U forgot to mention what story instance and wich waypoints this is about.
This happens with more classes’ traits where a certain % of some attribute is converted to another attribute. Bug or intentional, not every source that increases the first attribute tributes to the % increase, apparently.
The active Signet parts, with the traits that keeps the passive effect (Written in Stone) and the trait reduces signet cooldown.
Keeping the passive part also makes using Signet of Restoration more viable.
Signet of Fire is for high Burning dmg.
Again, i am not saying its a good build. I just wanted something different.
That to me seems acceptable for what i wanna do in PvE.

With defense i went with much more vitality, thougness and condition removal.

I hate attunement swapping, also dont like that squishy zerker full Fire and Air build.
I ended up with a more defensive fire build (for PvE yes)

I would like added the option to trade mini Queen Jenna’s for someting more usefull.
I cant add anything conclusive but;
Last few days i have mostly played my Ranger and my Necro and at times when i use my heal skill for both these classes (Consume Conditions for Necro btw) i noticed seconds later health isnt increasing and the skill is not on cooldown. And i was pretty sure i clicked the heal skill. Clicking heal skill again works then.
Bug i dunno, a glitch more likely then. Why or how dunno either.
What i would like instead is that after the first playthrough achievements become unlocked for all your characters.
Episode 1: Second time only 2/3 (with my Guardian char)
Did not do the third sub part for achievements
Episode 2: once (with my Warrior char)
Episode 3: once (with my Ranger charr)
I might redo episode 2 and 3 for some of the achievements.
As has been said, the best (and only use) for Axe MH is for larger trash mobs.
Or perhaps, a Vet or Champ with normal foes nearby. Target the Vet or Champ.
You should read this, I hope it would help you to understand that the problem is not your armor.
If the armor (and weapons) he/she uses is of much lower level than his/her current character level, that is a problem.
I recently purchased the Home Portal Stone and it was a waste of 900gems. When used it ported me to Salma District and when I try’d to leave the instance to go to the bank/crafting station or the trading post to pick up items it ported me back to where I was originally. Further more you one get 1 stone instead of all my characters getting it.
This is exactly why it is a trash item.
It however does exactly what the description sais.
If more usefull merchants/npc’s were added to the home instance i would consider this item. But not now.
In the tooltip the duration is rounded up/down to the closest quarter of a second.
Examples ; 1.1 secs will show as 1 sec, 4.4 secs will show as 4.5 secs.
When using the burning skill only full secs r used, so 4.5 secs only does 4 secs of burning.
@OP; what skill(s) r showing wrong durations according to u?
Btw, the weapon with the Smoldering needs to be your active weapon.
Wiki page sais no wardrobe skin is associated with it.
Not a big problem, wiki also sais the Galea helm uses the same skin as the Chain helm.
I actually use Spitefull Removal for condition removal in PvE.
Usefull for larger weaker mobs that give conditions, imo.
Play how u like. I ended up with a vampiric/minion build (for PvE).
Lots of minions, Death Nova and some vampiric and minion traits.
So yes i use Bloodthirst, in combination with the trait that has minions steal/siphon health.

In a topic about that back then, there was a response from Anet that a change was being considered.
No promises though. So, no clue if it will ever be fixed.
How about 30 out of 31 or 32, for another reason.
There r topics about players claiming to found all 30 but gotten credit for only 29.
When doing the QD champion train, 1 per 2-3 weeks.
After QD train was killed, doing other GW2 things, 0 sofar.

Only thing i noticed for me is an increased droprate of Locked BL Chests, not keys.
and between that pipe and the Inquest mine entrance, sand is constantly falling down the cliff/wall. Together with that water, quicksand river

Had to think about that a bit (been a while since i played GW1), but, the value of gold coin in GW1 is not the same as in GW2.
In GW1 u start with gold coin, and 1000 gold coins is 1 platinum coin.
And 1k became short for 1 platinum coin.
So, 1k gold coins in GW1 is not much really.

@Realist…hmm..since u recommend Ranger, i now have to say that imho that is the worst GW1 class to play.
Becos, if i remember the argument, anyting a Ranger can do another GW1 class can do it better.
@OP, dont worry about the Sunspear thing.
If u start playing the Nightfall campaign u automatically progress the Sunspear title track/rank. With a high enough Sunspear rank u can use Sunspear skills!
It might be possible foes like u more if u have more Toughness.

If your main intent to play GW1 is to get HoM points for GW2, and play GW2 then.
The best advice i can give is; do not go for 50 points. Stop at 30.
Getting all 50 will be very time consuming and/or prolly also expensive (ingame gold).
I recommend getting Heroes quick AND improving/upgrading them.
The burning icon SHOULD be showing some sort of duration information
When u hover yer mouse cursor over the Burning icon on the foe, it shows a tiny window with some info including the remaining burning duration.
Sidenote; I noticed a bug in the Burning info in the Skill description.
The mentioned total dmg is duration rounded down to whole seconds.
Unless, the game can only apply whole seconds of Burning.
But if so, that would mean for example increasing a 1sec burn to 1.5 secs would be pointless since only 1sec would be applied then.

So its a GW2/GW1 linking issue.
Wich i think i figured out when i asked if the same email address (=account name) for both GW1 and GW2 was used, wich wasnt.
Changing any account data in GW1 is disabled (since launch of GW2)
So a support ticket AuTomA made for changing the GW1 email address (into the GW2 one).
Maybe u got this but, when talking to Kimmes in GW2 choose ‘Show me my legacy.’
NOT the other conversation option.
forgot where i read it, but it could be the total dmg dealt, not the dmg per hit/tick.

This is an elusive bug/glitch i reckon.
I had this happen for a day after a few patches. But not after every patch.
And for me, it would mysteriously solve itself after a day or so.
Unfortunately, i guess, it doesnt happen enough or to enough people to get Anet’s real attention i fear.
According to wiki the only 2 merchants that sell it (asura and human merchant at the LA tropical bar), are gone now, prolly killed in the LA attack.
Has anyone found new merchants that sell Hylek Absinthe ?!

I caved and put one on my Ele’s Trident, to not loose stacks when going underwater.
What did work;
As for changing(unequipping) weapons, when underwater i can unequip the staff and not loose stacks. When on land i can unequip the trident and not loose stacks.

When you go underwater you switch weapons. The release notes say that when you switch weapons you lose the stacks previously built up.
No and No.
When u go underwater u ‘swap’ to your underwater weapons.
According to the 15 April patch notes, u loose stacks when u ‘unequip’ the weapon with the stacking sigil.
‘swapping’ is NOT ‘unequipping’
Dueling in PvE….thats just a matter of time before a hack surfices where any player can get killed by another in PvE. A certain South Park episode comes to mind.
So nty, play WvW and PvP.
It is supposed to remove a stack when you unequip that sigiled weapon.
It is not supposed to remove stacks when you ‘swap’ to your underwater gear.

Changing to underwater weapon(s) is ‘swapping’, not ‘unequipping’, imho.

Was killing some Vets, Downed suddenly, before i could rally suddenly Defeated.
Checked combat log, somthing called Shadowfall hit over 130k dmg, twice till i was death.
Prolly happened more times, since i noticed some animation in the spot my corpse was.
WTK?? Is this something intended or a bug ?!

I noticed this with ranged weapons aswell.
With ranger arrows and my ele staff’s fireball for example.
When the red bar under the skill just turns red (indicating i am just out of range), i could still shoot an arrow or a fireball. They would travel in the direction of the foe and still hit the foe.
The only improvement to ground targeting i like to see is a toggle option added to the Options menu that casts the ground targeting skill right on top of your selected foe (by double clicking the skill).
At least once half a year i use a compressed air can to clean the dust from my notebook fan.
(tip: make sure the air stream from the can is transparent before u use it on your notebook)
What’s terrible is to require a 100% completion of Frostgorge to get an Adept trait… That’s silly. Requiring higher level content to get a trait you should have available at level 30 is far worse than unlocking some traits without access to the trait screen.
Completing a lvl70-80 zone for an Adept trait ?!

To my experience, the ranger trait Master’s Bond does not increase the pet’s Vitality.
Power, Precision and Toughness are increased.

The first window that opens after you press the default H button should be Equipement one. After that there should be an option within this tab to open the Wardrobe and Dyes sub-tabs. As it is now we have a huge window with a lot of space and nothing in it.

Also, as I posted earlier, the renaming of transmutated items should be changed/fixed.
Imagine I want to reskin the Mad Memoires with Desert Rose. I gonna end up with book on my back called like a flower.. other transmutations are even more hilarious.
Just think about it, take Jormag’s Breath. I like it’s stats but I want it to have another skin, Fiery Dragon Sword/Firebringer. I gonna end up with a flame sword named by an Ice Elder Dragon..
