don’t feel like staring at a revealed timer constantly wondering when it’ll GTFO.
There’s nothing wrong with stealth and they nerfed sword 2 so no more ninja vanishes. People seem to get stealth and shadowstep confused when a Thief does an epic escape. We also don’t need more nerfs period till they fix everything broken with our weapon sets, traits and utility that don’t work.

They float using static electricity.
Back when I farmed EBJP for medals I crafted an Apothecary and used Carrion trinkets and Gun/Dagger.
I like to call it the Immortality build because I literally never died to anyone unless I got zerged by a big horde of people spamming CC. Healing Power is quite powerful on Thief. You’re not going to do tons of damage but you’ll outlast anything. Works well in Fractals too if you want pure survival and keep rezzing people. If only Shadow Protector stacked.
Changed his outfit a bit to look more like a TreeNinja How’s it look?
Wasn’t sure about the colors. :o
Everything you throw onto it becomes darker or lighter than it actually is. It’s very difficult armor to dye. A bit extra crazy for you with the green though, did you use any Tattoo-whatever thingys on skin?
Video, plz.
What makes it bad is how many hours of gameplay sword Thieves will get to spend stuck in walls.
Your attack speed.
From my observation, if you attack fast, you build up aggro fast regardless of how much damage you deal. That’s why using a slow weapon like the buggy Pistol or SB, your aggro is regulated.
Back before the Dark Ages, you can keep attacking with daggers and use Stealth to reset your aggro — but we are in the Dark Ages now when that is no longer the case.
Ah, the good old days. To make it worse, building for more durability makes you pull even more aggro ironically.
Who would like to see more emphasis on story and cutscenes as in real time cut scenes like in gw1, i know its possible with the engine because we sort of have them already and gw1 had them, which i hear gw2 is just a heavily modified gw1 engine.
Also please release an expansion soon, i want to see new gameplay elements!
I’m really happy this games a success honestly it is not only a success but gw2 single-handedly changed the mmo market forever with games all going ftp.
IMO there wasn’t even an MMORPG market. There was just GW1 filling that genre alone. So they did a lot of things right. Would like to see more GW1 in GW2. .-. I did like the Flame and Frost style cutscenes more, they should just do a mix of both styles.
Yeah, it gets a little crazy when 300 people attack one mob. XD
Gets to the point where I don’t even know where he is anymore.
Elementalist because they heal too much and are invincible near fortress doors.
As for tough but fun, I’ve had some lengthy battles 1 on 1 with Guardians. They can take a lot of punishment while still being able to dish out damage but eventually fall with the right timing.

In Perfect World Online, a male character can carry a female character at least.. Makes running distances so much easier (for us with female toons). I want such convenience in gw2 too!
What’s wrong with their fingers? They’re all conjoined. :O
I’d sooner pursue such things in real life.
Nothing wrong with a /hug emote.
Would open the doors to a new GW2 Holiday being: Earth Day’s hug a Sylvari Day.
Too many new weapons, not enough new armor.
Try using F.lux. It’ll stop any form of light sensitivity issues.
I have perma light sensitivity and it’s helped a bunch.
Or you could buy FL41 glasses for in-door lights.
Stab them wherever you see fit , its going to hurt a kittenload regardless!
Best Regards
General Bama.
Pretty much what I do. Nothing wrong with facestabbing if you don’t see it. Just keep moving to the side or opposite way you CnD them, or wait till they walk away when stealthed. If they’re fighting someone else they’ll turn towards them once you stealth.
This is more-so like the Halloween event where the dungeon is just a boss fight. The intro/closure is weak, unfortunately. It was also too easy personally, but if it was harder people would QQ to no end because too many people don’t want to put effort towards something difficult in GW2. There’s nothing wrong with the overall idea though.
Ehh, I noticed this too but then I just shrugged it off because the Puzzle pieces still exist.
I noticed it and I started typing in map chat “did they remove puzzle”… then I stopped and threw down a Shadow Refuge and saw the Puzzle pieces and deleted the message. >.> Guess I wasn’t going crazy. Just not paying attention. XD
Can we get a picture of the change for those of us not at our game computers?
That’s…not easily identifiable as a hostile area of effect. Is this new thing an option? I think I’d prefer the old red ring over this.
Oops forgot to mention that was the friendly one.
The new circles might help in more grassy areas too. The moving/flickering should also draw more attention.
Maybe they’re nolonger invisible in shallow water too. ;o

They originally made Shadow Return function that way to avoid bugs with terrain. Now the Anet developer/s who initially discovered this bug either don’t work there anymore, forgot, or are busy doing something else. So the new people in charge of balances and fixes look at shadow return, unaware of why it functions that way, decide to “fix” it causing the skill to break. They do this often with Thief.
Too bad our useless shadow step when downed doesn’t throw us through doors.
Or it’s a bug that wasn’t fixed yet. I mean apparently shadow return was bugged since beta, as are many other skills and traits on Thief and multiple other classes that still aren’t fixed. Why can’t the fix the bugs that weaken us though instead?
