I rly dont had the feeling that warrior would need another invulnerably.

One question about the decapper/invader:
As you explain it, this is some bunker/knockback-class (probably everybod connects engi with this task), which should be able to bind 2+ ppl. Wouldn’t it be better to use a “decapper” also for deffing home point?.
My thoughts are, that it is still a bunker, which means he is qualified for this job, but he is also a decapper, which would probably “neutralize” an hostile decapper which attacks.
No problem with “easy builds”. But those shouldn’t beat the most effective ones.
When I started with PvP. I didnt instantly look in the internet for some builds.
I tried to develop my own build….and I got pwned…and pwned…and pwned.
So I changed my build…and (you might guess it) got pwned.
So I changed it again.
“Easy” Builds might be a bad Idea, as they allow in a match of 2 (new) players with equal (low) skill level the one player who uses an “easy build” to win this match.
Builds will always affect the outcome of an combat, however they shouldn’t nullify a too large amount of “skill-difference” between the oponents.

My thoughts as a mostly pve & wvw player on spvp
The only way it would be fair is if the people who have legendaries can just have a skin of it to use in pvp. Period. Any other way of obtaining it is going to cause another kitten storm like ANet trying to foist off poorly reskinned T3 cultural armor w glowy bits in the TP as a fresh skin .
Why should this be the only way?
I fully agree, that if there is (very) fast way of obtaining Legendary (skins) for PvE via PvP, it s a bad idea.
But why cant there be a way for pvp players to get legendaries for pvp? If it is “hard enough”, whats the problem?
Is it rly you opinion, that only ppl who got their legendaries via PVE (!!!) should be allowed to get legendary skin for PVP?
No offense, but even a rank 2 player deserves it more to get a PvP Legendary, then any Legendary-wielding PvE(only)-player out there.

In my opinion, you either should be affected by NO, or by EVERY CC skill.
I just dont get it, why it is possible to launch downed players, but not to push/pull them.
However, I favour, that launches would not work on downed players anymore.
Before you are able to transfer PvE skins into PvP, make sure, there are PvP way for getting EVERY existing skin.
Otherwise, you will be able to get “better” (looking) skins for PvP via PvE, or at least, faster.

The rankpoints (and the upcomming gold) should simply be calculated by the relative amount of time a player participated in a game:
If you joined when the game already was half over, you should only get 50% of the reward.
Additionaly, ANet needs to fix Autobalance.
When gold will be a pvp reward, a lot of players might start to leave a match if they are on the losing team and look for another match.
This will then result in getting one player of the winning team being autobalanced to the losing team.
→ Frustration.

I suppose it would be unfair if only pvp players would be able to “buy” levels for PvE.
However, I expect that you will get the tomes more easy for gold than for glory.

But dont you think, that if you introduce (improved) rewards for events, that players will almost instantly find the one dynamic event with the best effort-reward-relation and farm it endlessly.
It seems, this happens every time ANet introduced some new kinds of rewards or interesting stuff.
Improved Dungeon rewards —> Dungeon / CoF farm
Dragon chests —> Dragon farm
Achievment point rewards —> AP farm
Champ loot bags —> Champ farm
etc.
Content shouldn’t just be played because of the rewards, instead of the fact that it makes fun.

In Hot Join, It’s absolutly fine, but get it out of tournaments plz.
A big problem on Skyhammer is, that because of the possibilities to push people from the map and the fact that the Controlpanal-plattform is some kind of 4th capture point, this map is even more favouring bunkers, aoes, stability/knockbacks, than the other maps do.
So everyone was complaining about the ranger and necro petting zoo..
I am wondering how these zoo’s are different compared to the petting zoo of the mesmer? considering before the patch it was already easier to target a ranger or necro trough their zoo’s
lets top it off to make sure the zookeeper of the zoo’s can be invisible and keep spamming zoo’s that are almost identical to the zookeeper… (yes, this scentence is almost as impossible as targeting a zookeeper.)so let me put this in perspective..
What makes a ranger or nerco, who are clearly visible and distinguishable from their AI, worse then a mesmer? reapplying their AI spam more then both other profession combined..?
Or to put it in another way, what makes mesmer less pettingzoo -ish compared to ranger and nerco?

I once made a spiritranger, went hot join and pressed all buttons in a random order, as I basicly had no idea how to play Spiritranger.
I actually did quiet well.

It s getting rly difficult, when bunkers arent distributed even and one team gets 2-3 bunkers, while the other one has 0
You usually should get 1 (at the moment: 2) win-chests after you won a match in the arenas. Displayed by some torphy-icon in the right corner above the minimap. When you click the trophy, you get some “pop-up-window” showing/giving you some extra glory, rank points and the chests.
You dont get gems and “qualification points”(stars) anymore. Just the chests and glory / rankpoints.
There are basicly 2 new head pieces in the PvP locker.
One is a (rly neat) Grenth-style-hood.
The other one is…I dont know. Some deer – stuff.
Anybody having an idea how to get those?

You probably should censor the other players names.
And even if there are “low ranks” on the teams, they are on both side. So, at least they aren’t distirbuted unfair.
The issue with the leavers has in my opinion nothing to do with the MM, and more with the fact that there is no hard punishment and that a lot of players are idiots.
I played 5 matches, they werent that bad. ^^

Map completion is easy, you don’t need someting like this. Just get your little corner of each WvW map and then wait for the rotation. Your position will change, and you will be able to do the next corner. If you repeat this on every alt you can get map completion for WvW on every character in about two months or less.

Why do peaple want thoughness instead of vita on Barbarien / Berserkers Amulett?
Those (especially Berserker) are mostly used by Burst Specs. Burst Specs have usually big problems vs. Conditions, which means, they’d profit more from Vita then from thoughness?
What I’d like to see is Assassin (Berserker with switched Prezision and Power Stats). Giving Burs classes an alternative to Berserker.
Btw. why not introducing sigil of generosity into spvp?
I like fighting eles or thiefes (can be annoying) with my mes.
Its alot about well timed doges and bursts (and interupts).

What about gaining more Guild Influence via PvP?
You almost get nothing and you only get influence for wins, which are a “risc factor”, as you chance of winning a game isn’t only influenced by you “skill” it also is influenced by you enemys skill.
Hower, if you do CoF p1, you dont have the problem, that the NPCs might be stronger then usual or acting smarter.
Sure, Id like a Chaos Storm thatone shots everything, and a skill that summons 2 duelists at once :P.

One thing I’d like to see fixed ate the jumping pads.
They are just annoying. You can (ab)use them to evade attacks and sometimes it is even diffucult to acutally use them for jumping, as you dont jump “far” enough in order to reach the higher ground.
Maybe also adding ~1s of invulnerbillity (maybe therefore combined with a 1s daze) when using the portal up to Skyhammer. As Classes with turrets, mark or traps otherwise can place them all right “on the portal”.
Additionally, you should automaticly “exit” the canon, when you get hit.
About the Canon itself:
I actually like it. Yes, it is extremly strong. Maybe even overpowered. But this way, it becomes a rly important objective.

Gold sinks are annoying, as that’s basicly a side effect of them. If the goldsinks would be in parts of the game, where you could easily evade them, they would be even less effective, as they are atm.
Dondt remove it completly, but plz remove it from tournaments.
I don’t think shatter mesmer’s need more damage, but they do need something. Insta-killers are no fun to play (or play against).
Personally, I wonder if there is something that Anet can do to buff IP. Although it’s clearly a powerful trait, few use it except for the small number of shatter mesmers that are still out there. Not sure what a balancing buff to IP would look like.
I totaly agree to the first part. The damage of MindWrack is rly good. The bigger problem ist how to land it.
Due to the huge amount of aoes used this times in pvp, illusions die fast, which means if you want to shatter with 3 illusions, you probably might have to use Mirror Images, or “waste” dodgeroles in order to create clones.
As far as I know, the shatters of illusions which are blinded fail. Therefore, they often miss.
I also have the feeling, that sometimes shatters dont hit (with every illusion), if you aren’t on plain ground.
The next problem is, that shatters are easily dodgeably, if your illusions are too far away, not to mention illusionary leap with all of its “features”.
Hint: It’s not. If lyssa didn’t give stability, I wouldn’t be so frustrated with it, but its pretty clear its way over the top versus other runes. Specifically when coupled with cooldowns that are like 45-48 seconds, its insane. But such as life I’ve learned to deal with it. :P

Give lyssa a CD of 90-120s and you probably gonna see it being used a little less often.
But I also dont think Elites are balanced, especially the fact that some classes are able to alter their elites via traits (on top: thief), while others are not.
In PvE I am actually playing a 100% Phantasm Build with
10/15/0/25/20
I use GS, Sword/Focus.
GS is nice, as you are able to stay in range, while doing damage and the knockback + cripple of your Phantasm give you good controal features.
The Focus Phantasm probably doesnt have the highest damage, but its damage is aoe, applys a lot of bleeds and when traited you focus skills also reflekt projectiles, which is rly usefull.

Some warriors or AoE classes just run up there, spam their stuff, completly oder mostly ignore the one deffing treb and just destroy it.
