None of this sounds like TP-specific issues and seems more indicative of general computer slowness/difficulty running GW2. Due to how the BLTC dialog works it’s more susceptible to computer resource starvation than other game UI, so it’ll often be the first place you notice slowdown.
Contact support if you really lost gold/items, but in general as others have said it’ll be waiting for you in the delivery box.
As a temporary workaround try going to https://account.arena.net and logging out first, then logging in again via the forums.

The instance field in the mumble link data might contain a unique id for the instance; I honestly can’t remember anymore. Failing all else, the serverAddress field contains the IP.
There aren’t technically fixed IP ranges for different maps, but the AFAIK the load balancer probably prefers to create new instances of a map on a server that already has other instances of the map loaded. That’s more-or-less a blind guess though, I haven’t really looked into how it works.

I’m seeing the same for most people trying to use my app. My own key works, but nobody elses is.
Once you log in your character blob will be out-dated and you’ll start getting the error.

Legendary Dwarf Stance (Jalis) is planned to be the starting legend.
Previously, weapon-swapping, using a non-combat transform, or getting another bundle item would drop your in-hand siege blueprint bundle to the ground. Now, it will instead be returned to your inventory.*
*Exception! Guild siege golem blueprints are still lost instead of being returned to inventory or dropped on the ground. Whether by pack-up skill ‘2’ or any other means. This behavior specific to guild siege golems hasn’t changed. Feedback on this is welcome.

I finished my personal story a day or two after the Giant airship bug was fixed , i completed Victory or death solo with my Mesmer .. Killed Zaithan and received the rewards and all …. but no #8 ‘’ Victory or death ’’ in my journal entry
before entering Arah .. i remember the green star on cursed shore map , and ‘’ victory or death ’’ in the top right corner of my screen… looks like my journal didn’t updated.

Think of the Legends as Utility Categories like with the others Professions.
Shiro is Traps, Jalis is Survival, Ventari is Shouts. if you only spent a few points into Shiro, you only get 1 or 2 Skills in the Legend. If you want the whole legend, you have to spent the points for every skill like with the other Professions.
Basically this explains it pretty well.
So basically all or nothing because you can’t have cross legend skills and the more you put in the more expensive skills are meaning you will unlock less skills than another class.
You will unlock everything besides elite spec by level 80, just like any other profession. The order you choose to unlock them is up to you. You can mix two legends early on to be able to equip two legends and use a few skills of each on each. Such as unlocking the heal and first utility skill on two legends, then switching back and forth between those two legends.

This behavior is working as intended. This could of course change in the future, but for now this is not classified as a bug.

This mission, like others and even generally throughout the game, bugs me with the fact that NPCs won’t help you when they really should. They’re supposed to be your comrades, but they stand there looking stupid. It would be less frustrating if you were alone. In other times, I found myself defeated on the ground with some NPC standing nearby picking his nose. “I’m right here! Res me!! I did it for you!!!”
I can only assume the NPCs are mostly jerks who revel in my anguish.
The NPCs on the airship stay in the kittenpit (EDIT for kitten censor: control room where people steer the airship) during the first phase. They’ll help you if any creatures follow you inside, but they won’t venture on to the deck. This was by design due to some pretty specific technical conditions that are unique to this particular story step.
I wanted to write a note to let you know we’re reviewing these today to make a final selection.
By the way, there are a LOT of very fine videos here, and I deeply regret that we will be unable to use some of the best. However, video creators who use copyright music take a certain amount of risk unless they’ve received direct permission from the owner of the copyright (such as the artist or the composer). And quite honestly, getting that permission is nearly impossible.
I imagine the video is just fine on YouTube or other such places. However, we simply cannot use a video that has someone else’s copyright art, music, or sounds. We’re sorry for this limitation, but we naturally need to follow both the spirit and the letter of the law.

It’s because they look just like normal characters, except they’ve got a flag set that we’re not currently extracting from the character blobs. I’ve been meaning to fix that but keep forgetting.

Yeah, the recipe unlocks will probably land late this month or early next month. All of the other requested features already exist

What about the Overpowered interaction of stack 4 eles?
I believe 4 class stacking is against ESL rules. As for the elementalist itself, we’re looking into it.
So, I can’t go into much detail on things quite yet, but I just wanted to reassure you folks that we’re actively discussing a number of issues that are affecting balance in PvP – including, but not limited to elementalist sustain/damage. Per the usual, we’ll be talking to you folks about the changes once we’ve finalized them.

As this is the English language forum, all guild recruitment posts must, at least, contain an English translation of the recruitment post in addition to the native language post. These translations don’t have to be perfect (a google translation would be acceptable), but they must be present within the post. Thanks for your cooperation.
Sorry, but those shirts were never offered to the public because they were meant for players to be able to easily identify our staff at trade shows, and since we’ve changed our show shirts for Heart of Thorns, it’s very unlikely that more will be printed.
Additionally, any of the shirts that did make their way to the public were mostly signed by our staff here and given to individuals from various giveaways. At this time, we don’t have plans to make more of these shirts/make them available to the public.
Even if you don’t consider the phantasm, the chronomancer’s shield 5 skill alone has higher damage output than the shield skills of any other profession. In general shields aren’t intended to be high DPS weapons. If the utility of the skills is lacking, that’s an area that can be tuned, but we don’t have any plans to really increase the damage that much.

Just a reminder: Great guilds come in all sizes, so view the number of members as just one of many points to consider. It’s likely not going to be the primary thing you’ll want to consider when you think about reaching out to a guild or two to discuss the possibility of joining them.

You could technically land a Pulmonary and if you’re quick enough, activate Basilisk Venom for an unblockable/evadeable stun when it pops… Or use your dodge with Evasive Empowerment to increase the damage.So headshot will be pretty overpowered with this trait huh?
As always, things are open to change. If this playstyle is too strong, we’ll have to adjust it. There’s a possibility that it shouldn’t stack intensity, or maybe its damage is too high, or a variety of other ways that it could be adjusted. We want it to have strong play and also feel rewarding, while not being the ‘only’ thing that you seek to do in order to deal damage. We’re looking forward to seeing how it works for you during the beta weekend.
This is now in the release pipeline somewhere. Transmutations will have a details.skins array which contains a list of skin ids that the consumable unlocks (since some consumables unlock multiple skins — like the Wintersday Earmuffs).

Trying to answer questions within this thread (when possible)… Per the question thread – Yes, it does stack. If you have Impacting Disruption equipped and interrupt a foe with Palm Strike, you’ll apply two strikes of Pulmonary Impact to the target.
Pulmonary Impact currently does stack in intensity. If your palm strike interrupts, you get a double-activation of Pulmonary.
We have a new initiative to encourage guilds to expand their recruitment to include new players and others seeking a great group experience. There’s… something coming (which you’ll learn about tomorrow) that makes “guilding up” a particularly great idea right now. Find our post in the “Looking for” sub-forum here to join the recruitment drive!
New Players: There are a lot of benefits in belonging to a guild, including getting help with events and even getting help through modest guild-related leveling boosts. Check out that thread to find the right guild for you!
P.S. Please keep in mind that the size of a guild should be only part of your consideration about which guild you choose to join. Whether 5 members, or 500, you should find the guild that is exactly right for you!

As you are aware, we have a lot of new players joining Guild Wars 2 these days. But you may not know is that in addition to preparing our presentation about raids and our Play for Free initiative, and even while working towards the October 23rd release date of Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns, the dev team also has been working on a game event!
We’ll have more information for you about the event later this week. For now, let’s just say that there’s never been a better time to be in a guild!
