Well, considering the wiki is the “official” one of GW2, I think that Anet itself has some input to it, so I doubt it’s entirely player-maintained.
You know, I very well may go back to Ember Bay and count the Petrified Stumps I can gather from before they stop producing for me, and post that to the wiki, so don’t make assumptions.
The important point to me is that the question has been answered: yes, there is a limit, so I was not experiencing a bug. The exact amount of the limit is presently unknown to us, but that’s not a critical issue for me at this point.

If you are unsatisfied with your Gem Store purchase, you could try getting a refund of Gems. Though, if it’s a Wardrobe unlock, it may not be possible.

I’m not sure why you’d argue about it; the CS Team will send BLC Keys for duplicate Noran’s Pass bundles. That’s a fact.
Not for me. (German) support just told me, that, because Norans Pass was a seasonal item, they will not reimburse me any keys at all because the seasonal item is now the Zaishen War Paint Kit.

Glint’s Gaze is offered 3 times, though not all together in one place; one for each armor weight.
I found the Cultural Armor sets surprising to see in the Guaranteed Wardrobe Unlock, as well as the AP Armors (I only saw Hellfire, but I’m guessing that is because I have some of the Radiant ones). There seem to be quite a few ‘Achievement-awarded’ new unlocks.
Respective nodes means: Sickle can gather plants, Axe can chop wood, Pick can mine Ore. It’s pretty clear.
But, who knows, maybe they will change it. /shrug
Yes, it won’t be changed. That is the whole point of the new gathering tools: to give people, old and new players alike, a reason to buy them by making them different from other gathering tools.
I, for once, won’t spend money on them, I get enough unbound magic as it is. Also, at this point, we don’t know yet whether there will be unbound magic in the maps of the upcoming expansion as well. For if there won’t be, it would truly be a waste of money.
Also, keep in mind that this “extra feature” these tools sport only works on the current Season 2 maps, while the watchwork sprocket one works on every metal node.
I’m pretty sure one receives Unbound Magic from any node, not just those in (I believe you meant) Season 3 maps.

Actually, in my state, Gem Cards are considered Gift Cards, and are charged no tax, whether purchased online or offline (retail stores). Gift Cards are not charged tax, otherwise they would be collecting tax twice: once at the Gift Card purchase, and again when using the Gift Card to purchase items/services/etc.
Thus, no loophole. =)
My advice would be to level another character naturally from 1 to 80. That way you will get all the tutorial tips, and familiarize yourself, somewhat, with the game again.

I think the price on BLTC weapons is probably way too low.
I don’t think the Recent Purchases is arbitrary or unnecessary. It’s a quick way to purchase oft-purchased items. Also, though not complete, an easy way to see what one has purchased previously.

A heat map showing all players in the most populated instance would be needed to determine the map was ‘dead’ because of a turret farm.
It would “save time,” but it would also make the game less interesting. Part of the fun (for some people) is trying to figure out how the game works. On the whole, I prefer ANet to err on the side of making too little information available rather than too much.
It’s also a tool to confound gold farmers and bots, although (in my opinion) one of the less effective ones.
That said, ANet described how the caps work for Bloodstone Fen, so I’d prefer them to be consistent for the other LS3 maps, too.
It would be easy to explain on the wiki the daily account limit for Petrified Wood as has been done for Jade Shards. That would have saved me some frustration not knowing if I was experiencing a bug or if it was working as intended.
The Wiki is created and maintained solely by the playerbase. Thus, it is only as informative as those willing to contribute to it have information.

If you add 13479 (Daily AP) and 1521 (Monthly AP), you get 15,000 AP (Daily and Monthly combined), which is the cap. You will no longer receive AP from Dailies.
I was thinking the same thing. It would seem to take away one of the perks to getting that particular Legendary.
To be fair, that particular JP was added long after the map was released. It was part of the Living Story, which isn’t really aimed at ‘early/newer’ players.
I’m not sure if they’ve fixed the bug(s) with it yet; it may be listed in the Known Issue Tracker.
A Bug Report won’t really help if it’s only happening on your client.

Are you sure you can enter combat in Halloween transformation tonics? They don’t seem to work for me.
Actually, there seem to be only 5 Tonics that allow combat, and a few potions that either color the character or add an effect.
Regardless, the timers are not consistent.

Remember, as well, that all the new maps (where many players congregate) can only be accessed with a HoT purchase.
Regardless, as noted above, I’ve never seen the expansion maps empty (on NA). One may be more likely to find them ‘full’ and unable to enter.

Personal Story (comes with Core game), Living World Season One (no longer available, as they were ‘live events’, but there’s a short recap in Lion’s Arch, or a YouTube compilation offered by a player), Living World Season Two (purchasable with cash or in-game Gold), Heart of Thorns Story (must own HoT), Living World Season Three (current season, previous Episodes available for purchase thru the Story Journal for 200 Gems each, necessarily to access the latest maps, Episodes 5 and upcoming Episode 6 free for those who log in while active), upcoming Expansion (must be purchased), and upcoming Living World Season Four (should be free for those who log in while active).
Pro-tip: Save your L80 Boost until you have leveled one or more characters naturally. Leveling naturally gives access to tutorial tips and level-up rewards.
