Try logging into the game again. Although, sometimes a 72-hour ‘suspension’ message appears for an inappropriate character name, it often is replaced with the option to log-in and rename the selected character. After doing so, game-play can resume. If you find this option has not been presented within a few hours, you can contact CS and discuss the issue with them. Good luck.

Im just wondering if its possible to get a refund on laurels and gold spent buying ascended recipes? Well, here’s the deal. I bought 4 dire recipes(boots, shoulders, pants and chest) and im not sure I really want dire stats on my necromancer after looking at some calculations.
I know its probably not possible to undo the purchase but maybe just maybe you could roll back my necromancer so i can unlearn those particular recipes and spend the laurels on ascended gear with rabid stats instead? I know its a long shot but it never hurts to ask, right?

Account Restorations (rollbacks) are only given for qualifying compromised accounts. So, I am afraid a change of heart after a purchase would not qualify. =(

Since this seems to be an account issue, rather than a game-wide issue, your best option may be to contact Customer Support. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request.

Oh, and you are sure these particular tools aren’t in an invisible bag/box? That may impact their ability to be upgraded.

Sadly, depositing gold in the guild bank is no guarantee to keep from being banned, either. I can attest to that.
Whatever method you choose, if the false-positive comes up, CS will most likely put everything to rights, eventually.

I’m not sure writing a message does much good. If it did, wouldn’t gold-sellers just write a fake message with each gold delivery stating ‘Here is the gold I borrowed. Now I’m paying it back.’….or something like that?

So i forgot my password and i threw the CD Key away after i used it cues i didn’t know i needed it who would expect such a abnormal password retrieval method im still able to log in tanks to Crome password remember system that stays with the account you log in to Crome but that doesn’t change the fear that i will loose the account to my bad memory right now im trying to find the password with the password change tab and change the password but i really want a solution in case i fail to find it can anybody help me i know most of my past game play on the first Guild Wars and some of my game play of this one i even remember playing on the Beta with a Character that i remade and i can still log in to the game so i can find more info on my account there.
please help me if you can a little info is enough to help me.
Your password is saved in your browser, so you can use your browser’s ‘tools’ to retrieve it. =)

Not at this time. There are, however, occasionally trial weekends or weeks. =)
If you have no problem spending money on this game, you could certainly spend it on a server transfer. Barring that, you can guest to a higher-populated server for most of your gaming needs. =)

Yes. It says it’s charging (whatever the text is), but it only did one, and I still have a near full stack of uncharged quartz.
You can only create one Charged Quartz per day per account.
A fortnight is 2 weeks. For me, it was self-explanatory.

Karma consumables made perfect sense when introduced for the let you share karma with other characters when it was character bound. I’m sure at some point they’ll take a look at it, but it’s really not hurting anything leaving it the way it is.
One possible idea for the future would be to, instead of removing them, use them as ingredients in future recipes. For example, when creating furniture for a guild hall or housing area it would be nice to build the place up with a lot of good karma, you know?

I am confused. You say you had 250 of Dragonite, Bloodstone, and Empyreal in collections, plus another (2 stacks, each stack being 250, as stacks can not be any higher in the bank) 500 of each in the bank….for a total of 750 of each. And you refined them for a total of 7 refined items. What is the problem exactly?
Yes. I think many interfaces/maps started having problems loading about the time of PvE culling removal? Maybe a bit later. I wish it would get fixed.

I have many alts and I have done lots of crafting on all of them. I want to find out which of my alts has a particular discipline at 400 even though it’s not selected as one of its active crafts.
In each character’s Hero Panel, click the crafting icon on the far left.
If you are looking for a way to see the disciplines on character not currently active, then no, there isn’t any way to see which character has what. Only the total highest level reached by your account in the Achievements panel.

I have finished the story instance three times now – still no Antitoxin Injector Skin. Anyone else experiencing this?
Just making sure….did you inject the special anti-toxin you created during the instance into the heart at the end? After that was when I got my reward (skin).

I did the Toypocalypse yesterday with a group of people. We survived all 10 rounds. The first time we did it, we made it through 2 rounds. I have Toy Quality Control completed, I have 12/15 for Toypocalypse Survivor and yet…I only have 3/50 waves survived for Nothing But Broken Toys.
My husband has only 2/50 but other people who did all 10 rounds said they had like 44 of 50 complete…
Are we doing something wrong or is it broken?

Transferring from Chinese to American servers

I’m currently living in the People’s Republic of China, and I don’t always have access to a reliable VPN when playing this game. If I’ve just purchased this game and create my first characters and content on a Chinese server, will I be able to play with the same characters once I return to the States later this month?

As far as I know, there are no official Chinese servers at this time. Only two regions: NA and EU. Once an account is registered in its appropriate region, you may play from anywhere in the world.

Don’t finishers have their own tab in the Hero Panel? Have you tried double-clicking on them to move them to their own tabbed inventory place, so they no longer take up space in regular or bank inventory?
I like the Living Story, and can’t wait for ‘Season 2’. =)

I think it is by design, but….I guess we won’t know unless a Dev clears up the mystery! =)
And then there are those that like Scarlet, and really enjoy the Living World updates, especially the release cadence. So, I guess the ‘community’ is divided in what it wants.
It isn’t required for anything, save 1 Achievement Point. If one finds it too expensive for 1 point, one shouldn’t do it….at least, I wouldn’t if I thought it cost too much.
