Thanks for the report guys, we’re aware of the issue and are working on getting a fix for this new issue. If you stick around for now it should work correctly when the event restarts.
The latest hotfix should have resolved the remaining blocking issues for this release. Please let me know if there are still any problems with the open world portions so that we may continue investigating.
Hey there Lare. Thanks for the report. We would really love it if you could provide us with a screenshot that shows what your active quest is in the upper right hand corner both before you quit the episode as well as after. This will help us diagnose if there is an issue here or if I merely just need to clarify the functionality for you.

You guys are correct about talking to characters in replay mode to get additional copies of the items. However we are probably going to move the phantasmal residue out onto the instance completion splash screen in order to make it more clear for alts.

Just wanted to pop in and say that we are investigating the issues with the iron marches content as fast as we can so that we can get you guys back to progressing through the episode. These issues are indeed proving quite tricky to nail down (it’s not as simple as they simply won’t restart) but we are working hard to get everything addressed as quickly as possible.

The way it works is if you still have the mail in your inventory it won’t send you a new one. If you go click on the old mail it should update your quest. If you have deleted the old mail it should send you a new one.
I would check to make sure your mailbox is not full just in case!

When you are in replay mode you will always see the purple instance entrances unless going to that instance is the next step of the storyline for you. You will also have a green marker that shows you the next step of the storyline. So you should have both most of the time but never over the same place.

I did some more digging and credit towards finding the coin should happen instantly upon interaction, not upon completion of the skill charge bar. This means that you should not have to worry about losing or missing credit for coins by being interrupted.
I know you guys are saying you’re going to all the locations and using guides but perhaps a few are being particularly evasive for you?

Unfortunately the crash has damaged most of the crystals that have fallen into Dry Top and their power fades much more rapidly than in the cliffs. Each crystal will grant you 15 seconds to use skills before the crystals power has dissipated.

You must participate in the marionette encounter in order to progress to the step where you go to LA. You do not have to WIN the fight, only participate. Once you participated that step should go away.

There are 3 legendary creatures in the labyrinth and they each have their own event and achievement for defeating them. They are:
The Labyrinthine Horror, the Grand High Viscount of Candy Corn, and the Skeletal Lich.

This is by design. The mad king tower now has a 15 minute timer and you get a point each time you make it to the top in that 15 minute window.
When it gets to about 1:30 seconds or so left on the clock, it will not start another round, because otherwise there is a chance you would be in the puzzle when it resets and that is no fun ><. It will then announce the winner(s) and start another 15 minute round when the timer hits 0.

Smaxx is correct, the minipet category is permanent, but the subcategory in Living World that gets you the slickpack will be available for this release only.

Hey guys, apologies for this, it looks like this is related to a pretty rare combination of factors. We’re working on a fix for this and I will update you guys when it is live.
If you get a game over and return to the hub and attempt to immediately re-enter a world, you will have 1 life.
If you have a continue coin and use it when you get a game over or buy one from Moto when you get a game over, you will receive the 5 lives you are expecting.
TLDR: Get continue coins and use them for your five life bundles.
Also if you have 5 or 10 continue coins when you get a game over, you can use them in bulk for 25 or 50 lives

The original SAB achievement list will return, along with a new, separate achievement list for world 2.
There may even be a new special surprise for folks who finished the original list of achievements (which will also be available for folks who finish the original list while it is available)…
you can just do 5 full invasions from any character on your account.
Clarification: You need to get to the overflow within 10 minutes of the invasion starting or you will need to wait about 45 minutes for the next one to begin.
You’ll need to complete five full invasions (you don’t need to go through all the waves and win, you just have to participate on a map that has an invasion, when the timer ends you will get credit).
This is a bug where Vorpp is telling you to come back early >< we have a fix and will be pushing it out sometime soon. Sorry for the confusion.
any overflow that opens up 10 minutes after the invasion begins will not have the event active. This is to prevent them from carrying over into the next invasion, as they will be active for 45 minutes maximum.
Check for invasions near the start of the hour, though there is some slight variance.
Scarlet has locked the arena down and is in there now doing mean things
If you help Vorpp reverse engineer the portal you can go in and kick her out, which will let you get back in to the arena proper.
This is a slight hiccup with new maps starting up; the new invasion will be starting very very soon, this should clean all that up

I can shed some light on this. Simply put: we found immobilize made nearly every boss trivially easy. In particular the sylvari elite skill because the bosses would never try to break the vines. Our solution was to remove immobilize from the equation and balance the bosses without it.
I do agree it would be nice if we had a way to visually show this. I’ll see what we can do for the next release.

I would like to clear up one potential misunderstanding; the guild kite vendor is not going away when this release ends, and should stay around for the forseeable future.
In other words, if obtaining a guild kite is a goal you would like to set for yourself, you should be able to save up enough gradually over time without the worry of the vendor being removed before you can get enough.
Thanks for this post. There have been many people who have requested something like this, and I don’t want you guys to think we are not listening. We have been, and currently are, exploring what would need to happen in order to make this a possibility (it is more complicated than you would think), and while I cannot guarantee that it will happen or when, we definitely understand the draw of playing activities with your friends are not dismissing this as something that will never happen.
The sprint will indeed end when all racers have made it up to the finish area. It periodically checks to see if anyone is still racing and if not, it will end early.

It’s all percentage based, there are no advantages for having less or more health.
The bug fix that was implemented this morning prevents Adnul from using Critique on the same turn it ends, granting a minimum of one turn before he can use it again. The reason he belches so often is because he never fakes (or extremely infrequently) so his belch comes off cooldown often.

So we’ve been investigating this issue and we feel that Adnul is being a little too mean. We will have a change in soon that should make him give players a bit more breathing room while still maintaining the difficulty to a degree.
