Sigh, it looks like I will have to go guild shopping for a second time. I am routinely one of three players who still play, and I was just wondering if people are still playing, or did the gamer population turn into a wasteland? I hope not.

I by good I don’t mean numbers, I simply want a core of active, social players who increase the fun level of the game.

I preordered, and I’m pumped to play this WEEKEND. Most of us acknowledged what Anet posted. This seems like such a small thing to ruffle your feathers over. Pick your battles man.

Your logic is sound on the Dwarves, but if and when Primordus is introduced, then Anet will give us the Tengu. Their city is blocked on one side by destroyer infestation. I guess they could drop the birds with the introduction of Bubbles, so the opportunity for the Dwarves to make an appearance is there. But I wouldn’t bank on it.

A 25-40% increase on anything (for any class) would be bad.

They probably won’t create an entirely new weapon, at least until the expac after HoT.

The legion you want to play is the best. Anet is not adding any story to what already exists. Play the story line you want to play. I am going Ash simply because its the only one I haven’t played.

Game population still has to be over a million right now. Whenever you come across an event that’s needed for the daily (SB or Shatt) you see how many people are still having fun.

Yep. I have ZERO issues with how my armor looks.

I was fine with the pre-purchase on the gems alone. Let’s be honest I am going to play HoT whenever it comes out. But the population spiked when everyone was trying for the beta portal and now its back to (not quite) ghost town.
To keep my interest I have wiped and re-rolled a couple classes. What else can we do?

Each week we receive no info it makes me wonder if we’ll see HoT before the Mad King.

What class is good against interrupts? If you can’t use your skills why does it matter what class you are? A high-end interrupt mes or guard has had me stun locked, not sure it was my playing that did that.

Not sure how chill is acting after the patch, but you could perma-chill on a Necro, it just wasn’t worth it before. Like L step said you can splash a lot of people with condis, but in my experience it was only an irritant to them.

if it’s hearts you’re missing then it will be on one of the maps of continental Tyria. Orr has no hearts and neither do the cities or WvW. Like the earlier post we no longer need WvW, so I would just scroll over the names of each map and it will tell you if each map individual map is 100%

And no the GW2 designs are safer now, but everything in GW2 is spectacular looking.

There are small designs like the human cultural chest piece with the wolf or the gas mask skin that show just what they can do.

They’ve dumbed down some designs on purpose it seems.

I’ve always thought they should release a new PVP map every six weeks. Two months if they’re being lazy. That way it keeps things as fresh as possible

You are talking about a massive game that is nearing three years old. There are people that played for the first month and never came back that have killer names just rotting away. That is the nature of a MMO this popular

I agree with this change. But I’ll put it behind fixing a heal skill that drops 10x Vulnerability on you, Minions that kitten like the vampires in I am Legend, bottom tier DPS, traiting for a piercing LB, etc, etc…

Mass reviving maybe. Not sure how great the heals will be. If you set wells to grant protection, you can take that theme even further.

With your ranger, your pet swap is just as important as your weapon swap. A full health pet to soak up damage or a well placed knockdown can make the difference. However you should be able to melt anything down early.

I agree on Ranger being the most laid back.

Possibly Necro with a lot of toughness and shroud jumping, but the easy answer is Pet Patrol.

My guild right now has 50 members but only two of us play regularly. This expac took too long well before HoT was announced. I have been with GW since Prophecies and will play the kitten out of this expac, but I have eight 80s and just created a second War because…well we have to invent our own fun right now.
