Why don’t people use them as soon as they get? I never have more than 20
Some people don’t even open champ bags right away … there is no right or wrong?
Just use a auto clicker and set ur mouse to double click every .01 sec on the item it hoovers over.
ANET already said in the forums that AUTO-CLICKERS are against the ToS and is a bannable offense and you just admitted to using one.
Find me the post or ur just bulling. What game play advantage does it provide and hows it any different than a 3rd party program that lets u scroll click. What is anet gonna do, go head hunting for ppl that uses out of ordinary keyboard.
Its their fault for not implementing something even a brain dead person can though up of. The ability to use a quality amount. You could look for it yourself or just take your chances, just remember you were informed when the inevitable happens.
Like anet stores everyone’s mouse clicks server side…
Map your left click to a key and hold the key down. Little difference.
The remaining people in pvp are pretty much jaded and have no confidence in anet’s ability to balance the game or to make pvp less boring. Pvp has essentially stagnated with a mediocre population and a miniscule competitive scene of the same people in every match.
Team queue games are essentially 1 sided stomps, with teams winning every game until they reach one of the few competitive teams that steamrolls them.
Balance is stagnant with no significant changes happening for months on end, leaving boring specs to domminate the meta for over 6 months at a time. Patches consist of tooltip changes and 1 or 2 bug fixes which amount to a tiny buff or nerf to a class at random.
Anet has attempted to organize tourneys for gw2 (tol & tol2) which become 124 wvw, pve, and pvp pug teams being steamrolled in each region by the 4 teams that actually have played together and are competitive. The winners and second place of ToL1 were predicted by everyone before the first match started.
Which is sad because GW2 really had promise with its combat system.
Map your left click to your scroll wheel using a 3rd party program.
That’s a bannable offense I believe.
It very much isn’t because anet allows 1:1 key rebinding.
I have nothing to add,im just writing to keep this tread on first page. Cantha <3
This thread shall never die. It wil become a legend.
I think this is a terrible idea.
That poor guy who wants a precursor can’t post a buy order because he spent his karma on obsidian shards? He has to pay more?
PvP players will get super shafted because they have no money and no karma. They have to buy from the lowest seller?
This hurts everyone badly and has no place in a game like this. Essentially nothing will be bought on sell orders. I’d run out of karma in under 4 days and then I have to spend 10 hours to post orders that will last 30 min??? I’m honestly suprised you posted this because I thought you would understand how bad of an effect this would have on the game.
Kind of like a mass effect system?
So someone is selling arah. I can quickly join with 2 guys, boot him and then take my friends there?
Map your left click to your scroll wheel using a 3rd party program.
I just use my mouse.
The best things you can get online are spreadsheets and graphs.
The people who make discussion theads, podcasts, videos, and guides are the real influencial players. Players like Xsorus, Durzzla, Jcbroe, Eurantien, and Sol (prob missed some) are the guys who really have an impact on the community because of how much work they do to help players and the impact they have had..

Shared Anguish is a good second chance trait. Against control type builds (hambow/engie/necro/mesmer pull/etc) the trait gives you a second chance if you screw up your evades.
Pigs are still pretty bad. They have this dumb 3s wind up that charges where the enemy was 3s ago.
Good commander set
It is designed as a mix between pvp and pve. Spvp is much more reliant on individual skill than wvw because of the small team sizes and that comes out to wvw being more friendly and accessible for new players.
I use MSI afterburner’s video capture.. It works on all graphics cards, is free, and performs well.
Pretty crazy that cod mw2 took in over a billion dollars in sales.
This should not happen. WvW is designed to be the accessible pvp format in gw2.
The reason you are dying is because of how reliant rangers are at reacting to other players. Accept that you cannot control the flow of the fight and that you have to play like nostradamus.
Approach the warrior with your ranged set vs his longbow, the instant he swaps to his hammer/axe match the swap and evade his incoming f1 with a skill. Then burst him while using endurance to evade the next couple hits. Eventually with practice and experience you can become untouchable. You will run circles around him as none of his important hits land. It takes time though. Just yesterday I made my teamate duel me with axe/sword longbow warrior for over an hour to practice evading the eviscerate.
Take the same mentality against other classes and you will get there.
Tldr: Find what killed you. Dodge it.
Blackgate is tough to get into because of its status as a T1 wvw server and capability at world bosses and events.
Your best bet is to try during sea, eu, or ocx hours.
It really doesn’t matter
Please try to understand Smith’s explanation.
If you still don’t think that flipping is beneficial you are clearly incapable or unwilling to understand the economics and should just stop complaining here.
I’m not sure if making them drop from the Forge is a good idea, but I WOULD support a token system where you can eventually earn a Sunless weapon if you successfully killed Tequatl hundreds of times. (For the record, I was lucky enough to get a Sunless weapon drop just last week, but I understand I was extremely lucky.)
Hundreds of kills….
And the PLAYERS complain about the game being grindy.
Skyhammer scorecard…
Tbh you are prob just an alt account for someone already decently high on the leaderboard. Nothing special.
I MADE A LIST!!!!!!!!! GW2 Life complete.
I don’t play beast master (not since pet nerf all those months ago).
If you’ve fought me 1 v 1 it was either spirit ranger or condi burst. For the thread:
Hardest to Easiest 1 v 1: Ele -> War = Thief (depending on build) -> Engi
Easiest to Hardest 1 v 1: Necro -> Ranger -> MesmerFor ranger, for me, anyway.
I dont understand that list.
Yeah it is intentional. I can get perma regen with that trait and healspring.
You can pretty quickly tell how an engie fight is going to turn out. Sometimes you will just have to drop point and leave if you dont want to die. (Turret engie with reflects and crate)
Have you tried any of the builds here at all by the way? I’d be interested in your opinion on them, since I’m pretty certain you’ve played at a higher tier of play than I have in this game. I’d be interested in knowing how you think any of these builds would hold up, especially the chill based ones, since they are a previously untested concept by everybody except Kanscout, who ran Axe/Dagger Sword/Torch Grenth Runes long before April 15.
From my own experience, I’ve found chill builds to be strong except against thieves, who aren’t hurt much by it. Other classes were really easy to shut down by timing my chills after their condi cleanse or heals. It’s very effective against “bruiser” type builds, like d/d ele or most eniges. I don’t run it though because I would rather end up stalemating eles than losing to thieves.
The builds you posted are good, and the “core” is pretty much spot on. When I spec for teamfights I bring something a lot like your shortbow spirits or s/t a/d chill builds.
Right now I run a build you have not posted:
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fNAQRAsY3PjMq2sivKEtGAToaPALbA8cUTVnbwHcwvaP-TJhHwAPLDM4JA8a/BAnEAA
My role with my team is representative of this build. I play homepoint/farpoint with the expectation to never lose 1v1 to anyone even without my elite and to survive 1v2s long enough to allow support to arrive. The core is built for extremely high sustain and high condi burst. The empty utility is SoR or SotW depending upon the other team.
I hope you understand your opinion isn’t going to change the TP.
Now I have a greater than 0% chance.
Watchwork tonic is one.
Craft it if you want to save some money. Buy it if you want it now.
Ignore all the “journey” stuff. Those people would have your farm every material over hundreds of hours.
You can pretty quickly tell how an engie fight is going to turn out. Sometimes you will just have to drop point and leave if you dont want to die. (Turret engie with reflects and crate)
To be honest I think rangers are decent to slightly underpowered.
I have seen rangers underperforming lately. I can hardly find rangers high on the leaderboards that I recognize (na) while I can recognize 4-6 engies/warriors/eles on each page.
I think our class could use some real quality of life changes which would make rangers shine because right now, there isn’t much that teams lose when they don’t bring a ranger.
We get protection on dodge.
Quilja plays dps often enough.
Who will compete from each region? Since this is lan does this mean more dev support?
Side note: GW2 NA/EU is nearly 2 years older than CN. We might still have the advantage due to experience.
Knowing anet:
“Smiter’s Boon”
So capture the flag?
Can’t be that bad.
Don’t sweat it, I’ve been in ts with people talking who are 16-60+ years old.
Nobody cares if you are young, they care if you ACT young.
Scarlet is the c&c 4 of guild wars.
Salvage and forget.
It does seem harsh if the sub doesn’t get to play. It would be nice for anet to have a tier of rewards for the sub for a team based on placement.
On the other hand a player being a sub likely doesn’t have a team and the possibility of playing with a high quality team as a sub is better than the 100% chance of scraping together a medicore team for the tourney.
In the build posted right above. Don’t use RaO vs a theif. They will boonsteal the buffs and make you sad.
That is intended functionality. Is shoots you away from your target a small amount.
If you were always a decent player and not the cause for your team’s loss, then you should have kitten .5% win rate.
9 possible chances for a bad player to lose the game
4 chances on your team
5 on their team
5/9 = 55.5%
Since you aren’t even above 50% win/loss it is clear that you are a liability to your team sometimes.
No
This game needs to reward pvp players more.
Your grammar makes it hard to respect your argument.
I make $200 a day. That is $6000 a month. Get a life from farming and just buy the gems, support the game. $100 give 8000 gems convert to gold and enjoy yr kitten money. Dont be lazy kitten
Yes everyone who doesn’t make 6000 $ a month is lazy kittens o.o Low income = Lazy Logic!
A lot of people earning 2/10 of what you do is probably working a lot harder for their money than you do (have no idea how hard you work, but not important).
Not everyone have money to spare to buy gems, even though they go to work everyday. Maybe that is why they bought a b2p mmo.If people want to farm, let them farm
If they can’t afford a sub fee they are probably a student. 14.4k per year is under minimum wage for a full time job ($15k). A person making that much cannot be working full time, and thus isn’t working harder than the guy you quoted (by hours).
I don’t understand the need for excessive hyperbole.
GDP of the servers would be fun.
This would be really nice to have.
