I’ve always played D/D ele….

I find Focus is for newer Eles, they heavily rely on the invuln. It will always come down to your own skill level though, dagger is harder to use more efficiently but the pay off is better.

If you can be effective with Dagger off hand, by all means keep getting better at it.

(you should try water/air/temp build with lightning rod traits and surging runes on D/D) – turn your team into a moving stun field for 16 seconds, striking multiple enemies with lightning rod and laying out CC with Air and Earth.

Yeah shocking aura share is insanely fun but a lot of people expect the tempest to be supporting them. While I wouldn’t say offhand dagger is bad after the changes to it a thief can still teleport onto you and take off more than half your health with precast BS+steal and your only real follow up to it is shocking aura on DD but DF has that extra invuln and as others say reflect for getting a heal off to let you get to kiting spots.

Focus is just a lot better for supporting your team through AoE projectile destruction and staying alive which is your role a lot of the time.

I think the main issue is that they are the same colour as a lot of player AoE circles more than anything, if they were florescent blue or something they would be easier to see.

Having said that considering the wider raid and that as Pyro mentioned it’s not a huge deal being teleported I don’t think it should be high of a priority change. Certainly not when people have the special action button disappearing mid fight and other bugs in raids.

I run a 25 might stack power boon rotation build and I’ve never hit another player for 10k with either smokescale or bristleback. Even when the attack(s) actually hit. And yes, you can simply sidestep a bristleback’s f2 along with most other pet attacks. Its super annoying. Smoke assault is an exception, its nice when my pet rotates into that. Can’t control the timing on that for a coordinated burst, though.

Actually you sort of can, the smokescale will pretty much use it off cool down which is 20s. Say you switch from bristleback to smokescale it will use smoke assault almost immediately, this means whenever you switch to smokescale usually the first attack it does is smoke assault even if not it does it pretty soon after switching to it.

It’s part of the burst my friend usually does when he’s playing druid, will force out cool downs with bristleback and then swap to smokescale for the smoke assault as it never misses unlike spike barrage.

Personally I find quip annoying, the dreamer less so but for me it’s the spamming that annoys me more than anything.

Nothing worse than seeing a thief spamming unload with quip in LA or when we’re waiting somewhere just to annoy people. So maybe an avenue to explore is making the sounds happen more on skill activation than per projectile launched?

I also liked OneUP’s suggestion of making it only play for the owner and not everyone else who will hear default sounds. Would solve many issues with sounds people find annoying not just on these 2 high profile sounds.

I fought a condi warrior the other night, longbow mace/shield. Fight lasted like 4 hours because of the bunkering and extreme crutch their build tree offers.

Real men play death shroud necro.

But everyone knows that Necro is the hardest thing to kill, easiest class to play, and most faceroll because you get a second life bar! (/s)

Necro isn’t the easiest kill, its the most reliable kill.

Necromancer is a lot like Warrior. It’s skill ceiling escalates exponentially the better your opponent is.

It’s easy to pick it up and go but against people who know what they’re doing, it becomes a lot more difficult and requires a lot more baiting due to cast times and tells.

I had a literal 10 minute long 2v1 just yesterday, that I really wish I recorded, that I ended up quitting and walking away from because the 2 couldn’t kill me and I couldn’t kill them ( bunker support Guardian cleansing and buffing a glassy Berserker ). The Warrior kept feeding my Life Force attacking me when I had Spectrals up and the Guardian kept reviving the Warrior every time I got him down.

Kind of unrelated but I just wanted to state that if you can manage your Life Force properly and you’re not completely overwhelmed with players (not getting zerged to death), Necro can be amazingly hard to kill. It’s all about proper usage of Shroud and Life Force management but you very rarely find people who do it properly.

You forgot the having shroud when going into fights aspect, or rather when a gank duo jumps you just outside spawn. I see so many necros dying because they haven’t had chance to build any LF before someone engages on them.

Zerg Guardian QOL suggestion

You can always turn the grid option off on the squad UI so it shows you more of a party like load out with just your party. It’s easy to see his health, boons, alive or dead status and keep track of others.

You can also record your fights with shadowplay or whatever Nvidia calls it now or bandicam and play them back to improve your gameplay as well as review how the other guard is playing.

That already exists.

All you need to do is click on their icon in the squad/party display. If they’re not within range, then you won’t be able to select them.

Secondly, you can always just keep an eye on their boon bar. Some things are pretty obvious and you should be paying attention anyways.

Barring that, why not just ask?

Yeah I’m aware of that. I didn’t want to sound like a kitten but ok here it is. I want to be able to mark the other guard so that I know if they die mid fight. On the longer fights it can be difficult to keep track of if they are alive or dead. Not impossible, just difficult.

Then what we have here is you’re wanting to be a bit of a jerk but want a change to be made because of obscure reasons charading as a QoL improvement. Be true to yourself, be the jerk you are and throw the salt, you’ll be a lot more happy this way.

Also the solution is real simple, be the commanders pocket guardian unless you’re not good enough to stand out that much. That or find yourself a reliable guardian buddy to zerg with.

My reasons:

Pace of combat: HoT Powercreep RUINED the flow of combat. GW2 used to have a slower-paced combat, and timing important dodges and skills was how you won. Nowadays, most builds can just chain hard defenses for an absurd period of time, and follow it up with short-CD bursts, that intelligent skill usage isn’t all that important because you can just try again in 5s if you miss. To make matters worse, every build was given so much passive and hard mitigation that stats barely impact defense on most classes. Too many invulns, passives, and auto-procs make combat terrible. Remember when condi builds slowly won battles of attrition by building large stacks of damage then smartly covering them, and opponents had a limited set of cleanses that they had to time intelligently to combat it? Remember when strong defenses like blocks and invulns had REALLY long CD’s, so people didn’t just stack as many “ignore what my opponent is doing for Xs” skills? Remember when burst builds had to land important skills, and people counted dodges in order to get them off? Nowadays, its just all spam.

Balance: While balance is decent from the perspective of every class being playable in some build, balance is truly terrible in the terms of team compositions/roles. Remember when Anet designed with the concept of “roles and holes,” where any build had specific things it could do and specific things it was weak against (or they at least tried). Now, every viable build does just about everything, with only a few classes really having true weaknesses (necros to focus, revs to condi).

Build diversity: HoT power-creep made it such that every class only has builds that synergize with the elite spec, and other builds are SO MUCH worse that its laughable when someone brings them. Before HoT, off-meta builds had more weaknesses than meta builds, but also had very specific strengths that enabled them to succeed and win thanks to unfamiliarity. Usually off-meta builds that you fought could often win the first 1-2 encounters, and then the fight might even if you were able to figure out what they were packing and how you could play around it. With HoT, off-meta builds are just hilariously underpowered and I don’t even care to figure out what they build is packing…it just dies because it can’t spam defense forever followed up with high damage on a short CD.

I agree with this and to add specifically to this season:

No Change: The balance pass changed a few things but mainly buffed underwhelming skills increasing the power creep a little however none or very few of them to a point where it was worth changing the build significantly. What was strong in season 5 was strong in season 6, what was weak in season 5 was still weak in season 6.

Everyone left: Most of the people I played with stopped playing right across the board after they had their slice of PvE content because of the above balance issues Blackbeard so eloquently explained. So why should I keep at a game mode I don’t enjoy as much as WvW which I also play less and less of because of the above?

Not rewarding: Yeah the rewards are gone so why would I want to keep at this game mode when I can instead play something else and get things that progress my goals in GW2 of having a complete dye collection (12 off) or getting legendary armour or working towards getting another set of ascended gear?

Last but most importantly

I find PvP boring: Yeah I find it boring, it’s a mode that has stayed the same largely for nearly 5 years, a few new maps have been added, others removed but largely is about rotating around 3 points. There’s been no attack and defend game modes or payload type matches, no king of the hill, FFA or capture the flag been added which makes for a stale and boring system. This means I find PvP more of a chore to get things I’d like rather than as a fun experience I want to participate in for fun.

Warriors (especially adrenal health) needs the druid treatment. Nerf the kitten out of the base heal and make it scale decently with healing power. Also bring the range on arc divider down to at least 300, it’s ridiculous how easy it is for them to land it on random nearby npc’s to proc cleansing ire/adrenal health.

A big nerf to the base heal is the wrong fix. Adjusting the range of Arc Divider, along with reducing how many adrenal stacks a primal burst counts for is a much more precise solution to the problem.

Nerfing the base will kill most warrior builds, bringing it back to where the class was before the Adrenal Health buff (very little sustain). But doing those other two things would make Berserkers have to work harder to maintain the AH healing, nerf the melee threat range of Berserker greatsword, and keep the current non-OP builds viable.

As for double EP, all the blocks, etc., those can be handled through smart play, which includes staying out of melee range unless your build allows you to play in that space with blinds, chills, evades, etc. Cutting the range on AD to 300 (as you suggested) reduces the melee warrior threat range, and makes kiting classes in particular great for wearing them down.

I agree with this and he gets to the heart of the issue with berserker Vs core warrior where adrenal healing is completely fine.

Additionally I’d increase the cool down on headbutt, 20s for a stunbreak, 3s stun, full adrenaline and decent damage (seen it hit for 4k+) is far too good, make it 30s.

Nah they both need to be adjusted. With zero healing power a berserker is ticking for about 900hp a second just from adrenal health and healing signet, that’s a kitten ton of sustain without even considering things like regen that is pretty much permanent in any group or traits like “dead or alive” and “rousing resilience”. On top of that Berserkers are extremely mobile, have several very short cooldown stun breaks can build to be pretty much immune to conditions and can rotate blocks with immunities.

They game is in a really crappy place right now because builds don’t need to sacrifice anything anymore. Having to add a little healing power won’t break their builds, it just means they will have to make a choice if they want to continue to play it safe and have that ridiculous sustain or play a little riskier but continue to land those 10k+ hits.

Play core warrior and you realise it’s a berserker issue. Core warrior has trade offs to what it does, if it wants to build adrenaline as fast as a berserker it needs to take arms and will do a lot less damage. If they want quickness to hit burst skills faster they need heightened focus which means no adrenaline refund so harder to maintain AH.

That’s without mentioning core warrior skills are much better telegraphed and not absurdly over powered like berserker burst skills. Seriously go compare the primal bursts to regular bursts for all of them, the burst is way easier to land on everything but bow and/or does a lot more (daze, blind and 2x 4 condi stacks?!). When you couple this with a trait line that gives damage increases as minor, skills that build full adrenaline nearly, burst skills that only require a weapon swap to get enough adrenaline, high stability and reduced cool downs on burst.

Make no mistake it is 100% a problem with berserker trait line, go duel a baseline warrior and you’ll barely notice the adrenal healing.

The Difficulty Curve

Putting the bugs aside there was not much about HoT or the LS3 that was difficult except that jade bow that appeared at the Caudicus fight which has since been removed. More to the point so long as you have a friend who isn’t likewise handicapped you should be able to duo all of it or at the very least the other person solos it.

To be clear I have carried people through that modremoth fight and one thing I have noticed in common with every single one of these people is they do nothing but auto attack. They don’t change utility skills to survive, they don’t use skills appropriately even if they are late on the timing, they just sit there auto attacking and moving around randomly. Sometimes they will have an immunity skill and use it after taking loads of damage but not receive a single hit till it’s worn off, no quick use to prevent damage it’s just used after taking damage for no reason at all.

Though maybe it’s because they were longbow rangers that made it a problem but still most of the fights are very manageable if you pay attention to the mechanics and switch things up accordingly. You even have brief moments where you can change skills and traits between fights while enemies and allies drivel on about how the world is theirs and we will all bow down before yada yada.

Best solutions in the short AND long run:
Either make PvP Free to Play as whole, including HoT and any other specs coming out
OR have ppl unlock all expac-specs with 1 gem price ingame.

I think first options is going to be more useful.
This will eventually convince more F2P players to buy the full game to get awesome skins etc in the long run, so it’s nothing bad anyway.

Everyone can see Season 6 is dead and it’s only going to get worse from here.
Make this happen and we’ll all benefit.

The problem with this line of thinking is we are assuming that the elite specs and not having access to them is the barrier preventing people taking part in the season.

While I’m sure it may be the case for a percentage which I personally think is low there’s a compelling counter point to it. Last season was busy, it had lots of people, lots of hype lots of participation regardless of HoT owning or not. People didn’t magically lose access to elite specs yet participation is much much lower which indicates that access to elite specs is not the problem likewise PvP is completely free to play just without elite specs.

So what changed?

Short answer: Rewards went down drastically and no change to the meta.

It would be a step in the right direction but for many there’s no point as this is just season 5 meta all over again. I found the most challenging thing of season 5 was to try to even stay interested enough to play and stave off decay because the meta was so incredibly boring.

Barely anything changed in the laughably titled balance patch, I wish they would divert a little more towards class balance or at the very least be honest with us if they intend to sort this mess out with the next XPac.

It’s cute that people that think they would be waiting a few more minutes for a “balanced” match up. Those people at the top would be waiting something like 15 mins for a half decent match, even then there’s a good chance it will be a stomp.

I seem to remember Nos made a forum post about how his queue times were stupidly long because he was the highest rated player in all of NA and if others close to him weren’t playing he didn’t get to play most of the time.

This will never ever happen. Trust me, I have seen this game’s development for 3 years.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to meaningfully nerf sustain for pvp because it has too many pve implications.

Will they really nerf mesmer f5? Will they really nerf how many dodges thief has? Will they really nerf warriors healing and immunity uptime? Engineer regen? Thief OP heal skills?

It just cannot happen.

Their best bet is to nerf protection and regen honestly as the amount of regen in the game is absurd. This could be done in pvp only. Most important would be nerfing regen to nerf sustain. It could be made about half as effective as it currently is.

The thing is mssmer doesn’t need F5 for PvE so they can remove it and frankly they should as it’s impossible to balance skills where one trait line lets you use it back to back and another doesn’t.

Though they also need to heavily need all elite specs and be asking “How much can we remove before people will not pick this?” The answer is quite a bit tbh, they could nerf all elite specs quite hard and people would still pick them which says a lot about how much power creep HoT brought.

I know is he’s a really good player but it’s not like you will find players of his caliber all the time in WvW.

I know Zodin and I duel with him but it’s not the problem here, when you roam with dura/pack or strength rune, you are really too slow ! If you have some ppl who chase you, you are dead, I play with speed cause of this, with this rune I can run or kite !

And if we have the possibility to put any rune, the guard will have more build option really !

Your choice, the movement speed is nice but on a class that is as strong as DH is atm you don’t need that 25% movement speed especially when you have some pretty decent gap openers/closers on relatively short cool downs like symbol of blades.

Yes it’s the matchmakers fault, nevermore that there’s only 2 legend/ESL players in the entire player pool vs if we are lucky some very good mechanically skilled WvW players. Defo the matchmaker not the fact that every single on of those Legend/ESL players competition has left due to poor balance, poor communication of pro league opportunities or a stagnant game mode.

In other news it’s the builders fault for building houses out of wood which is why the tornado decimated the house even though we almost never get tornadoes.

I don’t think you can accurately predict who should win and I base this on that both classes have received a large influx of new players due to how easy and effective they have been compared to others.

I don’t agree that DH kittens on berserker however I don’t think the opposite is true either as the only thing the berserker has to counter DH specifically is signet of might. While the DH has plenty of blocks when the signet is on cool down which counters warriors ability to build and use adrenaline.

At the end of the day it will come down to skill between these two classes and which player is more skilled with their respective classes. Zodin is one of the most experienced guardian players in the game right now and probably one of the top DH in EU. I’m guessing he practises with whatever is left of Zen and maybe Cake which consist of high mechanically skilled players too so I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss his opinion though I’d appreciate it if he would give some reasons for his point of view.

So looking at the stats you say and given you say you had 256% ferocity I make it that you’re running close to full berserkers gear with taking pretty much all the traits to increase ferocity in the CS line. This is your problem you should slot some marauder gear so you have more of a HP buffer and yes many classes are running marauder including DHs.

You and your 5 thief gank group deserve this and the best part the DH was possibly nowhere near there and had dumped a load of traps for you to get oneshot on.

I don’t play DH much at all and the pictures you linked was you running with 4 other thieves, if that isn’t a 5 party stealth gank squad I don’t know what is!

Hmmm that follow up picture shows significantly less than 256 ferocity which certainly skews numbers, still I stand by what I say, all thief gank squads are as kitten as DHs leaving traps everywhere that can kill you.

You have no business attacking DHs without someone to trigger the traps safely for you, this is thief 101 just as I as a power mesmer should generally go in the opposite direction to thieves if I see them.

They’re not likely to give ele a greatsword, axe, shield, hammer, shortbow or longbow as you can get conjured weapon skins of those which would make it extremely hard to distinguish when a conjure is being used vs weapon skills being used.

As for OP, for a power necro at least some pieces of power-ferocity-condi damage would be an improvement over berserker’s, as you can easily hit 100% crit chance without full zerker, and so stats are being wasted. Converting those stats to something at least somewhat useful would be an improvement. However, how much of a difference would it make? IDK, but necro is probably one of the best classes to try to make a decent true hybrid build (roughly equal split between condi and power damage).

Also, greatsword can spit out condis quite well, and is part of a min-maxed condi necro build (used with constant weapon swap). Unfortunately it depends on combo fields. It does this through blind = chill and chill = bleed traits. Gs2 is a whirl finisher for chill bols, gs 4 is a blind, and gs5 is a chill. You just can’t camp gs as a condi necro.

Yeah I know, the GS does spit out condi nicely but the problem is as you said you need to switch weapons often. If you switch to condition weapons then your power damage tanks, switch to power weapon and your conditions tank. If they tidy up the GS auto then it may work to sit on GS as it has great synergy as you outlined but it’s just shy of working imo because the GS is so clunky.

Just gonna throw this out there about venoms.

1 venom share high condition damage/duration thief shares to
3-4 zerker trap DH’s
Optional condition ranger for extra lulz.

See venoms scale off the thieves stats even when shared to allies and they definitely proc off DH traps. Can condi and power bomb people by leaving traps in a tempting place for people to go. The only real waste is the thieves venoms tbh but the enemy is going to get spiked hard with conditions and power damage, it’s really funny to see people instapop to it.

Don’t worry I’ll see myself out before the rotten veg is thrown.

Perhaps a power and condition damage main stat and ferocity and expertise minor would be helpful to necro and some very niche areas. However most condition damage weapons have really poor power damage so there’s always that which counts against it however yes I think a necro could easily hit 100% critical chance in raids without a single point in precision.

Target the weak adds about 215 condition damage to the build so that ferocity would need to make up that difference. If ferocity was a minor stat you’re looking at it being +43% ferocity which I dunno if it’s worth it considering as I say the condition weapons usually hit like wet noodles in terms of power.

It might enable some weird GS necro build but it’s a shame the GS trait is the same no-one as decimate defended and the GS doesn’t exactly throw out conditions that much.

… and yet in terms of health pools, 10k is an enormous chunk.

It is, but it’s not really that much compared to what everyone puts out these days. Backstab is actually on the lower-end of what’s possible when it comes to burst.

15k Arc Divider from a Marauder Berserker isn’t uncommon. True Shot for 10k is easy to do. Tri-clone MR has been hitting for 20k+ since release. Rapid Fire for 20k isn’t unheard of. Maul ranger can spec to reach over 40k on Maul on the same cooldowns as Signet thief burst. Meteor Storm hits 7k per impact from many. Air Overload destroyes pretty much everything in under two seconds. Soul Spiral on reaper goes to 15-20k without issue. Electro-Whirl can get to 10k without problem. The list just keeps going on and on. WvW damage has always been historically very high and the pace much faster than sPvP. I prefer things this way since it makes fights more decisive and intense.

@Baba, an “8k mug” is not the same as as 3k Mug + 5k PI. The former is literally impossible to achieve, which is what I was getting at. I wasn’t sure what you meant by “3600 base steal” since steal baseline does no damage and didn’t know what to make of it. It’s equivalent to a mesmer stating that he dealt a 15k Tides of Time without mentioning the Power Block trait. A 3k Mug is normal given some modifiers and maybe a bit of might. The lack of critting only requires some power, which is best-achieved through more durable kits via food conversion. PI-interrupt thieves should actually be running Soldier’s P/P since it has the highest potential PI damage of all kits. 8k is why I said “It wasn’t Mug that did that much damage.”

A lot of the builds you described are very much 1 shot builds that rely on landing that perfect one shot damage to kill someone but generally would die in any fight that lasted longer than their second chance at one shot. I don’t often see 15k arc divider from marauder warrior out of the blue as it only will do that if you’re under 50%, likewise I haven’t seen a 6k true shot in a long time let alone 10k. 20k MW on a 4 hit shatter is extremely rare and I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve ever seen it done and many times either outright fails due to passive procs like prot/weakness, invuln, reflected CC.

I know the math supports that they are possible and I don’t doubt it just that such builds usually aren’t very viable without a lot of support or some kind of gimmick/get out of death free card. That’s without mentioning the set up required for some burst combos is like flashing a billboard saying burst inc, great one from your list is overload air where it’s easy to interrupt and it won’t kill you in 2s but will do heavy damage.

I think that’s the point you’re missing. A thief has no choice but to play such an offensive build because they have no real team support builds, where as all of them other class’s can build either way and still share some support

He clearly said the point he was making about how damage in WvW is much much higher than in PvP which while I do agree with it I haven’t seen damage numbers as high as he’s saying very often as these are mostly oneshots builds.

One of the many things that a tutorial in this game needs is roles. People should know what the main roles are, and which professions are superior for each role (yes, an ele can roam, but no where near as effectively as a thief or mesmer). Also, there could be an indicator at the beginning of the match, where people can indicate their roles.

Better yet… when they queue. That could give the matchmaker another data point for at least attempting to make balanced teams.

On the OP…

It pretty much is as people have been saying. Thief is one of the professions in the game that has the greatest degree of variability in effectiveness. A good thief is a huge asset, while a bad thief is a liability. Most people have had more experience with bad thieves than good ones, so seeing more thieves in your lineup than the enemy team’s lineup is generally a bad sign.

Most professions, including the Voted Most Likely To Receive A Red Crosshair necromancer, will at least make a decent contribution as long as the player isn’t too easily baited to fight in irrelevant locations. Thieves need a higher game to pull their weight.

Agreed somewhat, both thief and mesmer need to have then player skill but more importantly the map awareness to make those game winning plays. It’s one of the reasons I didn’t play mesmer in PvP as I’m not good enough at map awareness to fulfill that role even if mechanically I’d be decent at the class.

Heck most thieves don’t even need to be good just to know what their role is and play to that role, it’s the absolute strongest at the +1 role so it’s not like you need to be Sindrener especially if the other team has no thief.

Keep 1 stack as they are still releasing legendary weapons and they may come out with one you really like. If that’s the case then you will need 250 of them which is about that in gold.

If gold means nothing to you then just sell and be happy however as others have mentioned there’s some non legendary skins which are nice, spirit weapons and elementalist conjure skins come to mind.

Edit: it’s worth pointing out that you get 20 coins per 28 day cycle and there’s about 13 cycles a year which works out at 260 per year. This means in order for you to get a full stack back you’d have to not use them at all for a full year.

There’s no way to not be revealed if you trip a stealth trap, unless there’s a new bug nobody’s reported. So, yeah, maybe supply traps got dropped?

It’s a lame build though, that does need some sort of fix.

Nah they were stealth traps… i dropped one.. he tripped it didnt get revealed… so i dropped another.. same thing.

I thought guards would also reveal him.. didnt happen either.

IF they truly were stealth traps then the guy was hacking and was under the map killing you as there is no way to trigger a stealth disruptor without getting revealed as far as I know.

Tip to fighting perma keep tappers

Get 3 dragonhunters with full berserk gear, drop all their traps including maw along the route to the usual gate the tapper heads to.

You’ll get a dead keep tapper.

Most people that tap keeps for prolonged periods of time just tap a guard on the wall as it contests the keep either way. They also change location every other tap.

I mean it’s funny when people instapop due to traps but yeah this doesn’t usually work against people invested in keep tagging. Also a good idea is to have a trapper condi ranger and 2 DH, that way if they get an auto immune to physical damage they still die.

Actually, the mentality of most keep tappers is to aim for the front entrance because they like the attention that it draws.
They like enemies to notice them and then proceed to troll them with their escapes and frustrate them.

Laying traps along a narrow path like a bridge or a narrow entrace leading to the keep’s gate is a good way to end the tapper.

Must be a US thing to roll up to the front door raising a ruckus as most EU just tags as stealthily as possible. We all know it infuriates the other team and the “laughs” come when you get 20 people constantly on look out for where you will hit next….

…then you build a balli and hit the wall at some obscure location.

My thoughts: …. It’s not dead. You are being overly dramatic. Why are you so salty?

Season 5: Needed to be upper platinum to be in the top 250 EU
Season 6: Need to be upper gold to be in the top 250 EU

That’s without mentioning the lack of well known PvPers on the leaderboard at all, we have maybe 5 or 6 and that’s it.
