Also. Allowing players to do something in between Q is what’s needed to keep player base happy, it’s not only the 4v5 that makes player unhappy, its the 5..10 mins that led to the 4v5, followed by another 5..10 mins of wasting time.
If AOE superspeed is the reason for this then they should simply not introduce AOE superspeed.
Can’t see how it can be an issue anyway. An engineer probably has the furthest leap possible and has it destroyed the game? I don’t think so.
It hasn’t but it allows people to reach normally unreachable places like breaking out maps.
They probably plan making super speed more accessible to more classes.
Temporal Enchanter: Glamour skills last longer. When an ally enters or Exist a glamour they will gain super speed.

- Heart seeker
- Rush
- Whirlwind Attack aka Spin to win
- Eviscerate
- Swoop
- Etc

Revenant and Energy is probably gonna fall into the same category.
making chill affect this type of mechanic could be a welcomed change, specially since the new upcoming class has such limited counter play as it stands.
Build templates will come once they can’t milk Character slots for $$$ anymore, so 2 more years or so.
Same with additional content, it will all be added down the road to ensure the longest possible run for the game… it’s a low risk cheap way of handling their product.
also….. For the company its not important to get every single player in the planet. they just want to meet their target and stay profitable for as long as possible. no innovation and “dreams” become worthless.

Or you know the thief could dodge through the 4 traps once and kill the guardian. If the thief is carrying a sword he can even ignore DM with shadow return lol. The trick might work once in a match but after they know you are not a meditation guardian you are as good as dead if you are running zerker.
Yea why didnt they do pvp vs a thief and not the hambow warrior without skill ? Because they know DH sucks vs other classes.

Tips:
Keep in mind what the attunements mean:
Water ( Heal/Condi Clear ): After they get out water, feel free to apply condis and pressure.
Fire( DPS ) : Avoid getting hit by drake’s breath / Burning speed.
Air ( Set up ): Avoid attacking while shocking aura is up, and watch out for updraft. Eles will usually have an easier time getting out burst while on Air.
also, force them to waste their lighting-flash / Cleansing fire before going full out.
oh and @Supreme.3164 Elementalist / Slick shoes Engi / Shoutbow / DPS guard are all in the same level :]

The real problem is when people face this abomination they act kittened.
Instead of going d/f or staff ele and spawn camping the respawns they just give up.
Or worse. They reroll necro because kitten kitten necro counters engi right?
It’s not an impossible to beat comp.I keep hearing that people participating in tournaments think 5 turret is OP but they don’t use it because it’s shameful. I honestly doub that’s the case. A winning comp will be played no matter how cheesy it’s considered.
The only thing everybody seems to refuse to admit is that if you face more than 2 turret engis you gotta start counter-comping. Reroll something with stability, sustain, aoe. Spawn camp the respawns before they reach the node. Simply killing rocket turret is often enough.
But when you manage to facetank 2 turrets and their crates by the magic of celestial and your team just dies around you and never cleaves the downed..well..
Even after you beat them, did you have fun ? was it worth it ? would you want to face them again ? Win or Lose, fighting a Turret engi will always end up with people wanting to /Wrist. ( X_x)

How about turrets duration reduced to 20-30s, and have recharge start as soon as they are placed down
Losing Positional advantage which is the annoying thing Vs Giving them some mobility.
Alot easier to AoE, and mobility buff would benefit PvE/WvW.
This is your problems really. You’re bringing glassy builds against tanky opponents. If this was League of Legends, that’s like saying to Riot, “hey Riot, ban all armor and magic resistance items from the game because I can’t one shot everything, and whenever I fail to do my wombo combo I die to Udyr”.
Doesn’t matter what build you play, That is not a fun match up… which is what games are meant for!
Those comps are easy to beat, but if you feel like kitten after every game, then there is something wrong happening.

You can’t and should never run double Meele. Rifle After all the stealth nerfs/bug fixes is trash and burning is just as broken as ever.
Still not as strong as Healing Signet….. Instant Cast heals with no counter play shouldn’t be a thing.

Try it, the 4th bonus will work normally after you equip them but then try going down and try using it again, will not work.. that’s the bug. Rune of vampirism has been like that forever
Drawbacks to ranger:
1) Very passive, boring and repetitive game play (111111111111111111)
2) Terrible Traits (passive)
3) Terrible Utilities (passive)
4) Most weapons skills are pointless ( spam spam, evades)
unfortunatly , thats the trade off the rangers have to make for having a pet which they have little control over, but will be a PASSIVE carry most fights: (somehow… interrupting important skills, stealth tracking, ressing, condi clearing, snares, etc)

pu mesmer crap?i could go on with a list but what i mean is warrior has the most telegraphed skills out of all classes on average and almost no skills which allow no reaction time to your opponent.
yes, combustive shot is easy to land, there’s a reason war has been nearly pidgeon-holed into that weapon for the past year.

I doubt Anet is looking into making S/D stronger or Shadow arts more popular, so your goal seems very unlikely
but, you have the right idea, a more reliable #3 with increased direct dmg is the way to go.

If they don’t have a thief, Use zerker Staff Ele to melt down all the bunkers. should win most if not every team fight
Nobody in PvP uses axe offhand…. its an universally undesired weapon and the nerf to dancing daggers happened more than a year ago.

But burning, burning even at 0 condi dmg will always be the top unavoidable damage!

Have you considered the possibility that you are, in fact, terrible at PvP?
And maybe instead of AFKing whenever you see a bunker, you could try to improve?

- Let the thief stun you and then use counter attack….. the knockback will be time at the end of the thief’s evade which he can’t dodge.

Actually! MM is a “very high skilled” spec! It’s hard to avoid all the AOE, pets die in seconds, and it’s one of the few builds that doesn’t have a stun break (unless you run wurm and kitten yourself in other ways, and it has to be pre-casted), no protection/stability/evades/blocks/vigor, and low mobility etc. Very skilled spec is skilled! Thanks for reminding me Rubik! <3
protection, vigor, invul, blocks, stealth, Etc are optional when you can destroy enemies by dumb luck <3
