Well, not a PvE master, so dunno which weapon is likely to be used always for raids/fractals, but crafting a legen is a lot of work (I’ve 2,5k hours played and 0 legen), so in my opinion you should take it easy and play a lil bit more the game :p
Not saying you should not focus on starting your legen, but reach high lvl pve first so you can see how the game works and all that stuff

Revs have no condi clear. They have stab on dodge. Just AA when they dodge and turn it into fear. GG. Necro and condi mez are literally the biggest counter to them. If you’re dying to a Rev, you’re really doing it wrong.

Signet metabuild has more mixed and burst damage and sustain, while Corruption metabuild has more condi dmg and own condition management thanks to the heal, so you’re likely to have the upper hand against necs using vamp signet or surviving condi bursts wthout an ele
Its pretty good on khylo cause you will proc 5 targets most of the time cause random hitboxes around the map (same with all other shouts), but on other maps it generally sucks when 1v1/2v2 compared to other options
Anet doesn’t know how to design anything right.
They need to copy the Starcraft 2 matchmaking system
1.) Go back to MMR as primary matchmaker (like SC2)
2.) MMR Persists through seasons (like SC2)
3.) Everyone resets to Amber on Season Reset (Not like SC2 but for good reason)At end of Season everyone is Amber however:
Legendary/Diamond players will play each other at start of season (and throughout)
Amber/Emerald players will play each other at start of season (and throughout)
In this system you still get league resets however you get fair matches the entire season.

Actually I think ele is one of the most difficult builds to be useful with due to the fact that they explode when focused by a nec/rev, and so bad eles are free kills

Having a Match-Making based on skills and MMR is way better, so the queue time are lower. Why? Because you didn’t divide your QUEUE by 6. Actually… it is divided by 6.
It’s like giving you 6 queue options.
This is bad. We need to get matches to our SKILL level and grinds from there the Legendary Item. Not grinding bad matches to get a PVE useless item (with a bad skin layout that get overwrite).
But grinding competitively our MATCHES into the same SKILL level to get that reward. PLEASE ANET, remove the grind from SKILL and put that grind TO PVE REWARD or TITLE/AA.

Minionmancer, lich, plays pvp only cause backpack, still have some close matchups, not that bad imo
As long as thieves run Dash, they hard counter necros(for the ones saying its a bad matchup). Just kite their Shorud and spam evades when he’s out, necros have really slow attacks. Also, d/p definitely works better against reapers cause blind and interrupts, but you should be able to take down a necro with s/d anyway thanks to dash
I feel like GM traits are a lil bit lackluster for power builds, both PvE/PvP. Waddaya think about some reworks like “Do x% increased damage against chilled foes” or smth like this so power builds have a proper GM trait based around chill application too, which is one of the “core features” of Reaper?
Are a lil bit too spammy lately :/

I think you are mixing MMR and PIPS. For season 2, MMR is being ignored and you are instead being matched with others who are at a similar PIP level as you.
In the PIP model, you can have a newcomer to ranked being matched with a pro league player at the beginning of the season. That’s the cause of the issues. It will eventually get better, but the beginning is painful.
Your teammates are matched through division and rating

Necro pre-buff is a-ok to begin with. It turned into an overpowered monster when they give a lot of access to boon corruption which was in response to the bunker boon stacking meta.
Now that the celestial amulet and runes of durability is gone, then they give the Reaper boon corrupting buffs which was way too dumb to begin with.
All the buffs were centred around Curses which a lot of necros dont even take

It makes the skill viable, with the old CD it wasnt worth

No it’s not mostly chill….wtf … lol chill damage is just icing on the cake. Also why wouldn’t he run terror since fear also adds chill duration, if you corrupt their stab that’s a free 1.2 tick right there.
Check your combat log and the info tag when you’re dead, you’ll see Chill as the top skill 90% of time

People complain on the forums that if you lose consecutively, your rating drops, and you enter a vicious cicle where you’re stuck with bad teammates. Thing is, do your mmr really drop when you lose against a higher rated team? I dont know if it does or not, but if it does, I think it shouldnt. Pretty much it should work like old pip systiem, where if you lsoe agains a better team you dont lose pips, and if you fight a better team and you end with a high score you win a pip, this obviously traduced to rating. Like this, people on a losing strike, even when being matched with worse teammates and lose, can carry to certain score and so improve their rating.
I dont know if mmr actually works like this, if someone knows more about it please share it
Imo scrapper is the best class to carry with, just force a 2v1 and hold it or win most of your 1v1 arounds, while having decent damage/support/mobility if needed for X situation. Also, you have crazy rezz potential, and this coupled with the fact that the enemy team isnt coordinated makes it so ez to rezz

Well, anyway I feel like sigils need to have some impact on your build, not just some useless procs.
I also use double porc, but there were multiple traits involved there that will not proc always at the same time than your weapon swap.

With the first season system, someone with a too high MMR would have been outweighted by placing a lower MMR player on his team.The really good players who advanced fast during season one, did it mostly not only on full premade but also including a smurf account which lowered their mean MMR and division placement.
Even if they did it to lower stupidly high queue times, it definitely also helped on having even overall easier games.thats just false. I watched plenty of soloq streams that proved otherwise.
I guess there might be plenty of different cases. I can recall some Helseth stream where he got a negative progression on emerald after playing for several hours.
Thats exactly why ppl complained, cause everyone would eventually hit legendary, but Pro League players were already struggling against each other on emerald

Uh there wouldn’t be tiers or stop gaps anymore to let you (see 2). So you couldn’t freely tank your MMR. You’d drop alllllll the way back down if you lose games on purpose and have to claw your way back up with worse teammates. Gluck with that.

Any good thief will destroy a necro 1v1(maybe on a legit 1v1 you can defend yourself, but you’ll eventually die), evades/blinds/interrupts are the direct counter of necros
Tell your rev/engi to spam blocks/evades while you 0-100 them. Gonna see how funny it is for the enemy team
