What builds/skills do you find OP and in what context?
My short list:
DH – Rotational defense combined with passive defense is too strong
Necro – Deathly Chill is crushing it in skirmish. Epi is still an issue.
Thief – Ever-vade builds, Ghost Thief
Warrior – The passive Signet heal needs an adjustment downwards
Mesmer – Condi Chrono for a variety of reasons needs to meet a nerf bat
DH needs its defense cause its crap without it, try roaming with plain guardian, you will see the difference.
Necro spinal shivers and necro chill are deadly.
Ghost thief need to go-> while putting their traps you can decloak thief with attacks (5 sec duration) -> problem solved.
Warrior adrenal hp recovery needs to go down to 400hp/sec (1000+hp/sec is too much -> you nerfed scrapper, nerf warrior too)
Mesmer need some condi shaving
I would mention:
druid needs pet hp and dmg nerfed ( if you have tanky gear pet should also have tanky gear with no dmg)
overall condi dmg needs big shaving.
I would like to see axe as an offhand dps weapon plus facets like herald.
Axe offhand:
4# Throw axe and deal dmg in a cone and heal 3 allies for 500 in that cone (25% of heal is returned to you) – 600 range
5# Counter attack (evade channel 2 sec + unblockable): do dmg equal of biggest enemies dmg – if enemy does not attack gives 1 aegis. 25 sec cd

F1 Chilling aura : (passive) chill 1 1/4s every 5th attack – (active) blowout for 350 range and weakness for 4 sec – 20 sec cd
F2 Healing aura : (passive) taking dmg heals you for 100 and while not in combat movement speed increased by 25% – (active) water field
F3 Protective aura: (passive) Aegis every 20 sec and protection for 3 sec if aegis is broken – (active) break from stuns and form down protective dome that projectiles and foes cannot enter and pull 3 allies healing them for 2000 and curing 1 condition and giving them 1 stability 180 radius. (pull range is 600)
Facet radius is 450.
Heal facet:
Facet of courage: passive regen 300/sec + trait to pulse 50hp/s to 5 party members (when used heal for 2500 – cd 25sec)
utility:
Facet of defenders : retaliation (passive) – knockdown 15 sec cd (active)
Facet of Bravery: 1 condition cure every 5 sec (passive) – break out of stuns + regen for 10 sec(2500 heal)- 32 sec cd(active)

Yea buff necros, why should 3 bleed do 2.5k dmg per sec , it should be 10k per sec. Plus buff spinal shivers, passive that deal 5k dmg is just too weak.
Nope I would rather see free sigil changes on legendary weapons.

Well I am having ping spikes from 200 to 600ms this whole evening. Tried tracerouting and some isp between me and anet is giving huge ms spikes.

This is against 2500 armour.
Even with full Berserker and Bloodlust stacks DH Longbow cannot put out 5-6k auto attacks and 10k True Shots on cloth, never mind plate! like these can…Hammer Bolt also hits 5 targets, as opposed to Puncture Shot’s 2 under special circumstances…
Dont forget CoR has 2 sec cd
I think heralds should get 2 condi clears bound to their f5. this should make them more suitable to fight condi.

You compare a 4sec cooldown weapon utility to a complete class mechanic skill.
its basically the same if i say this:
gunflame does 9k dmg but guardian does 6k dmg + unblockable pull + leap and heal + 4sec block.
Ok warrior has 1.5k/sec regen, 2x no dmg traited, 9k axe f1, 9k GS f1, block on shield, 25% passive movement trait, 5sec swap on weapons, full bers gear with 250% crit dmg, 18k base HP + shall I continue?
They should put something like – dmg wall or gate for 5% puts the wp into contested.
I’m just fine with being rooted for LB2, but when I see a 6k on a warrior that hits me back for twice as much, unchanneled, I cri and curse the McLain :’(

I need 5 days for my legendary back and will never come back to pvp. PvP is really bad this season, players are fighting off points, nobody cares for objectives… I am tired of pvp.
I like how Champions Online did it. When struck with a successful CC, you gain a Defiant stack. A stack adds 10% chance to be immune from CC. The player will continue to gain a stack for each successful struck CC. If finally the player resisted the CC, the stack vanishes.

power builds nowdays are just rare as precursor drops. trapper thief needs to go. conditions need to be toned down by 33% in dmg. give ppl more resistance skills.
and yes I tried to play condition cancer, burn guard wreck ppl easy. Its funny how easy condi gameplay is.
I use Hammer sw/shield (highly effective vs most of builds)
cast Ring of warding -> teleport (JI) -> ToF + MB -> Banish -> Zealot Embrace -> Symbol of Blades + Zealot Defence -> he/she try to heal -> shield 5 shield 4 (probably on 20% hp) One One One One -> chase him down and dont let him heal.
First: You want a buff to be present on a user’s buff bar when they have a sigil ready to activate. This is very important so your opponents know what you have available and so you know what you have available.
So there are a lot of great opportunities to improve sigil desirability here, but I want to keep the “on critical hit” sigils still requiring a critical hit to reward having precision on one’s build. The goal here would be to make the effect result from every critical, but (in some cases) have reduced effect such that it maintains similar overall efficacy. Sigil of Air could probably do with having lower damage, but applying 100% of the time when off cooldown. Example:

Gandara got Whiteside Ridge but it feels we got nothing.
I tested GS in wvw and it still lags behind sw/x and Hammer. Hammer brings cc’s and now with light field curing conditions it is even better. GS just need few things to be competitive like Cripple on simbol pulsing, leap 800 range and 10 sec cd, WW 3x or 2x dmg instead 7x projectiles or make projectiles hurt on 450 range too.
I would take hammer skill #2 600 range and hammer skill #5 castable while moving and i’ll be happy.

I’m so playing a dh if no nerfs coming, I have literally no counters, I can build to kill/stall anything…simply outstanding

LB is pretty much crap this season cause of so many projectile blocks.
well was leaked that conditions will be buffed by 30% and engie and other classes will get condition buffs.
Mjolnir never had the illuminating effect..
I swear it had that effect, I remember playing CoF or some other dark dungeon when walking near walls it use to have light effect while running.
Why does Mjolnir no longer have light effect?
Compared to Jormag’s breath there is no light effect like before or am I missing something?
DH is not op, dh stacking is problem if your teammates are garbage (50% are). Warrior on the other hand can almost 1v3 for half of the match, and thats the problem. They need to nerf their passive healing to proc healing when you use skills not just passive 1000hp/sec crap.
