Yeah, those instructions seem out-of-date. It should be at the bottom of the ‘Game Content’ page accessed once you’ve logged into ‘My Account’.
Good luck.
The White Feather Wings have only been available 3 times since introduction, and twice only for 24 hours, I believe. Thus, it may be a long wait.
I’m not sure the White Wings would fit so much with your scheme. There are a plethora of other backpacks. Here’s some: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Gallery_of_back_items
You can click on each name to find out how to obtain the backpack.
Good luck.
i think that i wont play more ! this game is dead to me nobody try to help even..
Have you contacted the Tech CS Team for assistance via the ‘Support’ link above/below?
Also, you may find this Sticky helpful: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/Not-Getting-Our-E-mails-Hotmail-Yahoo-Gmail-Comcast/first#post3785262
Good luck.
Essence of Elegance — also the stuff for crafting guild armor/weapons i.e Tenebrous Crystal. also stuff like glass mug and empty keg would be good
Pretty sure Tenebrous Crystal, and such, are already on the list. =)
It may be for those few lucky enough to obtain Permanent versions.
Good luck.
Unfortunately, sometimes templates are used, and it looks like your request got one. All you can do is update your request asking the Team to help with your specific issue (again). Do be specific, and not general as in “I can’t play…”.
Good luck.
But, those are two separate incidents. This particular ‘bug’ happens sporadically; it could be 6 months, a year, or this rare twice-in-two days occurrence.
Have you tried just logging out (of GW2) completely, and logging back in? Just that works, for some, some of the time.
Good luck.
First, you should only send in one Support Ticket, as multiple requests slow down responses.
You can update the original ticket with more information regarding the assistance you seek. The CS Team will change the email associated with your game account, if desired.
Welcome to Tyria, and good luck.
To be able to see their glow better?
For me, the more glow, the better. =)
I’m sure I’ve seen the ‘Game will minimize’ warning before, somewhere. It might be when choosing the ‘Support’ option, or something.
This may, or may not, be helpful: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Prized_Possessions#Walkthrough
There may be a Dulfy guide, as well.
Good luck.
So, no work around that doesn’t involve reinstalling gw1?
The work-around is either log out of Guild Wars 2 and back in, or, if that doesn’t work, log into Guild Wars and speak to Kimmes.
For many, many players, just logging out of GW2 and back in works.
Good luck.
Also, they ‘dropped’ Dungeons long before HoT released.
There are Dev responses on the issue, if you care to Google them. =)
Good luck.
You can always find information on in-game content in the Wiki, accessed via the link above, or in-game by typing /Wiki (topic of choice) into the chat window.

Welcome to Tyria, and good luck.
When I have this issue, it’s usually because my camera is too close (even though it doesn’t seem like it is). You could try moving the camera while ressing.
Good luck.
You’ve likely hit the Daily AP cap of 15,000. You can check by mousing over your total APs, which will show a breakdown of Dailies and (retired) Monthlies. If the two add up to 15,000, you’ve reached the cap.
Good luck.
Here’s why: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/news/Forum-Reorganization/first#post4600078
Good luck.
You can use your L80 Boost on a trial basis in The Silverwastes for each and every Profession before deciding which you prefer.
Here’s a video with instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IbMbGG1lOU
Good luck.
Server population is only determined by WvW activity. It has nothing to do with PvE, as all servers (using the MegaServer feature) share the maps.
Thus, transferring to another server may not impact your PvE map experience at all.
Good luck.
I don’t really get the need for Dowels and other base refined materials, but I’m not against them being added….as long as those items don’t prevent future items being added as needed as the game progresses in time.
I was thinking about the “It’s difficult to remove Material Storage tabs/spaces”, and I thought about the Miniatures storage tabs/spaces which have been/are removed.
I’m not sure what was meant by ‘difficult to remove’.
(If this gets merged, it would be somewhat off-topic to the merged thread, but on topic to the thread: Programmatically hard to change Mat Storage.)
Edit: missed the ‘m’
(edited by Inculpatus cedo.9234)
Sounds like a great idea. I can’t imagine what the disadvantages might be, other than surprising a player with their game minimizing, and the Wiki page opening. The Devs might put one of those warnings in that says the game will minimize; I’m not sure how difficult that would be.
Good luck.
Some items are available for preview even if they aren’t in the Wardrobe, such as the Icebrood Horn backpack and Lava Skull packback.
And, of course, for those unwilling to venture into new lands, there’s always the Wiki. =)
Odd, the Devs have specifically stated that defeated players don’t scale up events. So, I’m not sure how dead AFK farmers are causing events to scale up.
Yes, the hypothetical situation needs more parameters. Lol.
you start a new character. get free weapon & starter armor. do hearts as normal until high enough level for free set of copper tools or enough cash for them. continue as normal. easy.
In Core Tyria, which is where I’m guessing this hypothetical situation occurs, you can’t ‘do hearts’ with 100% map completion.
Ahh, but I get what you are saying… You are supposing in this situation, the account has access to another character slot. Well, yes, there is that.
Whether the developer adds content that makes old content obsolete (to players) or not, they aren’t likely to spend a lot of resources on old content when they are releasing new content.
Thus, yes, ArenaNet will ‘avoid/ignore’ HoT, and release the new expansion and Living World Season 4 and its corresponding maps (if any) and content.
Sell the rewards of your Daily log-in(s)? Sell the rewards from Jumping Puzzle chests? Open the scattered common chests and sell the rewards?
Lots of stuff, I guess.
I believe blocking someone does render you ‘offline’, but they will be able to see your character in-game.
You can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance if you are being harassed.
Good luck.
There have been other reports that the Rift Events have disappeared. No idea if it is a ‘bug’, or intended.
In the past, I’ve purchased some console game that included and older game from the same publisher. I didn’t get a discount because I had purchased the older game when it was new. I’ve also purchased albums that I didn’t get a discount on, just because I had previously purchased some of the tracks as singles.
I would like to think that those interested enough to want to purchase an expansion would also want to support the development team that made such content available. But…
But this is an expansion for the same game. Wasn’t the new console game available on it’s own?
Same price, with or without.
It really doesn’t matter. The Devs are entitled to be paid for the work they do; whether they spent 2 years creating stand-alone content, or content that comes bundled with previous content. I don’t really understand why that seems such a difficult concept to grasp.
In the future, you can always submit a ticket to the CS Team without logging in. There’s an option at the bottom that says something like: “Can’t log in? Submit a ticket anonymously.” It makes absolutely no difference whether one is logged in or not when submitting a ticket.
@Greener: The option you want is ‘Retain/remember tabs on closure’, or some such wording. (I use Firefox, so I’m not sure what the wording is for Chrome.)
Good luck.
You can contact the Billing CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.
Good luck.
Thanks for the link! The note at the very bottom answers my exact question perfectly.
The Wiki is a treasure-trove of useful information. Glad your question was answered satisfactorily! =)
It’s under ‘Camera’ in ‘Control’ Options.
https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Options#Control_Options
Good luck.
You can also set a hot key to toggle the camera on|off. I found it incredibly useful during Halloween for farming the Labyrinth (a spot that is practically designed for dynamic retargeting). It’s also good for certain builds that emphasize positioning rather than targeting (e.g. some no-target thief builds).
I don’t think there is any other way to set it up. The Wiki has a good explanation/guide to the Action Camera option (now). =)
I believe it is all skills, as long as the weapon is equipped. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sigil#Sigil_interaction
Good luck.

anybody found a solution for this ?
After more than a year, I would suspect so.
It’s best to always check the dates on threads.
If you are having issues, you can try the Knowledge Base, or the Tech CS Team, both accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below.
Good luck.
Here’s a recent thread on the topic: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/hot/Is-game-still-fairly-busy/first#post6607608
Good luck.

Good luck.
This seems to only happen on select accounts. I have several (perhaps, 19) unspent Mastery Points, every Mastery line with full tracks (needing Master Points spent), and I don’t get that message.
You might consider a ticket to the CS Team, to see if they have any suggestions. Or, you might have to wait for a ‘bug fix’.
Good luck.
It seems many accounts show this (or rather, lack of show) on the ‘My Account’ page. If you can still access your HoM rewards, I wouldn’t give it too much thought.
Good luck.
The CS Team allows themselves 72 hours to respond after the almost-immediate automated response. Your ticket will make its way through the que in the order it was received. For more information, you can peruse the Sticky above.
Good luck.
Perhaps, that is not a bug, but intended as it is a precursor to The Ascension.
I don’t know as I don’t own either. /shrug

Except Revenant?
I’m afraid that Armor takes quite some time, and it would more likely be Armor classes, rather than Professions, if they were to do something like that.
I think I’d rather have maps than Armor, but that’s just me.
The drop rate is actually insanely high, almost every kill drop them.
But since they are invisible, no one picks them up.
Omg, I spit my coffee onto the keyboard!
That must be it.
I’m not sure how ‘basic’ an item this rare is. The reason they cost so much on the TP is because the drop rate is so low.
Regardless, good luck.
Oh, geez, I totally forgot about that! Thanks.
