mistfire is a good but not excellent elite skill. So for endgame content it is not very good. But the advantage is that it is better then most 15 skillpoints skills, and it doesn’t cost you skillpoints. That makes it an excellent leveling skill.

Yes it does, but not to the fullest.
You will show offline in the guildroster like any regular offline player. But as for any regular offline player, the last location you where in is showing and it will be the location where you are actually in. This is not a big issue but if you map, it will change your last location in the roster, wich is a tell that someone is actually online, but is playing as offline. It is a minor tell and 99% off the people prolly will never notice it.

Eventhough the category Archived is very clear, I have seen some topics of people not udnerstanding that it is not allowed to post there anymore. Also, it is frustrating to get blocked from posting after you make the topic.

So is it possible to remove the ‘Create Topic’ button from subforums that have been archived and closed??

I think that with offline dealer you mean some selling gold (or valuable items) for real world money.

The most important thing is that you don’t try to bypass any detection. So basicly just have your friend send it to you.

The detection for gold sellers is unknown (for security reasons, if you know how to bypass it, the bad guys will no it as well). But roughly the system works as follows:

a: All transactions within the game through all channels are being monitored.
b: High end transactions will be marked as suspicious.
c: A GM will at some point investigate all suspicious actions.
d: if the GM finds out your transaction involves real money transfers or have a very serious suspicion, he will suspend the accounts involved.
e: if by any change you are suspended and want a review, you can post a ticket and ask for such a review (keep in mind, evidence will not be shared).

So important is to not look suspicious. Sending a legendary in game is something that is fully allowed. Trying to bypass detection will make you look more suspicious then acting normal and not worrying bout detection.

Some people claim for example that it is possible to avoid detection by using a guildbank. If this would be true, goldsellers would use this method. Also, if this would be true, support will find high end trasnactions through a guildbank suspicious.

Some tips:
- Make sure it is clear you know each other. Having eachother on the friendslist, and being in the same guild helps a lot.
- make sure your friend explains shortly in the mail why he is sending it to you, do not trust on outside communication
- If you are both not native english speaking, pls speak in your native tongue, as you are used to. Support can use google translate. I’m dutch. so if I transfer such item to a friend, speakign in dutch, and support sees we are both logged in from my country, they will have less reason to not trust it.

So in short. Act normal and don’t try to avoid detection.

I hear two separate advices here.
The first is to wait for the (delayed) new way to obtain a precursor. We don’t know how hard or how easy it is. all we know is that it is delayed, and it was (originally) announced as being RNG-free.

Going for this advice has actually some RNG as well. someone here said it was going to be at the first update after the current living story arch. He might has a crystal ball, but there is no proof for that at all. It can be delivered next week and it can be months away. It even can be cancelled at all. My money is still on this option.

the other is to throw your money in the forge. this is RNG as well. your current budget can be sufficient, and can be 10 times as high. That is how RNG works.

My advice is to take your time and don’t play the betting game. Keep making money and putting it aside. As soon as Anet releases the new way you can use that money to do whatever is needed to make your precursor. When you are done waiting and got the money to buy it directly, then buy it off the TP. If you are a gambler, then try the MF.

Those are the fair options you have in my opinion. I am choosing the first, cause it is risk freem and might end in me having a lot of left over money I saved that I can spend on other things. Besides that I am patient. For me playing the game and getting a legendary in the process is the reward. the shiny weapon itself is just a bunch of pixels.

More or less (mine is slightly bigger). If you select a different language for in game text and voice, that is downloaded additionally. Also, the game doesnt delete old content in peoples dat-file, but for some content it stops including it in a freshly installed dat-file cause it is out of date.

Keep in mind that the game is huge!
many mobile providers (depending on national laws as well) either have a hard limit to the amount of data you are allowed to us, do not allow the use of this function (and can block your internet if you do it anyways) or have a fair use policy. Best is to inform at your mobile provider if there are any restrictions. In my country it is even common to charge you big time when you use more then an allowed amount of data.

With an Iphone you should get more then 40 kbps unless you are connected through an old 2g/gprs cell. It is more likey you get atleast 3g/umts (256 kbps). This speed would bring it theoratical down to 20 hours.

If you depend on a 2g/gprs cell to download, you prolly also depend on a 2g/gprs cell to play and it will not work. The game will run far from smoothly and you will not be able to do anything at all.

This is complety right. but just a small remark I couldn’t verify.
I remember that there was a system that you where not allowed to enter WvW on your new server untill the new weekly match-up started. It would make sense to avoid match fixing, but I couldn’t get verification on the wiki. So unless someone can debunk my memory as not actual in game, it is something you might want to keep in mind when transferring as something that might happen.

Short answer: account sharign is not allowed. So you are not allowed to log in to your brothers account.

Longer asnwer: despite the login issues, it is possible to use the game from where-ever you want. When loggin in from a strange location the rightfull owner has to authorize this.

Given the fact that you are not the rightfull owner of the account (and account sharing, even among brothers, is not allowed) I feel that it would be wrong to advise you what your borther should do to help you break the rules.

no offense off course. the rule against account sharing is there to avoid ownership issues. Off course you love your brother. And I am certain you never fight and have never been in an argument. But unfortunally it does happen that family members/friends/relatives fall out and it does happen (more often then you would think) that both party’s would claim ownership on the account. Anet doesn’t want to be a party in those kind of disputes and so they have a rule that account sharing is not allowed.

Personally, I have been in mmo’s that involve fishing. it is a nice addition to the games, but somehow doesnt fit into the gw2 universe.

May I ask you why you want to be able to fish??

Some games attach achievements to it. Given the boring way those achievements are often done, that is a no no for me. I’m actually glad that GW2 dropped the more boring achievement in the meta compared to gw1 (many are still there but just less rewarding).

For others it is loot. But as said, the activity is boring and shouldn’t be very rewarding if implemented.

The final reason from my experience would be fishing just to be able too. if implemented it should need a small reward (e.g. 5 achievement points for catching 15 different kinds of fish and 5 more if you caught a total of 500 fish). This I would have no objection too, but I’m afraid that it wouldnt make fishing very popular. So in my opinion its best to let fishing exist in other games.

Also keep in mind that you can use your t5 mats to upgrade them to t6 (see recipe on the wiki). The translations is 250 t5 mats + 3,5 skillpoints = 5-39 t6 mats. (the wiki say 6-40, but your require one t6 mat in the recipe).

As for whats kmore effective frostgorge or dungeons.
FS is more effective looking at profit per hour. But cause of the higher level of grind I would recommend a mix.

1 hour of FS train is my personal max, any longer and I get very unpleassant cause of boredom. However, dungeons I can do for 4-6 hours in a row with only breaks to sell.

I think SteamOS doesn’t have enough future as itself to make need for a SteamOS/linux – client.

don’t get me wrong. SteamOS is a promosing and good development, but it is not without criticism. Steam is allready considered too much as a monopolistic company by some. e.g. the decission to put skyrim on steam only was widely critised.

That is why I think SteamOS is a great way to prove that Linux as a gamingOS has more potential to serve the market of regular users (I know that many games including GW2 run excellent on Linux, but the people doing it are considered geeks, even among gamers and are not mainstream gamers). But if that point is proven I see SteamOS being replaced by a more traditional Linux distrubtion that is specialised in mainstream gaming.

So the future of linux gaming is too unsure yet and SteamOS is in my view more a proof of concept then a good mainstream replacement for windows PC’s.

This section is to report bugs, not to get a personalised solution to a personal issue. To recive such thing, you should make a support ticket (click support on top of this page).

Please udnerstand that GW2 is f2p and has a slower support system then some other mmo’s with a monthly fee. support has tasked themself to respond to you wihtin 72 hours, but in most cases they respond much quicker.

Also. Doubt that this is a bug, but it is as designed.
The dishonorable system is made in such a way that you get disnonorable points even when you DC. DC-ing often is something that has to do with a mailfunction at the user end or the providers end. That is not visable for Arenanet. This is also the reason why you don’t get a penalty at your first offense. So the system is working as intended.

If you want to discuss the system and want to propose changes, the PvP-forum is the place post.

So in short.
1: to get a personalized solution – file a support ticket
2: to discuss the current (correct working) dishonorable system, please do so in the PvP-forum.

Two remarks. I think that many things are allready said. but…

1: You are posting in a public forum. The purpose of this forum is to discuss support issues and account issues. All posts with a white background are done by players like you and me. So please be respectfull to those trying to help you!

2: It happens often that people attack support cause of the limited way they are accesable. The reason is that other games do it in a different way. The reason for it has to do with money. GW2 is free to play. This means that the amount of resources they have is limited. This means that on a single in game bug report, you don’t get a personalized response (as indicated in the window) and why they don’t answer to everything here on the forum.

However. If you follow the procedure and file a support ticket you are always helped and you always get good support! They can’t always help you, but if so they do their best to explain it as kind and fair possible.

This way support doesnt have to cost too much money and the game can be free to play with still having a very good support!

Short answer: no you can’t unless it is offensive (and in my personal judgement yours isn’t).

Longer answer: To explain this you need to know how a database work. Each entry in a database has a unique identifier. This identifier is the name of your full record at arenanet. This is your account ID. The only way to change your accountID is to delete your entire record and start a new fresh one. This will result that all kind of things like support history, purchase history, chat history, etc will be lost. So it is something that is very undesirable. the only exception is when your account id is even more undesirable then the side effects. So if it is a violation of the naming policy, you get a forced change (Support determines the new one accountID) and a mark on your new ID for bad behaviour.

Dungeons: I think many people do dungeons. But you might not know bout the lfg-tool in the game. This tool is very popular for dungeons and it is cross server. You can find it in your friendslist in the second tab. Use it to browse to the appropiate dungeon and join a group or start your own. For the commonly done explorable modes you often find a party within seconds. For the less profitable/harder paths as well as storymode it might take some bit longer, bit in my experience never longer then 15 minutes.

WvW: I think that, unless you are in a top 2 server or bottom 3 server, for all worlds goes:‘You win some and you loose some’. The matching system was very much balanced where you would face worlds in WvWvW that where equally matched to yours. The result was that there was little variation in matches. You ended up fighting the same world over and over. To fix this they changed the match-up system to a broader variety of worlds. This is resulting in matches where you have a hard time and in matches where you dominated all maps. So if you have bad experiences in WvW in one week, dont be scared to come back the next week when all might have changed.

As for open world PvE. It is pretty hard to judge from my perspective. You are posting this round noon my time (central Europe). This means it is late evening (prime time??) in Australia but workign day afternoon in europe and early morning in northern america. So if this is your average time to be online it is not a busy time.

There is a lot of difference between prime time on different servers. A good example would be Asutralia/new zealand. They have an odd primetime, but most are gathered on the server Sea’s of sorrow’s. So that server has a different primtetime then most other NA servers.

Felling lonely is a very subjective feeling. My advice would be to do more research in potentially good servers for your primetime/playstyle and start with guesting to other servers. This way you can see for yourself if it is just your server or if it is more just you.

3: The next one cuts deeply into the personal story. It is clearly war in Tyria between the good guys and the evil elder dragons. So far in the story’s we have lost many good man and woman. But besides a pet on the back from our commander, we move along and as characters are not showing a lot of emotion over it. Examples are Hekja and Apatia. Both are your second in command and trusted friends. Both turn into risen and have to killed by our own weapons. But after that they are quickly forgotten. Are there any plans to change this in future releases? I personally believe there are possibillity’s to honour and remember the fallen better through example given, our shouts or battle cry’s (wouldn’t it be awesome when you charge into a fortress in WvW after breaking down the gate, that your character or somebody elses would shout ‘FOR TYBALT!!’

Maybe…just some more silly speculation…your friend did a transfer to another world back then when it was still free cause guesting wasnt in place yet??

Guesting was implemented on january 28th, 2013. before that date, you couldnt guest between worlds, but instead a world transfer was free. This change has been announced within a good time frame, but being an inactive player he could have missed the warning and have forgotten it.

While saving up for the transfer fee, your friend can guest to play with you on the regular world

He can also transfer without paying the trasnfer fee, but this equires a different kidn of sacrifice: Deletion of all characters. When he has done this, the fee will be gone. Keep min mind that all items that are not soulbound can be stored in the bank and will be there when he makes a new character after the transition.

Ok, first off all I would like to ask you why you mention health steal?. Health steal of life steal is something that warriors don’t do and your build is not traited for it.

The second remark is that it ist very difficult to judge a build when the utility skills are left open.

You invest a lot and depend a lot on burst skills so on adrenaline, but you don’t invest a lot in getting your burst up quickly through your traits. This can be done as well through your utility skills, but as said, I can’t judge if it is enough to be effective.

The next remark is bout the purpose you have. Is it for PvE? PvP or WvW??

You are also saying that you get harder to kill, the more you fight. depending on burst skills makes you more powerfull, the more you kill, but it does not make you harder to kill (well maybe slightly, but nothing good).

The essence of beserker is to bne glass cannon. so you kill very quick, but you can be killed very quick either. In PvE, considering your base health and armor that is not a big issue on warriors, but in PvP or WvW it can and will be unless you find ways to counter an easy death.

So..I need much more info bout the purpose and the utility skills to judge, but for PvE this build is okayish, but not perfect. For PvP and WvW it is less viable in solo and random teams, but can has it use in organised teams that communicate through VOIP and know eachother pretty well.

You can buy it with karma from merchants (I think green is the max then)
Or you can use guildrecommendations, laurels, fractal relics or badges of honour to buy ascended versions.

I would recommend to go for the ascended versions. the first reason is cause the statst dont make a lot a of difference to your total stats. So you got time to gather them, the second reason is cause it goes pretty quick to get yourself fully equipped with ascended trinkets.
please make sure you do some study before starting. Same trinkets exist at different kind of merchants for different kind of prices.
For example the Ring of Red Death (beserker stats)
10 pristine fractal relics. These require to do your daily fractals for some times a day and be lucky. for frequent fractal players the best option, but otherwise it is not.
For 35 laurels (if you do daily and monthly, it cost you 25 days)
For 25 laurels and 250 badges of honour (if you do daily and monthly and have nough badges of honour to spare it cost you 15 days and 250 badges)

If you take the acesory ’Althea’s Ashes’, there are two ways to get it.
1: 40 laurels and 50 ecto’s. This translates to roughly 12 gold and 1 month of dailys and monthly’s
2: 5g and 12 guildreocmmendations. If your guild does all GM’s each weak, it will cost you 2 weeks and 5 gold.

So bottom line: go for ascended strait away, but make sure you know wich one you can get most effectivly, this is by type (so rings are always the same and accesory’s are always the same way to obtain independant of the stats)

Just a return question. How many skillpoints do you have (across your level 80 characters that have unlocked all skills)??

I got 750 skillpoints, I got one legendary weapon ready (except the precursor). And am working activly on the second. I made several mystic forge weapons requiring skillpoints (Eldritch Scrolls). considering the cost and the amount of skillpoints needed I never doubted my skillpoints to be my currency drain.

Gaining skillpoints is extremely easy considered to gaining karma or gold.

Your amount of Karma is very high as well.

afaik, there is some rumor for legendary equipment. The source used on the wiki is an old interview with an arenanet official. the article contains many other prmisses they didn’t keep. bout this subject he is saying: ‘One new type of Legendary gear will definitely be putting in an appearance this year and will likely be a trinket such as a ring or amulet.’
So they didn’t keep the promise for a legendary trinket in 2013. any other gear never got announced. So basicly, future legendary gear is nothing but a rumour.

Also keep in mind that they said that they didnt want to keep adding gear level on gear level. They dont want to follow other games that do that. So the level off ascended is going to be the max. Legendary gear could be an exception cause it is not a different level, but more convinient. but it is all rumour so far.

Having said all this (with a reason).
You amount of karma is extremely high
If your amount of skillpoints is above 500, that is very high as well.
One can never have enough gold
the future is unpredictable.

So stick to your gold infusion till more info is known. you can speculate a lot bout future upgrades, but the one thing that is always needed is gold. So stick to that till other resources are needed.

Acount theft is basicly identity theft. When you are a victum to this support tries as best as they can to verify they are talking to the rightfull owner. But it also happens that players loose full proof that they are the rightfull owner. So support has to find a midway between security and being customer friendly.

As Sandra said, it seems that your friends online security is very badly compromised.
If this would be my friend I would do the following
1: get in contact with him without using any computer related communication channel (e.g. a phoneline)
2: make a free email account for him (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc), tell him the details and make sure he agrees.
3: help him make a support ticket to explain the situation. Use the new emailadres as the contact adress.
4: help your friend to improve/fix his online security. If possible to get someone there with knowledge. But if not, let him re-install windows and be very carefull to only install programs from trusted soruces.
5: when he has regained control over his online security, make him change the password off the emailadress created at 2. By that time support proly has answered and can get help him regain full control over his account.

Keep in mind, the thief is still on your friend as a target, so lock the thief out!!

As said, when making a gameaccount it is not allowed to use fake names. However, its not a big offense that will lead to a terminated acount or being blocked from support.

It does mean that you need to leave that field blank. When it comes to privacy or personal security related requests, this can lead to a situation where support can’t help you cause they can’t validate your authority. I know in those situations that they are very helpfull and try their best to help you anyways, but offcourse, they need to find a way to check you are the person who is the rightfull owner, and that can be an issue if you lied bout your name.

Basicly Curtis is saying that they are looking into a change, but are not garanteeing anything. Also I don’t think they are not going to change it on a one on one basis retrospective (too much work to figure it out). To the OP. afaik, the content of a BL-chest is decided when unlocking, so there is no reason to keep them about till certain promotions.

Yes, I did it with lover before I made my dreamer a few months after the game came out. It didn’t affect anything and had a nice feathery look to it.

I think the OP is talking bout equiping a precursor by accident, meaning you got it in your inventory, but you are not sure if you want to sell it or keep it.

You wanted the dreamer, so the lover was a welcome thing to get. but if you are not sure iof you want the legendary that leads to the precursor you got you might have an issue if you accidantally equip it cause it is soulbound on equip.

To answer the OP, people did it on purpose cause that was the legendary they wanted. People might also done it one accident. If so, the policy of support is that they don’t change the new ‘status’ of the item. so you are stuck with it. in special cases they might change their mind, but prolly only after making sure it wasnt with the purpose of getting a refund.

I think it would be up to par with, say the Twilight Greatsword where the sword leaves trails and has an aura itself. I’m not saying it is up to par (and I’m not saying it isn’t up to par). I am saying that recently Anet has change the effects on many legendary’s, but not on this one. From that I am getting the conclusion that Anet thinks it is up to par the way it is.

If you think that anet should add footsteps, feel free to ask them. but given this recent change and given the OP’s question the answer is that there is no indication that Anet is going to add this.

We aren’t quite ready to go into all the details here, but what I can say is you will see a specific way to build precursor items on your way to a legendary. On top of this, you’ll also see new legendary weapons and new types of legendary gear in 2013. Building your precursor will require a large amount of the new crafting material rewards listed above, 500 in crafting, and likely a combination of other items earned for completing more specific content in the game.

This is a promise they made and didn’t keep. They have worked on it. a few months after this post some new items where data-mined that where ment to do what they promised, but it never went live. And it was promised for the 2013.
There is even a recent post here that they explain they aren’t making the deadline and asking us to be patient. but feel free to search that one for yourself. point is, it was promised for 2013, and it still didnt arrive!

This eliminates the issue for many weapons you are discussing. This eliminates half of your fears.

I personally dont think that anet is overlooking this and both classes could and should get an nice buff on their skills imo

Anet once acknowledged this issue. The announced to bring in a new way to ‘craft’ your precursor so it would not be depending on RNG of dumb farming till you drop dead. That sounds awesome. But there is a catch. It was announced for the second half of 2013. All we know is that it is obviously postponed, but why and how long is not clear.

Your friend can go to this website, go to support and file a support ticket.

Keep in mind that it takes up to 72 hours max for support to reply (often quicker). He gets a support ticket (it appears on screen atfer making it). If he doesnt get an answer in 72 hours, ask him for the ticket number and post it in the sticky called ‘tickets for review’.

Keep in mind that you might have completed the map before and a poi was added later. So make sure you check all, including WvW (not eotm) and all towns.

There is no reason at all to asume that the current legendary’s will change. The shield is considered to have different animations, that activate when using skills (turning of the page). Those are instead of the footsteps.

Recently They overhauled some of the legendary’s that where in the eyes of the devs not up to level compared with the other legendary’s. This leads to my conclusion that they judge this to be up par with the others.

Most devs are terrible players. I always see it as a DJ. A DJ doesnt have to be a great dancer to make good dance music.

They work together with testers. Testers are great players so you prolly should ask them and not devs.

I am absolutly not saying you should play different. In well coordinated groups you are prolly absolutly right. I have always prefered the come as your are approach where coordination is limited to what is abokittenly needed (as is common in PUG’s).

The issue I have is that too many people are copying builds and tactics from well coordianted groups without knowing why and udnerstanding the idea behind. This leads to a false meta where people play a build without knowing anything what they are doing. Arguing from that point that it is better for OP to go scepter goes staff is rubbish is….well showing a lack of understanding. you are clearly showing you do understand the debate and why I make other decissions then you in my advise. But unfortunally some others do not.

For example the fact that they are fully ignoring the healing part of empowerment means they haven’t ever read the skill description properly.

A good example is what happened in a (level 80 only) pug yesterday in AC p3. during spider and all other fights the might was stacking good by others and so i kept my GS up and only switched to staff for the running and skips. But the pug was obvious not well protected. I was the only guardian and specially the warrior was going down too fast for my liking (not a clue what he was running and I’m not an expert in warriors, but normally if things they are one of the last standing and this one went down pretty quick). So I needed to support a lot. During Kholer the spikes of the adds caused near wipes several times and my regular support was always under pressure. The healing of empowerment helped there a lot to keep the party up and the damage high.

My point is that al lot of people just pick scepter cause ‘everybody uses scepter’ instead of understanding why and how. If the OP, reading this discussion decides to try both, I’m happy, even if he after tryingt decides that he prefers the scepter (or wants to stay with two melee sets. I personally feel more secure with having a ranged weapon as secondary weapon, but I fully agree that I hardly really have to swap, unless it is for healing by empowerment or for some skipping. But my trusted GS is nothing to complain bout anyways.

Installing the game takes considerable time regardless of your own connection. It’s a big bulk of data and the weak point is the update server.

You can speed it up if you know someone who has the game. You can copy the game files from his/her computer and onto yours (if using a usb-stick, make sure it is atleast 20GB big and formatted to NTFS).

It takes bout 6-7 hours to download the entire game.

I have never played SWTOR and only a lil bit of WoW (trial only).
To answer your question directly I should have to know what you liked bout SWTOR and disliked bout WoW.

To help you easy your mind. Arenanet (the makers of GW2) is founded by ex-blizzard employees that where unhappy with the way Blizzard was doing things. Specially GW1 was therefor considered as the competitor of Blizzard that did things different.

With GW2 Arenanet went a different direction in an approach to lure away SWTOR and WoW players. But they did so by not copying WoW but by revolutionizing the way MMO’s work. This has resulted in the remove of the trinity (this game does have skills that heal other players, but those are inferior to self-healskills all classes have, so there are no true healers. On top of that the way agro works in this game means that tanks have a very limited role).

The atmosphere of GW2 is a post medieval/steampunk society. This is significant different then a pure Sci-Fi atmosphere as in SWTOR, but a bit in the middle between SWTOR and WoW.

So welcome to GW2, hope you wil enjoy it as much as SWTOR!

I got a pain in my heart for every timeI see a nightmare tower event where you have to free the captured engineers. It really makes me wonder why Anet keeps these events around. Nobody ever do them again………ow wait, We all complained for more permanent content in the living story over and over!

The result, even more dead events cause we actually didnt care at all!!

It is not procedure to replace those items. The legacy armor is soulbound and is saying so. The mithril box and the experience booster you could store in the bank before you deleted the characters. The msitfire wolf skill is for all your characters, but you have to buy it everytime with skillpoints. You can’t do this before level 30.

Off course, the context in how you lost items is important. For this you can make a support ticket.

Go on top of this page to support and then submit a ticket. Make sure you answer the questions as good as possible.

There is a huge difference between end game stats and starter stats.
End game stats:
Beserker!
Beserker is power – precission – critical damage.
This is the meta for Warrior, Thief, Ranger, Mesmer and Engineer.
Only on Necromancer, ele and guardian there are other stats considered by many to be on par. For Necromancer: codition based stats (though conditions are bad designed in GW2, the necro uses them so much it is of use), The ele for example to use divitnity stats (a small bonus to all stats) and for Guardian to build more on healing power.

However. Bezerker (power, precission, critical damage) stats is not good for leveling! the reason is that you havent reach your full potential yet. Beserker means you hit very hard but you have little protection from your stats. This is countered by protective traits/skills and by dodging a lot. Having your base armor on the top level is important too. Off course, the closer you get to 80, the better beserker stats will be.

My adsvice: I can give you on a plate what to bring when leveling, but as said, the stats for level 80 are pretty set. So use the leveling time to try out alternatives. In WvW and in some situations, even at 80, beserker doesnt do what it needs to do. So try out a toughness/vitality set. Understand what is different and what it does to your effectiveness and sutvivabillity.

Looking at my server, guessing mine is pretty average, I come on a total off 100k people online at primetime.

AP’s are bad indicator. I know a lot of casual players who don’t care bout them and have less then3k but still login on a regular base.
