Indeed. It is an elite skill, it needs more damage and/or more range.
To me that’s the biggest problem with Mortar. It’s meant to be an Elite skill, but it’s less useful and less powerful than a utility slot kit.
I was really disappointed by this
The problem is caused by Ambient Occlusion. Disable it in Nvidia control panel.
My female has been saying one thing that I can’t make out. It sounds like “Divide and kapaow!” Anyone else hear this and know if that is what she is saying?
I believe it’s “combine and compound” for a cross profession combo.

Confusion = “Where am I”
It’s really is awesome game design. I always know when I get a debuff without having to stare at the UI.
I love it when Quaggan greet me with “nice teeth” .
(I know they do it for all races, but it makes sense for Asura)
At first I was completely against this.
But I’ve had a change of heart after doing some doing dungeon speed runs runs a few nights ago. I had to stop playing after a few hours due to having huge pain in my hand from endlessly spamming the 1 key.

Elixir-Infused Bombs are the point.
Still not as fun as grenades though.
I wish I could have Elixir-Infused Grenades :P
Thank you guys. Now I know I’ll never play asura
Doomed to be forever a bookah. How horrible.
Inquest style turrets would be nice
On a similar note, if you want your engineer to feel a bit more Asuran, invest in a “Super Hyperbeam Alpha”
For those that haven’t noticed:
Elixir S
Elixir C
Elixir R
Elixir U
Elixir B
lols
Ha! I just made a bug thread about this
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Asura-flamethrower-angle-of-attack
When running while using a flamethrower on an Asura, the muzzle points too far down, which not only spoils the animation (as it shoots through the floor) but it seems to make the attack miss.
The same problem exists for all 2 handed guns (Flamethrower, Elixir Gun, Rifle) with the Asura.
First picture is standing still, second picture is while running.

Would it be possible for hair accessories to change to the dye colors of our current helm?
At the moment they cannot be recolored at all, and it seems a bit much to have to pay for a character makeover once they are introduced just to have my hair ribbon match my armor.
(By hair accessories, I mean hairstyles with built-in objects like this: )
Not sure about the male player voice actor.
Female Asura player is Colleen O’Shaughnessey
Zojja is Felicia Day
Lmfao, you’re from MMO Champion, aren’t you!
Mif’s signature is correct, the cookies…
Formerly. It sadly went downhill very fast over there after launch with Wow fanboys deciding their best Wow defence was a strong GW2 trolling offensive.
And my cookies are the best!
Does it currently do this?
In the Sept 5th status update:
“We changed the downed mode camera to maintain a more consistent distance taking race into account.”
My GW2 shirt and my mad scientist look

We have a word for people like you: Bookah

But golems are awesome!
Ears are boobs to Asura

Thanks for letting us know Bill
A few things to try:
While GW2 is running, click the volume icon on the taskbar to bring up the volume slider, click mixer at the bottom, make sure GW2 is turned up.
In sound options in GW2, make sure VOIP ducking is disabled.
