Its a small mistake, that easily goes through. Were all humans. Like they disabled rank in the party window like you saw at end, but it just hapened that nobody thought of of clicking through every single player in your and enemy team to spectate them. whoever does this is a noob anyway.
Like a hotjoin heros are still gonna switch to get their 5silver more, while get way much everytime a hambot stomps me in teamQ.

its bad cz in the mists, you keep the absolute value if you swap trinkets (ofc it lowers if you go from vitality trinket to 0 vit trinket, you cant have 120% or 20k/15k LF )
They should just keep the %, as you cant change your stats in tpvp anyway. Only exception i can think of is 50 stats from a svanir kill
If they showed you only get endurance from 1 target then it will be same for necro. They wont get double life force
For necro check leetos build in necro forums. Its the best non meta build out there. Fun & looks good
Thief got no damage nerf, as the change was done to close the gap between 3x target weapons and daggers only 1x (thief and necro only, ele dagger always cleaved )
They did however say, that procs only happen on one target, like thief gets 10 endurance on chain. So we will probably also stay same, we wont get double life force

Necro is weak, even with lich, and lich is also weak.
1) If a necro is forced to use lich 1v1, you won. You just forced him a 3min elite meant to win a teamfight.
2) Lich can win you 1/3 teamfights if it always worked. And it doesnt, and against good players it doesnt work at all #focusthenec -since 2012
3) All the already mentioned counters lich has
once activated you are immune to all forms of cc for 10 seconds and gain 5% life force every second

Hmm… im honestly a bit dissapointed since no mention of traits, especialy since 3 of the new GM are PvP survival based. Theyre weak and wrongly placed (could even merge them) and a lot of minors are plain terrible.
Weapons:
- dagger cleave confirmed , nothing about #2 chanel or pin donw minus range,cast and 6x bleeds
- axe animations confirmed , #2 chanel like ranger and thief, probably auto too
- No love for staff power hybrid , speed increase of #1 ??
Currently viable utilities:
- condi: corupt boon, flesh wurm , a choice of S.Armor,Walk,Wall, Spite signet
- power: CB , flesh wurm , stunbreak#2 or 2x wells + again armor or wurm
Basicaly necro is already heavily rellying on certain utilities, and sadly about 2/3 of them are damage based, cz you wont kill anyone otherwise.
And survival depending on utilities can be small buff to another spectral or just buff to weaker not used utilty.
No DS stomp , 0% Zero LF at start , -20% LF on death , Min/Max LF unbalanced … no improvemts here as it looks
Also hope nightmare roons go away as they should be mentioned.

Why do you lose 23% life force when youre defeated?
It just adds to the snowball effect of whole game

If you mean how can you have averag winrate after soo long….. then youre wrong.
1) ele was 1st OP, then UP, now its good…. you may have some lower scores from the bad times
2) the real point: 50% is great… it means the matchmaking system is working. Youre playing with and against equaly skilled players. Sadly there are no rewars for playing at better rating(leaderboards) yet.
If youre playing hotjoin….. then I wont comment on how bad it is and that nobody actualy goes for wins but just kills and build testing….. but i will say, that is is basicaly chaotic… and as such, on the long run the dice rolls 50/50

On all the pro necros out their what needs to be changed that power builds are valiable in tPvP?
1) Mobilty … devs said no mobility for necro
2) Instant , preferably unseen and uncounterable burst….. again nope, all our burst comes from several hits during longer periods of time
3) Disengages … we dont even have boons , yet alone a block or evade again, goes against class design
With this, pretty much all zerker necro attemps fall short (teef is ofc #1 zerker apex predator, nothing new… but you cant even make a burst comp with #2nd necro work , considering above points)
So only other option are sustained power types. You know, soldier/celestial tanks, holding point.
1) NO SUSTAIN …. i mean healing yourself. something broken that gives 400hp/s , +good regen + other small heals
2) NO STABILITY … actualy the basic of a tank, as he needs to stand on point and help with stomps/rezz
3) sustained damage ….. you do need to kill the zerker eventualy so you do need some dmg. its not bad but others do about 5x times more
4) something special….. CC , allies support , reflect ? .. well we have boon removal , could be a thing of they changed priorities
TL,DR:
Unless we get some mobility and cast/landing skills improvements with something new, or totaly overpowered HP, power necro will be subpar.
Duels or same1 taking the time to screenshot and count all the damages from a match/teamfigt/1v1 on node, will be very appreciated. I wont like it then but remind me to donate a few gold if its done well
Some exceptions to keep in mind:
1) unvuln may cause enemy to NOT use damage skill to not waste it
2) even if ex. Necro could tank 10x more damage, doesnt change the fact, that he was doomed to a chain CC combo from the start. Making his hp pool 20x bigger isnt the right answer
The biggest problem is the 91% and 82% pressence of guardians and most of all – warior
While 2 guards oftem means one is dps, which is counterable, and more interesting to fight as its a zerker.
Warrior on the other hand is just boring , riskfree and everpowered to play or play against.
Im actualy surprised theres so many guards, as each team has at least 1 warior and soloQ games with 4-6 of them seem average to me.
I send a ingame bug report everytime.
Helps pass time and someone actualy has to read it.
warrior is in a pretty decent spot, because it totaly hardcounters the best condition class, as a class designed to weak against them.

I am fine with most of the nerfs that are going to happen, because at least will have more rage passive which most ppl use anyway. And I always wondered about the fact I could keep adrenaline for so long after a fight but…
1 our burst skills should not blow if we miss, there are way too many ways to avoid our attacks anyway we are melee characters and we have to keep playing catch up with the target anyway
2 why did they not fix the bow? if ppl hit A and D in rapidly they will miss every shot you throw at them? WHY? The bow is reduced to only switching to it for its aoe fire and nothing more making it useless
Burst skills dont miss,
because ground needs to l2p to dodge bow f1
because they broke-buffed hammer #4 a year ago, giving you 4x CC skills to set up your wombo combo
because healsig > kiting

I was fighting a necro on my necro and i got feared while fearing him which feared him which feared me and he could still fear me with his fear…. but it feared him , so i guess necros are balanced.
Translation: DS#3 procs nightmare, which procs reaper prot, which procs reaper prot, he the uses his ds#3 but it also procs my nightmare
I cant say I dont think it would be too strong
The idea is good, as unlike spamgineer kits, this would have the regular 10s DS cooldown.
But unless the defense and utilty skills are useles (which negates the point of them) , OR if they have long cast and chanells (which necro has too many already),
everyone will use the 7s DS CD trait and just spam the skills like engie does
Even just 1x extra F2 set with a defense, drup and self heal skill seems too much. So i say no idea, though its not bad. Rather have traits fixed, like our DS heal is basicaly a weaker version of healing ripple for ele etc.
Stop complainig, this is great stuff.
The lower grade will still take 6x full reward tracks , which PvE baddies who only hotjoin will still take long to do (24 days min), so they probably wont even go for it.
And even if, youll still look awesome wearing a PVP armor which your PVE dungeon party members wont be able to buy even though they have 1000gold more than you

I think we just now need a middle ground pvp exclusive:

Its was realy unfitting, Gw2 whole concpet was “fairnes” in pvp. equal lv, equal stats, cosmetics just for looks………… only asura gives 10% less chance to interupt….

I mostly agree. Just thing is you need to have acces to it as its basicaly only defense for necro, so the 10% to enter and start with 0% is also BS if u ask most ppl.
100% DS in 1v1 is OP. especicialy on power necro, who can generate another bar during the fight. Keep in mind, in teamfights, its still no use ok back to topic
Start with ZERO LF is unfair, and you mostly have this after you lost a fight. Snowball anyone? Or why do you lose 20% LF when you die? just adds to snowballing
1) Decrease total LifeForce to about 80% of what its now
2) Out of combat life force always goes to half 50% ( 40% of what its now )
3) Now necro more constantly easier to balance, smaller min/max scenarios
4) nerf/buff if needed
Also add a stomp skill/trait , that isnt counter productive , exploit and covers the whole stomp time
I realy do hope theyve learned theyre lesson and we get them often. Like theres nothing easier than to add same loot in a few boxes every 2 weeks. and it evem makes eveyone happy

i think it can keep the duration, it should just do what it says it does, -100% duration. that way, traited condi characters can still get barely through it with specific conditions.

Like it would mean theyre whole game would need to also measure WHERE the condis come from and then add to own -duration. It is very similiar as to why the game can only handle track of 25x bleeds in PVEland.

It started with 4s (6s traited) and it was apparently too weak.
Now, 8seconds (10s traited cz mostly everyone uses 3x stances anayway) IS TOO LONG.
Yes, necro main here, but thief and warr are next on my list.
Edit: YES; im also 100% totaly for removal of nightmares runes. Also removal of fear on CC. no class should be balanced around procs u cant control. Back to charrior nerfs:
Please, make it 6s (8s traited) in the upcoming balance change,
OR
Make it -90% duration…. Any immunity is bad, especialy such long ones.

For pug level, i like celestial with wells. dd or warhorn + staff.
05540 with vuln in DS , protection on wells , well CD , transfusion
well of blood, power, suffering, anything, lich form
Had a few who couldnt dodge subject aplha in CoE properly, switched to this from 62006 and it kept them alive for whole run. Wall stacking with braindead zerker builds is still fastest, but if you want to do stuff properly or take easymode slow and steady approach, its an option.
You can make a celestial work for wvw roaming, itll look like this
-traveler runes
-d/d and staff
- before id maybe go for the burning for full offense, but i still mostly rolled with 05540
- condi food, spectral wall and armor, signet of spite over corrupt boon, since only some have stability and u can kite it out, while u also always have the power celestials lack.
Its pretty much a variant and played like leetos dd build in pvp.
Thing is healing power is mostly wasted necro, since regen doesnt tick while in DS.
The good however is nothing can counter you (beside wvw cheez builds)

I would currently bet on cast and channel time reductions, maybe even dmg buff:
-dagger cleave
-dagger #2 cast (yes, the time before 1st hit is pretty long, maybe chanel also)
-axe 1 something
-axe #2 cast and channel are faster like lbow and teef pistol#3
-maybe staff auto and +10% dmg marks baseline, new trait
-useless and wrong placed new spite GM will go from 5 to 8% like thief

-warior stance & heal sig trim, sword#4 nerf/rebalance whatever..

I never had a problem with features, (i even taugh a friend with spectator) but now it hit me thats this stuff is ACTUALY DOING HARM. its teaching ppl how to hotjoin and we all know what poison that is. + youll make more money with ppl buying more customs, if you only add spectator to tpvp and customs.

Tip: there is one Ultimate Safe Spot in this map that no enemy can knock you off the map no matter what kind of super Engi build he uses. And that place called “Home base”. Hold your point there and you will be unstoppable.
Theres an even better combo that protects you from any bullcat the map throws at you. But I wont spoil it.
Sad joke:
Make it also allow healing in DS. why do we so much regen, wells, transufion, TEAMMATES, just so they cancel other out…. If 100% healing in DS is too strong, nerf it by 8% after a year

Beginer friendly to the point of “braindead” while being a overall too strong jack of all trades like the old dd ele.
Another thing is you cant go wrong with warior in soloq. Evry team needs 1, but tanky clases dont hurt in conquest.
Lastly, if youre playing with other rather bad players, its definetly better to do stuff yourself than you supporting them.
TL,DR: please play a fun dps guard and not another hambot warior
