I really liked the instance a lot too. The enemies actually using skills and the mission itself reminded me of gw1. I can’t say I liked the non instanced stuff.

I feel like you have misread what ive said or maybe I lacked clarity. I am not representing myself as a person on this video game forum. When i said “i represent me on these forums” i mean i represent my forum account and thats it.

Im not sure what the “we dont troll” part of your post is supposed to mean, seeing as you have had people from your server actively trolling since the first page of this thread. Im not sure if that was directed at me or was supposed to be some kind of general statement so ill leave that up to your to clarify.

Anyone who has played MMOs/video games and come to the forums should be experienced and intelligent enough to realize the people posting do not represent the game. That also applies to GW2 and these matchup threads. Most are similar to ours and next week that will still be the case. If person has made it this far into the forums and is naive enough to think that a poster or two represents a whole population of people playing this video game then thats on them. Im sure thats not the only problems in their life they need to deal with.

Last and not least i expect you to be replying to people from your server from now and telling them how bad they are making making AR look, otherwise you would seem a little biased dont you think?

Let me tell you a story of a waterpark I have built and how you have helped me.

Years ago I, with the help of two business partners began work on an amazing water park. There were some oversights that happened during the construction, cuz you know kitten happens. Near the end of construction my two partners came up to me and asked

I thought “Oh my gawd I never thought about where the water would come from”.

So I told them I would indeed find a way like always. I told them like everything else, the internet will always have the answer. So fast forward to today, my extensive search for a source of water has lead me to the vast amount of tears you and others keep splashing on threads such as these. With advances in todays technology i will be able to extract the seemingly infinite amount of tears and use it to power my waterpark.

I have a question. I know betting stomped sucks, and I know being the stomper can be fun. Also, rubbing it in can be fun for some people. However, do you make posts like this when you aren’t the team on top? It’s just bad form. It is just a game, and we are all trying to play this for fun. Therefore, why troll the losing team? There is a time where every one of us will be the team on bottom, so you should be both gracious in victory and defeat.

Why respond in kind? I have not trolled, are you are doing is feeding those who do. You sink to their level and reflect badly upon your server by doing so. Keep the people trolling as a minority. Show others that the general population is above such behaviour.

So you should be directing your attention to those on your server that are in your own words " reflect badly upon your server". You have individuals that are confused in this thread putting down bronze servers while playing on bronze servers. I dont represent my server, I represent me on these forums. I dont think there is a single person on SF outside of my legion of fans that think I represent SF in any capacity.

Yes I know how it feels to be stomped in match ups, its part of the reason why we are stuck being Blue for 6 out of the 7 weeks of these leagues. .

That’s a great poster but (this is a lil’ too much Kayne West) so far I think Devona’s Rest had the best recruitment post of all time with their video. And it didn’t help them any =(

Dear YB,
I applaud your use of siege but feel that you have come to rely too heavily on it at the expense of other aspects of the match.

After several days I have noticed that FA can field a group half your size and roll thru them repeatedly until you retreat to an oversieged tower and taunt us while throwing rocks from behind your mother’s skirts.

I have two suggestions for you.

1. Get some strong commanders and make sure your people are in comms. A good commander will push his people into doing things that their natural instincts warn them against. His fearlessness, over time, will strengthen the resolve of his group and reinforce that through sheer tenacity they can outplay a much larger group almost every time.

2. Save the trash talking until the middle of the week so you don’t have to eat your words.

If you were half as good at open field as you are at siege you would be in 1st place right now.

that is FC’s strength. our wvw population may be small but we go 24/7

makes for tough resets but strong finishes.

IMO, your WvW population isn’t that small for bronze lol. You definitely outnumber what I consider to be the bottom 3 servers (AR, DR, ET), and you’re perhaps only slightly outnumbered by GoM from my point of view. Most of the time it’s really even between the two of you. I won’t comment on Dh though as I’m obviously biased.

bronze is small by definition. HoD is very noticeably larger but still much smaller than any silver server except NSP/IoJ.

I bet NSP/HoD/IoJ right now would be an incredibly close match.

SF was actually huge in our last matchup as well, they dominated both us and ET about as much as HoD dominated you guys. Those two may make a good match as well.

I hope it will be a good match up of the three first place servers!

I did notice AR change their playstyle slightly too. They deserve it more than Kaineng IMO.

Yeah I mean AR was rank 23 or 24 beating a server much higher ranked than them is pretty good I hope they and GoM keep it up.

War shield is a lot better than guardians but I still wish they would reduce the cool downs some

I think we need to be able to call in pav-lows like the commando class

Man it’s been awhile since I’ve seen this many infractions at once but it was worth it.

Dungeons are an easy way to gear up your character and gives you gold

I mostly roam/solo roam so I was thinking the extra power of Hoelbrak couldnt hurt. Im sitting at around 3k armor which i believe should be enough seeing as how i have about 300 less on my guardian and do fine with him. But i already have 2 runes of melundru that came with the karma armor so thats what makes the choice hard for me.

I already got traveler runes on my gaurd and i dont think i want to spend that much for some runes again anytime soon lol. The cost difference between Melandru and Hoelbrak isnt a big deal for me i just want something that will go good with my roaming warrior.

I always start instances and at a certain point you just know its longer smart to continue on with a certain party and you should just leave. When I do that I don’t say anything to anyone. Some parties will just keep on failing and become a major waste of time

OP’s idea sounds reasonable to me. If someone is willing to spend 100 gold for a commander tag and has the added perk to bypass queues it’s win win for everybody as they are doing their part supporting the game.
