on my msi 1060 4 gig on my amd fx 8350 4.0 and not over clocked . I have found if you play with the settings and set your fire wall to high on your anti virus’s soft ware . with these settings in this pic in most places I can get 125 fps unless I am doing teq then it drops down to 60 fps and at times in LA it will very from 45 to 60 fps .

Yea, unfortunately I was abroad at the betas so I counldn’t have tested them. I don’t experience any crash, it’s mainly FPS drops at some point. Nope, didn’t try it.

As mentioned before, I’m playing on a laptop not a fix PC. Although I agree that 4GB is now kind of outdated even for laptops but 16GB RAM is still too much. You won’t expect to buy a laptop of 16GB with a decent video card and CPU under 1000 euros in my country.

oh ok well their is some things you can do to give your laptop a bit of a boost tho

and if you got the money and you got a good computer shop in the UK where you live at . they can add and even up grade your laptops memory very easy maybe even upgrade you to a solid state drive even

these are the new minimum system specs . when buying your new lap top this will help you to get the most best gaming for using a lap top .

should you get a custom made desktop tho I will say you have some more better upgrades choices in hardware and so forth . giving the price of hardware today versus laptops . . but if you use a lap top for work and such I would get one of them from alien ware at best as I had dell and hp laptops and was more happy when I got back to a desktop again but that is just me . hope this helps and good luck

as a vet of the game and been playing since guild wars its self . I have not got one problem at all with this . and see this as a good thing the company is doing . so yeah nope not the problem for me at all being a vet of the game or not being a vet of the game I still not got a problem with this at all.

You wont get banned,im no mod obviously.but ive been using SweetFx – Reshade since 2012.

They only bann you if you use programs,hacks,cheats that give you an advantage over other players.Sweetfx is merely visual,anet knows this and they know its being widely used in tons of other games and know exactly that it wont give you an advantage over anyone whatsoever.

also too you can use another program or app called taco that will give you more better help finding your way and so forth

also too their is another good app called guild wars2 launch buddy that app helps you to get better server ping rates which is very nice and welcome for running and playing the game

if their is any sort of so called time gating it is only with crafting ascended items . which would be nice to see otherwise not seen or noticed at all any other type of so called time gating . other than nodes and that is not really a problem at all.

and it should not be put in gem store at all that in my book is pay to win

You can transfer to a new server. When you click on World Selection you’ll see Guest and Transfer next to it. You do however have to pay a fee of 1,800 gems to transfer to a new server. And like RoseofGilead said “you can transfer to a new once every seven days”; I think.

JustTrogdor is correct in his post fully . even if you had account at the time of living storys and did not log into play living storys or might have even maybe played one part only of living story

but did not play the other parts of the living story at that time. and they get locked . you must buy gems from the trading post . in order to play the living storys that are locked

on the bright side of things lets say you played two living story episodes but not the rest of them . then you do not pay any thing for them living story episodes . you only pay for the ones that are locked .and it sounds like your friend played all living storys so that is why they are not locked for him .

also too not being ripped off at all . as I and others on our accounts or our other accounts that these things are still locked and we still got to buy gems if we did not play the story at the time it happened .

if your server is full for wvw . then yes he can guest but that is it but you can transfer to his sever if you like for wvw.

and most of the full servers like magmas and so forth been full for a while now. not sure when they will even be open again .

Sadly I needed to prioritise the ssd space for other things, so had to move the game back to my hdd, where load times are slow, and loading LA is painful Still saving for a bigger ssd so I can go back to the quick loading days.

if you not got another spot on your motherboard to add another ssd drive . BUT you have got a usb 3.0 slot on your motherboard . you can always add a new ssd drive again . and it is very cheep to add them using the usb 3.0 port,s just need the cable is all

There are enough sata ports to add one, but what I’m planning to do is to just save and get a 1tb one so I can replace my hdd altogether. I’ve still got SSD for the OS, software & work projects, it’s just the hdd I’m using for games & media storage I want to replace.

Yeah SSDs have dropped a lot, and I could add a small one quite cheap to use for only this game. But I’m planning to get a 1tb one so I can replace my game & storage Hdd completely. I can pick one up around £230-250, but finances aren’t good right now, so there’s a few things ahead of it lol

This screen can be accessed from the Control Panel. Click the “Hardware and Sound” category and then select “Power Options.” From here, you can select your preferred power plan

if that is not your problem then right now I am not sure and maybe some one can help you that might know better.

I’m tired of having 30 seconds to 3 minute loading screens. . .

honestly I see why it should not work at all. not sure tho on what paid anti virus’s software your using . but it should work and if you not got the space to add a s/s/d drive to your mac . if you got a usb 3.0 you can also add a new ssd drive that way too. might have to use win or something for it if your not using that already but it should work fully for your mac
