Meanwhile, about 90% of Anet’s beloved Outfits have some kind of clipping issue (minor or major) on my female Sylvari but they don’t care. -pokes picture- If I can’t use Medium pants on my Necro at least stop running into the same clipping issues on Outfits over and over again! Edit: Just saying because I’m tired of getting clipping as an excuse to why we can’t mix-n-match different weights.

No thanks. I play PvE, PvP and WvW in GW2. I like all of them. BUT NOT AT THE SAME TIME! When I want to PvE I just want to relax, I don’t want to deal with angry PvP freaks. This is why I always avoid open world PvP MMOs.

That’s what we’ve been told to the best of my recollection.
It’s stupid, it’s not like armor pieces don’t clip within their respective armor weights anyways, and we have a preview function implemented, so if Clipping happens, the players only have themselves to blame for it.

Exactly. Even Anet’s beloved Outfits have tons of clipping issues (especially around arms, weapons, buttcapes, shoulders) and they never fix them. See the new Ice-whatever costume, the female version has a buttcape which clips into the ground during combat (depends on weapon).

Just let us mix-n-match different weight armor and players will pick the armor pieces that don’t clip and work well together!

Exactly. I definitely expected at least some old skins to come back today but the Gem Store is almost empty. However, there are HUGE sales in the other MMO I play so I’m about to go on a spending spree over there. XD

The new trait system also removed the ability to obtain traits through world events or other means like temples and such, this was a big upset to some one like myself because back then players would do bosses just to obtain a trait and it made for a more enjoyable experience.

Sorry but I am so glad that crap is gone for good. Once I tried to do one of the temple events for a trait but I always logged on at the wrong time. In the end, I got impatient and bought the trait for Gold. I didn’t level alts at all because the trait system was a huge turn off…

I prefer the new traits and I hope there will be improvements in the future but I definitely don’t want any part of the old one back!

I like enforced aesthetic divisions between weights. Dress wearing zweihandler welders is just wrong. Oh and thieves in cumbersome noisy plate armor makes no sense either.

I agree. I barely see people in Outfits. RIFT already removed weight restrictions, we can use any skin on our armor and weapon! Sure there are clipping issues but people just use stuff that work well together! The result is amazing: Mage in plate and chain gear with hammer skin on the staff! We need it in GW2 asap, it’s my biggest dream. Okay, we can skip the weapon skins, just let me choose armor skins freely!

Attack them with ‘Hundred Blades’ and they will just take every single strike instead of dodging away and cover until you finished.

Back in beta there was a patch when mobs actually avoided our AoE fields. It was a pain in the butt to kill them, EVERYONE complained so Anet removed it. Just sayin’.
