Poison reduce healing effectiveness by an additional 7-12%.
I feel that this is balanced enough to be a worthy grandmaster trait.

Trait unlocking is a great idea, but it had poor execution.
100% map completion should be an alternative objective for objectives like world boss timer like the karka queen.
Not everyone can be on time for Karka queen.

I’ve been using dual birds (raven/owl) on my Invigorating Bond build, but I have perma-chill for maximum pet damage and having pet F2’s be nearly the same as the ICD as invigorating bond while also being reliable now is the big reason.
Comparably, the wolf F2 is too valuable to “use on cooldown” and can be used for much “bigger” plays, where as with the bird F2’s, they are a damage option and should really be used just, at the best time to do damage mostly.
Other than that though, every other build I would run would have wolf on it. Really, I just wouldn’t run it with Invigorating bond, with the way I build my build.
What Build are you using that makes you not want to use wolf?

spider’s for consistent ranged dps and useful f2’s.

Even without stealth, Thieves can still be played well. They have a lot of Evasion + shadowstepping.

Glass Cannon Ele is just awful. No matter how I play it, it always end up being high risk, low reward.

I haven’t played my Ele for a long time. When I replayed my ele with a D/D build today, I ended up winning 1v3 fights, I could never do that with any other profession except Mesmer and thieves.
Ele is a hard class to learn but easy to master.

ANet couldn’t design dungeons in a way to avoid stacking and thus we have garbage gameplay like this.
You can’t prevent stacking. You could introduce mechanics that punish people for standing close together but that becomes irrelevant in coordinated groups and will only hurt newbs and pugs. You could also remove all corners to prevent LoSing but that would leave all dungeons as wide open shapes which would be incredibly boring. So basically preventing stacking is impossible. The only half workable solution would be to improve AI to make mobs run out of AoE but this still only hurts newbs and pugs because trash dies too fast in speed.runs and wouldn’t be able to run away.

You should probably read a post before you comment on it. I clearly stated the possible fixes for stacking and why they wouldn’t change anything for organized groups but would hurt pugs. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all for attempting these fixes (except the “remove all corners” idea) if only for the reason that it would force pugs to actually play better or not be able to finish.
I did read it. All I see is how you list ways to prevent stacking with minor consequences.
As if any solution isn’t going to have any consequences at all.

you wanted us to tell you what class to hit it with because you don’t feel like cycling through your targets or paying attention during play to see who is actually using boons or not or even what boons they are using. So a few people decided to not give you some kitten answer and try and help you by telling you your approach is wrong to begin with. I said not to lead off with corrupt boon and to figure out what player is using boons so unless your fighting 1v3+ in wvw you should have plenty of time to figure out who to hit with it. Using some “tier” of classes to govern your use of corrupt boon is wrong. I’m sorry if what people are telling you is not what you wanted to hear but its the correct way of using it.
Like a meat-eater goes ask some people what is their favorite meat and a vegetarian comes up and say, “Dun’t eat meat!1! It is bad for you!”
Both this scenario and the above response are similar. It is not answering the question.

Still a bad excuse as thief’s signet of malice is 110/hit and ele’s signet is ~200 per cast. Guess what, their active heals suck too but HS is still better…
Here’s the problem with that.
Warrior Signet heals constantly, yes there’s no denying it’s powerful.Though, Elementalists also get several healing abilities on their weapon sets (every one).
Thieves also get stealth which gives them free time for their CD on heal to go down. Not only that, but in my opinion.. majority of Thieves run 30 points in Shadow Arts. Which cleanes conditions in stealth, procs regen AND heals passively in stealth.I crafted my Thief to 80, I had maybe 8 hours playtime on it by the time I hit 80. I grabbed a full berserker set and went straight to WvW. Within 2 hours I had it nailed. Since then I’ve still barely died. They have plenty of escape and the survivbility stealth provides with 30 points in Shadow Arts is unreal.
So, in my opinion.. Warrior heal is fairly balanced.
Warrior heal is not balanced at all. It would be if the signet healed for 250/s. Warriors have reliable cleanses blocks and stances. In pvp nobody ever runs 30 in sa as stealth is completely useless…

Before that any of these should be implemented.
There needs one thing added first:
- Incentives.
If there is no incentives, no one will do it. It has to be in a way where DE won’t be farmed over and over repeatedly and turned into champ farms.
Once there is people in the open world, then ANet can go ahead and add whatever they want to make Dynamic event awesome.

Target selectio with tab already favors the player. No problems there.
The problem is the kittened easy to play specs that pay off. Stuff like MM, or aoe condi spam. Now solve that, thanks.

There are many times that I targeted the minion instead of the player even if the player is in front of me.
There needs to have an option for zero minions.

But… with clones, isn’t the whole point to make the enemy think they’re you? If they can be trivially detargeted with a button, how would that work?
You search for the real one, deselect the current clone, and then click on the real mesmer.

If you think score matters, you’re doing it wrong. Unless there is some bug, everyone in the team shares the same rank points and silver reward per win regardless of points.
If it doesn’t affect rewards, then ANet have no reason not to give Bunker more points.

I disagree, it isn’t really fun.
Instead, there needs to be a herd of mobs(around 7 mobs) roaming around. New and cautious players can avoid these, daring players can fight these.
Players can track these down and kill them.

Guardian are already strong.
They have a great DPS build, and support build.
They just don’t have a Condi build which ANet is trying to push. I also wish they push for Spirit Weapons viability too though.

It is simple.
- A option to never target AI from the choice of “Auto-target never target minions ever even if it is the only thing there.” to “Never ever target minions ever”.
- A easy deselect button for clones.
After this, AI builds will beg to be buffed hard. I think that the problem is the UI, not the build itself that is strong. Auto-target still select minions automatically for me and it is hard to select tiny little Asura.

IMO: Ele (both a lot of boons and destructive for em)>Guard (same as ele but they are a bit safer even without boons)>Warrior (dem fear from stability) = Ranger (same) >Thief (they can steal very strong stuff, but against any halfway proper thief build, the few boons you can corrupt dont do much, still any advantage against them is good)>Mesmer (repeat after me, signet of inspiration)>Engie (they arent as reliable on boons as one might think , even the elixir builds, ccing them out of combo fields and they got automated response, which still makes condis barely stick or for less than you can hover over with melandru and lemongrass)> Necro while not in transform (if in stransform up on warrior/ranger rank).

Suppose that I see a group of players in front of me and I have corrupt boon ready on my bar; however, I don’t want to go through under each character to see if it has boons or it might be too late.
Which class should I select, in the form of most urgent to least urgent, to see if it has boons?

Reaper’s protection isn’t only defensive but it can be offensive.
It shuts down an enemy. So if an enemy gets feared, your teammate can instatgib him.
It is balanced.

Shields in PvE is worthless. No matter when I use it, it always seems that I can just block it or I can just stunbreak. I never found a use for shields in hardcore dungeon running or just casual playing.
I propose a buff:
Warrior: Shield stance- Now a stunbreak.
Guardian: Shield of absorption- Now a stunbreak.
Engineer: Static shield- Now a stunbreak.
This is for PvE only.
This will give shields a purpose instead of looking cool.

My suggestion is aimed to please:
- Pro-megaservers
- Anti-megaservers
- ANet
Does not please:
- language barrier problems. I think that there can be a different solution while megaservers + this suggestion existing.
There are two suggestions:
1. Lion Arch, if ever restored, will be the server only hub. I am okay with that since the community I ever see is only in LA.
2. Rent-able maps.
Cost 2000 gems per day. Each server cannot have duplicate copy of the map that is unlocked. Yes, it is expensive. It is meant for the guild to work together to unlock the map for an event.
It also cost 7000 gems to have all the maps unlocked per day. It is meant for the community to work together to unlock all maps.
Why?
- $$$ for ANet
- Community things
- Good reason for megaserver to exist.

Pretty sure blocking keeps anyone from messaging you, again. If you look carefully at messages from Gold-sellers, you will find the Account Names are different. (Often, a lot of random letters.)
He’s asking for the messages he received to be “removed” from his screen which he can do himself by conversing with other people or by spamming a few emotes.
edit: they’re never going to be automatically removed because they’re required if you decide to report someone.
Or ANet could just remove it because these messages are toxic.

This is a great update if one looks past the cesspool of negativity.
Or maybe just maybe you’d stop being so lazy and start rallying others around you and start up a community to run these events every night? Some people have actually put in a lot of effort to organize events for the community that they belong to so that the community as a whole benefits. Then there are others that prefer to tag the bosses with 1 and let the other 100 players do the work for them.
It’ll be nice if there were people around to start a community.

NSP has been running a gates of arah, temple clear, karka queen every night at server reset for the past year and a half. Anets garbage megaserver change has completely ruined it. All temples are completed no matter what map we zone to. We can just switch to another server anymore if it was completed NSP. Part of the update said that we would be placed onto the same map with people we regularly play with. What they didn’t think of was to put the people who do play together on a map that doesn’t have all of the temples cleared.
Great job anet. Forcing people onto the same map has ruined an established community of people who try to play together a couple hours a night. I would suggest you focus your time making updates with things people would like improved (wvw and precursors for instance) instead of running a wrecking ball through something that was working just fine.

I do it that way, but it doesn’t feel like a quest when I do it like that.
You might say that a small thing like that is rubbish. But, the heart rewards UI changed how I look at rewards now completely. Simple stuff like that can be a dramatic improvement.

I don’t really like this.
There is reliability comes crashing down. ANet will need to buff these skills tremendously to compensate. I will hate leap of faith because the camera will move as I try to blind the enemies’ next attack. What if I leap into the wall? The camera will shift forward and that delay as I move my camera around will kill me.
Then there is risk of game-breaking bugs that your suggestions will take months or years to fix. How long did it take ANet to fix turret bugs? The necro’s DS delay bug is still there. Leaps like these scream bugs everywhere. Flamethrower’s Flame blast sometimes have a huge delay and rarely works.
A better idea is the ability to toggle auto-target on and off with a keybind, while also deselecting on toggling off at auto-target. It achieves way better results. It gives me a sense of ownership as I can use it to escape or chase targets without having to use the clunky deselect and select or risk running straight to the enemy and die.

If you want to make quick money and you have a lot of Skillpoints, then craft rusttooth. Rust tooth is very cheap to make, cost less then 1g for materials(excluding Eldritch scrolls). After that, salvage Rusttooth for Sigil of force and sell the sigil that cost 7.5g-8g!

Thank the gods 8v8 ANet servers are gone. This will encourage beginners to actually learn how to pvp for real.
If not, people can still just hop into someone else’s 8v8 custom arena and never improve.
Or quit because 5v5 is dreadfully boring.

Superior Rune of the afflicted should also do 5-7k damage blast finisher upon death.
This would be an interesting rune set to use.
