Business Model Clarification
We want to be clear about our business model for future expansions now that we are approaching our first paid expansion for Guild Wars 2. We believe that to keep the game dynamic and vibrant with a constantly growing community, it should be as easy as possible for new players to get into Guild Wars 2. For Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns, we didn’t want the core game’s price to be a factor in a new player’s decision to begin playing Guild Wars 2. In the future, if we release further Guild Wars 2 expansions, we plan to offer all of the prior expansions, the core game, and the latest expansion for one single purchase price.

I’m not sure what ‘vouch Gems’ means, but anyone can purchase Gems to support ArenaNet.
As far as the community agreeing on what should be completed? Well, that was tried with the CDIs, and although somewhat successful in a general way, everyone pretty much had their own idea on how things should be implemented. It took a lot of time, and, since we’ve not seen it return, I’m guessing more time and resources than it was deemed worth.
I’m sure the Devs are aware of the player feedback.

while expansions on mmorg are an stupid blizzard-ripoff-model that shouldn’t exist (there’re LOTS of better ways to get our money than locking out new content behind a new paywall in order to “stay competitive” [please read, observe, analyze this statement before opening your mouth and misunderstanding… as some people seem to love… sigh) 30$ is a fair price, even at this point of the expansion
However you’ll be missing chapters 1-4 of the L.W. season 3 I believe, but it isn’t that hard to earn the gold for it, just with the log in rewards.
Besides, chances are that HoT maps are going to receive a huge lose of population after the next expansion kicks out, even right now some meta events require you to use the LFG tool to find a “populated” map.
I just hope they don’t get greedy again on the next expansion… 30~35$ is a fair price for an expansion, even if the game doesn’t have monthly fees…
If the OP has been logging in, he/she will not have to purchase any of Living World Season Three Episodes, as logging in unlocks them whether one owns Heart of Thorns or not.

You can update your ticket and explain in more detail. As noted in the Sticky above, posting on the forums will have little effect.

Servers only matter for WvW. Otherwise all servers play together on the same maps.
Professions are what you might call classes. Crafting disciplines can be perused in the Wiki (link above) to determine what you might like to level first.
Utility, Healing and Elite skills can be changed. Hero Points spent can not be ‘unspent’. Again, you can read up on Traits and Specialization in the Wiki.
My best advice is to leave the L80 Boost alone until you have leveled a character or two up naturally.

You know exactly why you were ‘kicked off the servers’.

If you want other language preferences in-game (if that’s what you mean by ‘on control panel’), you will need to download them from the launcher. No idea if that will help with your keyboard selection. Have you any keyboard software that has options? Check your OS keyboard options?

I think the message meant to convey, “This map is closed to all but those already in it at this time.” Participating, as in there now, not participating as in so much percent participation before disconnection.
Neither are free accounts? There are some restrictions with free accounts. Though, the transactions would still be buggy, from your account of it.
Are you using the web-form accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below, or the in-game Bug Report? If the latter, you will garner no response as indicated on the Bug Report window.

I think the Lead, Paul Ella, addressed the ‘feedback’ on the latest Guild Chat. He explained why it was a ‘trench coat’, and talked about creating the armor, and may have (I can’t remember) talked about any changes.
Thus, there has twice been official feedback.

You can suggest to your guildie that he/she updates their ticket. That will bring it (back) to the attention of the CS Team. =)
If it’s only been 24 hours, or so, since you submitted your ticket, it’s well within the time frame the CS Team allows for responding (which is 72 hours).
That said, some issues take longer than others, and sometimes email providers can allow one response (the automated one) and send the other responses here, there, or anywhere. It’s not common, but it does happen. And, occasionally, a ticket gets lost; that’s why one can update the ticket after 4 or 5 days.

Jeremy’s music composed for Guild Wars is unbelievable. He created the climate for entire world. And he putted the rock, who allowed to create more amazing soundtracks, but composed by Maclaine Diemer and Lena Chappelle.
Jeremy is one of people who gave life to Tyria. And I agree that “Crystal Oasis” is amazing, but it’s too great to be used in trailer, it should be putted in GW2 soundtrack I mean in Lion’s Arch or other maps.
I do not know where the expansion will lead us, but if it’s gonna lead us to Crystal Desert I hope this theme will be played everytime.

At least Bytefence is an anti-malware program, and shouldn’t have been too harmful.
There have been some threads, previously, where the authentication apps have sent codes at odd hours; you could always try re-installing that, as well.

I will have to agree with Slippy….not only are Professions different in Guild Wars 2 than other games, they are different than they were even in Guild Wars (One)! I hated Warriors in GW, but I rather like my Warrior in GW2. Mesmer and Elementalist (I had 4) were my favorites in GW, and I don’t really like them in GW2. Never even leveled a Ranger to max in GW, and I have 2 Ranger mains in GW2. Weird, no? Just goes to show how different the Professions are in this game.

You don’t need to own or play Heart of Thorns. You can enjoy the Core game, just as Play4Free players do; only with no restrictions.

I believe the Devs stated it wasn’t feasible to change the Core Renown Hearts into repeatable Renown Hearts due to the old code.
I think the Devs already did something akin to this with Map Event Rewards.

Not correct, or the CS Team would not find it qualified to send out replacement duplicate Black Lion Chest keys.
I’m not sure why you’d argue about it; the CS Team will send BLC Keys for duplicate Noran’s Pass bundles. That’s a fact.
The CS Team allows 72 hours to respond to a ticket. Though, you should receive the automated ‘We received your ticket’ response almost immediately.
If you’ve no reply before the 72 hours, you can update your ticket with more information.
