And again, why is this fact problem now? The recent change only helped the character targeted by RF, by making it faster so it’s much easier to avoid the whole duration of the RF now, especially when used with quickness.
This makes your point invalid, because total damage of the RF hasn’t changed, so just like that….
y would u waist quickness just to use it on rapid fire?

As well, there are multiple skulls that offer 10 hits and have the exact same duration or more. I can only guess you are making statements about other professions, without having experience playing them.

and pve is a waste of time .. gw2 does not even have smart mobs…
there is no counter attack when u stand behind them ?!?!
lol even tera has mobs with some counter attacks .
but really I just wish they would focus on pvp/wvw
it is a lame pve game and has a lot of pvp/wvw potential.
but they are to focused on PVE to ever break past there bad reputation on other mmo games for not improving !

It’s not that much of a big problem to be honest. I just thought that the game could be better. But I can understand if modifying it would be difficult. It would probably take a relaunch for that to happen. But I can dream, can’t I?

a cool mini will not keep most people interested in a game though.
yes it is a nice reward but a mini is a mini and that is no more than a skin that floats around your character XD

etom was to early for its time and because of it wvw is now lacking
if etom was not created servers would have balanced out
because people do not want to wait for queue time
and we would not have people talking about server merge
i think part of the problem is there is no noticable changes to GW2.
yes there is story up dates that come out …
but lets say u bought the game at launch and u took a break for over a year and came back … the olny noticable changes u would see is
1.a hand full of new traits
2.etom and dry top farm fest
3. some old pve maps that now look like they have been blown up
4.and a new set of armor/weapons u need to grind for
it would do the game good to see new classes and some advancements to wvw and pvp
some new dungeons

i cant say i like the detection it is going anymore
no wonder anet is not worried about fixing up pvp and wvw …. every one is a achievement hunter :P

i am not much of a dungeon person or living story.
if i am killing a computer it is not for me
dungeons are fun on the first few runs and thats about it
the only thing that would get me back in to the pve world is if there was open world pvp/wvw.
i prefer the GW2 combat system compared to other games i just wish they would do more with the classes and add new classes
it feels like they are denying a good combat system of more advance pvp/wvw in favor of more pve content :S

but thats the thing it is not stable and idk if it ever will be. there will all ways be a meta
as long as each class has a specific role in the game they will have a use .

if a thief jumps u they have the upper hand . thats all they are good at
but ranger has rapid fire .
because it is a channeled skill .
all u need to do is let go of the keys and it will track a stealth target :S
thats a pretty bad thief.
but the stealth tracking rapid fire can feel like a bit much at times

add a rune/sigil bank so people can swap out runes and sigils.
we can finally swap out our traits

i wish they had a bank for runes and sigils.
wvw builds once u buy a expensive rune and put it on ascend armor u kinda get stuck with that rune and build
same goes for sigils and ascend weapons
it would be so nice if once u buy a rune u can swap them out when ever u want.

How can u drown in 30 min content every 1 month with 2-3 months break inbetween? There are only 2 possibilities. U either are completely new to the game and thus u didn’t discover anything, or u are a vet player who doesn’t care about story which makes it normal for u to drown in it….that doesn’t mean the content is “drownable in” tho.
The game is stale. ANet from my pov is moving at an incredibly slow passe. Understandable because they are a very small team from what i know. If they are not, it’s infuriating actually.
Anyway…all i know is apart from events which take like 30 min to do and this halloween event which is just a huge grindfest, i almost never play it anymore. Nothing to do…or if there is something to do it’s so grindy and repetitive i don’t consider it as something to do.
Other games came out and others are still to come. I gave up on GW2 living up to it’s potential. For me it’s clear that either anet or ncsoft don’t want it to evolve at the speed the community wants it and is expected of it to do. GW2 indeed changed into Gemshop Wars 2.
Honestly…considering how things have been so far, i am actually scared of how a proper expansion would look like for GW2. Think about it for a second.

and polearms could have a similar purpose
wvw is kinda the end game .
u can go in at any lvl u want. i lvled 3 characters in wvw
but dont be surprised if u get killed wvw players are looking for a fight 
crystal desert and the other areas that have not been released yet could be set up for open world pvp
there is a lot of listed places on the pve map that have not been used yet
gw2 has some cool pve maps shame u cant wage war on them
