Unfortunately, there isn’t. The item does state ‘Soulbound on Use’. You could try sending a ticket to support, but they usually do not replace or refund user-error items.

As for the secret questions pertaining to the NCSoft Master account, what color is your car? is a secret question for you…not for everyone. You choose the questions for security on your account. It may not be much, but choosing a question that has a wider range of ‘correct’ answers might be helpful. =)

There are only NA servers, and EU servers, as of now. Asian countries are assigned to NA servers. Where do you propose those that do not speak English speak? This is an international game, and until each country has their own server, I guess we must all share.

You can’t ever switch servers for free, unless you delete all your characters. There is no ‘two-week’ time requirement. Though, with an account restoration, you will be placed back on your original server, if that is what you so desire.

I am sure support will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have heard nothing after 3 days, you can post your ticket number in the sticky at the top of the Support forum for ‘tickets over 3 days’. Again, good luck, and I am sure you will be back in the game soon. =)

Excessive messaging means sending too many posts in a short period of time. It has nothing to do with the content of said messages.
I got ‘Excessive messaging’ last night in Fractals trying to send each of my party members a tonic to help fight the dreaded dredge. Lol.
It only lasts a few seconds (30), or maybe 1 minute.

It seems you must be missing a zone. Thirteen hearts are missing, what about skill points, points of interest, vistas? The wiki shows every zone (including all hearts, etc.) needed. You might try comparing your map to that list. =)

Fields of Ruins has 13 hearts, as well as Iron Marches.
Bloodtide Coast. Sparkfly Fen.
Snowden Drifts.

Upgrade Account

If you buy a Collector’s Edition, which you can not do in-game, you will have two accounts. It is possible to upgrade your current account, using the key from the CE in account registration. The CE account will supercede your current account, but you will retain all progress, and receive the digital items. You can’t upgrade to CE in-game.

Even though this information talks about upgrading from trial to paid account, the same process (the second one mentioned) is used to upgrade to a CE.

You can also complete all the other cities, (besides Lion’s Arch), for added XP. Truly, there are no rules as to what order you explore the vast world that is Tyria. =)

Oh, and the world map does indicate the suggested level for each zone, so…you can use that as a guide, if you so desire.

Have you checked your bank collectibles? Mystic coins go into the bank automatically if you use the option ‘send all collectibles to bank’. I know it’s a long shot, from what you describe, but maybe something like them moving to the bank has happened. There is no limit on Mystic coins as I have a stack of 250 plus however many more I have in the bank at this time. (I haven’t checked them recently, I just send them to the bank each day.)

Oh, and for help, you can always contact Customer Support by opening a ticket.

Are you thinking more people would buy the game if the rewards for completing dungeons were gem store items? Or….?
If so, I would think any loot or maybe just chest drops would work for that, but I am not sure that would bring any more people to the game.
Ideas are always good, though, and best posted in the suggestion forum. =)

Fifty years ago, American broadcasters always pronounced the word to as ‘tew’. Today, more often than not, they say ‘ta’. (shrugs) Pronunciations change with time. We no longer speak Olde English.

I doubt making a thread about the pronunciation of a word in a game, or elsewhere for that matter, will amount ‘ta’ much. =)

Actually, it isn’t all that recent. I am ancient and I have always heard it pronounced ‘gaul-lem’. But, truly, I could not care less whether people pronounce it a-lum-i-num or al-i-min-i-um. Lol.

Well, I just got two Unidentified Dye drops about 5 minutes apart, and they were the exact same dye. Lol. What are the odds? 1 in 402? 1 in 804? Things happen. RNG.

Oh, and of course, I had already found that dye before.

Wait a minute. ArenaNet doesn’t send emails out of the blue telling you someone has compromised your account. You get emails when someone is trying to get in, but email authentication is preventing it. Are you sure people ‘have been able to login to your account’ over and over? Could it be a really far-roaming ISP? (Have you tried looking up the network addresses shown to see who they belong to?) Has support given you access to your account again, and again? Have you had things stolen, been moved to other servers, had your characters deleted? Have you been locked out of your account, even?

I am wondering if you have even been hacked, at all. Maybe you have just been protected by authentication many times.

Now, if support has sent you many, many emails in response to you contacting them about losing access to your account, then…yes…something is wonky with security.

I have used my Rainbow Jellyfish from the moment I obtained it, and I have always felt a little disappointed that it wasn’t more rainbow-like as in the pictures in the Hall of Monuments calculator. Also, that there was no distinction between it and the Blue Jellyfish. If this new Rainbow Jellyfish does nothing but set itself a bit apart from the others, then yay!, but I would like it to live up to its name a bit more. Thank you for asking for our opinions. =)

Ok..so you have been hacked twice, and got control back from the first hack without any support assistance. I guess that is where the problem is, and you need to prove that to support so they will change your restore point date.
I was just saying it seems an odd case where they see you have been hacked two months ago, and now hacked again. Maybe they are thinking the first hacker got some information from data stored in your emails or on your computer. I am just trying to understand what is going on with your account, because as I said before, the circumstances are very unusual.

I don’t know. IF you were hacked in Feb/Mar, how can Support know you aren’t the hacker wanting assistance, or wanting to have any even more control over the account. It seems odd that your account was hacked in February or March, and you were not aware someone else had control of it. Either the compromise didn’t happen until late April, or something very odd is going on here. I am sorry, but you may have to just choose between losing the gold, or losing the progress.
