Two words: Underwater Combat
I must agree though, that I would like to see more underwater areas open up that feel populated and cared for rather than added in as mere scenery.
Honestly Commander’s Inspiration seems like it should be a stance, and BLS looks like it should be renamed something else and be a shout with a cast time in which you “absorb” the damage and shout it back. I vote Foos Ro Dah.
The biggest issue right now is that rangers have no access to short bursts of stability. Someone built for boon stripping, or even with a Sigil of nullification can rip your 30 seconds of stability and even steal it depending on the class, and boon strip is somewhat broken due to it always prioritizing stability over any other boon. That said, evasion > stability. Learn to use it properly and you shouldn’t have too many issues with CC.
1/2 sec daze and evade in the beginning.
Balanced? What ? PW has two phase
1) Pistol attack with 3/4s cast time + little stun 1/2s and no evade
2)Sword attack with +- 1 sec evadeWrong.
Pistol whip has two phase:
1. Downing glassy enemies by spamming 3.
2. Blind stomp them.Does it cost to respond to your stupid post?
It doesn’t cost anything to hear what PW thieves do.
Also, you obviously have no idea what thieves do. The autoattack has the same overall DPS as Pistol whip and can upkeep 100% crippled and weakness, shutting down nukers and burst classes. Any good thief who uses S/P is and will be insulted by being accused of spamming 3 (which everyone does, even when you only used it once – at the opportune moment – because they don’t know what they’re talking about and will look for any outlet to blame for them losing to an S/P thief).
I don’t think your build was viable to begin with, to be completely honest. Any backstab build should be running Hidden Killer if they don’t already have 100% crit chance, and your distribution is all over the place. It looks more like a sword build than a dagger build, and you may as well be going 30 in Trickery for Sleight of Hand to prioritize the enemy’s stability boon.
ever heared of this class ?
Oh, the one that just received nothing but nerfs, 5 grandmasters that aren’t worth taking over anything that already exists, suffered the highest overall DPS loss of any class from the ferocity change, and had their only viable rune set in competitive PvP (Lyssa) nerfed? No, I haven’t heard of them. Please elaborate on how they’re OP.
I think you mean the class have limited build diversity. Shadow Arts thief is OP, just my opinion though.
In WvW? I couldn’t agree more. In PvP, however, going into Shadow Arts is redundant as you don’t want to spend time in stealth, since it prevents capture progress.
1.5k toughness practically is glass against Eviscerate, unfortunately. I’m not surprised, really. It’s painful when it lands, as is intended.
well im a mesmer and i wear rabid gear…thats is not glasscannon mesmer….for a warrior or guardian or anyone else apart from ele and thief i’d say ..thats as much as u can get if u actually wanna deal dmg asa mesmer……
but wow that is a really stong attack.
Rabid gear is condition gear, mind you. Don’t expect to be hitting big numbers.
OP should look into the theory of hybrid. Every class has hybrid builds. Every class has burst builds and every class has sustain builds. That is fact and cannot be refuted.
How well the build functions is subject to operator error. IE. – The player.
Lol of course P/D is unkillable, but it’s also insanely easy to play and thus boring. I find it funny you say ele needs to get nerfed (attunement swaps) just so you have an easier time using 1 and 5 against them.
Also, sigil of doom + sigil of energy share the same cooldown. You make yourself look like a fool claiming to ahve the best build blablabla when you don’t know this basic info.
So essentially you’re saying its a crutch build. Couldn’t agree more.
What is the cookie cutter rotation on sword pistol? Just trying this out after reading this thread.
The thing about S/P is it’s extremely situational, meaning you use your skills based on what’s happening in the now rather than mindlessly using a set rotation every time you enter a fight like D/D or D/P.
If you need to interrupt a cast, use Head Shot. If you need to prevent someone from moving but still damage them (ala running warriors) use Pistol Whip. If you need to chase/prep a position swap, use Infiltrator’s Strike. Sword autoattack in general is pretty strong, able to maintain permanent crippled and weakness, making it extremely powerful against burst. While sword 2 does have condition removal, it’s only enough to counter light condition classes, such as bleed thieves, spirit rangers, guardians, warriors and elementalists. If you want to counter necros, mesmers, and engineers, you’ll need to pack more condition removal in traits, runes, and utilities.
I hope I’ve helped. S/P has an extremely high skill floor, which is why it’s undesirable to many thieves as compared to D/D and D/P which have relatively low skill floors. I wouldn’t recommend it to you unless you’re adept at identifying the mechanics and skills of enemy classes and know what to interrupt and what you can and can’t counter. With S/P, it’s life or death to know your limitations. You have little to no access to stealth, so don’t try any 1v10’s with it. When you’re skilled enough, you’ll be able to identify which classes to rip boons from via steal to aid in your 1v4’s and such, but those fights are extremely difficult without the crutch of stealth (however still possible with enough talent).
As for a build, I’ll give you mine:
http://en.gw2skills.net/editor/?fYAQNAsaVlYmSO3dS6E/5Eh3jyOWzqVgmdP4q81KA-j0DBYfREREgaAiWGgQAM5pIaslhFRjVNDRVLoqkYaXQ6XwmeQ2eAGfLrWKAsFGB-w
Feel free to swap the Traveler runes out for Perplexity. You might not have a ton of condition damage, but confusion will always be of aid and prevent your enemy from spamming their rotations without killing themselves. I have a secondary set with perplexity for this reason, but because of the cost of traveler I’m partial to not replace them with the much cheaper runes set. You can upkeep 100% swiftness during combat with vigor and dodges.
Yep. I roam exclusively using my stealthless thief build. If you ever see an S/P thief with a fractal sword on GoM, feel free to engage. I love me my 1vX’s, especially all the tears I get when people call me a blind-spamming, perma-stealth, no-skill cheese thief when I outplay them. See, it’s funny because I intentionally cripple my survivability by not running any a access to stealth in the first place for the challenge in it, then get called every name in the book by bads.
If ArenaNet were to create new maps, we saw this with southsun, they’d quickly be dead after a few weeks of the content update going live. We’ve had several dungeons now, and I don’t think they’d do well if they were permanent. If ANet were to create more crafting professions I don’t see at all how it’d impact the game in a positive way. Crafting is something you do to level your alts, not make things.
I do agree that we need more permanent content, and from Colin’s latest blog post that’s what they’re doing. Going with Neverwinter’s content updates would however be a step backwards in this game’s direction.
And also Fractals.
I had the same issue. Go into your BIOS and disable the [fn] function key, which will cause you to have to hold down function to adjust your volume, screen output, help, etc but will give access to your f1-f12 keys.
Please, for the love of god, don’t make a warrior. There are too many.
I hear mesmers have a spot that needs filling, though.
I play a condition thief in sPvP and tPvP and have been told that I’d be prefered over any backstab thief on a team in a given day.
We also have viable s/d boon hate builds, s/p stun and teleport builds, and several variations of backstab builds. Recently I’ve even seen venomshare builds pop up for team support, and multiple bunker builds. I don’t know how you can say that thieves are the least versatile at all. We have more build variety than we’ve ever had and more than engineer and ranger combined, so please let me know how we “aren’t versatile”. You just have to play with builds and see what fits your playstyle.
Also Signet of Malice, that is all.
Well you can do a lot in a zerg fight. Use your AoE attacks.
Shortbow for sure and the most important, among other things, keep your Daggerstorm when you see some downed players and enter with Shadowstep (utilitie) to finish them. This can definetly turn the battle outcome.
As I said in an other thred Thieves with the guard buff are very likely to keep playing thief.
Others that are leveling one now is very difficult to keep playing one .
Always speaking about WvW incase you haven’t figured it.Burst them down .Make them suffer
D/D – Sb FTWPS: I already have a 80 lvl full ascended c/c warrior lvl 90 wvw rank .It’s very boring to play with…..
do a lot in a zerg fight? srry i think you somehow got misdirected to the thief forum. and if u take my joke lightly plz show a video of you being “productive” in a zerg, and i mean moreso than any other class. without stayin on the edge pickon on strays. helping the zerg and not hiding.’
I’m in the same boat as hawkeye. People don’t get that thieves have a role in ZvZ, and that’s stealthing, teleporting in and taking out back liners before they can do any harm to your own zerg while the tanky initiators and front liners are protecting them. Ever see a staff ele go down in one hit? That’s why thieves are important in zergs. Sure, we aren’t tag-o-matics like staff guardians, but we are in fact blast finisher dumps, stealth machines and burst masters. We can do things that nobody else can do without getting focus targetted first. Use that.
Maybe they should do a WvW meta achievement and put all of the servers in “leagues” where they can fight in extremely stacked matches and get rewarded for zerging as hard as their hearts desire! Anyone? Anyone?
I think it’s generally accepted within the thief community that, despite its scaling with healing power buff on December 10th, Assassin’s Reward is extremely lackluster for a grandmaster trait.
Due to its placement in Acrobatics, it synergizes well with Trickery builds, which leads to anyone using both lacking both Stealth and Condition Removal. This is an issue in the current meta, and one of the better proposed ideas is to let Assassin’s Reward have a “countdown buff” which removes a condition for every ~5 initiative spent. Being on par with Stealth thieves which have condition removal periodically in stealth, this would allow Assassin’s Reward the viability in a PvP format which most acrobatics builds (aside from one S/D + S/D build that’s fallen out of place) so desperately lack. Non-stealth builds are also actively engaged in combat, and I feel that this change to Assassin’s Reward would do wonders for build diversity for thieves in PvP, who are currently pigeonholed into 3 build archetypes (S/D acrobatics, D/P trickery/Shadow Arts, S/P trickery), none of which dare take Assassin’s Reward due to the lack of survivability you have against condition builds whilst running it.
Thank you for your consideration,
~Glïnt
Skills that are unevadable like Guardian Walls will still trip or apply their CC to the Revenant – so a hammer or staff guardian should be able to use positioning to counter the evade frame on Sword 3, same as necro.
It’s only a matter of time before thrill of the crime is complained about. I swear its impossible to take these nerf requests seriously anymore, they’re just grasping for anything they can find no matter how good or bad it is.
You already nerfed disabling shot to oblivion, what else do you want?
“The thief’s ability to wield more then a single 1-handed weapon is just to much along with their totally super god hax damage, the only way for thief to be TRULY balanced is to remove their weapons period!”
I feel that’s the logical conclusion at this rate.
But then fists would be OP.
Here’s Ferrum’s Unicorn Build.
- It’s a condition build. Give it some love and learn it’s ways, and you’ll be invincible.
- It’s very OP considering the survivability and the massive condition stacks.
- 20% uptime of stability, regen, aegis, protection, retaliation and vigor.
- 100% uptime of fury, swiftness and 6-14 stacks of might.
You’re welcome!
Unicorn relevant:
Good luck killing anyone with that build. You are practically a Buffer tank with silly damage and apart from sword #2 you have no mobility
So, practically if someone decides to run away there is nothing you can do. Especially against profs with good condition removal.
This build has:
No applied pressure or burst
No Stuns outside shield cd
Very limited mobility. You should have at least 2 of the above.
I doubt you think condition damage is a viable option as well, since in an average sPvP fight (which doesn’t last long) I deal 44k-60k damage just in bleeds. They remove it? Apply it again. You probably think that hammer/GS zerker is the be-all-end-all as well.. My CC is moderate and fine. I’ve won competition after competition with it, and escaped plenty of zergs with sword 2 and shield 4. I have bleed bursts, which are the moments when I stack 25 stacks on and watch as your health goes down by 1/4 per second.
Yes, it’s a tank build, and it’s also been called “very OP because of the high condition pressure”. I get plenty of kills solo roaming with this build in a fairly short amount of time. It doesn’t have the “instakill” capability of going full zerker, but the survivability and higher sustained damage in conditions makes up for it.
Please, before you critique a build, L2P more than burst.
EDIT: Also, I never have issues with people running away. Cripple on autoattack, sword 2, shield bash, flurry for a long immobilize, and pin down make it hard for someone to get away without shortly downing from bleeding out.

I love that down state exists, it adds more elements of play. It brings in more strategy. I’ve often used downed teammates as bait so I can kill the person who downed them. Or I will use a downed enemy to bait his friend into trying to res him, then I beat up the guy ressing and I now have 2 kills!
The only real issue I have with down state is that it’s too easy to rally. In PvE I understand kill 1 mob, rally, ok. But in WvW you should have to meet some more criteria before you are allowed to rally off a certain target. I think either multiple targets should have to die to rally you. Or that you need to reach a higher damage threshold than just “tagging” someone. Possibly a combination of both.
As a WvW and sPvP player, I like that downed-state exists. I feel that the game meta would be so burst focused without it that it would be incredibly boring.
This. The downed state replaces the need for a dedicated healer class, and makes organized team play VERY rewarding, and also allows for organized teams to punish rezzing. It’s an active decision you have to make, and I can’t fathom why these threads still pop up every week. It’s part of the game and is actually one of the KEY things that makes PvP fun to spectate.
Interesting idea. Could be useful in giving defensive builds access to more frequent bursts for cleansing ire.
They’ve already stated that they’d have to take development time out to create a new system for people to sit in chairs properly. Don’t think it’s happening any time soon. :P
All is Vine. D’:
I hope by shallow you mean extremely complex and that no fight between class A and class B will ever turn out the same because it’s extremely reliant on build and skill as it was in Guild Wars 1.
People often confuse Player A beating Player B 100% of the time with Class A will beat Class B 100% of the time, which is obviously false.
On my thief, mesmer, warrior, necro, guardian, engineer, ranger and ele I never find myself spamming 1 in ZvZ fights. I’m constantly utilizing my AoEs at the right time to tag, apply conditions and immobilize targets. Anyone who thinks they can spam 1 and win against a coordinated group is a fool.
I alopogize for my erratic typing. It’s late.
Also, the ability to fight one of the dragons in a giant golem.
Fixed that for you.
Hi there Key,
I’m one of those “No-stealth” thieves, and honestly I’d prefer being a perma stealth thief purely for the reactions they get compared to playing without stealth. People have this notion that, if a thief doesn’t use stealth, they’re a bad player and only won out of sheer luck.
Pick your poison.
By far, the best name I’ve seen was a thief named Cull Me Maybe (prior to the removal of culling in WvW.)
I think that they should only display the title below the name if we mouse over them. Then, only one person at a time would show their title.
I thought you guys were Kaineng for life, especially after the WM/TL/RE/CO fallout. Sad to see you go. Any word on whether Rx is following suit?
I’m sick of Burnfall getting alt accounts.
Use the Action Camera. Have an accessable keybind (mine is T) to turn it off for calling targets or selecting a target around a corner. You lose the ability to control the length of heartseekers, but gain greater character control and camera control. You’ll never miss a bp+4hs stealth combo and can quickly swap in and out of action cam for team stealth and skill utilities/manual targeting.

Stonemist rolls eyes 1.5 years in and I don’t have 10 caps on that achievement.
Well, mathematically speaking while we’re on WvW achievements, I’m nearing 10,000 dolyaks killed. At this rate it’ll only be 498 more years until I have that Yakslapper achievement
Something really needs to be done about this though. Running apothecary gear compared to cleric poses the same issue. Cleric gear limits you to supporting your allies and dealing little damage, where apothecary lets you stack bleeds/torment/etc and deal massive damage while supporting your team, allowing for simultaneous offensive and defensive play. It’s dire and apothecary gear that are the biggest issues, and this is coming from someone who’s used both. I don’t like being invincible, it’s just not fun for anyone.
I just shadowstep in, start the stomp, back out, and steal back to her at the last second.
I main a charr because of GW1, actually. A race that had the power to destroy an entire nation and who’s steal outshines that of the dwarves is alright in my book. I also made him proud, groomed, and have Kudzu, because what’s a charr without a sense of fashion?
This skill is an elite skill that stuns for 1.5 seconds on a 45 second cd with a 1 second cast time. It also doesn’t stack with other stuns. The problem is it doesn’t measure up to other stuns let alone other elites.
Examples of better stuns:
-Signet of Domination (3 second stun, 45 second cd, 1200 range, is a signet, 1/4 second cast)
-Magic bullet (2 second stun, other effects on bounce, combo finisher, 900 range, 25 second cd)
-Static field (2 second stun, 40 second cd, 1200 range, combo field)
-Earthshaker(1-2 second stun based upon adrenaline, 600 range, 3/4 second cast, 10 second cd)
-skull crack(1-3 second stun, 10 second cd)
-Whirling strike(1-2 second stun, 10 second cd)Basilisk venom was fine as an elite when it was unbreakable, but as it is now, it’s meh as a stun and lacklustre as an elite (this is important as it’s thief’s only underwater elite).
I suggest either increasing the duration to 3 seconds, or reducing the cd to around 25-30 seconds.
i disagree completely. It’s an elite skill which extremely blows out every other one in terms of CD. kitten cd is amazing. the stun is at a good level, 1.5 isnt too little nor is it too high.
And i see almost every thief use it. Why buff something already widely used? so people can never use daggerstorm ever again? or thieves guild?
I use it when roaming because it’s the best option, not because it’s good. Most thieves rotate their elites between situations. Just because it’s widely used doesn’t make it viable, it simply makes it the least kittenty of anything. Thieves Guild is OP in 1v1 situations, but has no place in any other application, while Dagger Storm is great for soloing camps and pairs well with signet of malice for zerg fights. Basilisk Venom is just the “go to” option when not a) dueling or b) capping a camp or in a zerg fight, which is a lot. I guarantee that if BV got any buff, it’s usage for the same situations would neither increase or decrease, and neither would the other two options. Hell, occasionally I even take the human elite Reaper of Grenth over Basilisk Venom, since you can upkeep permanent chilled and stack up to 40 seconds of poisoned, a far greater effect than a 1.5 second stun that I only ever use over Pistol Whip because it’s off cooldown and I could use a second or so to gather my surroundings before deciding my next move. Most fights don’t last long enough to need it twice, anyway. So the cooldown point is moot.

@Axel, can’t +1 this enough.
If you insist on ranged, take Longbow with the Spotter trait and Frost Spirit.
I love lurking and watching Trav defend his initial point by going off on tangents that have nothing to do with or support said initial point.
The fact is that it isn’t close to “the best build”. There is no omnipotent zerg-busting, solo-roaming, win-button build. We have build variety for a reason, and you’ve told everyone in this thread who disagrees with you that our builds are sub-par to yours then challenge is to pointless duels in private messages. It’s sad and childish to assume that you have and created the best build out there and then refuse to believe those of us who say otherwise.
I’ve said it before. Posts like this, and the majority of the posts I see by you, Travlane, show the epitome of what people hate about egotistical thieves that rub it in when they win 1 battle out of 9. Stop it, for the sake of the community.
you dont read no good does you? ok. in a debate if you disagree with something you validate your line of thinking / claim with a counterpoint/fact/example. so plz show me a video and explanation of what you think the best overall build for thieves is in wvw?
again since you cant read. if u think u have mastered thief this thread was not for you. poof be gone.
im not just a thief im a guardian too. i play thief 60% and guardian 40% ….i sometimes on occaision sprinkle in my engi or necro. but im also a zerk guardian…not very mainline. i do different thinks.
you may or may not agree with me and that is perfectly fine. but the thing is…u dont have to be a rude lil boy like you are….just say hey i think you are wrong and here is my reasoning. rather you act like a lil brat with no education and maturity. come back and say somethign when ur a grown man. until then. TA!
Excuse me but I’m far more eloquent, so when you decide to start name calling please think about what you’re going to say.
Secondly, if you don’t play thief 100% of the time, stop going around the forums telling everyone that you’ve mastered every aspect of the class and know when to make the right call in posting. All I ask is that you cease this behavior, because it makes you look bad.
i didnt call you a name. i told you if you want to adress me thats fine dont act like a brat/child etc. if i called you a name it would read….you are a brakittens ok if u were educated you would know the difference right? see what i did there? i didnt call you stupid but it kinda implied it…..implications and exclamations are 2 very different things amigo lol. anyway back to gw2.
heres a picture. read the chat log. your turn.
PS… i knew you would ignore my points check mate debate is won …anything further you say is just argumentative and irrelevant. unless you address the aforementioned !….
You’re being completely hypocritical. My point wasn’t how long you’ve played. My POINT was that you go around acting like you own the forums because you’re probably 18 and know it all. I wish I knew it all again, but unfortunately I’m too old to deal with this kitten.
- “I run the best build”
- “I’ve mastered D/P, D/D, SB, S/D, S/P and now P/D”
- “Lol u should duel me then we’ll see who knows more”
- This one’s funny because you run a P/D troll build and can’t kill anyone or be killed, so you’re essentially going to keep stealthing and re-healthing until you call it a draw.
Tengu are much cooler and have more back story and character development potential.
#TenguForPresident
I received my precursor as a gift from Gate of Madness back in November in thanks to organizing the server for WvW. I’m proud of my legendary that I crafted it into, and even if nobody else sees the sentimental value in that,, it’ll always be my pride and joy. People like you anger me when you assume that we (those of us with legendaries) obtained them illegitimately, and didn’t work our kitten off. I farmed for 18 hours a day for 2 months straight to get everything for my legendary not including my precursor, and even considered quitting the game after getting my legendary. I’ve felt no greater sense of achievement in this game than placing those 4 items in the forge and seeing that beautiful purple-embossed legendary weapon rise up.
It is legendary. Less than 1% of the entire population has one, so I’ll leave you this.
You may get frustrated, you may want to quit, but earning that precursor at the very least is a rite of passage. We of the 1% are waiting with open arms.
GoM is by far the largest PvE community in the game right now. The next closest ranked “Very High” population server is rank 9, and GoM is rank 19 for WvW, telling you that our player base is either just standing in LA or doing PvE.
I’ve been working on the math for this build since the release of the information on the new healing skill, which goes in the empty healing slot on the skills page.
The reason I’ve chosen P/P over P/D is the fact that you’re sacrificing most of the Shadow Arts tree which offhand dagger would benefit from for venoms, and Unload gives a reliable source of venom burst while mitigating how much your enemy is able to block/evade/blind you, resulting in a nullified effect from the venom. To compensate for the new heal’s underwhelming healing potential, Life Steal is maximized throughout the build and guaranteed every other hit in order to keep the thief sustained while the heal is on cooldown. This is NOT a frontline build, and is the thief equivalent of a rifle warrior, albeit ~6k unloads rather than uber kill shots and it can actually help allies rather than just yourself via venom share. I’d suggest using sword/x or shortbow offhand to give the build some escape potential if you begin getting focused down.
My guess around the new heal is that the tool tips aren’t fully implemented and it does in fact take advantage of life steal on proc + venom share.
Have fun, everyone.
Something to note: The life steal capabilities alone can on average heal you for 329 per second, as much as the warrior’s healing signet.

Hardly any guild I’ve joined has had anyone under 18. In my last major guild, I was one of the youngest aside from two players, and I’m twenty two years old. I think that the older crown appreciates what ANet has done with the game over other MMOs and can better settle on things rather than complain and demand change. I find that the younger crowd consist of your trolls and whiners, while anyone over 20 trying to defend anything in the game, or even reason with said complainers are dubbed white knights, which really isn’t much of an insult. Amazing things can happen to a human being when they just lower their expectations. The older you get, the more you’ll understand that. That, in my opinion, is why you tend to see more of the aged crowd rather than 10-19 year olds playing this game.
And how could I forget? As stated previously, many of us come from DAoC, and will probably only leave when Camelot Unchained comes out and if their $2m budget actually succeeds in making a great game.
Anthony posted that information to set your expectations accordingly.
It’s great that you all want Canthan content and it’s cool that you’re all passionate about the content you enjoy, but wishing for things to happen and expecting certain things to happen will not necessarily translate into those things actually happening.
Rather than have you working yourselves up into a speculative frenzy at the sight of the change in the Great Collapse and you being disappointed and angry later because you formed undue expectations based upon theories and speculation, Anthony wanted to make sure your expectations are grounded now.
Here we are, fervently telling you what we want. Here you are, telling us to not get worked up into a frenzy because we aren’t going to get it.
Here’s what I say to that: so what if your plans for the Great Collapse don’t currently include anything Canthan? Clearly, a great many people here want something – anything – Canthan back in the game. Here’s a grand opportunity to make a lot of Guild Wars fans happy – for a change! – and all you have to do to do this is exhibit a little bit of flexibility.
In light of all these passionate expectations, would it kill you guys to maybe adjust your plans – just a little – and throw us Cantha fans a bone here?
+1, although I think ANet wants to be able to implement anything Canthan as well. It’s NCSoft restricting the kitten ed racial variety. It’s been said before, but this is why communism doesn’t work. The intentions are there in the rules, but sometimes the rule makers create rules that they themselves don’t have to follow.
I hope this thread is enough to show NCSoft how much we love Cantha. If there’s anything we as players can do in order to further show our love for Cantha and desire to have it and all of its amenities back, let us know.
Maybe I’ll post a picture of me giving blood for Cantha <.<
I still don’t think WM are botters but their guild leader is mentally unstable. He went into full nerd rage mode when I posted a movie with some small group fights against his guild.
War Machine is a valuable ally to us in Team Legacy and their guild leader knows what he’s doing from what I’ve seen in WvW. We’ll talk to him about the constant complaints from people saying they don’t split up but to be honest, I’ve never met another commander who uses Mesmer portals as profusely, and has so much control over their guild.
On that note I’d like everyone to stop judging our server’s tactical abilities solely on War Machine in EB. It discredits a lot of guilds who are extremely tight and coordinated working elsewhere.
