Your skin will wrinkle and your youth will fade, but your soul is endless.
Oh my god look at those buttflaps…
Thread Necromancy skill activated. Cooldown 1 year.
I found it. Goemm’s Lab JP in Metrica Province
Oh wow, and I was just there last night! ~foreheadsmack~
Location question aside, that video is amazing! <3
Sensitive OP is sensitive.
I suggest you find a way to be less sensitive, because the times are a’changing.
I’m sure you can find something better to be offended about, like the fact that Donald Trump might be the next American president.
I haven’t paid one ounce of attention to the elections. Tell me this isn’t real. xD
Oh, it’s real. I haven’t paid much attention to the elections either. As the years go on they become more and more of a joke, except that the joke has real word consequences.
Anyhow, I’ll never understand how people like the OP hate love so much.
No nachos for you OP, you apparently can’t handle them.
Too many things to list (and I’m also at work so I have to type fast), so I’ll just leave a simple thank you for 10+ years of quality and memorable entertainment.
And a special thanks to Gaile, keep being awesome. <3
Asura = Necromancer
Oola would like to have a word with anyone who disagrees
Interestingly, my first and most played character is an Asura necromancer. Oola would be proud.
Oola, being proud of anything other than herself?
You’re right, it’s too much to ask for.

I always answer these “Is it worth it” threads the same way, only YOU can answer that.
I think it’s more interesting to use Nachos. Everyone loves nachos.
Well is always was a little high strung. Nachos would help.

I don’t know how many times I’ve locked on to the boss, and am attacking. Suddenly, without any input from me, I’ve targeted and am attacking a boss minion.
Makes me really pay attention to what I am locked on to.
11. When a Legendary appears, make sure everyone everyone loses their mind and chases after it, so the fort it is next to is overrun and taken by the Mordrem.
I wonder how OP would feel if the bonus and final VW chests were limited to once per day like world bosses…
tbh I thought they are…….
You can do Vinewrath and get the end chests over and over and over and over again all day long.
-Complains that SW chest farmers are greedy and force someone to farm
-Doesn’t look in LFG to get on the right map.
-Demands people who are not doing anything wrong to be limited.Did I miss anything?
The demanding stomping of the foot for emphasis?
Yeah…no.
As other have said, use the LFG tool. (This goes both ways if you want an event or chest map.)
Also, I see way more events than chest trains anyways, which is a good thing as it builds up shovels. In fact, I think it’s been about two weeks since I last saw a chest train, and I’m in Silverwastes an hour or two daily.
I feel that a topic such as this would be more appreciated by an RP crowd. Not sure how many players who RP regularly check the forums.
you have 46 characters…you must be an RPer
Imagine those family sqabbles. :0
Also, if you find yourself alone, but want people to play with, there are a few places to find like minded people outside of the game, such as Facebook groups, and/or Reddit.
There are still many of us that still play Guild Wars 1.
It’s entirely possible. It’s definitely not a waste of time.
Brilliant!
The yearning is real.
~somewhere, a dragon is rather amused that humans think they “own” anything related to dragons~
Well, guess it’s time to dump those Black Lion Chests (currently have 63 of them), unless I somehow get a key. Inventory space has become more important than those chests.
I go to Lion’s Arch all the time and I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem interacting with the banker.
I don’t miss my heroes at all since I still play Guild Wars 1 a couple times a week.
I’m on the verge of becoming an alt-a-holic myself.
Zerina In Aeternum: Level 80 Aura Necromancer (my first and most played character).
Alastrine Aeternum: Level 43 Human Elementalist.
Thorsimund: Level 80 Charr Warrior.
Embrace of Midnight: Level 33 Human Mesmer.
Jaxxi Deus: Level 12 Asura Elementalist (I just made her two days ago).
It wasn’t bad for me. I got several utility items and skins I didn’t have previously. Spent around $30 on gems and used them all.
To be fair, I am a bit of a latecomer ($10 sale last March) and I’m certain that the stuff I got, many of you got long ago.
Actually, I’ve been rather interested in the Jungle Outfit. Too bad I’m out of gems.
You could always make your desire for the item known here:
Perhaps someone will gift it to you before the sale ends.
(if you do post it there and receive it as a gift, be sure to immediately update your post stating that you received it as a gift so others do not send you additional ones that cannot be used)I think some nice person already do that gift.
Awe.
How very thoughtful of this nice person!
I didn’t want to come right out and ask if they had been gifted it yet, but if they had not already gotten it and made a post there then I would know that it was something they still desired.
Nobody is really making desires known in that thread so I have done far less gifting this anniversary sale than I had hoped to.
We shall see what comes up for tomorrow’s sales.
Some very nice people indeed.
I actually wasn’t aware of that gift-desire thread. Thanks for posting.

This won’t end well. </Trahearne>
There are other times. I was doing the daily Master of the Ruins. We got there about the same time. We both hesitated. My so called enemy just stood there.
I went first.
He/She let me. After I was done they did it.
After that we both waved and went on our merry way.
This scene just made my night.
I know the globe map of Tyria on the floor of the Durmand Priory is well, Tyria, but I’m just not seeing it. None of the borders of the land masses seem to match what we know as Tyria (at least not to me).
Help me out here.
I finally had a chance to participate in one of these events in Brisbane Wildlands. The entire 30 minutes map chat was flooded with complaining about how the event was terrible.
I mean, I have experienced more toxic and unhappy chat in game (I’m looking at you World of Tanks), but wow, they crying was real today.
~sigh~
“We”?
The best one I can think of (and I’m pretty sure this has happened to a lot of people) is being punted around like a soccer ball by four our five Teragriffs in Silverwastes.
It’s a fiendishly clever plan to get you to buy more storage space.
I saw an old Norn yesterday, complete with long white hair and facial hair. It was the first time I ever noticed wrinkles on a Guild Wars face before. Looked really good, i was impressed.
However, it made me wonder about how he’s just NOW starting to get experience and learn skills at such an advanced age. What was he doing with his life up until now?
The OCD side of me is screaming for Watchwork harvesting and logging tools. Yeah, I know it doesn’t make sense to have gears falling out of plants and trees, and would totally flood the market with sprockets, but just having one tool, and not a set of tools is really bugging me.
Only the pick produces sprockets.
I know that, thank you.

Call it a kilt, problem solved.
I think you need to go further back to Dungeons & Dragons, and probably even further back than that.
Personally, I could not care less about any of the electro dyes. Even if they were 50 silver, I’d still be “meh” about them.
Nice to see a positive post by spoj. keeping this bumped for developer viewing.
I’m sure many of us are very tired of the Berserker for Everything Meta.
Another mounts thread? ~elbows on desk, head in hands~
Death, taxes, and mounts threads.
Well, there go the last of my gems. I had exactly 480 of them.
~gets his Kodachrome ready~
Asurans easily beat them all, the attention to detail on ear movement, momentum and small “jumps” is incredible. Poledancing empower ftw.
Agreed! Asuran animations are the best. Ever do the /threaten emote? The put’em up moves followed by an “I’m watching you” gesture (watch how the eyes widen as they point to their own eyes), and completes with an aggressive point and a “Yeah, that’s right” head nod.
Ever stand by idle while wielding an axe? Watch as the sniff something in the air, and then spin around as if the heard something behind them.
Watch as they use a mining pick, it’s like they have trouble lifting that tool. Same with the broadsword.
Do a /cower emote and see what happens. They have the best laugh too.
